| 1 | 中国甘薯病毒的血清学检测显示文摘作者用4种甘薯病毒抗体(IgG),3种血清学方法(DAS-ELISA、Dot-blot-ELISA和ISEM)对北京,江苏、四川、山东四省(市)的253份甘薯病毒病样品进行了检测。结果表明:上述地区甘薯中普遍存在甘薯羽状斑驳病毒(SPFMV)和甘薯潜隐病毒(SPLV),尚难确定是否存在甘薯轻斑驳病毒(SPMMV)和甘薯花叶菜花叶状病毒(Sweet Potato Caulimo-like Virus,SPCLV)。21%的显症样品同上述4种病毒的抗血清不产生反应,显示我国甘薯上尚存在其它病毒。用Dot blot-ELISA和ISEM检测甘薯病毒比用DAS-ELISA灵敏准确。 | 李汝刚 蔡少华 L. | 2 | Angiographic evaluation and management of acute gastrointestinal hemorrhage显示文摘Although most cases of acute nonvariceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage either spontaneously resolve or respond to medical management or endoscopic treatment,there are still a significant number of patients who require emergency angiography and transcatheter treatment.Evaluation with noninvasive imaging such as nuclear scintigraphy or computed tomography may localize the bleeding source and/or confirm active hemorrhage prior to angiography.Any angiographic evaluation should begin with selective catheterization of the artery supplying the most likely site of bleeding,as determined by the available clinical,endoscopic and imaging data.If a hemorrhage source is identified,superselective catheterization followed by transcatheter microcoil embolization is usually the most effective means of successfully controlling hemorrhage while minimizing potential complications.This is now wellrecognized as a viable and safe alternative to emergency surgery.In selected situations transcatheter intra-arterial infusion of vasopressin may also be useful in controlling acute gastrointestinal bleeding.One must be aware of the various side effects and potential complications associated with this treatment,however,and recognize the high re-bleeding rate.In this article we review the current role of angiography,transcatheter arterial embolization and infusion therapy in the evaluation and management of nonvariceal gastrointestinal hemorrhage. | T Gregory Walker Gloria M Salazar Arthur C Waltman | 2012 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2012，18，11： | 24 |
| 3 | The relevance of serum albumin among elderly patients with acute decompensated heart failure显示文摘Objective To assess the prognostic utility of serum albumin among elderly patients admitted for acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF)in terms of all-cause mortality and also to identify the predictors of hypoalbuminemia.Methods Retrospective cohort study of 119 elderly patients admitted for ADHF.Elderly patients were defined as patients over the age of 65 years.The patients were followed up for approximately 11 years.Patients with advanced renal failure,liver disease not due to HF,cancer and other causes of low life expectancy were excluded.Hypoalbuminemia was defined as serum albumin≤2.9 g/dL.Results The study was made up of 65 females and 54 males with age ranging from 65 to 96 years.Of the 119 elderly patients with ADHF,there were 26 deaths.A significantly higher proportion of patients in the mortality group had an admission serum albumin level of≤2.9 g/dL than those surviving(P=0.011).After Cox’s logistic regression,low albumin(P=0.016),elevated direct bilirubin(P=0.03),age greater than 85(P=0.008),lack of use of beta blockers(P=0.0001)and left ventricular ejection fraction less than 35%(P=0.005)increased the risk of death.Elevated serum creatinine(P=0.0357)was the only predictor of hypoalbuminemia following multiple linear regression.Conclusions Hypoalbuminemia may be an unrecognized marker of death in elderly patients with ADHF. | Tuoyo O Mene-Afejuku Ela-Anamaria Moisa Adedoyin Akinlonu Carissa Dumancas Shushan Veranyan Jose A Perez Peggy Salazar Shobhana Chaudhari Gerald Pekler Savi Mushiyev Ferdinand Visco | 2019 | Journal of Geriatric Cardiology2019，16，7： | 10 |

| 11 | In vitro Ruminal Gas Production Kinetics of Four Fodder Trees Ensiled With or Without Molasses and Urea显示文摘This study investigated if the addition of urea (U), molasses (M) or their 1:1 (v/v) mixture during ensiling increases the nutritional value of forage from four fodder trees (Prunus persica, Leucaena esculenta, Acacia farnesiana, and Prunus domestica). Forage samples of fodder trees were collected in triplicate (three individual samples of each species) and subjected to an in vitro gas production (GP) procedure. Fermentation at 24 h (GP 24), short-chain volatile fatty acids (SCFA), and microbial crude protein production (MCP), in vitro organic matter digestibility (OMD), metabolizable energy (ME) and dry matter degradability (DMD) were estimated. Forage samples were incubated for 72 h in an incubator at 39oC and the volume of GP was recorded at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h of incubation using the reading pressure technique. The rumen fermentation profiles were highest for P. persica, which showed the highest (P<0.0001) DMD, ME, OMD, SCFA, GP 24 and MCP. On the other hand L. esculenta had the lowest (P<0.0001) DMD, SCFA, MCP; P. domestica had the lowest (P<0.0001) OMD. The addition of M to silage increased (P<0.0001) ME and OMD, as well as GP. However, the addition of U and the mixture of U and M reduced (P<0.0001) DMD, ME, OMD, SCFA, GY 24 and MCP. These results show that P. persica has the highest nutritive value and L. esculenta the lowest for ruminants.
