| 1 | 基于USLE模型的祁连山国家公园土壤水力侵蚀评价显示文摘基于通用土壤流失方程(USLE)模型对2005、2010和2015年祁连山国家公园土壤水力侵蚀情况进行计算和分析,为本地区的土壤侵蚀防治提供决策建议。经计算方法选择、插值方法对比、同类研究类比、统计分析,获得每年及平均土壤水力侵蚀空间强度与等级分类。结果表明:2005—2015年,祁连山国家公园的土壤水力侵蚀水平有所下降,土壤侵蚀量由2005年的6314.26万t/a下降至2015年的5755.59万t/a;就土壤侵蚀等级来说,研究区范围内70%的区域属于微度侵蚀,整体上土壤侵蚀强度水平较低;土壤水力侵蚀主要发生在高程为≥3600~4600 m的区域和≥8°~15°的缓坡,而高程≥4600 m的区域贡献25.67%的侵蚀量,如果冰川积雪退缩,裸土面临暴露,可能加重土壤侵蚀。因此在国家公园未来发展与土壤侵蚀防治过程中,需要严格保护3600~4600 m的高程带,以及5°~15°缓坡地带的自然环境,同时保护冰川与永久积雪。 | 陈豪 丁文广 Tanjia Binte Zafar | 2020 | 中国水土保持科学2020,18,4: | 9 |
| 2 | In vitro antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of Korean blueberry(Vaccinium corymbosum L.) extracts显示文摘Objective:To investigate in vitro antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities of Korean blueberry(Vaccinium corymbosum L.).Methods:Total phenolic and flavonoid contents of the Korean blueberry water and ethanol extracts were determined before determining the potential of the extracts as antioxidant.Antioxidant activity of the extracts was determined by following some well established methods for free radical scavenging such as 2,2-diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl hydrate,1,2,2-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonicacid),free radical induced DNA damage,superoxide dismutaselike and catalase assay etc.Furthermore,1-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-3,5-diphenylformazan and nitric oxide assay were performed to determine the anti-inflammatory activity of the extracts.Results:Total phenolic contents were found(115.0±3.0) and(4.2±3.0) mg GAE/100 g fresh mass for both extracts,respectively and flavonoid contents were(1 942.8±7.0) and(1 292.1±6.0) mg CE/100 g fresh mass for water and ethonal extracts,respectively.Both the extracts displayed significant scavenging activity of some radicals such as 2,2-diphenyl-picrylhydrazyl hydrate(IC_(50) at 1.8 mg/mL and 2.05 mg/mL,respectively),l,2,2-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonicacid)(IC_(50) at1.5 mg/mL and 1.6 mg/mL,respectively) and nitrite(IC_(50) at 1.7 mg/mL and 1.5 mg/mL,respectively)etc.The extracts were found to prevent inflammation as well by reducing nitric oxide production and cytotoxicity in cell.Conclusions:The findings suggest that the fresh Korean blueberry could be used as a source of natural antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents. | Nadira Binte Samad Trishna Debnath Michael Ye Md.Abul Hasnat Beong Ou Lim | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,10: | 6 |
| 3 | Antimicrobial and cytotoxic potential of seeds and flowers crude extracts of sunflower显示文摘Oil-producing crops,including Helianthus annuus L.(H.annuus,Sunflower),have been used for the treatment of different human diseases since ancient times.This study aims to determine the antimicrobial and cytotoxic potential of different polarities of seeds and flower extracts of locally grown H.annuus by well-established bioassays.To achieve the objects,the plant extracts were prepared from both flowers and seeds powder samples individually with methanol solvent by using a Soxhlet extraction method.The antimicrobial and cytotoxic potential of the flowers and seed extracts were determined by the in vitro diffusion and brine shrimp method(BSL).The results of the antimicrobial potential of both prepared flower and seed extracts of various polarities at different concentrations showed promising potential against the gram-positive and gram-negative bacterial strains,within the range of inhibition zone 0–20 mm.Among the flower extracts,the highest potential was obtained in water extract and the lowest potential was in butanol extract followed by water>ethyl acetate>hexane>methanol>chloroform>butanol extracts.However,from the seed extracts,the highest potential was obtained in water extract and the lowest potential was in the methanol extract followed by water>hexane>butanol>ethyl acetate>chloroform>methanol extract.On the other hand,the results of cytotoxicity among the flowers extracts against the brine shrimp method where the highest LC50 against brine shrimp nauplii were found to be 31.25μg/mL in water extract and the lowest LC50 was 1345.86μg/mL in chloroform extract followed by water>ethyl acetate>hexane>butanol>methanol>chloroform extract.Similarly,different polarities of seed extracts,the highest LC50 against brine shrimp nauplii was shown to be 109.56μg/mL in butanol extract and the lowest LC50 was 1513.56μg/mL in ethyl acetate extract followed by butanol>hexane>water>methanol>chloroform>ethyl acetate extract.In conclusion,the results showed that both flowers and seeds extracts at various concentrations have promising potential against the positive and negative bacterial strains and the highest potential water extract could be used as natural broad-spectrum antibiotics as herbal medicine to treat different human infectious diseases. | Nuzha Bint Mahdi Bin Ali Al-Shukaili Mohammad Amzad Hossain | 2019 | Grain & Oil Science and Technology2019,2,4: | 2 |
| 4 | Phytochemical screening and evaluation of cytotoxic and hypoglycemic properties of Mangifera indica peels显示文摘Objective: To investigate the presence of different phytoconstituents in Mangifera indica(M. indica) peel and evaluate its cytotoxicity to Artemia salina and hypoglycemic potential in Swiss albino mice.Methods: The methanolic extract of M. indica peel was used to determine the presence of phytoconstituents. Brine shrimp lethality bioassay method was followed to determine the cytotoxic potential of plant extract. In the case of hypoglycemic activity, oral administration of extract at 200 and 400 mg/kg and standard glibenclamide at 10 mg/kg was done, followed by determining the percentage of reduction of plasma glucose from the initial level.Results: The methanolic extract of M. indica peel showed the presence of flavonoid,saponin, steroid, tannins, terpenoids, glycosides and alkaloids. In brine shrimp lethality bioassay, the LC_(50) of the extract and standard vincristine sulfate was found to be 2.04 and0.41 mg/mL, respectively. After 90 and 150 min, the methanolic extract at 200 and 400 mg/kg showed prominent plasma glucose reduction of 13.95%, 22.48% and 14.16%,26.18% respectively compared to standard glibenclamide showing 14.90% and 20.67% plasma glucose reduction.Conclusions: This current research affirms prominent cytotoxic and moderate hypoglycemic potential of M. indica peel.
