1GPS-constrained inversion of present-day slip rates along major faults of the Sichuan-Yunnan region, China显示文摘A linked-fault-element model is employed to invert for contemporary slip rates along major active faults in the Sichuan-Yunnan region (96°-108°E, 21°-35°N) using the least squares method. The model is based on known fault geometry, and constrained by a GPS-derived horizontal velocity field. Our results support a model attributing the eastward extrusion of the Tibetan Plateau driven mainly by the north-northeastward indentation of the Indian plate into Tibet and the gravitational collapse of the plateau. Resisted by a relatively stable south China block, materials of the Sichuan-Yunnan region rotate clockwise around the eastern Himalayan tectonic syntaxis. During the process the Garzê-Yushu, Xianshuihe, Anninghe, Zemuhe, Daliangshan, and Xiaojiang faults, the southwest extension of the Xiaojiang fault, and the Daluo-Jinghong and Mae Chan faults constitute the northeast and east boundaries of the eastward extrusion, with their left slip rates being 0.3-14.7, 8.9-17.1, 5.1 ± 2.5, 2.8 ± 2.3, 7.1 ± 2.1, 9.4 ± 1.2, 10.1 ± 2.0, 7.3 ± 2.6, and 4.9 ± 3.0 mm/a respectively. The southwestern boundary consists of a widely distributed dextral transpressional zone other than a single fault. Right slip rates of 4.2 ± 1.3, 4.3 ± 1.1, and 8.5 ± 1.7 mm/a are detected across the Nanhua-Chuxiong-Jianshui, Wuliangshan, and Longling-Lancang faults. Crustal deformation across the Longmenshan fault is weak, with short-ening rates of 1.4 ± 1.0 and 1.6 ± 1.3 mm/a across the Baoxing-Beichuan and Beichuan-Qingchuan segments. Northwest of the Longmenshan fault lies an active deformation zone (the Longriba fault) with 5.1±1.2 mm/a right slip across. Relatively large slip rates are detected across a few faults within the Sichuan-Yunnan block: 4.4±1.3 mm/a left slip and 2.7±1.1 mm/a shortening across the Litang fault, and 2.7±2.3 mm/a right-lateral shearing and 6.7±2.3 mm/a shortening across the Yunongxi fault and its surrounding regions. In conclusion, we find that the Sichuan-Yunnan region is divided into more than a dozen active micro-blocks by a large number of faults with relatively slow slip rates. 2Preliminary results pertaining to coseismic displacement and preseismic strain accumulation of the Lushan M_S7.0 earthquake,as reflected by GPS surveying显示文摘This paper presents the coseismic displacement and preseismic deformation fields of the Lushan MS7.0 earthquake that occurred on April 20,2013.The results are based on GPS observations along the Longmenshan fault and within its vicinity.The coseismic displacement and preseismic GPS results indicate that in the strain release of this earthquake,the thrust rupture is dominant and the laevorotation movement is secondary.Furthermore,we infer that any possible the rupture does not reach the earth’s surface,and the seismogenic fault is most likely one fault to the east of the Guanxian-Anxian fault.Some detailed results are obtainable.(1)The southern segment of the Longmenshan fault is locked preceding the Lushan earthquake.After the Wenchuan earthquake,the strain accumulation rate in the southeast direction accelerates in the epicenter of the Lushan earthquake,and the angle between the principal compressional strain and the seismogenic fault indicates that a sinistral deformation background in the direction of the seismogenic fault precedes the Lushan earthquake.Therefore,it is evident that the Wenchuan MS8.0 earthquake accelerated the pregnancy of the Lushan earthquake.(2)The coseismic displacements reflected by GPS data are mainly located in a region that is 230 km(NW direction)×100 km(SW direction),and coseismic displacements larger than 10 mm lie predominantly in a100-km region(NW direction).(3)On a large scale,the coseismic displacement shows thrust characteristics,but the associated values are remarkably small in the near field(within 70 km)of the earthquake fault.Meanwhile,the thrust movement in this70-km region does not correspond with the attenuation characteristics of the strain release,indicating that the rupture of this earthquake does not reach the earth’s surface.(4)The laevorotation movements are remarkable in the 50-km region,which is located in the hanging wall that is close to the earthquake fault,and the corresponding values in this case correlate with the attenuation characteristics of the strain release.WU YanQiang JIANG ZaiSen WANG Min CHE Shi LIAO Hua LI Qiang LI Peng YANG YongLin XIANG HePing SHAO ZhiGang WANG WuXing WEI WenXin LIU XiaoXia 2013Chinese Science Bulletin2013,58,28:33
3拜糖平联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对血清Hcy APN的影响显示文摘目的:探讨拜糖平联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病的疗效及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、脂联素(APN)的影响。方法:选择2015年3月至2016年3月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者95例,采用简单随机分组法分为观察组50例,对照组45例。观察组采用拜糖平联合利拉鲁肽进行治疗;对照组采用二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、肾小球滤过率(glo-merular filtration rate,GFR)、Hcy、APN水平;记录两组患者治疗前后体质量指数及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组患者有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组各项指标水平无明显差异,治疗后,两组各项指标水平均有所下降,较治疗前(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及HbAlc均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前Scr、GFR水平及体质量指数差异无统计学意义;治疗后观察组Scr水平和体质量指数明显低于对照组,GFR水平高于对照组(P <0.05);两组患者治疗前血清Hcy、APN水平无明显差异;治疗后,两组患者血清Hcy水平明显下降,APN水平明显升高,且观察组血清Hcy水平显著低于对照组,APN水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者恶心呕吐、头痛、腹泻发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:拜糖平联合利拉鲁肽治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效较高,明显改善患者血清Hcy、APN水平,且不会增加不良反应的发生,患者基本可以耐受,值得推广应用。胡文华 王伟伟 WANG Yonglin 2019河北医学2019,25,4:14
4Three-Dimensional Thermo-mechanical Coupled FEM Simulation for Hot Continuous Rolling of Large-Diameter Mandrel Bar显示文摘Based on the important boundary conditions of rolling simulation including friction, heat conduction and interactionsof the workpiece and rolls, the hot continuous rolling processes of large-diameter mandrel round bar (200 mm indiameter) in 6VH-stand hot tandem mill are successfully simulated by three-dimensional coupled thermomechanicalelastoplastic finite element method (FEM). The distributions of stress, strain, temperature and the rolling force andtorque for the two-pass and four-pass continuous rolling are calculated respectively. Thus, the two and four-passroll schedules are verified, respectively. The simulation results show that it is safe to produce 200 mm round barby the two-pass (oval pass and round pass) continuous rolling on the existing equipment compared to the four-passcontinuous rolling. 5Cloning of HBsAg-encoded genes in different vectors and their expression in eukaryotic cells显示文摘AIM: To compare the efficiency of different plasmids as DNA vectors by cloning three HBsAg-encoded genes into two eukaryotic expression vectors, pRc/CMV and pSG5UTPL/Flag, and to express HBsAg S, MS, and LS proteins in SP2/0 cells, and to establish monoclone SP2/0 cell strains that are capable of expressing S or S2S proteins stably.METHODS: Segments of S, preS2-S, preS1-preS2-S genes of Hepatitis B virus were amplified by routine PCR and preS1S fragment was amplified by Over-Lap Extension PCR. The amplified segments were cleaved with restricted endonuclease Hind Ⅲ/Not Ⅰ followed by ligation with pRc/CMV, or BamHI/EcoR Ⅰ followed by ligation with pSG5UTPL/Flag. After the plasmid vectors were cleaved with the correspond enzymes, the amplified segments were inserted into pRc/CMV or pSGSUTPL/Flag plasmid vectors with T4DNA ligase. KOZAK sequence was added before the initial ATG code of each fragment using specific primer. The inserted segments in the recombinant plasmids were sequenced after subcloning. BALB/c mice myeloma cells (SP2/0 cell line) were transfected with the recombinant plasmids. The expressions of the different recombinants were compared by Western-blot, using a monoclonal anti-HBs antibody as the primary antibody and peroxidase-labeled multi-linker as the secondary. Stable SP2/0-pRc/CMV-S or SP2/0- pRc/CMV-MS clones were established through clone screening with G418.RESULTS: Fragments with anticipated size were harvested after PCR. After recombination and screening, the sequences of the inserted segments in the recombinants were confirmed to be S, preS2S, preSl-preS2S and preSlS encoding genes,determined by sequencing. The results of Western-blot hybridization were positive for the anticipated proteins.Among them, pRc/CMV-S or pRc/CMV-MS demonstrated the highest expressing their respective antigen.CONCLUSION: Eight recombinant plasmids expressing S,M, L or preSlS proteins are obtained. For hepatitis surface antigen expression in eukaryotic cells, the vector pRc/CMV is superior to pSG5UTPL/Flag, and pRc/CMV-S and pRc/CMVMS are the most efficient in the pRc/CMV clones. 11Training and Testing Object Detectors With Virtual Images显示文摘In the area of computer vision, deep learning has produced a variety of state-of-the-art models that rely on massive labeled data. However, collecting and annotating images from the real world is too demanding in terms of labor and money investments, and is usually inflexible to build datasets with specific characteristics, such as small area of objects and high occlusion level. Under the framework of Parallel Vision, this paper presents a purposeful way to design artificial scenes and automatically generate virtual images with precise annotations.A virtual dataset named Parallel Eye is built, which can be used for several computer vision tasks. Then, by training the DPM(Deformable parts model) and Faster R-CNN detectors, we prove that the performance of models can be significantly improved by combining Parallel Eye with publicly available real-world datasets during the training phase. In addition, we investigate the potential of testing the trained models from a specific aspect using intentionally designed virtual datasets, in order to discover the flaws of trained models. 13Microstructure Study on Semi-solid 60Si2Mn during Compressing显示文摘The microstructure behavior and deformation mechanism of semi-solid 60Si2Mn fabricated by electromagnetic stirring under different deformation conditions during thixoforming are studied by means of Gleeble-1500 thermal-strain-stress simulator. The micro- structure of deformed 60Si2Mn and that of the non-deformed are compared. The results show that the grain size within deformation zone decreases as the amount of deformation increases or deformation temperature decreases, but deformation fate has small effect on grain size when the rate is very low. Besides, there is a critical amount of deformation to reduce grain size. 14Analysis on Microstructure and Misorientation of Ultrathin Hot Strip of Low Carbon Steel Produced by Compact Strip Production显示文摘The microstructure and misorientation of ultrathin hot strip were analyzed by CSP technology using electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD) method and Autoforge finite element program. The experimental results showed that the finishing hot rolling microstructures were the mixture of recrystallized and deformed austenite. After phase transformation, ferrite grains embody substructures and dislocations, leading to the high strength and relatively low elongation rate of the ultrathin hot strip. The FEM simulation of strain mode and distribution in deformation area has been fulfilled. 15吹扫捕集法测定粮食中熏蒸剂氰与氰化氢残留量显示文摘采用吹扫捕集气相色谱法建立了熏蒸剂氰和氰化氢在粮食(玉米、高粱、稻谷、小麦和大麦)中的分析方法,对粮食中氰和氰化氢预处理的吹扫温度、吹扫载气(N2)流量和吹扫时间等参数进行了优化,分析了吹扫捕集气相色谱测定的回收率、精密度、检出限和定量限等质量控制参数,并测定了实际熏蒸粮食中氰及其降解产物氰化氢残留量。结果表明,用50%磷酸溶液作溶剂,吹扫温度80℃、吹扫载气(N2)流量40 mL/min和吹扫时间90 min为最佳的吹扫方法参数。采用该方法测定粮食中氰和氰化氢的加标回收率分别为90.88%~96.25%和91.17%~95.83%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.36%~5.55%和0.90%~6.24%(n=6),检出限(LOD)分别为0.003 6 mg/kg和0.005 3 mg/kg(S/N=3),定量限(LOQ)分别为0.012 0 mg/kg和0.017 7mg/kg(S/N=10)。用吹扫捕集法检测熏蒸粮食中氰其降解产物氰化氢的残留量与溶剂顶空法测定结果相一致。李保同 曾鑫年 Ren Yonglin 2013中国粮油学报2013,28,3:7
16Characterization of volatiles Tribolium castaneum(H.)in flour using solid phase microextraction–gas chromatography mass spectrometry(SPME–GCMS)显示文摘The objective of this study was to identify volatile organic compounds(VOCs)from flour,Tribolium castaneum(Herbst)and flour infested by T.castaneum separately,to confirm the difference of healthy flour and flour infested by T.castaneum and to explore the new technique to diagnose stored flour’s quality by its VOCs change.Headspace-solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME)coupled with gas chromatography(GC)and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS)were used to detect the VOCs of three different samples.Totally,71 different compounds were identified in flour,T.castaneum and T.castaneum infested flour.Therefore,27 VOCs were identified from flour alone,32 VOCs from T.castaneum and 39 VOCs from T.castaneum infested flour.The compound 2-ethyl-2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione is only found in T.castaneum infested flour.This suggests that 2-ethyl-2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione can be a useful VOC for detecting T.castaneum in flour.Yonghao Niu Giles Hardy Manjree Agarwal Lei Hua Yonglin Ren 2016Food Science and Human Wellness2016,5,1:6
17Efficacy and advantages of modified Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments based on'kidney reinforcing'for chronic aplastic ane-mia:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of modified treatments based on 'kidney reinforcing' in the management of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and explore their advantages and specialties.METHODS:One hundred and eleven patients with CAA were randomly divided into three groups:kidney reinforcing alone(KA),'kidney reinforcing and Qi tonifying'(KQ),and 'kidney reinforcing and blood circulation invigorating'(KC).Normal and positive control groups were also formed.All patients were treated for 6 months(two courses).Hemograms,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,and therapeutic effects were assessed,and changes in T-lymphocyte subsets,regulatory T cells and cytokines were detected.RESULTS:The KQ and KC groups had lower TCM syndrome scores than the positive control group after 6 months(P < 0.05).The KQ group had a higher overall efficacy than the positive control group after 3 months(P < 0.05),while platelet counts increased in the KC group after 6 months(P < 0.05).CD3+ T-lymphocyte ratios decreased only in the KQ group,while CD3 + CD4 + CD8-Tlymphocytes increased only in the KC group after 6 months(P <0.05).Levels of interferon-γ,tumor necrosis fac-tor-α,interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-6 decreased and levels of IL-4 and IL-10 increased in all treated groups after 6 months.Levels of IL-6 in the KQ and KC groups were lower than those in the positive control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Treatments based on kidney reinforcing have a rebalancing effect on cytotoxic and T helper cells,and regulate expression of interferon-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-4.KQ may be more effective in treating CAA,and KC may have an advantage in platelet recovery.Wu Dijiong Shen Yiping Ye Baodong Fang Bingmu Lin Shengyun Chen Zhilu Jiang Huifang Feng Changwei He Lüyuan Gao Yanting Liu Yonglin Liu Yonghua Zhu Jiajia Wu Liqiang Shao Keding Zhou Yuhong 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4:6
18Nano-scaled iron-carbon precipitates in HSLC and HSLA steels显示文摘This paper studies the composition, quantity and particle size distribution of nano-scaled precipitates with size less than 20 nm in high strength low carbon (HSLC) steel and their effects on mechanical properties of HSLC steel by means of mass balance calculation of nano-scaled precipitates measured by chemical phase analysis plus SAXS method, high-resolution TEM analysis and thermodynamics calculation, as well as temper rapid cooling treatment of ZJ330. It is found that there existed a large quantity of nano-scaled iron-carbon precipitates with size less than 18 nm in low carbon steel produced by CSP and they are mainly Fe-O-C and Fe-Ti-O-C precipitates formed below temperature A1. 19Dark matter direct search sensitivity of the PandaX-4T experiment显示文摘The Panda X-4T experiment, a 4-ton scale dark matter direct detection experiment, is being planned at the China Jinping Underground Laboratory. In this paper we present a simulation study of the expected background in this experiment. In a 2.8-ton fiducial mass and the signal region between 1-10 keV electron equivalent energy, the total electron recoil background is found to be 4.9 × 10^(-5) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). The nuclear recoil background in the same region is 2.8 × 10^(-7) kg^(-1) d^(-1) keV^(-1). 20Provenance for the Chang 6 and Chang 8 Member of the Yanchang Formation in the Xifeng area and in the periphery Ordos Basin: Evidence from petrologic geochemistry显示文摘Study indicates that the major paleocurrent and source direction for the Chang 8 Member of the Yangchang Formation, Upper Triassic in the Xifeng area of the southwestern Ordos Basin derived from the southwest direction with the southeast source as the subordinate one. While the Chang 6 Member was influenced not only by the same source as that of the Chang 8 Member from the southwest and the southeast direction, but also affected by the northeast and the east provenance around the Ordos Basin, based upon measurement of paleocurrents on outcrops located in the periphery Ordos Basin, analysis of framework grains and heavy minerals in sandstones of the Chang 6 and Chang 8 Members and their spatial distribution in the study area, combined with characteristics of trace elements and rare-earth elements of mudstones and of a small amount of sandstones in the Xifeng area and outcrops in margin of the Ordos Basin. The Yuole-Xuanma-Gucheng-Heshui-Ningxia region located in the northeastern and the eastern Xifeng area was the mixed source area where the southwest, southeast, northeast and the east sources were convergent till the Chang 6 Member was deposited. The rare earth elements of the Chang 6 and Chang 8 Members are characterized by slight light rare earth-elements (LREE) enrichment and are slightly depleted in heavy rare earth-elements (HREE) with weak to moderate negative abnormal Eu, resulting in a right inclined REE pattern, which implies that the source rocks are closely related with better differential crust material. Analysis on geochemical characteristics of the mudstones and sandstones, features of parent rocks in provenance terranes and tectonic settings shows that source rocks for the Chang 8 Member mainly came from metamorphic and sedimentary rocks in transitional continental and basement uplift terranes with a small amount of rocks including metamorphic, sedimentary and igneous rocks coming from mixed recycle orogenic belt located in the southwest margin of the Ordos basin. Rocks in the crystalline basement and the overlying sedimentary cover in a basement uplift setting in the northeast periphery of the basin also contributed a part of the sources for the Chang 6 Member, in addition to the sources deriving from transitional continental and basement uplift terranes in the southwest margin of the basin.
