Role of mantle-derived magma in genesis of early Yanshanian granites in the Nanling Range, South China: in situ zircon Hf-O isotopic constraints显示文摘Although a number of petrographic observations and isotopic data suggest that magma mixing is common in genesis of many granite plutons, it is still controversial whether the mantle-derived magmas were involved in granites. We carried out in this study a systematic analysis of in situ zircon Hf-O isotopes for three early Yanshanian intrusions dated at ca. 160 Ma from the Nanling Range of Southeast China. The Qinghu monzonite has very homogeneous zircon Hf-O isotopic compositions, εHf(t) =11.6±0.3 and δ18O=5.4‰±0.3‰. In combination with whole-rock geochemical and Sr-Nd isotopic data, the parental magma of the Qinghu monzonite were likely derived from the partial melting of recently-metasomatized, phlogopite-bearing lithospheric mantle without appreciable crustal contamination. The Lisong and Fogang granites and the mafic microgranular enclaves (MME) within the Lisong granites have a wide range of zircon Hf-O isotopic compositions, with Hf and O isotopes being negatively correlated within each pluton. The Lisong MMEs were crystallized from a mantle-derived magma, similar to the parental magma of the Qinghu monzonite, with small amount of crustal assimilation. The Lisong and Fogang granites were formed by reworking of meta-sedimentary materials by mantle-derived magmas and mixing of the mantle-and sediment-derived melts to varying degrees. It is thus concluded that these two Yanshanian granites in the Nanling Range were formed associated with growth and differentiation of continental crust. | LI XianHua LI WuXian WANG XuanCe LI QiuLi LIU Yu TANG GuoQiang | 2009 | Science China Earth Sciences2009,52,9: | 101
Risk assessment of heavy metals in soils and vegetables around nonferrous metals mining and smelting sites,Baiyin,China显示文摘A field survey was conducted to investigate the metal and arsenic contamination in soils and vegetables on four villages (Shuichuan (SCH), Beiwan (BWA), Dongwan (DWA) and Wufe (WFE)) located along, Baiyin, China, and to evaluate the possible health risks to local population through foodchain. Results show that the most significantly contaminated soils occurred upstream at SCH where Cd, Cu and As concentrations exceeded maximum allowable concentrations for Chinese agricultural soil. Further downstream the degree of contamination semi-systematically decreased in concentrations of metal. Generally, the leafy vegetables were more heavily contaminated than non-leafy vegetables. Chinese cabbage is the most severely contaminated, the concentrations of Cd exceeded the maximum permit levels (0.05 mg/kg) by 4.5 times. Bio-accumulate factor also shows that an entry of Cd to food chain plants is the greatest potential. Furthermore, the estimated daily intake amounts of the considered toxic elements (Cd, Pb and Cu) from the vegetables grown at SCH and BWA and DWA have exceeded the recommended dietary allowance levels. Thus, the vegetables grown in three villages above, which affected by Baiyin mining and smelting have a health hazard for human consumption. | LI Yu WANG Yan-bin GOU Xin SU Yi-bing WANG Gang | 2006 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2006,18,6: | 84
KaKs_Calculator:Calculating Ka and Ks Through Model Selection and Model Averaging显示文摘KaKs_Calculator is a software package that calculates nonsynonymous (Ka) andsynonymous (Ks) substitution rates through model selection and model averag-ing. Since existing methods for this estimation adopt their specific mutation(substitution) models that consider different evolutionary features, leading todiverse estimates, KaKs Calculator implements a set of candidate models in amaximum likelihood framework and adopts the Akaike information criterion tomeasure fitness between models and data, aiming to include as many featuresas needed for accurately capturing evolutionary information in protein-coding se-quences. In addition, several existing methods for calculating Ka and Ks arealso incorporated into this software. | 4 | Spatial patterns and driving forces of land use change in China during the early 21st century显示文摘Land use and land cover change as the core of coupled human-environment systems has become a potential field of land change science (LCS) in the study of global environmental change. Based on remotely sensed data of land use change with a spatial resolution of 1 km × 1 km on national scale among every 5 years, this paper designed a new dynamic regionalization according to the comprehensive characteristics of land use change including regional differentiation, physical, economic, and macro-policy factors as well. Spatial pattern of land use change and its driving forces were investigated in China in the early 21st century. To sum up, land use change pattern of this period was characterized by rapid changes in the whole country. Over the agricultural zones, e.g., Huang-Huai-Hai Plain, the southeast coastal areas and Sichuan Basin, a great proportion of fine arable land were engrossed owing to considerable expansion of the built-up and residential areas, resulting in decrease of paddy land area in southern China. The development of oasis agriculture in Northwest China and the reclamation in Northeast China led to a slight increase in arable land area in northern China. Due to the 'Grain for Green' policy, forest area was significantly increased in the middle and western developing regions, where the vegetation coverage was substantially enlarged, likewise. This paper argued the main driving forces as the implementation of the strategy on land use and regional development, such as policies of 'Western Development', 'Revitalization of Northeast', coupled with rapidly economic development during this period. | LIU Jiyuan ZHANG Zengxiang XU Xinliang KUANG Wenhui ZHOU Wancun ZHANG Shuwen LI Rendong YAN Changzhen YU Dongsheng WU Shixin JIANG Nan | 2010 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2010,20,4: | 154

Anthropogenic emission inventories in China:a review显示文摘The development of reliable anthropogenic emission inventories is essential for both understanding the sources of air pollution and designing effective air-pollution-control measures in China. However, it is challenging to quantify emissions in China accurately, given the variety of contributing sources, the complexity of the technology mix and the lack of reliable measurements. Over the last two decades, tremendous efforts have been made to improve the accuracy of emission inventories, and significant improvements have been realized. More reliable statistics and survey-based data have been used to reduce the uncertainties in activity rates and technology distributions. Local emission factors and source profiles covering various sources have been measured and reported. Based on these local databases, improved emission inventory models have been developed for power plants, large industrial plants and the residential, transportation and agricultural sectors. In this paper, we review the progress that has been made in developing inventories of anthropogenic emissions in China. We first highlight the major updates that have been made to emission inventory models and the underlying data by source category. We then summarize the sector-based estimates of emissions of different species contained in current inventories. The progress that has been made in the development of model-ready emissions is also presented. Finally, we suggest future directions for further improving the accuracy of emission inventories in China. | Meng Li Huan Liu Guannan Geng Chaopeng Hong Fei Liu Yu Song Dan Tong Bo Zheng Hongyang Cui Hanyang Man Qiang Zhang Kebin He | 2017 | National Science Review2017,4,6: | 100
Hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy using mFOLFOX versus transarterial chemoembolization for massive unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma:a prospective non.randomized study显示文摘Background: Transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) is recommended as the standard care for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) at Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer(BCLC) stage A-B. However, the efficacy of TACE on large(> 10 cm) stage A-B HCC is far from satisfactory, and it is proposed that hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy(HAIC)might be a better first-line treatment of this disease. Hence, we compared the safety and efficacy of HAIC with the modified FOLFOX(mFOLFOX) regimen and those ofTACE in patients with massive unresectable HCC.Methods: A prospective, non-randomized, phase II study was conducted on patients with massive unresectable HCC. The protocol involved HAIC with the mFOLFOX regimen(oxaliplatin, 85 mg/m^2 intra-arterial infusion; leucovorin,400 mg/m^2 intra-arterial infusion; and fluorouracil, 400 mg/m2 bolus infusion and 2400 mg/m^2 continuous infusion)every 3 weeks and TACE with 50 mg of epirubicin, 50 mg of lobaplatin, 6 mg of mitomycin, and lipiodol and polyvinyl alcohol particles. The tumor responses, time-to-progression(TTP), and safety were assessed. Results: A total of 79 patients were recruited for this study: 38 in the HAIC group and 41 in the TACE group. The HAIC group exhibited higher partial response and disease control rates than did the TACE group(52.6% vs. 9.8%, P < 0.001;83.8% vs. 52.5%, P = 0.004). The median TTPs for the HAIC and TACE groups were 5.87 and 3.6 months(hazard radio[HR] = 2.35,95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.16-4.76, P = 0.015). More patients in the HAIC group than in the TACE group underwent resection(10 vs. 3,P = 0.033). The proportions of grade 3-4 adverse events(AE) and serious adverse events(SAE) were lower in the HAIC group than in the TACE group(grade 3-4 AEs: 13 vs. 27, P = 0.007;SAEs: 6 vs. 15,p = 0.044). More patients in the TACE group than in the HAIC group had the study treatment terminated early due to intolerable treatment-related adverse events or the withdrawal of consent(10 vs. 2,P = 0.026).Conclusions: HAIC with mFOLFOX yielded significantly better treatment responses and less serious toxicity than did TACE. HAIC might represent a feasible and promising first-line treatment for patients with massive unresectable HCC. | Min-Ke He Yong Le Qi-Jiong Li Zi-Shan Yu Shao-Hua Li Wei Wei Rong-Ping Guo Ming Shi | 2017 | Chinese Journal of Cancer2017,36,12: | 95

Future Physics Programme of BESⅢ显示文摘There has recently been a dramatic renewal of interest in hadron spectroscopy and charm physics. This renaissance has been driven in part by the discovery of a plethora of charmonium-like XYZ states at BESⅢ and B factories, and the observation of an intriguing proton-antiproton threshold enhancement and the possibly related X(1835) meson state at BESⅢ, as well as the threshold measurements of charm mesons and charm baryons. We present a detailed survey of the important topics in tau-charm physics and hadron physics that can be further explored at BESⅢ during the remaining operation period of BEPCⅡ. This survey will help in the optimization of the data-taking plan over the coming years, and provides physics motivation for the possible upgrade of BEPCⅡ to higher luminosity. | M.Ablikim M.N.Achasov P.Adlarson S.Ahmed M.Albrecht M.Alekseev A.Amoroso F.F.An Q.An Y.Bai O.Bakina R.Baldini Ferroli Y.Ban K.Begzsuren J.V.Bennett N.Berger M.Bertani D.Bettoni F.Bianchi J Biernat J.Bloms I.Boyko R.A.Briere L.Calibbi H.Cai X.Cai A.Calcaterra G.F.Cao N.Cao S.A.Cetin J.Chai J.F.Chang W.L.Chang J.Charles G.Chelkov Chen G.Chen H.S.Chen J.C.Chen M.L.Chen S.J.Chen Y.B.Chen H.Y.Cheng W.Cheng G.Cibinetto F.Cossio X.F.Cui H.L.Dai J.P.Dai X.C.Dai A.Dbeyssi D.Dedovich Z.Y.Deng A.Denig Denysenko M.Destefanis S.Descotes-Genon F.De Mori Y.Ding C.Dong J.Dong L.Y.Dong M.Y.Dong Z.L.Dou S.X.Du S.I.Eidelman J.Z.Fan J.Fang S.S.Fang Y.Fang R.Farinelli L.Fava F.Feldbauer G.Felici C.Q.Feng M.Fritsch C.D.Fu Y.Fu Q.Gao X.L.Gao Y.Gao Y.Gao Y.G.Gao Z.Gao B.Garillon I.Garzia E.M.Gersabeck A.Gilman K.Goetzen L.Gong W.X.Gong W.Gradl M.Greco L.M.Gu M.H.Gu Y.T.Gu A.Q.Guo F.K.Guo L.B.Guo R.P.Guo Y.P.Guo A.Guskov S.Han X.Q.Hao F.A.Harris K.L.He F.H.Heinsius T.Held Y.K.Heng Y.R.Hou Z.L.Hou H.M.Hu J.F.Hu T.Hu Y.Hu G.S.Huang J.S.Huang X.T.Huang X.Z.Huang Z.L.Huang N.Huesken T.Hussain W.Ikegami Andersson W.Imoehl M.Irshad Q.Ji Q.P.Ji X.B.Ji X.L.Ji H.L.Jiang X.S.Jiang X.Y.Jiang J.B.Jiao Z.Jiao D.P.Jin S.Jin Y.Jin T.Johansson N.Kalantar-Nayestanaki X.S.Kang R.Kappert M.Kavatsyuk B.C.Ke I.K.Keshk T.Khan A.Khoukaz P.Kiese R.Kiuchi R.Kliemt L.Koch O.B.Kolcu B.Kopf M.Kuemmel M.Kuessner A.Kupsc M.Kurth M.G.Kurth W.Kuhn J.S.Lange P.Larin L.Lavezzi H.Leithoff T.Lenz C.Li Cheng Li D.M.Li F.Li F.Y.Li G.Li H.B.Li H.J.Li J.C.Li J.W.Li Ke Li L.K.Li Lei Li P.L.Li P.R.Li Q.Y.Li W.D.Li W.G.Li X.H.Li X.L.Li X.N.Li X.Q.Li Z.B.Li H.Liang H.Liang Y.F.Liang Y.T.Liang G.R.Liao L.Z.Liao J.Libby C.X.Lin D.X.Lin Y.J.Lin B.Liu B.J.Liu C.X.Liu D.Liu D.Y.Liu F.H.Liu Fang Liu Feng Liu H.B.Liu H.M.Liu Huanhuan Liu Huihui Liu J.B.Liu J.Y.Liu K.Y.Liu Ke Liu Q.Liu S.B.Liu T.Liu X.Liu X.Y.Liu Y.B.Liu Z.A.Liu Zhiqing Liu Y.F.Long X.C.Lou H.J.Lu J.D.Lu J.G.Lu Y.Lu Y.P.Lu C.L.Luo M.X.Luo P.W.Luo T.Luo X.L.Luo S.Lusso X.R.Lyu F.C.Ma H.L.Ma L.L.Ma M.M.Ma Q.M.Ma X.N.Ma X.X.Ma X.Y.Ma Y.M.Ma F.E.Maas M.Maggiora S.Maldaner S.Malde Q.A.Malik A.Mangoni Y.J.Mao Z.P.Mao S.Marcello Z.X.Meng J.G.Messchendorp G.Mezzadri J.Min T.J.Min R.E.Mitchell X.H.Mo Y.J.Mo C.Morales Morales N.Yu.Muchnoi H.Muramatsu A.Mustafa S.Nakhoul Y.Nefedov F.Nerling I.B.Nikolaev Z.Ning S.Nisar S.L.Niu S.L.Olsen Q.Ouyang S.Pacetti Y.Pan M.Papenbrock P.Patteri M.Pelizaeus H.P.Peng K.Peters A.A.Petrov J.Pettersson J.L.Ping R.G.Ping A.Pitka R.Poling V.Prasad M.Qi T.Y.Qi S.Qian C.F.Qiao N.Qin X.P.Qin X.S.Qin Z.H.Qin J.F.Qiu S.Q.Qu K.H.Rashid C.F.Redmer M.Richter M.Ripka A.Rivetti V.Rodin M.Rolo G.Rong J.L.Rosner Ch.Rosner M.Rump A.Sarantsev M.Savrie K.Schoenning W.Shan X.Y.Shan M.Shao C.P.Shen P.X.Shen X.Y.Shen H.Y.Sheng X.Shi X.D Shi J.J.Song Q.Q.Song X.Y.Song S.Sosio C.Sowa S.Spataro F.F.Sui G.X.Sun J.F.Sun L.Sun S.S.Sun X.H.Sun Y.J.Sun Y.K Sun Y.Z.Sun Z.J.Sun Z.T.Sun Y.T Tan C.J.Tang G.Y.Tang X.Tang V.Thoren B.Tsednee I.Uman B.Wang B.L.Wang C.W.Wang D.Y.Wang H.H.Wang K.Wang L.L.Wang L.S.Wang M.Wang M.Z.Wang Wang Meng P.L.Wang R.M.Wang W.P.Wang X.Wang X.F.Wang X.L.Wang Y.Wang Y.F.Wang Z.Wang Z.G.Wang Z.Y.Wang Zongyuan Wang T.Weber D.H.Wei P.Weidenkaff H.W.Wen S.P.Wen U.Wiedner G.Wilkinson M.Wolke L.H.Wu L.J.Wu Z.Wu L.Xia Y.Xia S.Y.Xiao Y.J.Xiao Z.J.Xiao Y.G.Xie Y.H.Xie T.Y.Xing X.A.Xiong Q.L.Xiu G.F.Xu L.Xu Q.J.Xu W.Xu X.P.Xu F.Yan L.Yan W.B.Yan W.C.Yan Y.H.Yan H.J.Yang H.X.Yang L.Yang R.X.Yang S.L.Yang Y.H.Yang Y.X.Yang Yifan Yang Z.Q.Yang M.Ye M.H.Ye J.H.Yin Z.Y.You B.X.Yu C.X.Yu J.S.Yu C.Z.Yuan X.Q.Yuan Y.Yuan A.Yuncu A.A.Zafar Y.Zeng B.X.Zhang B.Y.Zhang C.C.Zhang D.H.Zhang H.H.Zhang H.Y.Zhang J.Zhang J.L.Zhang J.Q.Zhang J.W.Zhang J.Y.Zhang J.Z.Zhang K.Zhang L.Zhang S.F.Zhang T.J.Zhang X.Y.Zhang Y.Zhang Y.H.Zhang Y.T.Zhang Yang Zhang Yao Zhang Yi Zhang Yu Zhang Z.H.Zhang Z.P.Zhang Z.Q.Zhang Z.Y.Zhang G.Zhao J.W.Zhao J.Y.Zhao J.Z.Zhao Lei Zhao Ling Zhao M.G.Zhao Q.Zhao S.J.Zhao T.C.Zhao Y.B.Zhao Z.G.Zhao A.Zhemchugov B.Zheng J.P.Zheng Y.Zheng Y.H.Zheng B.Zhong L.Zhou L.P.Zhou Q.Zhou X.Zhou X.K.Zhou Xingyu Zhou Xiaoyu Zhou Xu Zhou A.N.Zhu J.Zhu J.Zhu K.Zhu K.J.Zhu S.H.Zhu W.J.Zhu X.L.Zhu Y.C.Zhu Y.S.Zhu Z.A.Zhu J.Zhuang B.S.Zou J.H.Zou 无 | 2020 | Chinese Physics C2020,44,4: | 517
Plant abiotic stress response and nutrient use efficiency显示文摘Abiotic stresses and soil nutrient limitations are major environmental conditions that reduce plant growth, productivity and quality.Plants have evolved mechanisms to perceive these environmental challenges, transmit the stress signals within cells as well as between cells and tissues, and make appropriate adjustments in their growth and development in order to survive and reproduce. In recent years, significant progress has been made on many fronts of the stress signaling research, particularly in understanding the downstream signaling events that culminate at the activation of stress-and nutrient limitation-responsive genes, cellular ion homeostasis, and growth adjustment. However, the revelation of the early events of stress signaling, particularly the identification of primary stress sensors, still lags behind. In this review,we summarize recent work on the genetic and molecular mechanisms of plant abiotic stress and nutrient limitation sensing and signaling and discuss new directions for future studies. | Zhizhong Gong Liming Xiong Huazhong Shi Shuhua Yang Luis R.Herrera-Estrella Guohua Xu Dai-Yin Chao Jingrui Li Peng-Yun Wang Feng Qin Jigang Li Yanglin Ding Yiting Shi Yu Wang Yongqing Yang Yan Guo Jian-Kang Zhu | 2020 | Science China(Life Sciences)2020,63,5: | 94
Changing profiles of cancer burden worldwide and in China: a secondary analysis of the global cancer statistics 2020显示文摘Background:Cancer is one of the leading causes of death globally, but its burden is not uniform.GLOBOCAN 2020 has newly updated the estimates of cancer burden. This study summarizes the most recent changing profiles of cancer burden worldwide and in China and compares the cancer data of China with those of other regions. Methods:We conducted a descriptive secondary analysis of the GLOBOCAN 2020 data.To depict the changing global profile of the leading cancer types in 2020 compared with 2018,we extracted the numbers of cases and deaths in 2018 from GLOBOCAN 2018.We also obtained cancer incidence and mortality from the 2015 National Cancer Registry Report in China when sorting the leading cancer types by new cases and deaths. For the leading cancer types according to sex in China,we summarized the estimated numbers of incidence and mortality, and calculated China’s percentage of the global new cases and deaths. Results:Breast cancer displaced lung cancer to become the most leading diagnosed cancer worldwide in 2020.Lung,liver,stomach,breast,and colon cancers were the top five leading causes of cancer-related death, among which liver cancer changed from the third-highest cancer mortality in 2018 to the second-highest in 2020.China accounted for 24%of newly diagnosed cases and 30%of the cancer-related deaths worldwide in 2020.Among the 185 countries included in the database,China’s age-standardized incidence rate(204.8 per 100,000)ranked 65th and the age-standardized mortality rate(129.4 per 100,000)ranked 13th.The two rates were above the global average.Lung cancer remained the most common cancer type and the leading cause of cancer death in China. However, breast cancer became the most frequent cancer type among women if the incidence was stratified by sex.Incidences of colorectal cancer and breast cancer increased rapidly. The leading causes of cancer death varied minimally in ranking from 2015 to 2020 in China.Gastrointestinal cancers, including stomach, colorectal, liver, and esophageal cancers, contributed to a massive burden of cancer for both sexes. Conclusions:The burden of breast cancer is increasing globally.China is undergoing cancer transition with an increasing burden of lung cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, and breast cancers. The mortality rate of cancer in China is high.Comprehensive strategies are urgently needed to target China’s changing profiles of the cancer burden. | Wei Cao Hong-Da Chen Yi-Wen Yu Ni Li Wan-Qing Chen | 2021 | Chinese Medical Journal2021,,7: | 982
The Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO):clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer显示文摘China is one of the countries with the highest incidence of gastric cancer. There are differences in epidemiological characteristics, clinicopathological features, tumor biological characteristics, treatment patterns, and drug selection between gastric cancer patients from the Eastern and Western countries.Non-Chinese guidelines cannot specifically reflect the diagnosis and treatment characteristics for the Chinese gastric cancer patients. The Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology(CSCO)arranged for a panel of senior experts specializing in all sub-specialties of gastric cancer to compile, discuss, and revise the guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer based on the findings of evidence-based medicine in China and abroad.By referring to the opinions of industry experts, taking into account of regional differences, giving full consideration to the accessibility of diagnosis and treatment resources, these experts have conducted experts’consensus judgement on relevant evidence and made various grades of recommendations for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer to reflect the value of cancer treatment and meeting health economic indexes. This guideline uses tables and is complemented by explanatory and descriptive notes covering the diagnosis, comprehensive treatment, and follow-up visits for gastric cancer. | Feng-Hua Wang Lin Shen Jin Li Zhi-Wei Zhou Han Liang Xiao-Tian Zhang Lei Tang Yan Xin Jing Jin Yu-Jing Zhang Xiang-Lin Yuan Tian-Shu Liu Guo-Xin Li Qi Wu Hui-Mian Xu Jia-Fu Ji Yuan-Fang Li Xin Wang Shan Yu Hao Liu Wen-Long Guan Rui-Hua Xu | 2019 | Cancer Communications2019,39,1: | 127
A complete sequence and comparative analysis of a SARS-associated virus(Isolate BJ01)显示文摘The genome sequence of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)-associated virus provides essential information for the identification of pathogen(s), exploration of etiology and evolution, interpretation of transmission and pathogenesis, development of diagnostics, prevention by future vaccination, and treatment by developing new drugs. We report the complete genome sequence and comparative analysis of an isolate (BJ01) of the coronavirus that has been recognized as a pathogen for SARS. The genome is 29725 nt in size and has 11 ORFs (Open Reading Frames). It is composed of a stable region encoding an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (composed of 2 ORFs) and a variable region representing 4 CDSs (coding sequences) for viral structural genes (the S, E, M, N proteins) and 5 PUPs (putative uncharacterized proteins). Its gene order is identical to that of other known coronaviruses. The sequence alignment with all known RNA viruses places this virus as a member in the family of Coronaviridae. Thirty putative substitutions have been identified by comparative analysis of the 5 SARS- associated virus genome sequences in GenBank. Fifteen of them lead to possible amino acid changes (non-synonymous mutations) in the proteins. Three amino acid changes, with predicted alteration of physical and chemical features, have been detected in the S protein that is postulated to beinvolved in the immunoreactions between the virus and its host. Two amino acid changes have been detected in the Mprotein, which could be related to viral envelope formation. Phylogenetic analysis suggests the possibility of non-human origin of the SARS-associated viruses but provides noevidence that they are man-made. Further efforts should focus on identifying the etiology of the SARS-associated virus and ruling out conclusively the existence of otherpossible SARS-related pathogen(s). | QIN E'de ZHU Qingyu YU Man FAN Baochang CHANG Guohui SI Bingyin YANG Bao PENG Wenming JIANG Tao LIU Bohua DENG Yongqiang LIU Hong ZHANG Yu WANG Cui LI Yuquan GAN Yonghua LI Xiaoyu L Fushuang TAN Gang CAO Wuchun, YANG Ruifu Institute of Microbiology and Epidemiology, Chinese Academy of Military Medical Sciences, Beijing 100071, China WANG Jian, LI Wei, XU Zuyuan, LI Yan, WU Qingfa, LIN Wei, CHEN Weijun, TANG Lin, DENG Yajun, HAN Yujun, LI Changfeng, LEI Meng, LI Guoqing, LI Wenjie, L Hong, SHI Jianping, TONG Zongzhong, ZHANG Feng, LI Songgang, LIU Bin, LIU Siqi, DONG Wei, WANG Jun, Gane K-S Wong, YU Jun & YANG Huanming* Beijing Genomics Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing 101300 National Center for Genome Information, Beijing 101300, China | 2003 | Chinese Science Bulletin2003,48,10: | 121
Prevalence of fatty liver disease and the economy in China: A systematic review显示文摘AIM: To investigate the relationship between the economy and the adult prevalence of fatty liver disease(FLD) in China's Mainland. METHODS: Literature searches on the Pub Med and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure databases were performed to identify eligible studies published before July 2014. Records were limited to crosssectional surveys or baseline surveys of longitudinal studies that reported the adult prevalence of FLD and recruited subjects from the general population or community. The gross domestic product(GDP) per capita was chosen to assess the economic status. Multiple linear regression and Loess regression were chosen to fit the data and calculate the 95%CIs. Fitting and overfitting of the models were considered in choosing the appropriate models. RESULTS: There were 27 population-based surveys from 26 articles included in this study. The pooled mean prevalence of FLD in China was 16.73%(95%CI: 13.92%-19.53%). The prevalence of FLD was correlated with the GDP per capita and survey years in the country(adjusted R2 = 0.8736, P GDP per capita = 0.00426, P years = 0.0000394), as well as in coastal areas(R2 = 0.9196, P GDP per capita = 0.00241, P years = 0.00281). Furthermore, males [19.28%(95%CI: 15.68%-22.88%)] presented a higher prevalence than females [14.1%(95%CI: 11.42%-16.61%), P = 0.0071], especially in coastal areas [21.82(95%CI: 17.94%-25.71%) vs 17.01%(95%CI: 14.30%-19.89%), P = 0.0157]. Finally, the prevalence was predicted to reach 20.21% in 2020, increasing at a rate of 0.594% per year. CONCLUSION: This study reveals a correlation between the economy and the prevalence of FLD in China's Mainland. | Jin-Zhou Zhu Qin-Yi Zhou Yu-Ming Wang Yi-Ning Dai Jiang Zhu Chao-Hui Yu You-Ming Li | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,18: | 116
