Tectonic thermal history and its significance on the formation of oil and gas accumulation and mineral deposit in Ordos Basin显示文摘The analyzing data on stratigraphic temperature measurement , thermal conductivity of the strata and radioactive heat production rate show that the present average geothermal gradient in the Ordos Basin is 2.93℃/100 m, and the average heat flow value is 61.78 mW/m2, which belongs to the mesothermal basin, and the value of the present geothermal gradient and heat flow in the east is higher than that in the west. The sandstone radioactive heat production rate of Zhiluo Group in Dongsheng Uranium deposits of Yimeng uplift is obviously higher in the mudstone, indicating that there exists a uranium anomaly. Based on studies of the present thermal field of the basin, the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature and paleogeothermal gradient are determined by using different kinds of paleotemperature methods. According to the anomaly of the late-Mesozoic paleotemperature gradient and magmatic event age, there was a tectonic thermal event in the early Cretaceous epoch of late-Mesozoic. This article rebuilds tectonic thermal history of different tectonic units by thermal history simulation using basin simulating software. The evolution of oil-gas and coal, and accumulation (mineralization) of mineral uranium are all controlled by the tectonic thermal history in the Ordos basin, especially by the tectonic thermal event that happened in the late Mesozoic. For both the gas source rocks of upper Paleozoic group and lower paleozoic group, the gas was largely generated in the early Cretaceous epoch of the late Mesozoic. The main petroleum generation period for Yanchang Group in Triassic system is the early Cretaceous epoch too, and the highest thermal maturity of the coal of Permo-Carboniferous, Triassic, and Jurassic reaches is the early Cretaceous epoch also. Early Cretaceous epoch is still one of the most important mineralizing periods of uranium. | REN ZhanLi ZHANG Sheng GAO ShengLi CUI JunPing XIAO YuanYuan XIAO Hui | 2007 | Science China Earth Sciences2007,50,z2: | 44
Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. Therefore the observation of Insight-HXMT constitutes an important chapter in the full context of multi-wavelength and multi-messenger observation of this historical GW event. | TiPei Li ShaoLin Xiong ShuangNan Zhang FangJun Lu LiMing Song XueLei Cao Zhi Chang Gang Chen Li Chen TianXiang Chen Yong Chen YiBao Chen YuPeng Chen Wei Cui WeiWei Cui JingKang Deng YongWei Dong YuanYuan Du MinXue Fu GuanHua Gao He Gao Min Gao MingYu Ge YuDong Gu Ju Guan ChengCheng Guo DaWei Han Wei Hu Yue Huang Jia Huo ShuMei Jia LuHua Jiang WeiChun Jiang Jing Jin YongJie Jin Bing Li ChengKui Li Gang Li MaoShun Li Wei Li Xian Li XiaoBo Li XuFang Li YanGuo Li ZiJian Li ZhengWei Li XiaoHua Liang JinYuan Liao CongZhan Liu GuoQing Liu HongWei Liu ShaoZhen Liu XiaoJing Liu Yuan Liu YiNong Liu Bo Lu XueFeng Lu Tao Luo Xiang Ma Bin Meng Yi Nang JianYin Nie Ge OU JinLu Qu Na Sai Liang Sun Yin Tan Lian Tao WenHui Tao YouLi Tuo GuoFeng Wang HuanYu Wang Juan Wang WenShuai Wang YuSa Wang XiangYang Wen BoBing WU Mei Wu GuangCheng Xiao He Xu YuPeng Xu LinLi Yan JiaWei Yang Sheng Yang YanJi Yang AiMei Zhang ChunLei Zhang ChengMo Zhang Fan Zhang HongMei Zhang Juan Zhang Qiang Zhang Shu Zhang Tong Zhang Wei Zhang WanChang Zhang WenZhao Zhang Yi Zhang Yue Zhang YiFei Zhang YongJie Zhang Zhao Zhang ZiLiang Zhang HaiSheng Zhao JianLing Zhao XiaoFan Zhao ShiJie Zheng Yue Zhu YuXuan Zhu ChangLin Zou | 2018 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2018,61,3: | 12

Spinal Cord Stimulation Frequency Influences the Hemodynamic Response in Patients with Disorders of Consciousness显示文摘Spinal cord stimulation(SCS) is a promising technique for treating disorders of consciousness(DOCs).However, differences in the spatio-temporal responsiveness of the brain under varied SCS parameters remain unclear. In this pilot study, functional near-infrared spectroscopy was used to measure the hemodynamic responses of 10 DOC patients to different SCS frequencies(5 Hz, 10 Hz, 50 Hz, 70 Hz, and 100 Hz). In the prefrontal cortex, a key area in consciousness circuits, we found significantly increased hemodynamic responses at 70 Hz and 100 Hz, and significantly different hemodynamic responses between 50 Hz and 70 Hz/100 Hz. In addition, the functional connectivity between prefrontal and occipital areas was significantly improved with SCS at 70 Hz. These results demonstrated that SCS modulates the hemodynamic responses and long-range connectivity in a frequency-specific manner(with 70 Hz apparently better), perhaps by improving the cerebral blood volume and information transmission through the reticular formation-thalamus-cortex pathway. | Juanning Si Yuanyuan Dang Yujin Zhang Yaxin Li Wenyue Zhang Yi Yang Yue Cui Xiaoping Lou Jianghong He Tianzi Jiang | 2018 | Neuroscience Bulletin2018,34,4: | 10
Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 06Cr13Ni4Mo Steel Treated by Quenching–Tempering–Partitioning Process显示文摘A heat treatment process,quenching-tempering-partitioning(Q-T-P),has been applied to a low carbon martensitic stainless steel 06Cr13Ni4 Mo.By using this process, ultrafine reversed austenite can be obtained at room temperature. The microstructures of the reversed austenite and the martensite matrix were characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS)in detail. The results show that the ultrafine reversed austenite is enriched in Ni resulting in the austenite stability at room temperature. Two new types of nano-scale carbide precipitates are found in the martensite matrix.Detailed analysis suggests that the two nano-scale precipitates can be identified asω phase and λ phase carbides, respectively. The orientation relationship between the ω phase and matrix is[011]α//[2110]ω and(211)α//(0110)ω,while that between the λ phase precipitate and matrix is[011]α//[0001]λ and(200)α//(1210)λ.For the present steel, the ultrafine reversed austenite and carbide precipitates obtained by Q-T-P treatment provide a good combination of high strength and toughness. | Yuanyuan Song Jingping Cui Lijian Rong | 2016 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,2: | 8
Transcriptome profiling of the developing postnatal mouse testis using next-generation sequencing显示文摘Mammalian testis development is a complex and highly sophisticated process. To study the dynamic change of normal testis development at the transcriptional level, we investigated mouse testes at three postnatal ages: 6 days postnatal, 4 weeks old, and 10 weeks old, representing infant (PN1), juvenile (PN2), and adult (PN3) stages, respectively. Using ultra high-throughput RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) technology, we obtained 211 million reads with a length of 35 bp. We identified 18837 genes that were expressed in mouse testes, and found that genes expressed at the highest level were involved in spermatogenesis. The gene expression pattern in PN1 was distinct from that in PN2 and PN3, which indicates that spermatogenesis has commenced in PN2. We analyzed a large number of genes related to spermatogenesis and somatic development of the testis, which play important roles at different developmental stages. We also found that the MAPK, Hedgehog, and Wnt signaling pathways were significantly involved at different developmental stages. These findings further our understanding of the molecular mechanisms that regulate testis development. Our study also demonstrates significant advantages of RNA-seq technology for studying transcriptome during development. | GONG Wei PAN LinLin LIN Qiang ZHOU YuanYuan XIN ChengQi YU XiaoMin CUI Peng HU SongNian YU Jun | 2013 | Science China(Life Sciences)2013,56,1: | 8
Content analysis of systematic reviews on effectiveness ofTraditional Chinese Medicine显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To evaluate evidence for the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) in systematic reviews.METHODS:Chinese(TCM Periodical Literature Database,Chinese Biological Medicine database,Chinese Medical Current Contents,China Hospital Knowledge Database journal fulltext database,Virtual Machining and Inspection System, and Wanfang) and English(Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews,PubMed and Embase) databases were searched.RESULTS:Three thousand, nine hundred and fifty-five articles were initially identified,606 of which met the inclusion criteria, including 251 in English(83 from the Cochrane Database) and 355 in Chinese. The number of articles published each year increased between 1989 and 2009.Cardiocerebrovascular disease was the most studied target disease.Intervention measures included TCM preparations(177 articles),acupuncture(133 articles) and combinations of TCM and Western Medicine(38 articles).Control measures included positive medical(177 articles),basic treatment(100 articles),placebo(219 articles),and blank and mutual(107 articles). All articles included at least one reference;the greatest number was 268.Six of 10 articles with high quality references demonstrated curative effectsagainst target diseases including upper respiratory tract infection, dementia and depression.Interventions that were not recommended were tripterygium for rheumatoid arthritis and TCM syndrome differentiation for pediatric nocturia. In 10.4% of the studies, the authors concluded that the intervention had a curative effect. The assessors agreed with the authors' conclusions in 88.32% of cases, but rejected 8.94%(54 articles).CONCLUSION:1) Training in systematic review methods, including topic selection, study design, methods and technology, should be improved.2) Upper respiratory tract infection, dementia and depression may become the predominant diseases treated by TCM,and the corresponding interventions could be developed into practical applications.3) Use of non-recommended interventions should be controlled, and there should be more research on side effects. | Junwen Wang Meng Cui Hongguan Jiao Yuanyuan Tong Jun Xu Yingkai Zhao Mei Han Jianping Liu | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2: | 7
In vivo evaluation of urokinase-loaded hollow nanogels for sonothrombolysis on suture embolization-induced acute ischemic stroke rat model显示文摘The urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)loaded hollow nanogels(nUK)were synthesized by a one-step reaction of glycol chitosan and aldehyde capped poly(ethylene oxide). The resultant formulation is sensitive to diagnostic ultrasound(US)of 2 MHz.Herein,we evaluated the in vivo sonothrombolysis performance of the nUK on acute ischemic stroke rat model which was established by suture embolization of middle cerebral artery(MCA).Via intravenous(i.v.)administration,the experimental data prove a controlled release of the therapeutic protein around the clots under ultrasound stimulation, leading to enhanced thrombolysis efficiency of the nUK,evidenced from smaller infarct volume and better clinical scores when compared to the i.v.dose of free uPA no matter with or without US intervention.Meanwhile, the preservation ability of the nanogels not only prolonged the circulation duration of the protein, but also resulted in the better blood-brain barrier protection of the nUK formulation, showing no increased risk on the hemorrhagic transformation than the controls. This work suggests that the nUK is a safe sonothrombolytic formulation for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. | Yuming Teng Haiqiang Jin Ding Nan Mengnan Li Chenghe Fan Yuanyuan Liu Pu Lv Wei Cui Yongan Sun Hongjun Hao Xiaozhong Qu Zhenzhong Yang Yining Huang | 2018 | Bioactive Materials2018,3,1: | 7
PKM2 promotes reductive glutamine metabolism显示文摘Objective:Pyruvate kinases M(PKM),including the PKM1 and PKM2 isoforms, are critical factors in glucose metabolism.PKM2promotes aerobic glycolysis,a phenomenon known as'the Warburg effect'.The purpose of this study was to identify the roles of PKM2 in regulating cellular metabolism. Methods:The CRISPR/Cas9 system was used to generate the PKM-knockout cell model to evaluate the role of PKM in cellular metabolism.Lactate levels were measured by the Vitros LAC slide method on an autoanalyzer and glucose levels were measured by the autoanalyzer AU5800.The metabolism of ^(13)C_6-glucose or ^(13)C_5-glutamine was evaluated by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry analyses. The effects of PKM on tumor growth were detected in vivo in a tumor-bearing mouse model. Results:We found that both PKM1 and PKM2 enabled aerobic glycolysis, but PKM2 converted glucose to lactate much more efficiently than PKM1.As a result,PKM2 reduced glucose levels reserved for intracellular utilization, particularly for the production of citrate, and thus increased theα-ketoglutarate/citrate ratio to promote the generation of glutamine-derived acetylcoenzyme A through the reductive pathway.Furthermore, reductive glutamine metabolism facilitated cell proliferation under hypoxia conditions, which supports in vivo tumor growth. In addition,PKM-deletion induced a reverse Warburg effect in tumorassociated stromal cells.Conclusions:PKM2 plays a critical role in promoting reductive glutamine metabolism and maintaining proton homeostasis. This study is helpful to increase the understanding of the physiological role of PKM2 in cancer cells. | Miao Liu Yuanyuan Wang Yuxia Ruan Changsen Bai Li Qiu Yanfen Cui Guoguang Ying Binghui Li | 2018 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4: | 6
TCP7 functions redundantly with several Class Ⅰ TCPs and regulates endoreplication in Arabidopsis显示文摘TCP(TEOSINTE BRANCHED1/CYCLOIDEA/PROLIFERATING CELL FACTOR) proteins, a family of plantspecific transcription factors, play important roles in many developmental processes. However, genetic and functional redundancy among class I TCP limits the analysis of their biological roles. Here, we identified a dominantnegative mutant of Arabidopsis thaliana TCP7 named leaf curling-upward(lcu), which exhibits smaller leaf cells and shorter hypocotyls than the wild type, due to defective endoreplication. A septuple loss-of-function mutant of TCP7, TCP8, TCP14, TCP15, TCP21, TCP22, and TCP23 displayed similar developmental defects to those of lcu.Genome-wide RNA-sequencing showed that lcu and the septuple mutant share many misexpressed genes.Intriguingly, TCP7 directly targets the CYCLIN D1;1 (CYCD1;1) locus and activates its transcription. We determined that the C-terminus of TCP7 accounts for its transcriptional activation activity. Furthermore, the mutant protein LCU exhibited reduced transcriptional activation activity due to the introduction of an EAR-like repressive domain at its C-terminus. Together, these observations indicate that TCP7 plays important roles during leaf and hypocotyl development, redundantly, with at least six class I TCPs, and regulates the expression of CYCD1;1 to affect endoreplication in Arabidopsis. | Guofang Zhang Hongtao Zhao Chunguang Zhang Xiaoyun Li Yuanyuan Lyu Dongmei Qi Yanwei Cui Lin Hu Zhenjie Wang Zheng Liang Sujuan Cui | 2019 | Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2019,61,11: | 5
Highly efficient Ag-modified copper phyllosilicate nanotube:Preparation by co-ammonia evaporation hydrothermal method and application in the selective hydrogenation of carbonate显示文摘Rapidly deactivation of Cu/SiO2 catalysts at high liquid hour space velocity(LHSV) has been an important obstacle for scale-up application.Herein, silver modified copper phyllosilicate nanotubes were fabricated by different strategies, and implemented to the selective hydrogenation of ethylene carbonate(EC) to methanol and ethylene glycol(EG) as alternative route for the indirect utilization of CO2.The CuPs Ag-copre catalyst synthesized by the co-ammonia evaporation hydrothermal process achieved79% methanol and 99% EG yield within various ranges of EC LHSV,which was attributed to the balanced Cu+/CuO ratio and the enhanced H2 dissociation ability.Inlaid silver species over copper phyllosilicate promoted the interaction between the metal and the support, which substantially regulated the reducibility and dispersion of copper species, meanwhile, increased the stability for long-term running of the catalyst. | Huabo Li Yuanyuan Cui Yixin Liu Lu Zhang Quan Zhang Juhua Zhang Wei-Lin Dai | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,12: | 4
Nasal delivery of broadly neutralizing antibodies protects mice from lethal challenge with SARS-CoV-2 delta and omicron variants显示文摘Multiple new variants of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-Co V-2)have constantly emerged,as the delta and omicron variants, which have developed resistance to currently gained neutralizing antibodies. This highlights a critical need to discover new therapeutic agents to overcome the variants mutations.Despite the availability of vaccines against coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),the use of broadly neutralizing antibodies has been considered as an alternative way for the prevention or treatment of SARS-Co V-2 variants infection. Here,we show that the nasal delivery of two previously characterized broadly neutralizing antibodies(F61 and H121)protected K18-h ACE2 mice against lethal challenge with SARS-Co V-2 variants. The broadly protective efficacy of the F61 or F61/F121 cocktail antibodies was evaluated by lethal challenge with the wild strain(WIV04)and multiple variants, including beta(B.1.351),delta(B.1.617.2),and omicron(B.1.1.529)at 200or 1000 TCID_(50),and the minimum antibody administration doses(5-1.25 mg/kg body weight)were also evaluated with delta and omicron challenge.Fully prophylactic protections were found in all challenged groups with both F61 and F61/H121 combination at the administration dose of 20 mg/kg body weight, and corresponding mice lung viral RNA showed negative, with almost all alveolar septa and cavities remaining normal.Furthermore,low-dose antibody treatment induced significant prophylactic protection against lethal challenge with delta and omicron variants, whereas the F61/H121 combination showed excellent results against omicron infection. Our findings indicated the potential use of broadly neutralizing monoclonal antibodies as prophylactic and therapeutic agent for protection of current emerged SARS-Co V-2 variants infection. | Jia Lu Qiangling Yin Rongjuan Pei Qiu Zhang Yuanyuan Qu Yongbing Pan Lina Sun Ding Gao Cuiqin Liang Jingwen Yang Wei Wu Jiandong Li Zongqiang Cui Zejun Wang Xinguo Li Dexin Li Shiwen Wang Kai Duan Wuxiang Guan Mifang Liang Xiaoming Yang | 2022 | Virologica Sinica2022,37,2: | 4
Design of SERS nanoprobes for Raman imaging:materials, critical factors and architectures显示文摘Raman imaging yields high specificity and sensitivity when compared to other imaging modalities, mainly due to its fingerprint signature. However, intrinsic Raman signals are weak, thus limiting medical applications of Raman imaging. By adsorbing Raman molecules onto specific nanostructures such as noble metals, Raman signals can be significantly enhanced, termed surfaceenhanced Raman scattering(SERS). Recent years have witnessed great interest in the development of SERS nanoprobes for Raman imaging. Rationally designed SERS nanoprobes have greatly enhanced Raman signals by several orders of magnitude, thus showing great potential for biomedical applications. In this review we elaborate on recent progress in design strategies with emphasis on material properties, modifying factors, and structural parameters. | Mingwang Li Yuanyuan Qiu Chenchen Fan Kai Cui Yongming Zhang Zeyu Xiao | 2018 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2018,8,3: | 3
A bone-targeted engineered exosome platform delivering siRNA to treat osteoporosis显示文摘The complex pathogenesis of osteoporosis includes excessive bone resorption, insufficient bone formation and inadequate vascularization,a combination which is difficult to completely address with conventional therapies.Engineered exosomes carrying curative molecules show promise as alternative osteoporosis therapies, but depend on specifically-functionalized vesicles and appropriate engineering strategies. Here,we developed an exosome delivery system based on exosomes secreted by mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs).The engineered exosomes BT-Exo-siShn3,took advantage of the intrinsic anti-osteoporosis function of these special MSC-derived exosomes and collaborated with the loaded siRNA of the Shn3 gene to enhance the therapeutic effects.Modification of a bone-targeting peptide endowed the BT-Exo-siShn3 an ability to deliver siRNA to osteoblasts specifically.Silencing of the osteoblastic Shn3 gene enhanced osteogenic differentiation, decreased autologous RANKL expression and thereby inhibited osteoclast formation.Furthermore,Shn3 gene silencing increased production of SLIT3 and consequently facilitated vascularization, especially formation of type H vessels. Our study demonstrated that BT-Exo-siShn3 could serve as a promising therapy to kill three birds with one stone and implement comprehensive anti-osteoporosis effects. | Yongzhi Cui Yuanyuan Guo Li Kong Jingyu Shi Ping Liu Rui Li Yongtao Geng Weihang Gao Zhiping Zhang Dehao Fu | 2022 | Bioactive Materials2022,7,4: | 3
Fabrication of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites with a controlled laminated architecture and enhanced mechanical properties显示文摘The(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites with a laminated structure composing of alternating TiB/Ti composite layers,α_(2)-Ti_(3)Al interfacial reaction layers of andγ-TiAl layers were successfully pre pared by spark plasma sintering of alternately stacked Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers and TiAl powder layers. And the influence of thickness ratio of Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers to TiAl powder layers on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the re sulting(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites were investigated systemically. The results showed that the thickening ofα_(2)-Ti_(3)Al layers which originated from the reaction of Ti and TiAl was significantly hindered by introducing Tib_(2)particles into starting Ti powders. As the thickness ratio of Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers to TiAl powder layers increased, the bending fracture strength and fracture toughness at room temperature of the final(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites were remarkably improved, especially for the(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites prepared by Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers with thickness of 800μm and TiAl powder layers with thickness of 400μm,whose fracture toughness and bending strength were up to 51.2 MPa·m^(1/2)and 1456 MPa,respectively,293%and 108%higher than that of the monolithic TiAl alloys in the present work. This was attributed to the addition of high-performance network TiB/Ti composite layers. Moreover,it was noteworthy that the ultimate tensile strength at 700℃of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl composites fabricated by 400μm thick Tib_(2)/Ti powder layers and 400μm thick TiAl powder layers was as high as that at 550℃of network TiB/Ti composites. This means the service temperature of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites was likely raised by 150℃,meanwhile a good combination of high strength and high toughness at ambient tempe rature could be maintained. Finally, the fracture mechanism of(TiB/Ti)-TiAl laminated composites was proposed. | Hao Ding Xiping Cui Naonao Gao Yuan Sun Yuanyuan Zhang Lujun Huang Lin Geng | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,3: | 3
Durable endothelium-mimicking coating for surface bioengineering cardiovascular stents显示文摘Mimicking the nitric oxide(NO)-release and glycocalyx functions of native vascular endothelium on cardiovascular stent surfaces has been demonstrated to reduce in-stent restenosis(ISR)effectively. However, the practical performance of such an endothelium-mimicking surfaces is strictly limited by the durability of both NO release and bioactivity of the glycocalyx component.Herein,we present a mussel-inspired amine-bearing adhesive coating able to firmly tether the NO-generating species(e.g.,Cu-DOTA coordination complex)and glycocalyx-like component(e.g.,heparin)to create a durable endothelium-mimicking surface. The stent surface was firstly coated with polydopamine(pDA),followed by a surface chemical cross-link with polyamine(pAM)to form a durable pAMDA coating.Using a stepwise grafting strategy,Cu-DOTA and heparin were covalently grafted on the pAMDA-coated stent based on carbodiimide chemistry.Owing to both the high chemical stability of the pAMDA coating and covalent immobilization manner of the molecules, this proposed strategy could provide 62.4%bioactivity retention ratio of heparin, meanwhile persistently generate NO at physiological level from 5.9±0.3 to 4.8±0.4×10^(-10) mol cm^(-2) min^(-1) in 1 month. As a result, the functionalized vascular stent showed long-term endothelium-mimicking physiological effects on inhibition of thrombosis, inflammation, and intimal hyperplasia, enhanced re-endothelialization,and hence efficiently reduced ISR. | Qing Ma Xiuying Shi Xing Tan Rui Wang Kaiqin Xiong Manfred F.Maitz Yuanyuan Cui Zhangmei Hu Qiufen Tu Nan Huang Li Shen Zhilu Yang | 2021 | Bioactive Materials2021,6,12: | 3

Brain interstitial fluid drainage and extracellular space affected by inhalational isoflurane: in comparison with intravenous sedative dexmedetomidine and pentobarbital sodium显示文摘Brain interstitial fluid drainage and extracellular space are closely related to waste clearance from the brain. Different anesthetics may cause different changes of brain interstitial fluid drainage and extracellular space but these still remain unknown. Herein, effects of the inhalational isoflurane, intravenous sedative dexmedetomidine and pentobarbital sodium on deep brain matters’ interstitial fluid drainage and extracellular space and underlying mechanisms were investigated. When compared to intravenous anesthetic dexmedetomidine or pentobarbital sodium, inhalational isoflurane induced a restricted diffusion of extracellular space, a decreased extracellular space volume fraction, and an increased norepinephrine level in the caudate nucleus or thalamus with the slowdown of brain interstitial fluid drainage. A local administration of norepinephrine receptor antagonists, propranolol, atipamezole and prazosin into extracellular space increased diffusion of extracellular space and interstitial fluid drainage whilst norepinephrine decreased diffusion of extracellular space and interstitial fluid drainage. These findings suggested that restricted diffusion in brain extracellular space can cause slowdown of interstitial fluid drainage, which may contribute to the neurotoxicity following the waste accumulation in extracellular space under inhaled anesthesia per se. | Guomei Zhao Hongbin Han Jun Yang Min Sun Dehua Cui Yuanyuan Li Yajuan Gao Jing Zou | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,9: | 3
Experimental investigation on continuous N_(2) injection to improve light oil recovery in multi-wells fractured-cavity unit显示文摘The purpose of this experimental study is to evaluate the feasibility and oil recovery efficiency of continuous N_(2) injection in a multi-well fractured-cavity reservoir. In this study, the similar criterion of physical simulation was firstly discussed. In order to reveal the mechanism of remaining oil startup and production performance characteristic by continuous N_(2) injection,a visualized twodimensional fractured-cavity model and a three-dimensional pressure resistant model were designed and fabricated respectively based on the similar theory. And the 2D visualized physical experiments and 3D physical experiments were performed with the simulated oil and brine reservoir samples in Tahe oilfield.Four groups of experiments in 2D and 3D model were performed, each of which included bottom water depletion driving, water injection and N_(2) injection. The 2D visualized experiments indicated the main mechanism of N_(2) developing remaining oil was to occupy the high position and replace the attic oil due to gravitational differentiation.Furthermore, both the 2D and 3D experiments demonstrated that higher oil recovery factor could be achieved if N_(2) was injected through high positional wells. The 3D physical model is closer to the real reservoir condition,so the production performance can reflect the real field production process. This paper confirmed the efficiency of continuous N2 flooding in the light oil saturated fractured-cavity reservoir. | Wei Su Jirui Hou Teng Zhao Yuanyuan Xi Can Cui | 2017 | Petroleum2017,3,3: | 3
