1A simple way to make pre-stressed ceramics with high strength显示文摘A pre-stressing design and a simple fabrication technology to substantially improve the strength of ceramic components are presented.Residual surface compressive stress is generated in ceramic components by pressureless sintering of a green bulk coated with a thin layer of low coefficient of thermal expansion(CTE).The stress level can be controlled by changing the cross-section area ratio,Young's modulus ratio and CTE ratio of the coating.Pre-stressed ZrO_(2) ceramics coated with Al_(2)O_(3) can achieve a flexural strength of 1330±52MPa,45% higher than their uncoated counterpart.Similarly,the flexural strength of building porcelain tiles is increased by 70%,from 67±3 MPa to 114±5MPa.The damage tolerance of pre-stressed ZrO_(2) ceramics is excellent with a high residual strength of ~1200 MPa in a thermal shock test at 325℃.This simple technique can improve the mechanical performance of ceramic components with no limitation of size and shape.Yiwang Bao Fenghua Kuang Yi Sun Yueming Li Detian Wan Zongyang Shen Delong Ma Lingfeng He 2019Journal of Materiomics2019,5,4:7

3Single-grain cutting based modeling of abrasive belt wear in cylindrical grinding显示文摘A systematic wear model of the cylindrical grinding process with an alumina abrasive belt from the perspective of single grain sliding wear was established in this study.The model consists of three parts:a single cutting force model derived by applying a stress integration method,a single grain wear height analysis based on the wear rate of alumina,and a grinding mileage prediction of multiple grains with Gaussian distributed protrusion heights.Cutting force,single grain wear height and full‐size grinding mileage verification experiments were conducted.The results indicated that the established model was in reasonable agreement with the experimental outcomes,which suggests that this model could be useful in the industry to predict the wear process of abrasive belts.Zhe HE Jianyong LI Yueming LIU Jiwang YAN 2020Friction2020,8,1:4
4Shikonin alleviates collagen-induced arthritis mice by inhibiting M1 macrophage polarization显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of shikonin(SKN) on M1 and M2 polarization of macrophages both in vitro and in vivo. METHODS: Collagen-induced arthritis(CIA) in male DBA/1 mice were treated with a dose of 4 mg/kg/day of SKN for 23 d(n = 6/group). The histopathology of inflamed joints in CIA mice was evaluated to test the antiarthritic effect of SKN. M1/M2 polarization of macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) and interferon(IFN)-γ or interleukin(IL)-4 and IL-13, were used to assess the effect of SKN(0.05, 0.1, and 0.2 μM). The effect of SKN on the protein expression of nitric oxide synthase, arginase, CD68, and CD206 was evaluated using western blot analysis. RESULTS: The results of this study revealed that SKN delayed the arthritis feet symptom score, reduced the incidence rate of arthritis, and relieved the inflammation of joints in CIA mice. SKN inhibited M1 macrophage polarization but did not affect M2 macrophage polarization in the joints of CIA mice. Moreover, SKN inhibited M1 polarization induced by LPS and IFN-γ, but did not affect M2 polarization induced by IL-4 and IL-13. 72004~2008年704例大肠癌临床流行特征(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the research was to study the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of incidence of colorectal cancer in North China. Methods: Analysis and summary were made for 704 colorectal cancer patients diagnosed from 2004 to 2008 in North China. Results: (1) Of 704 colorectal cancer patients,the median age was 56 years old,and the mean age was 58.2. There was no statistic difference in age between male and female cases,P > 0.05. (2) The male-female ratio was 1.62:1. (3) The proportion of rectal cancer was 62.92%,and incidence of the left colon cancer was higher than that of right colon cancer,P<0.05.(4) Of 712 lesions,658 cases were adenocarcinoma accounting for 92.4%,34 were malignant adenoma accounting for 4.8%,and 20 carcinoid accounting for 2.8%. (5) The 48.9% of patients belonged to stages 0 to IIB. Conclusion:The cases of colorectal cancer in North China is mainly rectal cancers,and the incidence of left colon cancer is higher than that of right colon cancer. 15A chromosome-level genome assembly provides insights into Cornus wilsoniana evolution, oil biosynthesis, and floral bud development显示文摘Cornus wilsoniana W.is a woody oil plant with high oil content and strong hypolipidemic effects,making it a valuable species for medicinal,landscaping,and ecological purposes in China.To advance genetic research on this species,we employed PacBio together with Hi-C data to create a draft genome assembly for C.wilsoniana.Based on an 11-chromosome anchored chromosome-level assembly,the estimated genome size was determined to be 843.51 Mb.The N50 contig size and N50 scaffold size were calculated to be 4.49 and 78.00 Mb,respectively.Furthermore,30474 protein-coding genes were annotated.Comparative genomics analysis revealed that C.wilsoniana diverged from its closest species∼12.46 million years ago(Mya).Furthermore,the divergence between Cornaceae and Nyssaceae occurred>62.22 Mya.We also found evidence of whole-genome duplication events and whole-genome triplicationγ,occurring at∼44.90 and 115.86 Mya.We further inferred the origins of chromosomes,which sheds light on the complex evolutionary history of the karyotype of C.wilsoniana.Through transcriptional and metabolic analysis,we identified two FAD2 homologous genes that may play a crucial role in controlling the oleic to linoleic acid ratio.We further investigated the correlation between metabolites and genes and identified 33 MADS-TF homologous genes that may affect f lower morphology in C.wilsoniana.Overall,this study lays the groundwork for future research aimed at identifying the genetic basis of crucial traits in C.wilsoniana.Zhenxiang He Haoyu Chao Xinkai Zhou Qingyang Ni Yueming Hu Ranran Yu Minghuai Wang Changzhu Li Jingzhen Chen Yunzhu Chen Yong Chen Chunyi Cui Liangbo Zhang Ming Chen Dijun Chen 2023Horticulture Research2023,10,11:0
16Area Query Processing Based on Gray Code in Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘Area query processing is significant for various applications of wireless sensor networks since it can request information of particular areas in the monitored environment. Existing query processing techniques cannot solve area queries. Intuitively, centralized processing on Base Station can accomplish area queries via collecting information from all sensor nodes. However, this method is not suitable for wireless sensor networks with limited energy since a large amount of energy is wasted for reporting useless data. This motivates us to propose an energy-efficient in-network area query processing scheme. In our scheme, the monitored area is partitioned into grids, and a unique gray code number is used to represent a Grid ID (GID), which is also an effective way to describe an area. Furthermore, a reporting tree is constructed to process area merging and data aggregations. Based on the properties of GIDs, subareas can be merged easily and useless data can be discarded as early as possible to reduce energy consumption. For energy-efficiently answering continuous queries, we also design an incremental update method to continuously generate query results. In essence, all of these strategies are pivots to conserve energy consumption. 18Efficient Grinding Method for Face Gear with Long Radius Disk Wheel显示文摘In order to improve the machining efficiency of the dish wheel grinding face gear, two changes are proposed:a disk wheel grinding face gear with a long radius and a multi-axis movement optimization method for tooth surface correction. Based on the grinding principle of face gears, the equation of the long radius disk wheel is deduced. Based on the structure of the machining tool, the tooth surface equations of the face gear shaped by the long radius disk wheel are established. Furthermore, an optimization model of face gear tooth surface correction is established, and the machine tool motion optimization of face gear tooth surface correction is completed;Finally, a long radius disk wheel grinding face gear test is performed. 19Dynamic Update Scheme of Spectrum Information Based on Spectrum Opportunity Incentive in the Database-Assisted Dynamic Spectrum Management显示文摘To solve the problem of delayed update of spectrum information(SI) in the database assisted dynamic spectrum management(DB-DSM), this paper studies a novel dynamic update scheme of SI in DB-DSM. Firstly, a dynamic update mechanism of SI based on spectrum opportunity incentive is established, in which spectrum users are encouraged to actively assist the database to update SI in real time. Secondly, the information update contribution(IUC) of spectrum opportunity is defined to describe the cost of accessing spectrum opportunity for heterogeneous spectrum users, and the profit of SI update obtained by the database from spectrum allocation. The process that the database determines the IUC of spectrum opportunity and spectrum user selects spectrum opportunity is mapped to a Hotelling model. Thirdly, the process of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities is further modelled as a Stackelberg game by establishing multiple virtual spectrum resource providers(VSRPs) in the database. It is proved that there is a Nash Equilibrium in the game of determining the IUC of spectrum opportunities by VSRPs. Finally, an algorithm of determining the IUC based on a genetic algorithm is designed to achieve the optimal IUC. 20Promoting Electrocatalytic CO_(2) Reduction to CO via Sulfur-Doped Co-N-C Single-Atom Catalyst显示文摘Electrocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) to fuels and chemicals possesses huge potential to alleviate current environmental crisis.Heteroatom doping in metal-nitrogen-carbon(M-N-C)single-atom catalysts(SACs)has been found to be capable to promote the electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR).However,the origin of the enhanced activity is still elusive.Here,we report that sulfur-doped cobalt-nitrogen-carbon single-atom catalyst(Co1-SNC)exhibits superior CO_(2)RR performance compared to sulfur-free counterpart(Co1-NC).On the basis of in situ attenuated total reflectance surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy(ATR-SEIRAS),kinetic isotope effect(KIE)and theoretical calculation,it is demonstrated that sulfur doping can promote water activation,elevate the d-band center of Co active site,and reduce the free energy of*COOH intermediate formation.This work deepens the understanding of the CO_(2)RR chemistry over heteroatom-doped SACs for designing efficient CO_(2)RR processes.Zhiming Wei Yuhang Liu Jie Ding Qinye He Qiao Zhang Yueming Zhai 2023Chinese Journal of Chemistry2023,41,24:0
