| 1 | Positioning accuracy assessment for the 4GEO/5IGSO/2MEO constellation of COMPASS显示文摘Determined to become a new member of the well-established GNSS family,COMPASS(or BeiDou-2) is developing its capabilities to provide high accuracy positioning services.Two positioning modes are investigated in this study to assess the positioning accuracy of COMPASS' 4GEO/5IGSO/2MEO constellation.Precise Point Positioning(PPP) for geodetic users and real-time positioning for common navigation users are utilized.To evaluate PPP accuracy,coordinate time series repeatability and discrepancies with GPS' precise positioning are computed.Experiments show that COMPASS PPP repeatability for the east,north and up components of a receiver within China's Mainland is better than 2 cm,2 cm and 5 cm,respectively.Apparent systematic offsets of several centimeters exist between COMPASS precise positioning and GPS precise positioning,indicating errors remaining in the treatments of COMPASS measurement and dynamic models and reference frame differences existing between two systems.For common positioning users,COMPASS provides both open and authorized services with rapid differential corrections and integrity information available to authorized users.Our assessment shows that in open service positioning accuracy of dual-frequency and single-frequency users is about 5 m and 6 m(RMS),respectively,which may be improved to about 3 m and 4 m(RMS) with the addition of differential corrections.Less accurate Signal In Space User Ranging Error(SIS URE) and Geometric Dilution of Precision(GDOP) contribute to the relatively inferior accuracy of COMPASS as compared to GPS.Since the deployment of the remaining 1 GEO and 2 MEO is not able to significantly improve GDOP,the performance gap could only be overcome either by the use of differential corrections or improvement of the SIS URE,or both. | ZHOU ShanShi CAO YueLing ZHOU JianHua HU XiaoGong TANG ChengPan LIU Li GUO Rui HE Feng CHEN JunPing WU Bin | 2012 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2012,55,12: | 31 |

| 7 | Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis B and advanced fibrosis or compensated cirrhosis显示文摘Background and aims:Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)is the first-line therapy for chronic hepatitis B.This interim analysis presents the efficacy and safety data for TDF at Week 144 in patients with chronic hepatitis B and advanced fibrosis or compensated cirrhosis from China.Methods:Patients were assessed for incidence of newly diagnosed hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and disease progression,liver stiffness measurement(LSM),virological suppression(serum hepatitis B virus DNA<20 IU/mL),alanine aminotransferase normalization,hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)loss and seroconversion,histological liver fibrosis score,and safety at Week 144.Results:Overall,197 patients were enrolled.At Week 144,the incidence of newly diagnosed HCC was observed in 2.1%patients,and the incidence of disease progression was observed in 3.6%patients.The mean(standard deviation)change in LSM from baseline was5.1(5.85)kPa.Serum hepatitis B virus DNA<20 IU/mL was observed in 94.1%patients,alanine aminotransferase normalization in 33.5%patients,HBeAg loss in 35.6%patients,and HBeAg seroconversion in 14.4%patients.Among patients with stage F3 or F4 fibrosis at baseline by LSM,38.3%patients regressed to stage F0/1,and 22.0%of patients regressed to stage F2 at Week 144.Overall,67.7%patients experienced≥1 adverse events,13.8%patients experienced TDF-related adverse events,and 16.4%patients experienced serious(none were TDF-related).Conclusions:At Week 144 of TDF treatment,low incidence of HCC and disease progression were reported.Virological suppression was observed in 94.1%patients,which was associated with fibrosis regression.No new safety events were identified. | Huiying Rao Jia Shang Qing Xie Jianqi Lian Pujun Gao Junping Shi Xinyue Chen Jiefei Wang Min Xu Liaoyun Zhang Yingren Zhao QingMao Maorong Wang Wei Zhao Zong Zhang Jidong Jia Hong Tang Jiming Zhang Xin Zheng Chang Liu Lai Wei | 2022 | iLIVER2022,1,3: | 1 |

| 14 | A Hybrid Mathematical Model of Tumor-Induced Angiogenesis with Blood Perfusion显示文摘Angiogenesis, the growth of new blood vessel from existing ones, is a pivotal stage in cancer development,and is an important target for cancer therapy. We develop a hybrid mathematical model to understand the mechanisms behind tumor-induced angiogenesis. This model describes uptake of Tumor Angiogenic Factor(TAF)at extracellular level, uses partial differential equation to describe the evolution of endothelial cell density including TAF induced proliferation, chemotaxis to TAF, and haptotaxis to extracellular matrix. In addition we also consider the phenomenon of blood perfusion in the micro-vessels. The model produces sprout formation with realistic morphological and dynamical features, including the so-called brush border effect, the dendritic branching and fusing of the capillary sprouts forming a vessel network. | 17 | JAG1 enhances angiogenesis in triple-negative breast cancer through promoting the secretion of exosomal lncRNA MALAT1显示文摘Despite significant improvements in five-year survival rates due to early diagnosis and combination therapy, triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treatment remains a major challenge. Finding new and effective targets for diagnosis and drug therapy is urgent for TNBC patients. Jagged-1 (JAG1), one of the canonical ligands of the Notch signaling pathway, is involved in vascular budding and is a poor prognostic factor of TNBC. In this study, combined with quantitative real-time PCR, database analysis, animal experiments, and other means, JAG1 was confirmed to be related to the poor prognosis of TNBC patients. JAG1 was highly expressed in MDA-MB-231 Bone (231B) cells, with stronger invasion and metastasis ability than MDA-MB-231 (231) cells. Treatment of human vascular endothelial cells (HUVEC) with TNBC conditioned medium showed that TNBC JAG1 promoted the angiogenesis of HUVEC. Next, we detected the exosomes extracted from TNBC conditioned medium and found that JAG1 promoted the exosome secretion from 231 cells via ALIX-RAB11A/RAB35. In addition, we also found that the exosomes from JAG1 overexpressed TNBC cells contained more long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) MALAT1 , and MALAT1 promoted angiogenesis of HUVEC by targeting miR-140-5p . Finally, the angiogenesis-promoting effect of JAG1 in TNBC was further investigated by matrix gel assay. | 20 | The influences of composition and pore structure on the adsorption behavior of CH_(4) and CO_(2) on shale显示文摘CO_(2) enhanced shale gas recovery(CO_(2)-ESGR)has attracted extensive attention as it can improve the shale gas recovery efficiency and sequestrate CO_(2) simultaneously.In this study,the relationship between mineral composition,pore structure,CH_(4) and CO_(2) adsorption behavior as well as selective adsorption coefficient of CO_(2) over CH_(4)(αCO_(2)/CH_(4))in marine and continental shales at different temperatures was investigated.The results illustrated that shale with higher total organic carbon(TOC),higher clay minerals and lower brittle mineral contents has a larger micropores and mesopores volume and specific surface area.TOC content was positively correlated with fractal dimension Df.Both CH_(4) and CO_(2) adsorption capacity in shale have positive correlations with TOC and clay mineral content.CO_(2) adsorption capacity of the all the tested shale samples were greater than CH_(4),and theαCO_(2)/CH_(4) of shale were larger than 1.00,which indicated that using CO_(2)-ESGR technology to improve the gas recovery is feasible in these shale gas reservoirs.A higher TOC content and in shale corresponding to a lowerαCO_(2)/CH_(4) due to the organic matters show stronger affinity on CH_(4) than that on CO_(2).Shale with a higher brittle mineral content corresponding to a higherαCO_(2)/CH_(4),and no obvious correlation betweenαCO_(2)/CH_(4) and clay mineral content in shale was observed due to the complexity of the clay minerals.TheαCO_(2)/CH_(4) of shale were decreased with increasing temperature for most cases,which indicated that a lower temperature is more favorable for the application of CO_(2)-ESGR technique. | Xiangzeng WANG Junping ZHOU Xiao SUN Shifeng TIAN Jiren TANG Feng SHEN Jinqiao WU | 2021 | Frontiers of Earth Science2021,15,2: | 0 |
