1Impact of switching frequencies on the TID response of SiC power MOSFETs显示文摘Different switching frequencies are required when SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors(MOSFETs)are switching in a space environment.In this study,the total ionizing dose(TID)responses of SiC power MOSFETs are investigated under different switching frequencies from 1 kHz to 10 MHz.A significant shift was observed in the threshold voltage as the frequency increased,which resulted in premature failure of the drain-source breakdown voltage and drain-source leakage current.The degradation is attributed to the high activation and low recovery rates of traps at high frequencies.The results of this study suggest that a targeted TID irradiation test evaluation method can be developed according to the actual switching frequency of SiC power MOSFETs.Sheng Yang Xiaowen Liang Jiangwei Cui Qiwen Zheng Jing Sun Mohan Liu Dang Zhang Haonan Feng Xuefeng Yu Chuanfeng Xiang Yudong Li Qi Guo 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,8:2

3Research Progress on Effects of Stocking Density on Performance, Health and Welfare of Duck显示文摘Stocking density is an important factor for animal production performance.It appears particularly urgent and important to research systematically on stocking density for the dual restriction of environmental protection and animal welfare.This review dealt with the influence of stocking density on ducks'productivity and health through production performance,animal behavior and animal welfare,and analyzed the possible mechanism of high stocking density reducing production performance,resulting in abnormal behavior and stress,causing welfare and health problems.We consider that it might be associated with heat stress,more spatial competition(to gather the food,drinking water,sports area,etc.),as well as the quality deterioration of litter and house air caused by high stocking density.Finally,we put forward some suggestions on the study of stocking density's effects on ducks,and proposed the future work that need to be studied and problems that need to be solved imminently.Chaowu YANG Chunlin YU Zengrong ZHANG Mohan QIU Huarui DU Qingyun LI Xiaosong JIANG Xia XIONG 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:1

9Genetic and Breeding Progress Analysis on Five Pure Lines of Dahen Broiler显示文摘To timely modify breeding scheme and improve selection efficiency of Dahen broiler,genetic and breeding progress analysis on five pure lines was conducted. The results showed that the selection on breeding goal traits of each line was effective since 14 generations,especially the selection on growth traits did not cause adverse influence on reproductive performance. After the 6 thgeneration,main performances of each line maintained in higher level,but the breeding progress obviously declined. 17Use of the Max Ent model to predict changes in sloth bear(Melursus ursinus)habitats in the Gandaki River Basin,Nepal显示文摘The Gandaki River Basin(GRB),located in the central Himalaya,provides habitats for a large number of important flora and fauna species.The habitats of key protected species have changed over time as a result of climate changes and human activities related to land use change,including the development of roads.This study assessed the present and future distributions of sloth bear(Melursus ursinus)habitats using the maximum entropy(Max Ent)model.Bioclimatic data,a digital elevation model and roads were used as environmental layers to assess current and future distributions of habitat.Results show that the overall habitat within the study area is likely to undergo important changes in the future.Bio 8(the mean temperature of the wettest quarter)and slope were found to be important variables affecting the distribution of the species.The habitats very highly suitable for sloth bears currently cover an area of 148 km^(2) within the GRB.These habitats are predicted to increase by 122 km^(2) more by 2050.Overall,a net change by 680.38 km^(2) was found in the GRB.Conservation measures are necessary for this key protected species and its habitat within the GRB and elsewhere in Nepal.Raju RAI ZHANG Yi-li WANG Zhao-feng Basanta PAUDEL LIU Lin-shan Mohan Kumar RAI Narendra Raj KHANAL 2022Journal of Mountain Science2022,19,7:1
