3Polar Influence of the Organic Modifiers on the Structure of Montmorillonite in Epoxy Nanocomposites显示文摘The epoxy nanocomposites with similar amines(CH_3(CH_2)_(17)NH_2 and CH_3(CH_2)_(17)N(CH_3)_3CI) treated montmorillonite clays have been investigated by wide-angle X-ray scattering,transmission electron microscopy(TEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).Different nanocomposite structures,intercalation and exfoliation were formed by the reaction of octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride-exchanged and octadecylamine-exchanged clays with epoxy resin and phenalkamine as the curing agent,respectively.Results showed that the exfoliated nanocomposite can be obtained when octadecylamine with the lower polarity was used as a modifier.However,the intercalated nanocomposite can be obtained when octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride with higher polarity was used as a modifier.Fu-Chun Liu En-Hou Han Wei Ke Nan Tang Junbiao Wan Guilai Yin Jingwei Deng Kangwen Zhao 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,11:3
4Coordinated development efficiency between cultivated land spatial morphology and agricultural economy in underdeveloped areas in China:Evidence from western Hubei province显示文摘Suitable spatial morphology of cultivated land is a basic requirement for sustaining agricultural economic development in mountainous areas.Coordinated development efficiency of cultivated land spatial morphology and agricultural economy(CECA)is of great practical significance to measure the efficiency of cultivated land use,and thereby promote regional rural revitalization.However,few studies to date have focused on coordinated development efficiency between cultivated land use and agricultural economy in mountainous areas from the perspective of cultivated land spatial morphology.Thus,the present study explores CECA with this focus using the data envelopment analysis method,and analyzes the key influencing factors via a geographical detector model in 16 counties in western Hubei province.The results show the following:(1)CECA exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity that is high in the south of the study area and low in the north;(2)scale efficiency is the primary limiting factor for CECA;(3)the insufficient output of cultivated land use mainly restricts CECA in the south of the study area,while individual county in the north suffered from input redundancy and insufficient output;and(4)population density in the southern region has the most significant effect on CECA,and gross domestic product has the greatest impact in the northern region.The results contribute to the derivation of specific measures by which to promote cultivated land use efficiency and sustainable development of the social economy.XIANG Jingwei HAN Peng CHEN Wanxu 2023Journal of Geographical Sciences2023,33,4:3
5Black phosphorus-based van der Waals heterostructures for mid-infrared light-emission applications显示文摘Mid-infrared(MIR)light-emitting devices play a key role in optical communications,thermal imaging,and material analysis applications.Two-dimensional(2D)materials offer a promising direction for next-generation MIR devices owing to their exotic optical properties,as well as the ultimate thickness limit.More importantly,van der Waals heterostructures-combining the best of various 2D materials at an artificial atomic level-provide many new possibilities for constructing MIR light-emitting devices of large tuneability and high integration.Here,we introduce a simple but novel van der Waals heterostructure for MIR light-emission applications built from thin-film BP and transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs),in which BP acts as an MIR light-emission layer.For BP–WSe_(2) heterostructures,an enhancement of~200% in the photoluminescence intensities in the MIR region is observed,demonstrating highly efficient energy transfer in this heterostructure with type-Ⅰ band alignment.For BP-MoS_(2) heterostructures,a room temperature MIR light-emitting diode(LED)is enabled through the formation of a vertical PN heterojunction at the interface.Our work reveals that the BP-TMDC heterostructure with efficient light emission in the MIR range,either optically or electrically activated,provides a promising platform for infrared light property studies and applications.Xinrong Zong Huamin Hu Gang Ouyang Jingwei Wang Run Shi Le Zhang Qingsheng Zeng Chao Zhu Shouheng Chen Chun Cheng Bing Wang Han Zhang Zheng Liu Wei Huang Taihong Wang Lin Wang Xiaolong Chen 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:3
6Cross-Ice Acoustic Communication:Cascade Acoustic Channel Model and Experimental Results显示文摘Cross-ice acoustic information transmission is an effective means of communication in polar sea areas covered by ice.However,the channel is extremely complicated because of the combined influence of water,ice,and air.Based on the normalmode theory,this paper establishes a cascade acoustic channel(CAC)model for the transmission of underwater acoustic waves across ice layer.The model can calculate the displacement response of the ice layer’s upper surface by separating the upward waves from normal modes in the water and multiplying it by a transmission coefficient matrix.The relationship between the displacement response of the upper surface of ice layer and the acoustic frequency is calculated by the finite-element method,and the calculation result was consistent with that of the CAC model.To verify the applicability of the model,a cross-ice acoustic communication experiment was conducted in Songhua River in January 2019.Experimental results show the energy of the acoustic signals received by geophones is closely related to sound frequency and crossice acoustic communication is feasible.The result of present research is important for understanding crossice acoustic channel characteristics and developing future cross-ice acoustic communication in polar sea areas.Jingwei Yin Wei Men Guangping Zhu Xiao Han 2021China Communications2021,18,2:2
7An improved least mean square/fourth direct adaptive equalizer for under-water acoustic communications in the Arctic显示文摘An improved least mean square/fourth direct adaptive equalizer(LMS/F-DAE)is proposed in this paper for underwater acoustic communication in the Arctic.It is able to process complex-valued baseband signals and has better equalization performance than LMS.Considering the sparsity feature of equalizer tap coefficients,an adaptive norm(AN)is incorporated into the cost function which is utilized as a sparse regularization.The norm constraint changes adaptively according to the amplitude of each coefficient.For small-scale coefficients,the sparse constraint exists to accelerate the convergence speed.For large-scale coefficients,it disappears to ensure smaller equalization error.The performance of the proposed AN-LMS/F-DAE is verified by the experimental data from the 9th Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition.The results show that compared with the standard LMS/F-DAE,AN-LMS/F-DAE can promote the sparse level of the equalizer and achieve better performance.Yanan Tian Xiao Han Jingwei Yin Hongxia Chen Qingyu Liu 2020Acta Oceanologica Sinica2020,39,9:1
8Guidelines for navigation-assisted spine surgery显示文摘Spinal surgery is a technically demanding and challenging procedure because of the complicated anatomical structures of the spine and its proximity to several important tissues.Surgical landmarks and fluoroscopy have been used for pedicle screw insertion but are found to produce inaccuracies in placement.Improving the safety and accuracy of spinal surgery has increasingly become a clinical concern.Computerassisted navigation is an extension and application of precision medicine in orthopaedic surgery and has significantly improved the accuracy of spinal surgery.However,no clinical guidelines have been published for this relatively new and fast-growing technique,thus potentially limiting its adoption.In accordance with the consensus of consultant specialists,literature reviews,and our local experience,these guidelines include the basic concepts of the navigation system,workflow of navigation-assisted spinal surgery,some common pitfalls,and recommended solutions.This work helps to standardize navigation-assisted spinal surgery,improve its clinical efficiency and precision,and shorten the clinical learning curve.Wei Tian Bo Liu Da He Yajun Liu Xiaoguang Han Jingwei Zhao Mingxing Fan 2020Frontiers of Medicine2020,14,4:1
9Calcineurin B-like protein 5(SiCBL5)in Setaria italica enhances salt tolerance by regulating Na^(+)homeostasis显示文摘Salinity,a major abiotic stress,reduces plant growth and severely limits agricultural productivity.Plants regulate salt uptake via calcineurin B-like proteins(CBLs).Although extensive studies of the functions of CBLs in response to salt stress have been conducted in Arabidopsis,their functions in Setaria italica are still poorly understood.The foxtail millet genome encodes seven CBLs,of which only SiCBL4 was shown to be involved in salt response.Overexpression of SiCBL5 in Arabidopsis thaliana sos3-1 mutant rescued its salt hypersensitivity phenotype,but that of other SiCBLs(SiCBL1,SiCBL2,SiCBL3,SiCBL6,and SiCBL7)did not rescue the salt hypersensitivity of the Atsos3-1 mutant.SiCBL5 harbors an N-myristoylation motif and is located in the plasma membrane.Overexpression of SiCBL5 in foxtail millet increased its salt tolerance,but its knockdown increased salt hypersensitivity.Yeast two-hybrid and firefly luciferase complementation imaging assays showed that SiCBL5 physically interacted with SiCIPK24 in vitro and in vivo.Cooverexpression of SiCBL5,SiCIPK24,and SiSOS1 in yeast conferred a high-salt-tolerance phenotype.Compared to wild-type plants under salt stress conditions,SiCBL5 overexpressors showed lower accumulations of Na^(+) and stronger Na^(+) efflux,whereas RNAi-SiCBL5 plants showed higher accumulations of Na^(+) and weaker Na^(+) efflux.These results indicate that SiCBL5 confers salt tolerance in foxtail millet by modulating Na^(+) homeostasis.Jingwei Yan Lan Yang Ya Liu Yingdi Zhao Tong Han Xingfen Miao Aying Zhang 2022The Crop Journal2022,10,1:1

13Robust ZnS interphase for stable Zn metal anode of high-performance aqueous secondary batteries显示文摘Although Zn metal is an ideal anode candidate for aqueous batteries owing to its high theoretical capacity,lower cost,and safety,its service life and efficiency are damaged by severe hydrogen evolution reaction,self-corrosion,and dendrite growth.Herein,a thickness-controlled ZnS passivation layer was fabricated on the Zn metal surface to obtain Zn@ZnS electrode through oxidation–orientation sulfuration by the liquid-and vapor-phase hydrothermal processes.Benefiting from the chemical inertness of the ZnS interphase,the as-prepared Zn@ZnS electrode presents an excellent anti-corrosion and undesirable hydrogen evolution reaction.Meanwhile,the thickness-optimized ZnS layer with an unbalanced charge distribution represses dendrite growth by guiding Zn plating/stripping,leading to long service life.Consequently,the Zn@Zn S presented 300 cycles in the symmetric cells with a 42 mV overpotential,200 cycles in half cells with a 78 mV overpotential,and superb rate performance in Zn||NH;V;O;full cells.Lingyun Xiong Hao Fu Weiwei Han Manxiang Wang Jingwei Li Woochul Yang Guicheng Liu 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,5:1

15A novel inhibitor of ARfl and ARv7 induces protein degradation to overcome enzalutamide resistance in advanced prostate cancer显示文摘Enzalutamide(ENZ) is a second-generation androgen receptor(AR) antagonist used for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer(CRPC) and reportedly prolongs survival time within a year of starting therapy. However, CRPC patients can develop ENZ resistance(ENZR), mainly driven by abnormal reactivation of AR signaling, involving increased expression of the full-length AR(ARfl)or dominantly active androgen receptor splice variant 7(ARv7) and ARfl/ARv7 heterodimers. There is currently no efficient treatment for ENZR in CRPC. Herein, a small molecule LLU-206 was rationally designed based on the ENZ structure and exhibited potent inhibition of both ARfl and constitutively active ARv7 to inhibit PCa proliferation and suppress ENZR in CRPC. Mechanically, LLU-206 promoted ARfl/ARv7 protein degradation and decreased ARfl/ARv7 heterodimers through mouse double minute 2-mediated ubiquitination. Finally, LLU-206 exhibited favorable pharmacokinetic properties with poor permeability across the blood-brain barrier, leading to a lower prevalence of adverse effects, including seizure and neurotoxicity, than ENZ-based therapies. 16Polar motion prediction using the combination of SSA and ARMA显示文摘High-precision polar motion(PM) prediction is of important significance in astronomy, geodesy, aviation,hydrographic mapping, interstellar navigation, and so on. SSA can effectively extract the trend and period terms of PM,in the process of achieving high-precision medium-and long-term polar motion prediction,it is necessary to solve the end effect problem and overfitting problem of SSA forecasting method;therefore, ARMA was applied to decreasethe end effect, and a suitable combination of reconstructed components was determined to avoid the high variance reaction of SSA overfitting. Based on the decomposition and reconstruction of the PM by SSA, the reconstructed components are determined to participate in the SSA iterative fitting model according to the variance contribution rate. The combination of the reconstructed components representing the polar motion period term and the trend term is determined according to the correlation analysis of the selected reconstructed components. After the above work, the principal component prediction sequence is obtained by fitting the period term and the trend term to convergence, respectively, and then, the SSA end effect is modified, and the residual term is predicted based on ARMA. 17Analysis of coordinate time series of DORIS stations on Eurasian plate and the plate motion based on SSA and FFT显示文摘This study focuses on analyzing the time series of DORIS beacon stations and plate motion of the Eurasian plate by applying Singular Spectrum Analysis(SSA)and Fast Fourier Transform(FFT).First,the rend terms and periodic signals are accurately separated by SSA,then,the periodic seasonal signals are detected using SSA,and finally,the main components of the time series are reconstructed successfully.The test results show that the nonlinear trends and seasonal signals of DORIS stations are detected successfully.The periods of the seasonal signals detected are year,half-year,and 59 days,etc.The contribution rates and slopes in E,N,and U directions of the trend items of each beacon station after reconstruction are obtained by least-square fitting.The velocities of these stations are compared with those provided by the GEODVEL2010 model,and it is found that they are in good agreement except the DIOB,MANB,and PDMB stations.Based on the DORIS coordinate time series,the velocity field on the Eurasian plate is constructed,and the test shows that the Eurasian plate moves eastward as a whole with an average velocity of 24.19±0.11 mm/y in the horizontal direction,and the average velocity of it is1.74±0.07 mm/y in the vertical direction.Qiaoli Kong Linggang Zhang Jingwei Han Changsong Li Wenhao Fang Tianfa Wang 2023Geodesy and Geodynamics2023,14,1:0
18Rapid fabrication of zwitterionic sulfobetaine vinylimidazole-based monoliths via photoinitiated copolymerization for hydrophilic interaction chromatography显示文摘Zwitterionic sulfobetaine-based monolithic stationary phases have attracted increasing attention for their use in hydrophilic interaction chromatography.In this study,a novel hydrophilic polymeric monolith was fabricated through photo-initiated copolymerization of 3-(3-vinyl-1-imidazolio)-1-propanesulfonate(SBVI)with pentaerythritol triacrylate using methanol and tetrahydrofuran as the porogenic system.Notably,the duration for the preparation of this novel monolith was as little as 5 min,which was significantly shorter than that required for previously reported sulfobetaine-based monoliths prepared via conventional thermally initiated copolymerization.Moreover,these monoliths showed good morphology,permeability,porosity(62.4%),mechanical strength(over 15 MPa),column efficiency(51,230 plates/m),and reproducibility(relative standard deviations for all analytes were lower than 4.6%).Mechanistic studies indicated that strong hydrophilic and negative electrostatic interactions might be responsible for the retention of polar analytes on the zwitterionic SBVI-based monolith.In particular,the resulting monolith exhibited good anti-protein adhesion ability and low nonspecific protein adsorption.These excellent features seem to favor its application in bioanalysis.Therefore,the novel zwitterionic sulfobetaine-based monolith was successfully employed for the highly selective separation of small bioactive compounds and the efficient enrichment of N-glycopeptides from complex samples.In this study,we prepared a novel zwitterionic sulfobetaine-based monolith with good performance and developed a simpler and faster method for preparation of zwitterionic monoliths.Qiqin Wang Lingjue Sun Huihui Wu Ning Deng Xianglong Zhao Jingwei Zhou Tingting Zhang Hai Han Zhengjin Jiang 2022Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022,12,5:0
19Evolving pattern and improvement path of China’s solid waste management policies显示文摘Systematically sorting out the evolving pattern of solid waste management policies and studying the key points and development trends of solid waste management policies are conducive to the clarification of improvement path of solid waste management policies.Based on the promulgated solid waste management policies,this study applies statistical methods to the analysis of the text structure and contents of the solid waste management policies,attempting to find out the internal evolving pattern of the solid waste management policies in China.Closely integrating the current policy requirements for the construction of‘waste-free city’,this study puts forward a policy optimization and improvement path.The findings are briefly listed blow:①The solid waste management policies have demonstrated multiple text types and various levels of effectiveness,and the policy framework system is gradually optimized.②In each edition of solid waste management policy,the hotspot issues are highlighted with distinctive characteristics of the times and dynamic evolution.The policies are covering more fields,the contents are more targeted and comprehensive,and the implementation is more specific and practical.③The policies mainly focus on harmlessness,reduction,reclamation,pollution prevention,supervision and management,secondary pollution,recycling,circular economy,etc.④The government strengthens the top-level design from the macro level,focusing on policy guidance and standardization,policy coordination,technical support,and governance improvement to promote the realization of the goals of‘harmlessness,reduction,reclamation’.⑤The diversification of tools,approaches and factors supporting solid waste management,and the growing awareness of the technical support of solid waste management,and the management mode and governance path have entered the phase of adaptive transformation.Based on practical needs,the market oriented policies and incentive mechanisms for solid waste management are inadequate,applicable technical attention is not highly paid,and the comprehensive management level and governance capabilities are in urgent need of improvement.Combined with the theoretical research,practical actions and policy initiatives of the construction of‘waste-free city’in other countries,from the perspectives of solid waste full product lifecycle management,technical support paradigm policy,main body coordination policy,guidance incentive policy,laws and regulations and other aspects,the policy improvement path and direction of China’s‘waste-free city’are thoroughly discussed in this study.Zhixiong Tan Ying Ren Jingwei Han Siying Chen 2021Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2021,19,4:0
20An improved particle filter indoor fusion positioning approach based on Wi-Fi/PDR/geomagnetic field显示文摘The existing indoor fusion positioning methods based on Pedestrian Dead Reckoning(PDR)and geomagnetic technology have the problems of large initial position error,low sensor accuracy,and geomagnetic mismatch.In this study,a novel indoor fusion positioning approach based on the improved particle filter algorithm by geomagnetic iterative matching is proposed,where Wi-Fi,PDR,and geomagnetic signals are integrated to improve indoor positioning performances.One important contribution is that geomagnetic iterative matching is firstly proposed based on the particle filter algorithm.During the positioning process,an iterative window and a constraint window are introduced to limit the particle generation range and the geomagnetic matching range respectively.The position is corrected several times based on geomagnetic iterative matching in the location correction stage when the pedestrian movement is detected,which made up for the shortage of only one time of geomagnetic correction in the existing particle filter algorithm.In addition,this study also proposes a real-time step detection algorithm based on multi-threshold constraints to judge whether pedestrians are moving,which satisfies the real-time requirement of our fusion positioning approach.Through experimental verification,the average positioning accuracy of the proposed approach reaches 1.59 m,which improves 33.2%compared with the existing particle filter fusion positioning algorithms.Tianfa Wang Litao Han Qiaoli Kong Zeyu Li Changsong Li Jingwei Han Qi Bai Yanfei Chen 2024Defence Technology(防务技术)2024,32,2:0
