1中国西南天山山前的晚新生代构造与地震活动显示文摘天山是研究现今陆内造山作用及过程、陆内变形、陆内强震及其预测等大陆动力学问题的理想实验场。西南天山和塔里木之间的新生代褶皱 -逆断裂带基本上由一南冲弧形推覆构造系统和一向北反冲的构造系统组成 ,由北而南主要由以下 4个运动学单元组成 :(1)新生代复活的喀拉铁热克山 -天山南脉古生代造山带 ,其快速变形和抬升可能起始于 2 3~ 2 6Ma前 ,持续至 13~ 16Ma前。 (2 )向南逆冲的西南天山前陆薄皮主冲断带 ,包括木兹杜克弧形薄皮推覆体和依柯冲断带 ,前者代表了向南薄皮逆掩的天山型岩系 ,地表主要表现为一系列的飞来峰群 ,在 14Ma前曾有过大规模活动 ,最小缩短量约为 2 0~ 35km ,最小缩短速率约为 1.4~ 2 .7mm a ;后者代表了向南叠瓦状薄皮逆冲推覆的前陆古生代基底 (塔里木地台型沉积岩系 )卷入构造 ,其西段在距今 14Ma时曾有过强烈活动。两者共同组成了一复杂的双重构造 ;新生代地层也卷入变形。 (3)喀什 -阿图什弧形反冲褶皱 -逆断裂带 ,由 3排向北 (天山 )反冲的左阶雁列展布的第四纪地表滑脱褶皱组成 ,仅在大山口以西发育。该构造带形成于距今约 1.4Ma以后。依什拉克喀拉乌尔断裂以南 ,博古孜河剖面的最小缩短速率约为 5 .8mm a ,翁库尔剖面的最小缩短速率约为 8.6mm a。 (4 )塔里木克拉?陈杰 丁国瑜 Burbank D.W. 20Adipose-derived stem cells: Implications in tissue regeneration显示文摘Adipose-derived stem cells(ASCs) are mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) that are obtained from abundant adipose tissue, adherent on plastic culture flasks, can be expanded in vitro, and have the capacity to differ-entiate into multiple cell lineages. Unlike bone marrow-derived MSCs, ASCs can be obtained from abundant adipose tissue by a minimally invasive procedure, which results in a high number of cells. Therefore, ASCs are promising for regenerating tissues and organs dam-aged by injury and diseases. 3Colorectal cancer and dysplasia in inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘Both ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease carry an increased risk of developing colorectal cancer. Established risk factors for cancer among patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) include the younger age at diagnosis, greater extent and duration of disease, increased severity of inflammation, family history of colorectal cancer and coexisting primary sclerosing cholangitis. Recent evidence suggests that current medical therapies and surgical techniques for inflammatory bowel disease may be reducing the incidence of this complication. Nonetheless heightened vigilance and a careful, comprehensive approach to prevent or minimize the complications of invasive cancer are warranted in this unique cohort of patients. Current guidelines for the prevention and early detection of cancer in this high risk population are grounded in the concept of an inflammation-dysplasia- carcinoma sequence. A thorough understanding of the definition and natural history of dysplasia in IBD, as well as the challenges associated with detection and interpretation of dysplasia are fundamental to developing an effective strategy for surveillance and prevention, and understanding the limitations of the current approach to prevention. 4Assessment of bone turnover and bone quality in type 2 diabetic bone disease: current concepts and future directions显示文摘Substantial evidence exists that in addition to the well-known complications of diabetes,increased fracture risk is an important morbidity.This risk is probably due to altered bone properties in diabetes.Circulating biochemical markers of bone turnover have been found to be decreased in type 2 diabetes(T2D) and may be predictive of fractures independently of bone mineral density(BMD).Serum sclerostin levels have been found to be increased in T2D and appear to be predictive of fracture risk independent of BMD.Bone imaging technologies,including trabecular bone score(TBS) and quantitative CT testing have revealed differences in diabetic bone as compared to non-diabetic individuals.Specifically,high resolution peripheral quantitative CT(HRp QCT) imaging has demonstrated increased cortical porosity in diabetic postmenopausal women.Other factors such as bone marrow fat saturation and advanced glycation endproduct(AGE) accumulation might also relate to bone cell function and fracture risk in diabetes.These data have increased our understanding of how T2D adversely impacts both bone metabolism and fracture risk.Mishaela R Rubin Janina M Patsch 2016Bone Research2016,4,1:10

9Negative regulation of receptor tyrosine kinases: unexpected links to c-Cbl and receptorubiquitylation显示文摘Intracellular signals mediated by the family of receptor tyrosine kinases play pivotal roles in morphogenesis, cell fate determination and pathogenesis. Precise control of signal amplitude and duration is critical for the fidelity and robustness of these processes. Activation of receptor tyrosine kinases by their cognate growth factors not only leads to propagation of the signal through various biochemical cascades, but also sets in motion multiple attenuation mechanisms that ulti- mately terminate the active state. Early attenuators pre-exist prior to receptor activation and they act to limit signal propagation. Subsequently, late attenuators, such as Lrig and Sprouty, are transcriptionally induced and further act to dampen the signal. Central to the process of signaling attenuation is the role of the E3 ubiquitin ligase c-Cbl. While Cbl- mediated processes of receptor ubiquitylation and endocytosis are relatively well understood, the links of Cbl to other negative regulators are just now beginning to be appreciated. 13The molecular dynamics of neural metabolism during the action potential显示文摘Neural information processing is tightly coupled to both energy consumption and derivation from substrates.In this study,the energy function of the neuron during the action potential(AP)is described and analyzed.It has been observed that energy consumption during the AP does not match predictions of the conventional theory of neural energy dynamics.On short time scales,neural energy expenditure shifts between positive and negative phases.During the AP,the energy source switches from neuronal stores(positive expenditure or net consumption)to exploitation of external substrates,specifically the glucose and oxygen carried in cerebral blood(the negative consumption phase).Based on the idea of reductionism,this paper demonstrates how ion channels,membrane pumps and transporters,ionotropic and metabotropic receptor signaling pathways,astrocyte glycolysis and the production lactate,and the glutamate-glutamine cycle all serve to relate cerebral blood flow and neuronal metabolism to neuronal activity and so maintain neuronal energy charge during the AP.ZHENG HongWen WANG RuBin QIAO LinKun DU Ying 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,5:5

17Nonlinear,tunable,and active optical metasurface with liquid film显示文摘Optical metamaterials and metasurfaces,which emerged in the course of the last few decades,have revolutionized our understanding of light and light–matter interaction.While solid materials are naturally employed as key building elements for construction of optical metamaterials mainly due to their structural stability,practically no attention was given to study of liquid-made optical two-dimensional(2-D)metasurfaces and the underlying interaction regimes between surface optical modes and liquids.We theoretically demonstrate that surface plasmon polaritons and slab waveguide modes that propagate within a thin liquid dielectric film trigger optical self-induced interaction facilitated by surface tension effects,which leads to the formation of 2-D optical liquid-made lattices/metasurfaces with tunable symmetry and can be leveraged for tuning of lasing modes.Furthermore,we show that the symmetry breaking of the 2-D optical liquid lattice leads to phase transition and tuning of its topological properties,which allows the formation,destruction,and movement of Dirac-points in the k-space.Our results indicate that optical liquid lattices support extremely low lasing threshold relative to solid dielectric films and have the potential to serve as configurable analogous computation platform.Shimon Rubin Yeshaiahu Fainman 2019Advanced Photonics2019,1,6:3
