| 1 | Pollen indication to source plants in the eastern desert of China显示文摘In order to investigate the indication of major pollen types to source plants, 39 surface pollen samples are collected from 39 plant communities. The results show that diversity of pollen assemblages presents in different commu-nities. Chenopodiaceae pollen percentages are highest in Kalidium communities and Ceratoides communities (higher than 45%, average is 63.4%), but high Ephedra pollen per-centages (higher than 3.3%, average is 16.5%)in Ceratoides communities make it distinguished from Kalidium communi-ties. Artemisia pollen percentages (more than 50%) are much higher than Chenopodiaceae (less than 35%) in Artemisia Communities. Nitraria pollen percentages (higher than 2%, average is 13.6%) are highest in Nitraria communities com-pared with those in other community patterns. Tamariceae pollen percentages (higher than 2%, average is 8.6%) are highest both in Tetraena and Reaumuria communities com-pared with those in other community patterns. But in Reau-muria communities, Artemisia pollen percentages are higher than Chenopodiaceae with some other pollen types such as Gramineae, Compositae, Leguminosae; on the contrary, in Tetraena communities, Artemisia pollen percentages are less than Chenopodiaceae with few other pollen types. Calli-gonum pollen only appears in Calligonum communities (higher than 2%,average is 5%). The results of cluster analysis (CLA) and detrended correspondence analysis (DCA) show that the pollen indication to source plants can be reflected by association indices (A), over-representation in-dices (O), under-representation indices (U), R-value, the av-erage pollen percentages where parent plants are absent (Xa) and the average pollen percentages where parent plants are present (Xp). Zygophyllum, Calligonum, Tetraena, Tribulus and Tamariceae can indicate source plants very well, owing to high A scores. Artemisia, Chenopodiaceae and Gramineae have high R-values, and Nitraria, Cruciferae and sedum have high O scores, so they are over-represented types, but the higher Xp and the lower Xa values make that these pollen types can also indicate source plants moderately. Allium, Leguminosae, Roseceae, Pedicularis and Compositae have low A scores (less than 0.5), high O and/or U scores, so they cannot indicate source plants clearly. Some other pollen types, such as Pinus, Picea, Betula, Quercus, Ulmus, Ephedra, Elaegnaceae, Ranunculaceae, Caryophyllaceae, Polygona-ceae, Saxifragaceae, only appear in pollen assemblages, so their indication cannot be decided. Just like the pollen per-centage ratios of Artemisia and Chenopodiaceae (A/C), the ratios of Ephedra and Artemisia (E/A), Nitraria and Ephedra (N/E) can also indicate the aridity of environment. In typical desert communities, A/C ratios are less than 0.5, E/A ratios are more than 0.1, and N/E ratios are less than 1. | 2 | 中文版32项轻躁狂症状清单效度与信度显示文摘目的 研究中文版32项轻躁狂症状清单(HCL-32)在双相障碍(BP)患者中的信度、效度以及与重性抑郁障碍(单相抑郁障碍,UP)区分的最佳划界分、敏感性和特异性等.方法 征得HCL-32原作者同意后,对英文版本量表互译后适当修改成中文版本HCL-32.以美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册第四版为诊断标准,在深圳市及上海市精神卫生中心门诊及住院部收集300例双相障碍、156例重性抑郁障碍患者.所有研究对象使用中文版HCL-32进行测评,其中155例双相障碍患者(51.7%)在8~14d重测.结果 BP患者的中文版HCL-32结果 的KMO值0.83,Bartlett球形检验卡方值有统计学意义(P<0.01).因子分析显示前2个因子的特征值较佳(6.32,3.00),前2个因子对总方差的累积贡献率为29.1%.中文版HCL-32的Cronbach's alpha值0.86,因子Ⅰ、Ⅱ分别为0.86,0.69.HCL-32重测相关系数为0.62.32项条目阳性回答率为11.6%~89.7%.BP患者的HCL-32分平均分为(16.6±6.2)分,而UP患者的HCL-32分平均分为(10.9±6.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).经ROC曲线法,HCL-32对于BP患者与单相抑郁障碍患者的最佳划界分为14分,相应敏感性、特异性为0.74,0.66,阳性预测值0.81,阴性预测值0.57.结论 中文版HCL-32经在双相患者中初步测试,其信度、效度满足心理测量学要求,并可作为双相障碍筛查的辅助工具. | 杨海晨 苑成梅 Jules Angst 刘铁榜 廖春平 荣晗 | 2010 | 中华行为医学与脑科学杂志2010,19,8: | 14 |

| 7 | 经颈内静脉长期透析管:HR-MRCP和HR-T_2WI对透析导管相关并发症及其尖端位置的评估显示文摘目的评估高分辨率MRCP(HR-MRCP)和高分辨率T_2WI(HR-T_2WI)显示经颈内静脉置入长期透析导管(CDC)的尖端位置和相关并发症的能力。方法 41例怀疑CDC功能不良和相关性并发症的终末期肾病(ESRD)患者接受了HR-MRCP和HR-T_2WI扫描。在扫描之前,每位ESRD患者的CDC管腔内注入5 ml生理盐水。扫描完成后由两名副主任医师对CDC的尖端位置和相关性并发症进行评估。所有患者在MRI检查后1-2 d内行胸部X线检查。对于HR-MRI诊断为CDC相关性并发症的患者,CDC在3-10 d内拔出。结果 38例成功执行了HR-MRI扫描,其中的13名ESRD患者CDC的HR-MRI结果正常,HR-T_2WI表现为"双眼征"和HR-MRCP为"双轨征"。25名患者CDC的HR-MRI结果为异常,包括纤维蛋白鞘22例、附壁血栓6例、静脉血栓3例及血凝块4例。对于纤维蛋白鞘(22例),HR-T_2WI表现为"薄环征"(小于3 mm)——环绕CDC周围薄层高信号;对于附壁血栓(6例),HR-T_2WI表现为片状高信号且基底于静脉壁;对于静脉血栓(3例),HR-T_2WI表现为"厚环征"(大于5 mm)且占满整个血管管腔;对于血凝块(4例),当CDC一侧管腔内出现血凝块时,HR-T_2WI表现为"单眼征"及HR-MRCP为"单轨征"(2例),当CDC双侧管腔内出现血凝块时,HR-T_2WI的"眼征"和HR-MRCP的"轨道征"均缺失(2例)。对于MRI诊断为CDC异常的ESRD患者,拔除CDC后发现纤维蛋白鞘12例、静脉血栓4例和血凝块4例。对于显示导管尖端的位置,HR-MRCP和胸片之间无显著性差异(P=0.132)。结论 HRMRCP联合HR-T_2WI能准确显示CDC尖端的位置及其相关并发症,是一种很有前景的无创检查方法 ,有助于ESRD患者的治疗方案调整。 | 袁妍 裴贻刚 龙学颖 李文政 Jules Zogbelemou 宁建平 肖湘成 钟勇 | 2016 | 影像诊断与介入放射学2016,25,2: | 4 |

| 11 | Spatial patterns of vegetation and climate in the North China Plain during the Last Glacial Maximum and Holocene climatic optimum显示文摘Reconstructing the spatial patterns of regional climate and vegetation during specific intervals in the past is important for assessing the possible responses of the ecological environment under future global warming scenarios. In this study, we reconstructed the history of regional vegetation and climate based on six radiocarbon-dated pollen records from the North China Plain. Combining the results with existing pollen records, we reconstruct the paleoenvironment of the North China Plain during the Last Glacial Maximum(LGM) and the Holocene Climatic Optimum(HCO). The results show that changes in the regional vegetation since the LGM were primarily determined by climatic conditions, the geomorphic landscape and by human activity.During the LGM, the climate was cold and dry;mixed broadleaf-coniferous forest and deciduous-evergreen broadleaf forest developed in the southern mountains, and cold-resistant coniferous forest and mixed broadleaf-coniferous forest were present in the northern mountains. The forest cover was relatively low, with mesophytic and hygrophilous meadow occupying the southern part of the plain, and temperate grassland and desert steppe were distributed in the north;Chenopodiaceae-dominated halophytes grew on the exposed continental shelf of the Bohai Sea and Yellow Sea. During the HCO, the climate was warm and wet;deciduous broadleaf forest and deciduous-evergreen broadleaf forest, with subtropical species, developed in the southern mountains, and deciduous broadleaf forest with thermophilic species was present in northern mountains. Although the degree of forest cover was greater than during the LGM, the vegetation of the plain area was still dominated by herbs, while halophytes had migrated inland due to sea level rise. In addition, the expansion of human activities, especially the intensification of cultivation,had a significant influence on the natural vegetation. | 16 | High-precision uranium-series dating of lacustrine carbonates from Daihai Lake显示文摘Ages of small aragonite samples retrieved from sediments from the Daihai Lake are determined by using the Thermal Ionization Mass Spectrometry (TIMS) technique. The ages of the samples range from (8740±601) to (10446±489) a, with a precision of 2%-3% for non-corrected dating ages and 4.7%-9.8% for corrected ages respectively, and are consistent within the deviation range. At about 10.5 ka BP, the grain-size of the sediments coarsens sharply, the frequency curves of grain-size distribution show coarse grain dominated single-double kurtosis, indicating cooling, decreased hydrodynamic conditions and increased wind influence procedure. This is in good agreement with previous results obtained from the Daihai Lake, which suggests that the climate was cold and the lake surface was shrinking. | 19 | Prevalence and correlates of depressive symptoms in adult patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the Southwest Region of Cameroon显示文摘Background:Tuberculosis(TB)remains a global health challenge and depression is a significant contributor to the global burden of disease.Current evidence suggests that there is an association between depressive symptoms and TB,lower adherence to treatment,and increased morbidity and mortality.However,there is paucity of data regarding these associations in Cameroon.This study aimed to determine the prevalence and correlates of depression in adult patients with pulmonary TB(PTB)in the Southwest Region of Cameroon.Methods:A hospital-based cross-sectional study involving 265 patients with PTB was conducted from 2nd January to 31st March 2015 in the Limbe Regional Hospital and the Kumba District Hospital.Depression was diagnosed using the standard nine-item Patient Health Questionnaire,and classified as none,mild or moderate.Logistic regressions were used to investigate correlates of depression in these patients.Results:Of the 265 patients(mean age 36.9±10 years)studied,136(51.3%)were female.The prevalence of depression was 61.1%(95%CI:55.1–66.8),with a significant proportion(36.6%)having mild depression.Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that being female(aOR=3.0,95%CI(1.7–5.5),P<0.001),having a family history of mental illness(aOR=2.5,95%CI:1.3–5.4,P>0.05),being on retreatment for TB(aOR=11.2,95%CI:5.2–31.1,P<0.001),having discontinued treatment(aOR=8.2,95%CI:1.1–23.3,P<0.05)and having a HIV/TB co-infection(aOR=2.5,95%CI:1.2–6.5,P<0.001)were factors associated with having a higher chance of being depressed.Conclusion:Our study suggests that there is a high prevalence of depression among PTB patients,with more than one in two patients affected.Multidisciplinary care for TB patients involving mental health practitioners is highly encouraged,especially for high-risk groups. | Jules Kehbila Cyril Jabea Ekabe Leopold Ndemnge Aminde Jean Jacques NNoubiap Peter Nde Fon Gottlieb Lobe Monekosso | 2016 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2016,5,1: | 3 |
| 20 | Microfluidic actuators based on temperature-responsive hydrogels显示文摘The concept of using stimuli-responsive hydrogels to actuate fluids in microfluidic devices is particularly attractive,but limitations,in terms of spatial resolution,speed,reliability and integration,have hindered its development during the past two decades.By patterning and grafting poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)PNIPAM hydrogel films on plane substrates with a 2μm horizontal resolution and closing the system afterward,we have succeeded in unblocking bottlenecks that thermo-sensitive hydrogel technology has been challenged with until now.In this paper,we demonstrate,for the first time with this technology,devices with up to 7800 actuated micro-cages that sequester and release solutes,along with valves actuated individually with closing and opening switching times of 0.6±0.1 and 0.25±0.15 s,respectively.Two applications of this technology are illustrated in the domain of single cell handling and the nuclear acid amplification test(NAAT)for the Human Synaptojanin 1 gene,which is suspected to be involved in several neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s disease.The performance of the temperature-responsive hydrogels we demonstrate here suggests that in association with their moderate costs,hydrogels may represent an alternative to the actuation or handling techniques currently used in microfluidics,that are,pressure actuated polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)valves and droplets. | Loïc D'Eramo Benjamin Chollet Marie Leman Ekkachai Martwong Mengxing Li Hubert Geisler Jules Dupire Margaux Kerdraon Clémence Vergne Fabrice Monti Yvette Tran Patrick Tabeling | 2018 | Microsystems & Nanoengineering2018,4,1: | 3 |
