| 1 | TiO_(2) Nanocrystals Grown on Graphene as Advanced Photocatalytic Hybrid Materials显示文摘A graphene/TiO_(2) nanocrystals hybrid has been successfully prepared by directly growing TiO_(2) nanocrystals on graphene oxide(GO)sheets.The direct growth of the nanocrystals on GO sheets was achieved by a two-step method,in which TiO_(2) was first coated on GO sheets by hydrolysis and crystallized into anatase nanocrystals by hydrothermal treatment in the second step.Slow hydrolysis induced by the use of EtOH/H2O mixed solvent and addition of H2SO4 facilitates the selective growth of TiO_(2) on GO and suppresses growth of free TiO_(2) in solution.The method offers easy access to the GO/TiO_(2) nanocrystals hybrid with a uniform coating and strong interactions between TiO_(2) and the underlying GO sheets.The strong coupling gives advanced hybrid materials with various applications including photocatalysis.The prepared graphene/TiO_(2) nanocrystals hybrid has superior photocatalytic activity to other TiO_(2) materials in the degradation of rhodamine B,showing an impressive three-fold photocatalytic enhancement over P25.It is expected that the hybrid material could also be promising for various other applications including lithium ion batteries,where strong electrical coupling to TiO_(2) nanoparticles is essential. | Yongye Liang Hailiang Wang Hernan Sanchez Casalongue Zhuo Chen Hongjie Dai | 2010 | Nano Research2010，3，10： | 57 |

| 4 | Immune mediators in the tumor microenvironment of prostate cancer显示文摘Prostate cancer tissue is composed of both cancer cells and host cells.The milieu of host components that compose the tumor is termed the tumor microenvironment(TME).Host cells can be those derived from the tissue in which the tumor originates(e.g.,fibroblasts and endothelial cells)or those recruited,through chemotactic or other factors,to the tumor(e.g.,circulating immune cells).Some immune cells are key players in the TME and represent a large proportion of non-tumor cells found within the tumor.Immune cells can have both anti-tumor and pro-tumor activity.In addition,crosstalk between prostate cancer cells and immune cells affects immune cell functions.In this review,we focus on immune cells and cytokines that contribute to tumor progression.We discuss T-regulatory and T helper17 cells and macrophages as key modulators in prostate cancer progression.In addition,we discuss the roles of interleukin-6 and receptor activator of nuclear factor kappa-B ligand in modulating prostate cancer progression.This review highlights the concept that immune cells and cytokines offer a potentially promising target for prostate cancer therapy. | Jinlu Dai Yi Lu Hernan Roca Jill M. | 6 | 新探明的玻利维亚银沙(Silver Sand)超大型银矿床地质特征和找矿评价显示文摘银沙银矿(Silver Sand silver deposit)是玻利维亚锡矿带内新探明的一个超大型中硫型浅成低温热液银矿床,已探明银金属资源量约1万t,平均银品位约120 g/t,并伴有少量铅、锌、铟、镓。银矿化与中新世中酸性侵入岩和次火山岩有关。矿体赋存于白垩系蚀变褪色石英砂岩中的密集构造裂隙带内。成矿作用可以划分为原生硫化物成矿期和表生氧化期,原生硫化物成矿期大致可分为3个矿化蚀变阶段,矿化蚀变阶段Ⅰ为大面积绢云母化褪色蚀变及玻利维亚型层状(manto)锡矿化、矿化蚀变阶段Ⅱ为细脉状和构造角砾间含银硫盐和硫化物,矿化蚀变阶段Ⅲ为方解石细脉。银沙银矿分布最为广泛的围岩蚀变类型为绢云母化,其次为黄铁矿化,以及少量硅化、碳酸盐化和重晶石化。矿化特征主要表现为在围岩白垩系石英砂岩构造裂隙内成密集含银硫盐和硫化物细脉及角砾岩脉。矿体埋藏浅,规模大,适合大规模露天开采。作为玻利维亚锡矿带的一个组成部分,该矿床形成于活动大陆弧后地区。根据成矿过程特点,文章初步提出银沙银矿的成矿模型,并根据两年以来找矿勘查工作,提出了进一步找矿方向,特别值得关注的是银沙银矿所在的成矿带呈近北北西走向,长约8 km,宽约2.5 km,区内遍布采矿遗迹,通过进一步系统勘探和开发,有望再探明一个世界级银矿区。 | 冯锐 张永明 URIBE Hernan 毛志昊 | 2021 | 矿床地质2021，40，1： | 2 |
| 7 | Glutathione peroxidase activity in cell cultures from different regions of human epididymis显示文摘Aim: To study the secretory activity and androgen regulation of glutathione peroxidase (GPx) in epithelial cell cultures from human epididymis. Methods: Tissue was obtained from patients undergoing therapeutic orchidectomy for prostatic cancer. Epithelial cell cultures were obtained from the caput, corpus and cauda epididymides. Enzymatic activity was measured in conditioned media by colorimetric methods in absence or presence of 1, 10 or 100 nmol·L^-1 testosterone. The effect of 1 μmol·L^-1 flutamide was also evaluated. Results: GPx activity was higher in cultures from corpus and cauda than caput epididymidis. The presence of different concentrations of testosterone increase enzyme activity in cell cultures from all epididymal regions. Addition of flutamide reverses the androgen dependent increase of GPx activity.
