3Microstructure and mechanical properties of automobile beam steels produced by EAF-CSP process显示文摘The microstructure, mechanical properties, and misorientation of automobile beam steels produced by EAF-CSP process were studied using optical microscopy (OM) and electron back-scattered diffraction (EBSD). It is shown that the microstructure of strips is mainly polygonal ferrite, and the average grain size is about 5-8 μm. The electron back-scattered diffraction results show that grain boundaries in ferrite are basically high-angle grain boundaries without remarkable preferred orientation. 4基于显式有限元方法的汽车顶盖拉延成形仿真与模具优化显示文摘板材成形在汽车工业领域应用较为广泛,拉延工序在冲压成形过程中显得尤为重要。以汽车顶盖的成形与模具为研究对象,首先通过工程专业软件对成形板材、模具组件进行建模,然后采用显式有限元模块对研究对象进行应力应变的仿真计算,获得存在拉裂、起皱、面不平等缺陷的关键位置,并分析了这些缺陷产生的原因。通过进一步优化成型模具参数,分析顶盖与模具的应力应变云图,获得满足生产要求的模具结构。杨红平 2017天水师范学院学报2017,37,5:0
5A Discussion on Evolution of Microstructures and Influence Factors during Continuous Rolling of Compact Strip Production显示文摘The evolution of microsturctures and influence factors of ultrathin hot strips of low carbon steel produced by compact strip production (CSP) techniques were investigated. The steel blocking samples of CSP six-passes were obtained, and microstructures at the different positions of workpiece for each pass were studied. At the same time, an explicit finite element technique was used to reveal the continuous rolling process. By combining experiment results with simulation analysis, the effects of plastic strain, temperature, precipitation and interval time on evolution and refinement of crystal grains have been investigated. 7CR340轧制差厚钢板微观结构对拉深成形性能的影响显示文摘应用电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术对CR340钢轧制差厚板各厚度区晶粒尺寸、取向差分布和织构状态进行了检测,并进行了轧制差厚板的拉深试验,研究了差厚板微观结构对其拉深成形性能的影响。结果表明,差厚板薄区、过渡区和厚区的晶粒平均尺寸依次递减,而过渡区的晶粒尺寸最不均匀,织构均匀性最差;差厚板厚区晶粒细小,组织均匀性好,拉深时变形偏向厚区;{111}和{876}是提高冲压性能的有利织构,厚区各织构强度比更为合理,因而各向异性Δr绝对值更小,拥有比薄区较低的制耳率。付秀娟 杨帅 余月红 郑志镇 2018热加工工艺2018,47,21:0
