1Morphological structure and physicochemical properties of nanotube TiO_2显示文摘Morphological structure and physicochemical properties of nanotube TiO2 were investigated. It was found that the TiO2 nanotube consisted of 2-5 monolayers of TiO2 molecules, and its inner diameter was between 4.2 and 5.9 nm. The nanotube TiO2 powder had high specific surface area and pore volume (379 m2/g and 1.431 cm3/g respectively) and its decolorization activity for Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B was 2 times higher than that of raw TiO2(p-25). 2Effects of small additions of Zn on the microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of WE43B Mg alloys显示文摘Zn is a commonly used alloying element for Mg alloys owing to its beneficial effects on mechanical properties. To improve the mechanical and corrosion properties of WE43B Mg alloys, the effects of 0–0.7wt% Zn addition on the microstructure and properties of sample alloys were investigated. Addition of Zn to as-cast WE43B alloy promoted the formation of the Mg12Nd phase;by contrast, after T6 heat treatment, the phase composition of WE43B alloys with and without Zn addition remained mostly the same. A long-period stacking ordered phase was predicted by CALPHAD calculation, but this phase was not observed in either the as-cast or heat-treated Zn-containing WE43B alloys. The optimum temperature and duration of T6 heat treatment were obtained using CALPHAD calculations and hardness measurements. Addition of Zn resulted in a slight reduction in the average grain size of the as-cast and T6 heat-treated WE43B alloys and endowed them with increased corrosion resistance with little effect on their mechanical properties.A.V. 4Superelasticity and Tunable Thermal Expansion across a Wide Temperature Range显示文摘Materials that undergo a reversible change of crystal structure through martensitic transformation(MT)possess unusual functionalities including shape memory, superelasticity, and low/negative thermal expansion. These properties have many advanced applications, such as actuators, sensors, and energy conversion, but are limited typically in a narrow temperature range of tens of Kelvin. Here we report that, by creating a nano-scale concentration modulation via phase separation, the MT can be rendered continuous by an in-situ elastic confinement mechanism. Through a model titanium alloy, we demonstrate that the elastically confined continuous MT has unprecedented properties, such as superelasticity from below 4.2 K to 500 K, fully tunable and stable thermal expansion, from positive, through zero, to negative, from below 4.2 K to 573 K, and high strength-to-modulus ratio across a wide temperature range.The elastic tuning on the MT, together with a significant extension of the crystal stability limit, provides new opportunities to explore advanced materials.Y.L. 6Numerical modeling of friction stir welding using the tools with polygonal pins显示文摘Friction stir welding using the tools with polygonal pins is often found to improve the mechanical strength of weld joint in comparison to the tools with circular pins. However, the impacts of pin profile on the peak temperature, tool torque and traverse force, and the resultant mechanical stresses experienced by the tool have been rarely reported in a systematic manner. An estimation of the rate of heat generation for the tools with polygonal pins is challenging due to their non-axisymmetric cross-section about the tool axis. A novel methodology is presented to analytically estimate the rate of heat generation for the tools with polygonal pins. A three-dimensional heat transfer analysis of friction stir welding is carried out using finite element method. The computed temperature field from the heat transfer model is used to estimate the torque, traverse force and the mechanical stresses experienced by regular triangular, square, pentagon and hexagon pins following the principles of solid mechanics. The computed results show that the peak temperature experienced by the tool pin increases with the number of pin sides. 9碱脱硅改性的ZSM-12分子筛择形催化合成2,6-二甲基萘的研究显示文摘用NaOH水溶液处理ZSM-12分子筛制备了脱硅程度不同的改性ZSM-12分子筛,对样品进行了表征,并考察了改性前后分子筛对萘和甲醇烷基化反应的择形催化反应性能。结果表明用适宜浓度的NaOH溶液处理ZSM-12分子筛,在一定温度下通过改变碱处理时间能方便地调节分子筛晶体中产生的二次介孔结构的比例,并改变分子筛的酸性能。改性ZSM-12分子筛同时提高了对萘和甲醇烷基化反应的催化活性和目标产物2,6-二甲基萘的选择性,以0.8 mol/L的NaOH水溶液在65℃下处理1 h制备的改性ZSM-12分子筛为催化剂,在优化的反应条件下萘和甲醇烷基化反应4 h后的萘的转化率为58.3%,2,6-二甲基萘的选择性达到27.3%。吴伟 李凌飞 武光 吴维果 杨巍 托克塔列夫A.V. 基赫佳宁0.V. 伊切夫斯基G.V. 2009现代化工2009,29,6:4
10基于非线性Kalman滤波的导航系统误差补偿技术显示文摘针对非线性非高斯导航系统信息处理问题,采用自组织算法、神经网络和遗传算法等改进传统非线性Kalman滤波算法,构建一种自适应的组合导航系统。应用具有冗余趋势项的自组织算法、Volterra神经网络和遗传算法,建立导航系统误差的非线性预测模型,进而计算得到其预测值;将该预测值与Kalman滤波算法求得的估计值进行比较得到差值,以此监测Kalman滤波算法的工作状态;采用自适应控制方法,在导航系统结构层面改进Kalman滤波算法,构建新型的导航系统误差补偿模型。开展基于导航系统KIND-34的半实物仿真研究,应用所提出的改进方法改善了导航系统误差的补偿效果,提高了组合导航系统的自适应能力和容错能力。沈凯 聂吾希斌K.A. 刘荣忠 普拉列达尔斯基A.V. 郭锐 2017国防科技大学学报2017,39,2:3
11Physiological Effect of Kinetin on the Photosynthetic Apparatus and Antioxidant Enzymes Activities During Production of Anthurium显示文摘The results observed in the literature raise the hypothesis according to which cytokinin plays important roles in photosynthetic metabolisms and antioxidant enzymes. Thus, the study aimed to evaluate the effect of foliar application of the isolated cytokinin kinetin at the production cycle, seeking to analyze its effects on enzyme activity and photosynthetic parameters. The plants treated with CK presented reduction of leaf CO_2 assimilation rate(Pn) and stomatal conductance(Gs), while that transpiration rate(Tr) was unaffected. The internal CO_2 concentrations decreased with the increase in cytokinin levels, but were maintained under CK 50 mg·L^(-1). The plants treated with CK 75 mg·L^(-1) was verified higher carboxylation efficiency(Pn/Ci), which was associated to values of CO_2 assimilation and transpiration unaltered. Apparent electron transport rate showed variations in the concentration of 25 mg·L^(-1). Considering the study of enzyme activity, on the other hand, it cannot be stated that kinetin has an effective action in delaying oxidative damage. It presents mixed results, since an efficiency in the application of cytokinin was not observed, presenting induction levels of ascorbate peroxidase activity. 13电子束蒸发沉积金属-TiO_2薄膜的结构和光学性质显示文摘采用电子束蒸发法在玻璃基底上制备了TiO2薄膜及Fe、Cu、Al掺杂TiO2膜,通过XRD、Raman光谱、XPS及AFM等测试手段研究了TiO2膜及金属-TiO2掺杂膜的结构、组成和形貌。金属掺杂量为1%,退火温度为773 K时,沉积得到的薄膜均为锐钛矿晶体结构的TiO2,掺杂金属的种类对薄膜的晶粒尺寸有一定的影响。采用紫外-可见分光光度计测试薄膜的吸收光谱,掺杂后TiO2的吸收带边发生改变,薄膜对可见光的吸收明显加强。光催化降解甲基橙实验表明,制备的TiO2薄膜及其金属掺杂膜具有一定的光催化活性,且Fe-TiO2膜的降解效率较高。周兵 江晓红 沈瑞琪 陆路德 Rogachev A.V. 2010南京理工大学学报2010,34,4:3
