1Combined model based on optimized multi-variable grey model and multiple linear regression显示文摘The construction method of background value is improved in the original multi-variable grey model (MGM(1,m)) from its source of construction errors.The MGM(1,m) with optimized background value is used to eliminate the random fluctuations or errors of the observational data of all variables,and the combined prediction model together with the multiple linear regression is established in order to improve the simulation and prediction accuracy of the combined model.Finally,a combined model of the MGM(1,2) with optimized background value and the binary linear regression is constructed by an example.The results show that the model has good effects for simulation and prediction.Pingping Xiong Yaoguo Dang Xianghua wu Xuemei Li 2011Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2011,22,4:10
2DEAP1 encodes a fasciclin-like arabinogalactan protein required for male fertility in rice显示文摘Arabinogalactan proteins(AGPs)are widely distributed in plant cells.Fasciclin-like AGPs(FLAs)belong to a subclass of AGPs that play important roles in plant growth and development.However,little is known about the biological functions of rice FLA.Herein,we report the identification of a male-sterile mutant of DEFECTIVE EXINE AND APERTURE PATTERNING1(DEAP1)in rice.The deap1 mutant anthers produced aberrant pollen grains with defective exine formation and a flattened aperture annulus and exhibited slightly delayed tapetum degradation.DEAP1 encodes a plasma membrane-associated member of groupⅢplant FLAs and is specifically and temporally expressed in reproductive cells and the tapetum layer during male development.Gene expression studies revealed reduced transcript accumulation of genes related to exine formation,aperture patterning,and tapetum development in deap1 mutants.Moreover,DEAP1 may interact with two rice D6 PROTEIN KINASE-LIKE3 s(OsD6PKL3s),homologs of a known Arabidopsis aperture protein,to affect rice pollen aperture development.Our findings suggested that DEAP1 is involved in male reproductive development and may affect exine formation and aperture patterning,thereby providing new insights into the molecular functions of plant FLAs in male fertility.Dan Zhou Ting Zou Kaixuan Zhang Pingping Xiong Fuxing Zhou Hao Chen Gongwen Li Kaiyou Zheng Yuhao Han Kun Peng Xu Zhang Shangyu Yang Qiming Deng Shiquan Wang Jun Zhu Yueyang Liang Changhui Sun Xiumei Yu Huainian Liu Lingxia Wang Ping Li Shuangcheng Li 2022Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2022,64,7:2

16Effect and mechanism of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide on osteogenic differentiation of bone mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)显示文摘Objective:To investigate the effects and mechanisms of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide(PSP)on osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs).Methods:The mouse BMSCs were cultured and induced in osteoblast medium(OBM)containing finalconcentrations(0 mg/L,12.5 mg/L,25 mg/L,and 50 mg/L)of PSP.The proliferation and cytotoxicity of BMSCs were detected by MTT assay.Alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and Alizarin red S staining were performed after 7 days' ossification-inducing culture.The mRNA expressions of ALP,Runx2 and osteocalcin(OCN)were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR(qPCR).The mRNA and protein expressions of Tafazzin(TAZ)(a key effector of Hippo pathway)were measured by qPCR and western blotting,respectively.Results:PSP was non-cytotoxicwithin the dose range of 12.5-50 mg/L and had no impact on the proliferation of BMSCs.The activity of ALP,the intensity of ALP staining,and the formation of mineralized nodules were increased by PSP treatment(25 and50 mg/L)(P<0.01).Moreover,administration of 25 mg/L PSP significantly enhanced the mRNA levels of osteoblastic differentiation makers ALP,Runx2 and OCN as well as the mRNA and protein expressions of TAZ(P<0.01).Conclusion:PSP could promote osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs,and the mechanisms might be related to the activation of TAZ in the Hippo signaling pathway.Pingping Wu Lei Zhang Shaohui Zong Fangna Yan Yin Xiong Wenwen Fu Bo Li Gaofeng Zeng 2018广西医科大学学报2018,35,5:0
17Neuritin affects the activity of neuralized-like 1 by promoting degradation and weakening its affinity for substrate显示文摘Neuritin plays a key role in neural development and regeneration by promoting neurite outgrowth and synapse maturation.Our previous research revealed the mechanism by which neuritin inhibits Notch signaling through interaction with neuralized-like 1(Neurl1)to promote neurite growth.However,how neuritin regulates Notch signaling through Neurl1 has not been elucidated.Here,we first confirm that neuritin is an upstream regulator of Neurl1 and inhibits Notch signaling through Neurl1.Neurl1 is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that can promote ubiquitination and endocytosis of the Notch1 ligand Jagged1.Therefore,we observe the effect of neuritin on the ligase activity of Neurl1.The results indicate that neuritin inhibits Neurl1 activity by reducing the ubiquitination level and endocytosis of the target protein Jagged1.Moreover,we find that decreased activity of Neurl1 results in reduced expression of Notch receptor Notch intracellular domain(NICD)and downstream target gene hairy and enhancer of split-1(HES1).Furthermore,we investigate how neuritin affects Neurl1 enzyme activity.The results show that neuritin not only weakens the affinity between Neurl1 and Jagged1 but also promotes the degradation of Neurl1 by the 26S proteasome pathway.Taken together,our results suggest that neuritin negatively regulates Notch signaling by inhibiting the activity of Neurl1,promoting the degradation of Neurl1 and weakening the affinity of Neurl1 for Jagged1.Our study clarifies the molecular mechanisms of neuritin in regulating the Notch signaling pathway and provides new clues about how neuritin mediates neural regeneration and plasticity.Jingling Zhu Yu Li Chen Zhong Meiyi Zhu Yan Zheng Anying Xiong Pingping Meng Liya Shan Yang Li Jin Huang 2023Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2023,55,10:0

19Significant tipping points of sediment microeukaryotes forewarn increasing antibiotic pollution显示文摘Antibiotic pollution imposes urgent threats to public health and microbial-mediated ecological processes.Existing studies have primarily focused on bacterial responses to antibiotic pollution,but they ignored the microeukaryotic counterpart,though microeukaryotes are functionally important(e.g.,predators and saprophytes)in microbial ecology.Herein,we explored how the assembly of sediment microeukaryotes was affected by increasing antibiotic pollution at the inlet(control)and across the outlet sites along a shrimpwastewater discharge channel.The structures of sedimentmicroeukaryotic community were substantially altered by the increasing nutrient and antibiotic pollutions,whichwere primarily controlled by the direct effects of phosphate and ammonium(−0.645 and 0.507,respectively).In addition,tetracyclines exerted a large effect(0.209),including direct effect(0.326)and indirect effect(−0.117),on the microeukaryotic assembly.On the contrary,the fungal subcommunity was relatively resistant to antibiotic pollution.Segmented analysis depicted nonlinear responses of microeukaryotic genera to the antibiotic pollution gradient,as supported by the significant tipping points.We screened 30 antibiotic concentration-discriminatory taxa of microeukaryotes,which can quantitatively and accurately predict(98.7%accuracy)the in-situ antibiotic concentration.Sediment microeukaryotic(except fungal)community is sensitive to antibiotic pollution,and the identified bioindicators could be used for antibiotic pollution diagnosis.Chaohua Wang Zhiyuan Yao Pingping Zhan Xianghua Yi Jiong Chen Jinbo Xiong 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:0
20Time-delay nonlinear model based on interval grey number and its application显示文摘In this paper, an optimization model is proposed to simulate and predict the current situation of smog. The model takes the interval grey number sequence with the known possibility function as the original data, and constructs a time-delay nonlinear multivariable grey model MGM based on the new kernel and degree of greyness sequences considering its time-delay and nonlinearity. The time-delay parameter is determined by the maximum value of the grey time-delay absolute correlation degree, and the nonlinear parameter is determined by the minimum value of average relative error. In order to verify the feasibility of the model, this paper uses the smog related data of Nanjing city for simulation and prediction.
