1都兰花岗岩锆石SHRIMP定年及柴北缘超高压带花岗岩年代学格架显示文摘柴北缘超高压带东端都兰地区花岗岩锆石SHRIMP U-Pb定年结果表明,野马滩东岩体的年龄为(406.6±3.5)Ma,巴立给哈滩西岩体的年龄分别为(407.3±4.3)和(397±6)Ma,水文站北岩体的年龄分别为(404.5±4.0)和(397.0±3.7)Ma,水文站南岩体的年龄为(380.5±5.0)Ma,察察公麻岩体的年龄分别为(382.5±3.6)和(372.5±2.8)Ma.从年龄上看,这些花岗岩明显地分为两期:早期的为407-397 Ma,晚期的为383-373 Ma.它们主要为准铝质-弱过铝质的石英闪长岩、花岗闪长岩和二长花岗岩.岩石地球化学研究表明,大多数样品为钙碱性系列,少数样品为钙性或碱钙性系列,其中,早期花岗岩的87Sr/86Sr比值(0.7082-0.7110)和模式年龄(T2DM=1.41-1.90 Ga)高于晚期花岗岩(0.7072-0.7091,T2DM=1.07-1.38 Ga),但晚期花岗岩的εNd(t)值(0.6- -3.0)高于早期花岗岩(-3.2- -9.3),表明早期花岗岩可能起源于早中元古代的大陆壳;而晚期花岗岩起源于晚中元古代玄武质地壳.结合区域地质构造特征,可以认为,早期花岗岩的形成与俯冲板块的断离并折返有关,而晚期花岗岩的形成与造山带岩石圈地幔拆沉作用有关.吴才来 郜源红 李兆丽 雷敏 秦海鹏 李名则 刘春花 Ronald B FROST Paul T ROBINSON Joseph L WOODEN 2014中国科学:地球科学2014,44,10:27
2Zircon SHRIMP U-Pb dating of granites from Dulan and the chronological framework of the North Qaidam UHP belt, NW China显示文摘Zircon SHRIMP dating of granites from Dulan,east segment of North Qaidam UHP belt shows that they are 406.6±3.5 Ma for Yematan-E,407.3±4.3 and 397±6 Ma for Balijiehatan-W,404.5±4.0 and 397.0±3.7 Ma for Shuiwenzhan-N,380.5±5.0 Ma for Shuiwenzhan-S,382.5±3.6 and 372.5±2.8 Ma for Chachagongma.These granites from Dulan represent the products of the third and fourth periods of Paleozoic magmatism in North Qaidam.Geochemically,the granitoids with metalumious to weak peratuminous are quartz diorite,granodiorite,and granite in composition and mainly belong to calc-alkaline series,a few samples to calc or alkali-calc series.The third period of granites is a rock association of granodiorite+granite,with initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios from 0.7082 to 0.7110 and T2DM model ages from 1.41–1.90 Ga;and the fourth period of granites is a rock association of quartz diorite+granodiorite+granite,with initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios from 0.7072 to 0.7091 and T2DM model ages from 1.07–1.38 Ga.Therefore,the third period of granites has higher initial 87Sr/86Sr ratios and T2DM model ages.On the contrary,the fourth period of granites has Nd(t)values from 0.6 to-3.0,higher than that of the third granite with Nd(t)values-3.2 to-9.3.Thus,the data comparison indicates that the third granites may derive from Paleo-proterzoic continental crust with mantle material whereas the fourth granites may derive from the Meso-proterzoic basalt crust with continental material.Combined with regional geology,we thought that the third granites were formed relative to plate exhumation and the fourth granites to delamination of the lithospheric mantle.WU CaiLai GAO YuanHong LI ZhaoLi LEI Min QIN HaiPeng LI MinZe LIU ChunHua Ronald B FROST Paul T ROBINSON Joseph L WOODEN 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,12:21
3Recruitment of endogenous progenitor cells by erythropoietin loaded particles for in situ cartilage regeneration显示文摘Cartilage injury affects millions of people throughout the world,and at this time there is no cure.While transplantation of stem cells has shown some success in the treatment of injured cartilage,such treatment is limited by limited cell sources and safety concerns.To overcome these drawbacks,a microscaffolds system was developed capable of targeting,reducing the inflammatory response and recruiting endogenous progenitor cells to cartilage-defect.Erythropoietin(EPO)-loaded-hyaluronic acid(HA)microscaffolds(HA+EPO)were fabricated and characterized.HA-microscaffolds showed good cell-compatibility and could target chondrocytes via CD44 receptors.HA+EPO was designed to slowly release EPO while recruiting progenitor cells.Finally,the ability of HA+EPO to repair cartilage-defects was assessed using a rabbit model of full-thickness cartilagedefect.Our results showed that the intra-articular administration of EPO,HA,and EPO+HA reduced the number of inflammatory cells inside the synovial-fluid,while EPO+HA had the greatest anti-inflammatory effects.Furthermore,among all groups,EPO+HA achieved the greatest progenitor cell recruitment and subsequent chondrogenesis.The results of this work support that,by targeting and localizing the release of growthfactors,HA+EPO can reduce inflammatory responses and promote progenitor cells responses.This new platform represents an alternative treatment to stem-cell transplantation for the treatment of cartilage injury.Amirhossein Hakamivala Shuxin li Kayti Robinson YiHui Huang Shuai Yu Baohong Yuan Joseph Borrelli Jr. Liping Tang 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,1:7
