2Cyanoethyl cellulose-based eutectogel electrolyte enabling high-voltage-tolerant and ion-conductive solid-state lithium metal batteries显示文摘Solid-state polymer electrolytes are an important factor in the deployment of highsafety and high-energy-density solid-state lithium metal batteries.Nevertheless,use of the traditional polyethylene oxide-based solid-state polymer electrolyte is limited due to its inherently low ionic conductivity and narrow electrochemical stability window.Herein,for the first time,we specifically designed a cyanoethyl cellulosein-deep eutectic solvent composite eutectogel as a promising candidate for hybrid solid-state polymer electrolytes.It is found that the proposed eutectogel electrolyte achieves high ionic conductivity(1.87×10^(−3) S cm^(−1) at 25℃),superior electrochemical stability(up to 4.8 V),and outstanding lithium plating/striping behavior(low overpotential of 0.04 V at 1mAcm^(−2) and 1mAh cm^(−2) over 300 h).With the eutectogel-based solid-state polymer electrolyte,a 4.45 V LiCoO_(2)/Li metal battery delivers prominent long-term lifespan(capacity retention of 85%after 200 cycles)and high average Coulombic efficiency(99.5%)under ambient conditions,significantly outperforming the traditional carbonate-based liquid electrolyte.Our work demonstrates a promising strategy for designing eutectogel-based solid-state polymer electrolytes to realize high-voltage and high-energy lithium metal batteries.Hao Zhang Lixue Zhou Xiaofan Du Jianjun Zhang Songwei Tian Tingting Liu Jinning Zhang Sijia Hu Weiling Song Xinhong Zhou Guanglei Cui 2022Carbon Energy2022,4,6:3
3Significance of the lymph nodes in the 7th station in rational dissection for metastasis of distal gastric cancer with different T categories显示文摘Objective: To determine the clinicopathological characteristics, and evaluate the appropriate extent of lymph node dissection in distal gastric cancer patients with comparable T category.Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 570 distal gastric cancer patients, who underwent gastric resection with D2 nodal dissection, which was performed by the same surgical team from January 1997 to January 2011. We compared the differences in lymph node metastasis rates and metastatic lymph node ratios between different T categories. Additionally, we investigated the impact of lymph node metastasis in the 7th station on survival rate of distal gastric cancer patients with the same TNM staging.Results: Among the 570 patients, the overall lymph node metastasis rate of advanced distal gastric cancer was 78.1%, and the metastatic lymph node ratio was 27%. The lymph node metastasis rate in the 7th station was similar to that of perigastric lymph nodes. 10Synergistic in-situ growth of silver nanoparticles with nanozyme activity for dual-mode biosensing and cancer theranostics显示文摘A multifunctional nanocomposite of AgNPs@GQDs is prepared by synergistic in-situ growth of silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)on the complex of tannic acid(TA)and graphene quantum dots(GQDs)for the construction of dual-mode biosensing platform and cancer theranostics.The nanocomposite exhibits a hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))-responsive degradation,in which Ag^(0)is oxidized to Ag^(+)along with the release of oxidized TA and GQDs.The degradation induces the decreased absorbance and enhanced fluorescence(FL)intensity due to the suppression of Forster resonance ene rgy transfer(FRET)in AgNPs@GQDs,which is employed for colorimetric/fluorescence dual-mode sensing of H_(2)O_(2).The intrinsic peroxidase-like activity of GQDs nanozyme can effectively catalyze the oxidation reaction,enhancing the detection sensitivity significantly.Based on the generation of H_(2)O_(2)from the oxidation of glucose with the catalysis of glucose oxidase(GOx),this nanoprobe is versatilely used for the determination of glucose in human serum.Further,through combining the H_(2)O_(2)-responsive degradation of AgNPs@GQDs with high H_(2)O_(2)level in cancer cells,the nanocomposites exhibit good performance in cancer cell recognition and therapy,in which the synergistic anticancer effect of Ag^(+)and oxidized TA contribute to effective cell death,and the liberated GQDs are used to monitor the therapeutic effect by cell imaging.Xin Hai Yuwei Li Kaixin Yu Shuzhen Yue Yuanfang Li Weiling Song Sai Bi Xueji Zhang 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,3:1
11StRAP2.3, an ERF-Ⅶ transcription factor, directly activates StInvInh2 to enhance cold-induced sweetening resistance in potato显示文摘Potato invertase inhibitor(StInvInh2)positively regulates cold-induced sweetening(CIS)resistance by inhibiting the activity of vacuolar invertase.The distinct expression patterns of StInvInh2 have been thoroughly characterized in different potato genotypes,but the related CIS ability has not been characterized.The understanding of the regulatory mechanisms that control StInvInh2 transcription is unclear.In this study,we identified an ERF‐Ⅶ transcription factor,StRAP2.3,that directly regulates StInvInh2 to positively modulate CIS resistance.Acting as a nuclear-localized transcriptional activator,StRAP2.3 directly binds the ACCGAC cis-element in the promoter region of StInvInh2,enabling promoter activity.Overexpression of StRAP2.3 in CIS-sensitive potato tubers induced StInvInh2 mRNA abundance and increased CIS resistance.In contrast,silencing StRAP2.3 in CIS-resistant potato tubers repressed the expression of StInvInh2 and decreased CIS resistance.We conclude that cold-responsive StInvInh2 is due to the binding of StRAP2.3 to the ACCGAC cis-element in the promoter region of StInvInh2.Overall,these findings indicate that StRAP2.3 directly regulates StInvInh2 to positively modulate CIS resistance,which may provide a strategy to improve the processing quality of potatoes.Weiling Shi Yuhao Song Tiantian Liu Qiuqin Ma Wang Yin Yuchen Shen Tengfei Liu Chunyan Jiang Kai Zhang Dianqiu Lv Botao Song Jichun Wang Xun Liu 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:1

17Resonance Suppression Strategy for Humanoid Robot Arm显示文摘To address the problem of resonance in the control of a robot arm,a resonance suppression strategy is proposed for a single-joint humanoid robot arm based on the proportionalresonant(PR)controller.First,an arm joint model of the humanoid robot is established.Then the influence of resonance frequency on the performance of the control system with the robot arm is analyzed.The voltage fluctuation of the drive motor caused by the changes in arm motion is recognized as the disturbance of the current loop.The PR controller has the characteristic of disturbance rejection at a specific frequency.The output fluctuation of the driving system caused by the change of arm motion state at the resonance frequency is suppressed.Therefore the output current of the inverter will not be affected by the vibration of the arm at the resonance frequency.Finally,the control system is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulation.The simulation results demonstrate that the control strategy for the humanoid robot arm based on the PR controller can suppress the resonance of the arm effectively,improving the dynamic performance and system stability.Weiling Zhang Qinjun Du Zhengyang Zhao Chuanming Song Wei Ding Yonggang Luo 2020Journal of Beijing Institute of Technology2020,29,4:1
