| 2 | Extraction of Flavonoids and Polyphenols from Coronatinetreated Mulberry Leaves and Evaluation of Their Antibacterial Activity against Pseudomonas syringae显示文摘Flavonoids and polyphenols are the main secondary metabolites in mulberry leaves,which have multiple biological functions such as antibacterial activity,free radical scavenging activity and antioxidant activity.In this paper,the parameters for the extraction of flavonoids and polyphenols from coronatine(COR)-treated mulberry leaves were optimized,and the components of the extracts were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),and their antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas syringae,which causes mulberry bacterial blight,was evaluated in vitro to explore the mechanism how COR acted as a plant immune elicitor to improve the resistance of mulberry to bacterial blight.The results showed that ethanol concentration of 70%,extraction temperature of 80℃,extraction duration of 6 h and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40 were the optimal parameters for the extraction of flavonoids and polyphenols from mulberry leaves.Flavonoids and polyphenols were mostly distributed in ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol fractions which showed better antibacterial activity than petroleum ether,dichloromethane and water fractions.Meanwhile,the antibacterial activity of ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol fractions of COR-treated mulberry leaves were more evident than that of water-treated mulberry leaves.Scanning electron microscopy showed that flavonoids and polyphenols inhibited the growth of pathogenic bacteria by changing cell morphology,damaging cell wall structure and unbalancing cell osmotic pressure.HPLC analysis confirmed the contents of morin,quercetin,quercitrin,kaempferol,chlorogenic acid and rutin were increased to a different extent in COR-treated mulberry leaves.So it can be concluded that the increased contents of flavonoids and polyphenols induced by COR may be one of the reasons for the enhanced resistance to mulberry bacterial blight. | Na WANG Yanliang CHU Yurui PU Fu'an WU | 2017 | Agricultural Biotechnology2017,6,4: | 1 |

| 4 | Detecting the linkage between arable land use and poverty using machine learning methods at global perspective显示文摘Eradicating extreme poverty is one of the UN’s primary sustainable development goals(SDG).Arable land is related to eradicating poverty(SDG1)and hunger(SDG2).However,the linkage between arable land use and poverty reduction is ambiguous and has seldom been investigated globally.Six indicators of agricultural inputs,crop intensification and extensification were used to explore the relationship between arable land use and poverty.Non-parametric machine learning methods were used to analyze the linkage between agriculture and poverty at the global scale,including the classification and regression tree(CART)and random forest models.We found that the yield gap,fertilizer consumption and potential cropland ratio in protected areas correlated with poverty.Developing countries usually had a ratio of actual to potential yield less than 0.33 and fertilizer consumption less than 7.31 kg/ha.Overall,crop extensification,intensification and agricultural inputs were related to poverty at the global level. | Fuyou Tian Bingfang Wu Hongwei Zeng Gary R Watmough Miao Zhang Yurui Li | 2022 | Geography and Sustainability2022,3,1: | 0 |
| 5 | Revealing the output power potential of bifacial monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells显示文摘Bifacial monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells have the promise of delivering higher output power density by inheriting the advantages of both tandem and bifacial architectures simultaneously.Herein,we demonstrate,for the first time,the bifacial monolithic all-perovskite tandem solar cells and reveal their output power potential.The bifacial tandems are realized by replacing the rear metal electrodes of monofacial tandems with transparent conduction oxide electrodes.Bandgap engineering is deployed to achieve current matching under various rear illumination conditions.The bifacial tandems show a high output power density of 28.51 mW cm−2 under a realistic rear illumination(30 mW cm−2).Further energy yield calculation shows substantial energy yield gain for bifacial tandems compared with the monofacial tandems under various ground albedo for different climatic conditions.This work provides a new device architecture for higher output power for all-perovskite tandem solar cells under real-world conditions. | Hongjiang Li Yurui Wang Han Gao Mei Zhang Renxing Lin Pu Wu Ke Xiao Hairen Tan | 2022 | eLight2022,2,1: | 0 |
| 6 | Responses of the East Component of Beijing GNSS Continuous Observation Stations to the 2011 Japan M_W 9.0 Earthquake显示文摘Several new demands have been put forward for the application of the Beijing continuous GNSS observations due to some particular reasons,such as the limited coverage of the observation network,the different construction and management criterion executed by different units and the intense interference resulting from human activity. In this paper,necessary processing of data is carried out, including more accurate calculation,corrections to the replacement,outliers and relocation of equipment,and elimination of linear trends in the E-component for every station. The E-components of the 16 available stations showed a lower sawtooth wave anomaly( s lowly westward propagating) b efore the2011 Tohoku M W9. 0 earthquake,a coseismic step rebound( rapid eastward propagating)and a post-seismic Ω-shaped recovery. These steps constituted a complete earthquake process which was rarely seen before in the GNSS observations and provides a good example for further study. | 7 | Application of Deep Inspiration Breath Hold Technique in Radiotherapy After Breast- Conserving Surgery for Left Breast Cancer and Its Improvement on Cardiac Dose显示文摘Objective:To analyze the application of deep inspiration breath hold technique in radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for left breast cancer and the improvement of cardiac dose.Methods:A total of 45 patients with left breast cancer treated in our hospital after breast-conserving surgery were selected,and the selection time was set from January 2020 to August 2022.All patients received radiotherapy.The right breast,heart,and lung volumes,and dose parameters of the heart,lungs,right breast,and left anterior descending coronary artery were compared under free breathing(FB)and deep inspiration breath hold(DIBH)technical modes.Results:The heart volume of the DIBH group was smaller than that of the FB group,and the left and right lung volumes were significantly larger than those of the FB group.In the DIBH group,the heart dose parameters V5,proper lung dose parameters,and left anterior descending coronary artery dose parameters were found lower than that of the FB group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with FB,the DIBH technique can reduce the heart’s size and increase the lung volume when used for radiotherapy after breast-conserving surgery for left breast cancer.It also reduces the dose to the heart,right lung,and left anterior descending coronary artery,thus protecting the heart and lungs. | Yu Luo Lihan Huang Qiao Lan Yurui Wu Yin Li Xiaorong Cheng Kunhai Xiong Xiaoyu Wu | 2023 | Proceedings of Anticancer Research2023,7,5: | 0 |
| 8 | Peroxidase-like single Fe atoms anchored on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene as surface enhanced Raman scattering substrate for the simultaneous discrimination of multiple antioxidants显示文摘Single-atom nanozymes(SAzymes)are emerging as promising alternatives to mimic natural enzyme,which is due to high atomic utilization efficiency,well-defined geometric,and unique electronic structure.Herein,Fe single atoms supported on Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)(Fe-SA/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x))with intrinsic peroxidase activity is developed,further constructing a sensitive Raman sensor array for sensing of five antioxidants.Fe-SA/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)shows excellent peroxidase-like performance in catalyzing the oxidation of 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB)with colorimetric reactions.X-ray adsorption fine structure(XAFS)reveals that the electron transport between the Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)and Fe atoms occurs along Fe-O-Ti ligands,meanwhile the density functional theory(DFT)calculations confirm the spontaneous dissociation of H_(2)O_(2)and the formation of OH radicals.Furthermore,the peroxidase-like Fe-SA/Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)was used as surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)substrate of oxidized TMB(TMB+)and achieved satisfied signal amplification performance.Using the blocking effects of free radical reactions,one-off identification of 5 antioxidants,including ascorbic acid(AA),uric acid(UA),glutathione(GSH),melatonin(Mel),and tea polyphenols(TPP),could be realized with this high identifiable catalytic property.This principle could realize 100%distinguish accuracy combined with linear discriminant analysis(LDA)and heat map data analysis.A wide detection concentration ranges from 10^(-8)to 10^(-3)M for five antioxidants was also achieved. | Hongyan Xi Hongfei Gu Yurui Han Tingting You Pengfei Wu Qingqing Liu Lirong Zheng Shuhu Liu Qiang Fu Wenxing Chen Yukun Gao Yuting Wang Penggang Yin | 2023 | Nano Research2023,16,7: | 0 |
