| 1 | Behaviors of Oxide Layer at Interface between Semi-solid Filler Metal and Aluminum Matrix Composites during Vibration显示文摘The joint interface between semi-solid Zn-Al filler metal and SiCp/Al composites with applying vibration for different time was examined. With increasing vibrating time, the oxide layer was disrupted prior at the centre to the periphery of the interface. And the solid grains near the centre of interface in semi-solid filler metal aggregated into two solid regions and compressed the composites during vibration; the solid grains near the periphery of interface moved toward the edge and scraped the composites during vibration. The models of disrupting oxide layer under the vibration condition were developed. At the centre of interface, the oxide layer was tore and stripped during the solid grains in the semi-solid filler metal depressing the composites with a very high compressive stress. | 2 | Development and utilization of a new chemically-induced soybean library with a high mutation density显示文摘Mutagenized populations have provided important materials for introducing variation and identifying gene function in plants. In this study, an ethyl methanesulfonate(EMS)-induced soybean(Glycine max) population,consisting of 21,600 independent M_2 lines, was developed.Over 1,000 M_(4(5))families, with diverse abnormal phenotypes for seed composition, seed shape, plant morphology and maturity that are stably expressed across different environments and generations were identified. Phenotypic analysis of the population led to the identification of a yellow pigmentation mutant, gyl, that displayed significantly decreased chlorophyll(Chl) content and abnormal chloroplast development. Sequence analysis showed that gyl is allelic to Minn Gold, where a different single nucleotide polymorphism variation in the Mg-chelatase subunit gene(ChlI1a) results in golden yellow leaves. A cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence marker was developed and may be applied to marker-assisted selection for the golden yellow phenotype in soybean breeding. | 3 | An Analysis and Proof on Self-Similarity Property of Flash P2P Internet Video Traffic显示文摘In order to study the amount of bandwidth resource loss caused by flash P2 P technique, its influence on network load and its maintenance cost, the characteristic of Internet traffic of flash P2 P is studied. On the basis of analysis of features of Real time media flow protocol(RTMFP), the traffic of flash P2 P can be identified from the Internet traffic. By extraction and analysis of the traffic of the three largest online video content providers in China(Youku, Iqyi and Sohu Video) and the calculation of probability distribution of the traffic, it is found that the transmission time of flash P2 P traffic and the transmission time interval obeys the heavy-tailed distribution. This accounts for the self-similarity of the flash P2 P traffic. To better explain the phenomenon, the long-range dependent model is established based on the current traffic. | 5 | Genome-wide signatures of the geographic expansion and breeding of soybean显示文摘Soybean is a leguminous crop that provides oil and protein. Exploring the genomic signatures of soybean evolution is crucial for breeding varieties with improved adaptability to environmental extremes. We analyzed the genome sequences of 2,214 soybeans and proposed a soybean evolutionary route, i.e., the expansion of annual wild soybean(Glycine soja Sieb. & Zucc.) from southern China and its domestication in central China, followed by the expansion and local breeding selection of its landraces(G. max(L.) Merr.). We observed that the genetic introgression in soybean landraces was mostly derived from sympatric rather than allopatric wild populations during the geographic expansion. Soybean expansion and breeding were accompanied by the positive selection of flowering time genes, including GmSPA3c. | 13 | Measurement and analysis of K-shell lines of silicon ions in laser plasmas显示文摘We present laboratory measurement and theoretical analysis of silicon K-shell lines in plasmas produced by Shenguang II laser facility, and discuss the application of line ratios to diagnose the electron density and temperature of laser plasmas.Two types of shots were carried out to interpret silicon plasma spectra under two conditions, and the spectra from 6.6 ?A to6.85 ?A were measured. The radiative-collisional code based on the flexible atomic code(RCF) is used to identify the lines, and it also well simulates the experimental spectra. Satellite lines, which are populated by dielectron capture and large radiative decay rate, influence the spectrum profile significantly. Because of the blending of lines, the traditional G value and R value are not applicable in diagnosing electron temperature and density of plasma. | 15 | Polar motion prediction using the combination of SSA and ARMA显示文摘High-precision polar motion(PM) prediction is of important significance in astronomy, geodesy, aviation,hydrographic mapping, interstellar navigation, and so on. SSA can effectively extract the trend and period terms of PM,in the process of achieving high-precision medium-and long-term polar motion prediction,it is necessary to solve the end effect problem and overfitting problem of SSA forecasting method;therefore, ARMA was applied to decreasethe end effect, and a suitable combination of reconstructed components was determined to avoid the high variance reaction of SSA overfitting. Based on the decomposition and reconstruction of the PM by SSA, the reconstructed components are determined to participate in the SSA iterative fitting model according to the variance contribution rate. The combination of the reconstructed components representing the polar motion period term and the trend term is determined according to the correlation analysis of the selected reconstructed components. After the above work, the principal component prediction sequence is obtained by fitting the period term and the trend term to convergence, respectively, and then, the SSA end effect is modified, and the residual term is predicted based on ARMA. | 16 | Temporally Separated CO_(2) Photoreduction and H_(2)O Photooxidation over Redox-Active Conjugated Organic Polymer Films显示文摘Photocatalytic CO_(2) reduction with H_(2)O of chemicals without H2 generation is interesting but challenging.Herein,we report temporally separated CO_(2) photoreduction and H_(2)O photooxidation that are achieved over redox-active o-hydroxyazo-based conjugated organic polymer films(HAzo-COPFs),affording CO with high efficiency as the sole reduction product.HAzo-COPFs are prepared via interfacial diazo-coupling reactions of aromatic diamines and diphenols,and HAzo-COPF-1 from 4,4′-biphenol and benzidine shows the best performance with a CO generation rate of 53.6μmol g−1 h−1 under visible-light irradiation(>420 nm).Interestingly,we discovered that diphenol(DP-OH)moieties in HAzo-COPFs,serving as electron and proton donors to participate in CO_(2) photoreduction,are oxidized into quinone(DP=O)moieties,which are subsequently photoreduced to regenerate DP-OH in H_(2)O photooxidation.Consequently,CO_(2) photoreduction and H_(2)O photooxidation are temporally separated and perfectly coupled via redox transformation between DP-OH and DP=O that form in situ,affording enhanced charge carrier separation and inhibiting the hydrogen evolution reaction.This work provides new insights for the design of COP photocatalysts and artificial photosynthesis. | Guipeng Ji Yuepeng Wang Wenqiang Ye Meifang Chen Fengtao Zhang Yanfei Zhao Shengrui Tong Buxing Han Zhimin Liu | 2023 | CCS Chemistry2023,5,8: | 0 |
| 17 | A prodrug nanoplatform via esterification of STING agonist and IDO inhibitor for synergistic cancer immunotherapy显示文摘Cancer immunotherapy has made significant progress in the last few decades,revolutionizing oncology.However,low patient response rates and potential immune-related adverse events continue to be major clinical challenges.Cancer nanomedicine,by virtue of its regulated delivery and modular flexibility,has shown the potential to strengthen antitumor immune responses and sensitize tumors to immunotherapy.In this study,we developed tumor microenvironment(TME)responsive nanomedicine to achieve specific and localized amplification of the immune response in tumor tissue in a safe and effective manner,while simultaneously reducing immune-related side effects.We synthesized the TME responsive prodrug by coupling MSA-2,a stimulator of interferon genes(STING)agonist,and NLG-919,an indoleamine 2,3 dioxygenase(IDO)inhibitor.The prodrug was assembled into nanoparticles to enhance the solubility and bioavailability.By synthesizing a TME responsive prodrug,we aim to explore the therapeutic efficacy of combined regimen(STING agonist and IDO inhibitor)for cancer,and reduce the unwanted side effects of STING agonism on normal tissues.Free prodrug and nanoparticles were characterized by mass spectrometry,dynamic light scattering(DLS),and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Following that,we investigated the tumor accumulation,anti-tumor activity,and toxicity in vitro and in vivo.Prodrug nanoparticles demonstrated the ability to inhibit the tumor growth and activate antitumor immune response by modulating immune cells populations in tumor microenvironment.The TME responsive nanomedicine provided an effective tool for precise targeting,promoting antitumor immunity,and efficient tumor growth inhibition with safety.Outcomes of this study may have implications for future clinical trials. | Madiha Zahra Syeda Tu Hong Min Zhang Yanfei Han Xiaoling Zhu Songmin Ying Longguang Tang | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,10: | 0 |

| 20 | The domestication-associated L1 gene encodes a eucomic acid synthase pleiotropically modulating pod pigmentation and shattering in soybean显示文摘Pod coloration is a domestication-related trait in soybean,with modern cultivars typically displaying brown or tan pods,while their wild relative,Glycine soja,possesses black pods.However,the factors regulating this color variation remain unknown.In this study,we cloned and characterized L1,the classical locus responsible for black pods in soybean.By using map-based cloning and genetic analyses,we identified the causal gene of L1 and revealed that it encodes a hydroxymethylglutaryl-coenzyme A(CoA)lyase-like(HMGL-like)domain protein.Biochemical assays showed that L1 functions as a eucomic acid synthase and facilitates the synthesis of eucomic acid and piscidic acid,both of which contribute to coloration of pods and seed coats in soybean.Interestingly,we found that L1 plants are more prone to pod shattering under light exposure than l1 null mutants because dark pigmentation increases photothermal efficiency.Hence,pleiotropic effects of L1 on pod color and shattering,as well as seed pigmentation,likely contributed to the preference forl1 alleles during soybean domestication and improvement.Collectively,our study provides new insights into the mechanism of pod coloration and identifies a new target for future de novo domestication oflegume crops. | Xiangguang Lyu Ying-hui Li Yanfei Li Delin Li Chao Han Huilong Hong Yu Tian Lida Han Bin Liu Li-juan Qiu | 2023 | Molecular Plant2023,16,7: | 0 |
