1小麦资源胚乳蛋白Glu-1、Glu-3、Gli-1基因位点变异特点显示文摘141个普通小麦品种及农家种中,由Glu-1位点控制的高分子量谷蛋白亚基共27种图谱,最常见的图谱是(N,7+8,2+12)占22%和(N,7+9,2+12)占19.9%,Glu-A1、Glu-B1、Glu-D1位点控制的均为正效应亚基,其图谱(1,7+8,5+10),(1,14+15,5+10),(1,13+16,5+10),(1,17+18,5+10),(2*,7+8,5+10),(2*,13+16,5+10)占13.4%;由Glu-3位点控制的低分子量谷蛋白亚基共48种以上的图谱,最常见的图谱是(a,j,c),Glu-A3位点存在6个以上等位基因,新发现的占5.7%,Glu-B3位点存在10个以上等位基因,新发现的占2.8%,Glu-D3位点存在3个等位基因;由Gli-1位点控制的醇溶蛋白共81种以上图谱,Gli1-A1位点存在7个以上等位基因,新发现的占7.1%,Gli-B1位点存在12个以上等位基因,新发现的等位基因占3.5%,Gli-D1位点存在10个等位基因,Gli-B1位点的l为1B/1R易位系,占总数的33.6%;由Gli-1位点控制的醇溶蛋白和由Glu-3位点控制的低分子量谷蛋白亚基基因变异远比由Glu-1位点控制的高分子量谷蛋白亚基复杂和丰富。王瑞 张改生 F J Zeller S L K Hsam 2006作物学报2006,32,4:4
249份小麦种质资源中Glu-1,Glu-3,Gli-1位点基因组成分析显示文摘采用分步法SDS-PAGE和改良A-PAGE分析了49份小麦农家品种等资源的Glu-1,Glu-3,Gli-1位点基因组成.结果表明,Glu-1位点编码的HMW-GS组成共检测到14种图谱,其中占比例最大图谱(N,7+8,2+12)达44.9%,其次是(N,7+9,2+12)和(1,7+8,2+12)各占14.3%,(1,7+9,5+10)和(2*,7+9,2+12)各占4.1%,其余9种图谱各占2.0%;Glu-3位点编码的LMW-GS组成共检测到25种图谱,(a,j,c)占12.2%,(a,g,c)占10.2%,(new,g,c)占8.2%,(a,g,a),(a,j,a),(f,g,c)和(d,j,a)各占6.1%,(f,j,a),(d,g,c),(a,f,c)和(f,f,c)各占4.1%,其余14种图谱各占2.0%,Glu-A3位点新发现的基因图谱占14.3%;Gli-1位点编码的醇溶蛋白组成共检测到40种图谱,(a,f,l)和(f,l,i)各占6.1%,(f,l,a),(new,c,i),(b,g,l)和(l,l,a)各占4.1%,其它34种图谱各占2.0%,Gli-1位点新发现的基因图谱占16.3%;扬白麦、迟亚草、葫芦头麦、红秃头、红粒白芒、红火麦、矮孟牛IV中在Glu-3或Gli-1位点含有新发现的等位基因.王瑞 张改生 王宏 F J ZELLER S L K HSAM 2008河南农业大学学报2008,42,4:2
