2Magnetic resonance imaging for prostate cancer clinical application显示文摘As prostate cancer is a biologically heterogeneous disease for which a variety of treatment options are available, the major objective of prostate cancer imaging is to achieve more precise disease characterization. In clinical practice, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is one of the imaging tools for the evaluation of prostate cancer, the fusion of MRI or dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) with magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) is improving the evaluation of cancer location, size, and extent, while providing an indication of tumor aggressiveness. 5RNA-Seq analysis and development of SSR and KASP markers in lentil(Lens culinaris Medikus subsp. culinaris)显示文摘Lentil(Lens culinaris Medikus subsp.culinaris,2 n=14)is a cool-season legume with high production potential for multiple uses.However,limited molecular research has been conducted in this species owing to its large genome,which impedes the generation of genome sequences and the development of molecular markers.In this study,more than 1.37 billion filtered clean reads were collected by RNA-Seq of six diverse lentil accessions and217,836 transcripts and 161,095 unigenes were de novo assembled,yielding respectively 257.1 and 240.6 million nucleotides.The mean transcript length was 1180 bp and the N50 and N90 lengths were respectively 2075 and 479 bp.The mean length of the unigenes was 1494 bp and their N50 and N90 values were respectively 2203 and 714 bp.The unigenes were annotated against seven databases.The FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)gene homolog in lentil showed high protein sequence similarity to the FT gene homologs of pea and alfalfa.On the basis of the RNA-Seq analysis,26,449 EST-SSR markers were designed in silico,and 276 preliminarily screened markers were selected to evaluate polymorphism in 94 diverse lentil accessions.In total,125(45.29%)of 276 EST-SSR markers were found to be polymorphic.A total of 130,073 SNP loci were detected and 78(61.41%)of 127 SNPs were successfully converted to KASP markers.Population genetic analyses of the lentil accessions with EST-SSR and KASP markers revealed similar genetic structures,suggesting that the RNA-Seq-generated resources and the developed markers are reliable for use in molecular marker-assisted breeding of lentil.Dong Wang Tao Yang Rong Liu Nana Li Xiaomu Wang Ashutosh Sarker Xiaodong Zhang Runfang Li Yanyan Pu Guan Li Yuning Huang Yishan Ji Zhaojun Li Qian Tian Xuxiao Zong Hanfeng Ding 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,6:1

8A novel MTPA and flux weakening method of stator flux oriented control of PMSM显示文摘Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high efficiency,high power density and high reliability.It has been widely used in electric vehicles,rail transit,industrial transmission and other fields.Compared with the traditional PMSM control strategy,the Indirect stator-quantities control(ISC)of low torque ripple induction motor has high dynamic response performance in the whole speed range,with high stability and strong security.However,due to the inherent characteristics of PMSM,there are still some difficulties in applying ISC strategy,such as solving the load angle corresponding to the current torque,realizing the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control and flux weakening control method in the stator field oriented control algorithm of PMSM.In this paper,theoretical analysis and discussion are carried out for the above difficulties,and an indirect stator vector control(ISC)method for PMSM is proposed.Finally,combined with the electric drive application platform of electric vehicle,the simulation and experimental results verify that the proposed ISC control strategy of PMSM also has good dynamic and steady-state performance in the whole speed range.Yuliang Wen Hanfeng Zheng Fang Yang Xiaofan Zeng 2021Transportation Safety and Environment2021,3,3:1
9Heterointerface engineering of Ni/Ni_(3)N hierarchical nanoarrays for efficient alkaline hydrogen evolution显示文摘Ni-based transition metal nitrides(TMNs)have been regarded as promising substitutes for noble-metal electrocatalysts towards the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)due to their low cost,excellent chemical stability,high electronic conductivity,and unique electronic structure.However,facile green synthesis and rational microstructure design of Ni-based TMNs electrocatalysts with high HER activity remain challenging.In this work,we report the fabrication of Ni/Ni_(3)N heterostructure nanoarrays on carbon paper via a one-step magnetron sputtering method under low temperature and N2 atmosphere.The Ni/Ni_(3)N hierarchical nanoarrays exhibit an excellent HER catalytic activity with a low overpotential of 37 mV at 10 mA·cm^(−2)and robust long-term durability over 100 h.Furthermore,the Ni/Ni_(3)N||NiFeOH(NiFeOH=NiFe bimetallic hydroxide)electrolyzer requires a small voltage of 1.54 V to obtain 10 mA·cm^(−2)for water electrolysis.Density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the heterointerface between Ni and Ni_(3)N could directly induce electron redistribution to optimize the electronic structure,which accelerates the dissociation of water molecules and the subsequent hydrogen desorption,and thus boosting the HER kinetics.Zhengbing Qi Ye Zeng Zhuo Hou Weijie Zhu Binbin Wei Yong Yang Bilan Lin Hanfeng Liang 2023Nano Research2023,16,4:0

12Screening Test of Water-soluble Fertilizers for Watermelon(Citrullus lanatus)显示文摘[Objectives] This study was conducted to find water-soluble fertilizers( WSFs) suitable for watermelon cultivation in Hainan area.[Methods] The effects of three WSFs on watermelon yield and quality were studied.[Results]Fahai·Jiabao WSF improved watermelon yield by 7.87% compared with the CK,and showed a net increase of income of 538.4 yuan/667 m^2.And it could significantly improve soluble sugar,Vc and protein contents,and could effectively reduce nitrate content.[Conclusions]Fahai·Jiabao WSF is the optimal WSF for integration of water and fertilizer,and has the market prospect of large-area application and extension.Hanfeng LI Delin HE Jiajie FU Kaidian WANG Xingjing YANG 2018Agricultural Biotechnology2018,7,6:0
