| 1 | Transplantation of collagen scaffold with autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells promotes functional endometrium reconstruction via downregulating ΔNp63 expression in Asherman's syndrome显示文摘Asherman's syndrome(AS) is a common disease that presents endometrial regeneration disorder. However, little is known about its molecular features of this aregenerative endometrium in AS and how to reconstruct the functioning endometrium for the patients with AS. Here, we report that ΔNp63 is significantly upregulated in residual epithelial cells of the impaired endometrium in AS; the upregulated-ΔNp63 induces endometrial quiescence and alteration of stemness. Importantly, we demonstrate that engrafting high density of autologous bone marrow mononuclear cells(BMNCs) loaded in collagen scaffold onto the uterine lining of patients with AS downregulates ΔNp63 expression, reverses ΔNp63-induced pathological changes, normalizes the stemness alterations and restores endometrial regeneration. Finally, five patients achieved successful pregnancies and live births. Therefore, we conclude that ΔNp63 is a crucial therapeutic target for AS. | 3 | Upregulation of CD81 in trophoblasts induces an imbalance of Treg/Th17 cells by promoting IL-6 expression in preeclampsia显示文摘The disturbance of maternal immune tolerance to a semiallogeneic fetus is recognized as one of the key pathologies of preeclampsia(PE),in which an imbalance between the inflammation-limiting regulatory T cells(Tregs)and the inflammationmediating Th17 cells plays an essential role.Previously,we reported that the abnormal upregulation of tetraspannin CD81 in trophoblast cells(fetal component)participated in the pathogenesis of PE.However,as one of the potential immune regulatory molecules,whether CD81 induces PE by interfering with the balance of the maternal immune system has not yet been clarified.Thus,we investigated the relationship between the upregulation of CD81 in trophoblast cells and the imbalance of Treg and Th17 cells in mothers.Here,we demonstrated that upregulation of CD81 in trophoblast cells was accompanied by a decrease in Treg cells and an increase in Th17 cells in both the basal plate(placental maternal side)and peripheral blood of patients with PE.In vitro culture of naïve T cells with medium from the CD81-overexpressing trophoblast cell line HTR-8 resulted in enhanced differentiation of T cells into Th17 cells and decreased the formation of Tregs,which was dependent on the paracrine signaling of IL-6 in trophocytes,induced by CD81.In a CD81-induced PE rat model,we found a significant shift of T cell differentiation towards Th17 cells,and administration of IL-6 antibody mitigated the PE phenotype and the imbalance of the Treg/Th17 cells.These results define a vital regulatory cascade involving trophocyte-derived CD81,IL-6,and maternal Treg/Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of PE and suggests new therapeutic approaches based on CD81 and IL-6 downregulation to prevent human PE. | Hailin Ding Yimin Dai Yi Lei Zhiyin Wang Dan Liu Ruotian Li Li Shen Ning Gu Mingming Zheng Xiangyu Zhu Guangfeng Zhao Yali Hu | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019，16，3： | 15 |

| 5 | Ceramsite Containing Iron Oxide and its Use as Functional Aggregate in Microwave Absorbing Cement-based Materials显示文摘Electromagnetic(EM) wave absorbing cement-based composite has promising applications in protecting civil and military buildings from electromagnetic interferences. A new idea of preparing EM wave absorbing cement-based composite is proposed by using ceramsite containing iron oxide as EM wave absorbing functional aggregate. The ceramsite was synthesized by adding 10 wt% Fe_3O_4 into clay and sintering at 1 200 ℃, which shows obvious dielectric and magnetic loss properties for electromagnetic wave. The maximum reflection loss(RL) of the concrete specimens prepared with the ceramsite is between-10.2--10.7 dB(corresponding to absorption greater than 90% EM energy) in the bandwidth of 8-18 GHz. | 6 | Pravastatin alleviates lipopolysaccharide-induced placental TLR4 over-activation and promotes uterine arteriole remodeling without impairing rat fetal development显示文摘Preeclampsia is associated with over-activation of the innate immune system in the placenta,in which toll-like receptor 4(TLR4) plays an essential part.With their potent anti-inflammatory effects,statins have been suggested as potential prevention or treatment of preeclampsia,although evidence remains inadequate.Herewith,we investigated whether pravastatin could ameliorate preeclampsia-like phenotypes in a previously established lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced rat preeclampsia model,through targeting the TLR4/NF-κB pathway.The results showed that pravastatin reduced the blood pressure [maximum decline on gestational day(GD) 12,(101.33±2.49) mmHg vs.(118.3±1.37) mmHg,P<0.05] and urine protein level [maximum decline on GD9,(3,726.23± 1,572.86) μg vs.(1,991.03 ±609.37)μg,P< 0.05],which were elevated following LPS administration.Pravastatin also significantly reduced the rate of fetal growth restriction in LPS-treated rats(34.10% vs.8.99%,P<0.05).Further pathological analyses suggested a restoration of normal spiral artery remodeling in preeclampsia rats by pravastatin treatment.These effects of pravastatin were associated with decreased TLR4/NF-κB protein levels in the placenta and IL-6/MCP-1 levels in serum.Additionally,no obvious abnormalities in fetal liver,brain,and kidney were found after administration of pravastatin.These results provide supportive evidence for use of pravastatin in preventing preeclampsia. | Muyi Yang Zhenyu Diao Zhiyin Wang Guijun Yan Guangfeng Zhao Mingming Zheng Anyi Dai Yimin Dai Yali Hu | 2018 | The Journal of Biomedical Research2018，32，4： | 5 |

| 12 | Study of Cracking Mechanism and Wear Resistance in Laser Cladding Coating of Ni-based Alloy显示文摘Nickel-based alloy coatings were widely used for the remanufacturing of dies and moulds by laser cladding,but the crack sensitivity would be increase due to the higher strength and hardness,which reduced the wear resistance of Ni-based alloys.In this paper,Ni-based coatings with the addition of a plastic phase(an austenitic stainless net)were prepared using laser cladding technology,and the CeO_(2)was added in cladding layers.The cracking mechanism,microhardness,microstructure,phase composition,and wear properties were investigated.The relationship between thermal stress and the elastic and plastic fracture had been developed from the standpoint of fracture mechan-ics and thermal elastic fracture mechanics.The fracture criterion of the nickel-based coating was obtained,and the study has shown that the crack sensitivity could be reduced by decreasing the thermal expansion coefficientΔα.Thus,a new method was proposed,which the stainless steel nets were prefabricated on the substrate.It was found that the number of cracks reduced significantly with the addition of stainless steel net.When the stainless steel net with 14 mesh was added in Ni-based coatings,the average microhardness of nickel composite coating was 565 HV_(0.2),which was 2.6 times higher than that of the 45 steel substrate.Although the rare earth oxide 4 wt.%CeO_(2)and stainless steel net were added in the Ni-based coating reducing the microhardness(the average microhardness is 425 HV_(0.2)),the wear resistance of it improved substantially.The wear volume of Ni-based composite coating was 0.56×10^(−5) mm^(3)·N^(−1)·m^(−1),which was 85.1%lower than that of 45 steel.The experiment results have shown that the Nickel-based composite coating is equipped with low crack sensitivity and high abrasive resistance with austenitic stainless net and the rare earth oxide 4 wt.%CeO2.This research offers an efficient solution to produce components with low crack susceptibility and high wear-resistance coatings fabricated by laser cladding. | Zhenglei Yu Lunxiang Li Deqiang Zhang Guangfeng Shi Guang Yang Zezhou Xu Zhihui Zhang | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2021，34，5： | 2 |
| 13 | Using tandem blades to break loading limit of highly loaded axial compressors显示文摘It is confirmed that tandem-blade configurations have potential to enlarge the flow turning in two-dimension(2D) studies. However, the potential of tandem blades to enlarge the design space for highly loaded axial compressors was rarely investigated in open literatures. The present work aims to show the capability of tandem blades to break the loading limit of conventional blades for highly loaded compressors. The 2D models of the maximum static pressure rise derived in previous work were validated by a large amount experimental data, which showed a good agreement. An E parameter was defined to evaluate the stall margin of compressor based on the theoretical models, which indicated that the tandem blade was able to increase the loading limit of axial compressors. A single-blade stage with a loading coefficient of 0.46(based on the blade tip rotating speed) was designed as the baseline case under the guidance of the E parameter. A tandem-blade stage was then designed by ensuring that the velocity triangles were similar to the single-blade stage. The performances of both stages were investigated experimentally. The results showed that the maximum efficiency of the tandem-blade stage was 92.8%, 1% higher than the single;the stall margin increased from 16.9% to 22.3%. | 14 | Acclimatory responses to high-salt stress in Chlamydomonas (Chlorophyta, Chlorophyceae) from Antarctica显示文摘Antarctic ice microalga can survive and thrive in channels or pores containing high salinity in Antarctic ice layer. In this study, it was found that cell membrane permeability of green microalga Chlamydomonas sp. L4 from Antarctic sea ice was high in cells treated with hypersalinity due to the induction of active oxygen and radicals. However, increased super oxide dismutase (SOD) scavenged harmful free radicals effectively to keep cell membrane integrity. Also, the analysis of membrane fatty acids demonstrated the content of saturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids increased and polyunsaturated fatty acids decreased under the high-salt treatment for 14 d, which effectively reduced the membrane fluidity and minimized the injury to cell membrane. The morpho- logical changes showed that hypersalinity induced the increase of cell volume and the consumption of starch granules. However, because of the increase in detoxification of vacuoles, electron-dense deposits and SOD activity under high-salt stress, the complete noninterference thylakoids, mitochondria and cell nucleus maintained cellular fundamental metabolism. Global-expression profiling of proteins showed eight protein spots disappeared, 18 protein spots decreased and 18 protein spots were enhanced after the high-salt shock obviously (P <0.05). One new peptide (pI 6.90; MW 51 kDa) was primarily confirmed as the processor of light reaction center protein CP43 in photosystem II, which increased photosynthesis ability of Chlamydomonas sp. | 15 | Efficacy compared between entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil on HBeAg-positive nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B at week 12 and week 48显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil on HBeAg-positive nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B with the method of Meta analysis.Methods:We searched PUBMED,EMBASE,CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure),the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials and the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews with reference to all data documented before May 2010.The dosage of entecavir and adefovir dipivoxil was 0.5 mg/d and 10 mg/d,respectively.Heterogeneity was examined by Chi-square test,the relative risk calculated and forest plot drawn.Rates of undetected serum HBV DNA,serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) normalization,HBeAg clearance,HBeAg seroconversion and adverse effect occurrence were analyzed.Results:Six articles were included,which fit well in with this study.Meta analysis showed that the rate of undetected serum HBV DNA(P=0.000 2 at week 12,P=0.002 at week 48)and that of serum ALT normalization(P=0.04 at week 12,P=0.008 at week 48)in the entecavir group were higher than those in the adefovir dipivoxil group.However,no statistic significance existed between the two groups in the rate of HBeAg clearance (P=0.17),the rate of HBeAg seroconversion(P=0.53)or the rate of adverse effect occurrence(P=0.92)at week 48.Conclusion:Entecavir was superior to adefovir dipivoxil in decreasing serum HBV DNA and normalizing serum ALT in the HBeAg-positive nucleos(t)ide-naive patients with chronic hepatitis B. | Zhao Pan Xu Dongping Wang Xi Duan Guangfeng Huang Lili | 2010 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2010，25，5： | 2 |

| 18 | An evidence for the strong association of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone with some organic species in three Chinese bituminous coals显示文摘Three Chinese bituminous coals collected from Shenfu, Heidaigou and Feicheng coal fields were re- spectively extracted with carbon-disulfide/N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (CS2/NMP) mixed solvent (volume ratio 1:1) at room temperature followed by distillation of CS2 under ambient pressure and subsequent removal of most of NMP by distillation at 110℃ under reduced pressure to afford mixed sol- vent-extractable fractions (MSEFs) with small amount of NMP. Acetone-extractable fraction 1 (AEF1) was obtained by extracting each MSEF under ultrasonic irradiation at room temperature and subse- quently using a Soxhlet extractor. Direct extraction of each bituminous coal affords acetone-soluble fraction 2 (AEF2). GC/MS analysis shows that m/z of base or secondary peak in mass spectra of a se- ries of components from each AEF1 is 98, whereas such components were not detected in AEF2. | 19 | Twenty-seven continental ancestry-informative SNP analysis of bone remains to resolve a forensic case显示文摘We employed our previously developed 27-plex ancestry-informative single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)panel to infer the ancestral components of bone remains of a possible foreign pilot found in south-western China.For ancestry assignment of this unknown individual,we first obtained the 27-SNP genotype of the individual.Then,based on a reference database of 3081 individuals from 33 populations,we calculated the match probability and likelihood ratio using the self-developed software program Forensic Intelligence.Inferred ancestral components of this individual were calculated by structure at K=3.A complete profile was obtained for the individual using our multiplexed SNP assay.The European population was within one order of magnitude of the highest likelihood.The major ancestral component of this individual was 97.6%European. | Qifan Sun Li Jiang Guangfeng Zhang Jing Liu Lei Zhao Wenting Zhao Caixia Li | 2019 | Forensic Sciences Research2019，4，4： | 1 |
