| 1 | Immunology Mechanism of CD4^+ CD25^ T Regulatory Cells Acting on Effector T Cells显示文摘Objective: To detect the inhibiting co-stimulating molecule CTLA4 and cytokines secreted by Treg cells, and explore the immunology mechanism of T regulatory cells acting on effector T cells in co-cultured system(CCS) and separating-cultured system(SCS). Methods: Detecting the percentage of CTLA4 and CD28 expressed on the Treg ceils and effector T ceils, and then adding Treg cells to mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR) system in CCS and TransWeil Milliceil-PCF SCS, at the same time, adding or not adding anti-IL-10 or anti-TGF.II1 to the reacting systems, examining the inhibitory capacity of Treg ceils exerting on the MLR. Results: Compared with effector T cells, Treg cells expressed higher level CTLA4 and secreted much more IL-10 and TGF-β(P<0.01). The inhibitory capacity of Treg cells co-cultured with effector T ceils is much stronger than that in separating cultured group(P<0.01). Moreover, the inhibiting rate of Treg ceils exerting on effector T ceils through secretin_g IL-10 was more powerful than that through secreting TGF-β1 (P<0.01). Coaclusion: Both ceil-to-ceil contact and cytokines secretion mechanisms are involved in CD4^+ CD25^+ Treg ceils operating function. However, the former is more important. | 6 | Preparation and characterization of microcapsule containing epoxy resin and its self-healing performance of anticorrosion covering material显示文摘Microencapsulated healing agents that possess adequate strength,long shelf-life,and excellent bonding to the host material are required for self-healing materials. The in situ encapsulation method is demonstrated over an order of magnitude size reduction for the preparation of urea-formaldehyde(UF) capsules filled with a healing agent,a mixture epoxy resin of the epoxy 711 and E-51. Capsules with diameters as small as about 100 μm are achieved under the agitation rate of 800 r min-1. The capsules possess a uniform UF shell wall(4 μm average thickness) . By using the analysis of scanning electronic microscope(SEM) ,thermal analysis(TG-DTA) and FTIR,the characteristics of the microcapsules were investigated respectively. Thus, they have tremendous application prospects in on-orbit servicing(OOS).This study discusses the configuration and manipulation of soft robotics. Usually, learning from living beings is used to develop the configurations of most soft robots. In this study, typical soft robots are introduced based on what they mimic. The discussion of manipulation is divided into two parts, namely actuation and control.The study also involves describing and comparing several types of actuations. Studies on the control of soft robots are also reviewed. | 11 | miR-124/IRE-1α affects renal ischemia/reperfusion injury by regulating endoplasmic reticulum stress in renal tubular epithelial cells显示文摘Acute kidney injury(AKI)refers to a clinical syndrome that occurs as a result of a rapid decline in renal function caused by multiple factors.Renal ischemia/reperfusion(/R)injury is one of the main causes of AKI and has a high incidence and mortality,However,the specific pathogenesis of renal I/R injury is still unclear.In recent years,a major breakthrough has been made in the study of endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)-mediated apoptosis in I/R injury.It has been reported that miRNAs play protective roles in ischemic/reperfused organs,but the molecular mechanisms have not been investigated deeply.In this study,the renal VR mouse model was used to explore the roles of miR-124 in ERS and in renal I/R injury.The western blot results showed that the expression levels of ERS-related proteins IRE-1α,XBP-1,and glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78)were significantly increased in the IVR model group when compared with those in the control group.Meanwhile,qPCR results showed that miR-124 expression was decreased in the I/R injury model,and overexpression of miR-124 using miR-124 mimics effectively reduced the expression of ERS-related proteins and alleviated renal LR injury.In addition,luciferase reporter assay was performed,and the results showed that IRE 1αand miR-124 may have direct interaction.In conclusion,our data indicated that miR-124 was a negative regulator of ERS via binding to IRE-1α,ultimately conferring its protective effect on the kidney,which demonstrates the regulatory mechanism of miR-124 in renal I/R injury and provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of renal I/R injury. | Chenguang Ding Meng Dou Yuxiang Wang Yang Li Ying Wang Jin Zheng Xiao Li Wujun Xue Xiaoming Ding Puxun Tian | 2020 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2020,52,2: | 4 |
| 12 | Computation method of zero-stress state of pneumatic stressed membrane structure显示文摘The whole analysis process of pneumatic stressed membrane structure contains nine states and seven analysis processes.The zero-stress state is the corner-stone of analysis and design of pneumatic stressed structure,and has significant impact on the pre-stressed state and load state.According to the logical model of the whole numerical analysis process of pneumatic stressed structure,a numerical analysis method to solve the zero-stress state from the elasticized equilibrium state was firstly proposed,called linear compatibility matrix M-P inverse method.Firstly,the pneumatic membrane stressed structure was transferred into grid structure by using membrane link to simulate membrane surface.Secondly,on the basis of equilibrium matrix theory of pin joint structure and small deformation assumption,compatibility equation of system was established.Thirdly,the unstressed length and elongation of links were calculated from the tension and material parameters of elasticized equilibrium state.Finally,using compatibility matrix M-P inverse,the nodal displacement was calculated by solving compatibility equation,the configuration of zero-stress state could be obtained through reverse superposition,and the stress was released.According to the algorithm,the program was coded with MATLAB.The correctness and efficiency of this method were verified by several numerical examples,and it could be found that one elasticized equilibrium state corresponded to one configuration of the zero-stress state.The work has theoretical significance and practical guidance value for pneumatic membrane structural design. | ZHAO JunZhao CHEN WuJun FU GongYi LI RuiXiong | 2012 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,3: | 4 |
| 13 | The effects of diltiazem in renal transplantation patients treated with cyclosporine A显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of diltiazem and cyclosporine A(CsA)combination therapy on protecting the kidney,promoting graft functioning and improving post-transplanted kidney recovery.Methods:The blood concentrations of CsA,the condition of the post-transplant kidney,the rate of acute rejection(AR),as well as hepatic and renal toxicity in 636 cases of renal transplant recipients were determined after being treated by CsA,with or without diltiazem.Results:Compared with the control group which received CsA,mycophenolate mofetil(MMF) and prednisolone(Pred)but lacked diltiazem,the group receiving these agents together with diltiazem required reduced dosage of CsA(P<0.01),while blood concentrations of CsA were significantly increased(P<0.01);the recovery time of graft function was reduced from(6.2±1.5)d to(3.9±1.4)d(P<0.01),and the rate of AR was decreased from 13.2%to 7.9%(P<0.01).Conclusion:In renal transplantation patients treated with CsA and diltiazem,blood concentrations of CsA were increased while the dosage was decreased.This efficient combination therapy reduced patients'economic burden,at the same time retained kidney function,promoted graft function recovery and decreased hepatic and renal toxicity and the rate of AR. | Wujun Xue Yong Song Puxun Tian Xiaoming Ding Xiaoming Pan Hang Yan Jun Hou Xinshun Feng Heli Xiang Xiaohui Tian | 2010 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,4: | 4 |

| 16 | Wheat leaf senescence and its regulatory gene network显示文摘Wheat leaf senescence is a developmental process that involves expressional changes in thousands of genes that ultimately impact grain protein content(GPC), grain yield(GY), and nitrogen use efficiency.The onset and rate of senescence are strongly influenced by plant hormones and environmental factors e.g. nitrogen availability. At maturity, decrease in nitrogen uptake could enhance N remobilization from leaves and stem to grain, eventually leading to leaf senescence. Early senescence is related to high GPC and somewhat low yield whereas late senescence is often related to high yield and somewhat low GPC. Early or late senescence is principally regulated by up and down-regulation of senescence associated genes. Integration of external and internal factors together with genotypic variation influence senescence associated genes in a developmental age dependent manner. Although regulation of genes involved in senescence has been studied in rice, Arabidopsis, maize, and currently in wheat, there are genotypespecific variations yet to explore. A major effort is needed to understand the interaction of positive and negative senescence regulators in determining the onset of senescence. In wheat, increasing attention has been paid to understand the role of positive senescence regulator, e.g. GPC-1, regulated gene network during early senescence time course. Recently, gene regulatory network involved early to late senescence time course revealed important senescence regulators. However, the known negative senescence regulator Ta NAC-S gene has not been extensively studied in wheat and little is known about its value in breeding.
