| 2 | 转型时期土地生产率与农户经营规模关系再考察显示文摘土地生产率与农户经营规模是否存在相关关系,以及造成这种关系的原因一直是发展经济学家的热点研究问题。在中国农业范畴下实证研究该问题的文献有限且使用的数据陈旧,不能反映农村土地租赁市场发展迅速、劳动力流转频繁、农业机械化率大幅上升背景下土地生产率和农户经营规模关系的新近变化。本文用江西省325户水稻种植农户微观调研数据,特别是一个稻农多个地块、多个水稻种植季节、2011年和2007年的投入产出数据,以单产和亩均利润来衡量土地生产率,从地块层面和农户层面对这个问题进行研究。通过控制农村要素市场不完善、土壤质量、土地面积测量误差对土地生产率与农户经营规模关系的影响,发现在地块层面,不管是单季还是全年时间维度,土地生产率都与农户经营规模表现出显著正相关关系,规模种植稻农存在内在激励追逐土地规模经营。农户层面分析时,虽然这种关系不显著,但系数方向为正。此外,增加机械使用会提高土地生产率,这证实机械化的作用不仅限于扩大农户经营规模。 | 王建英 陈志钢 黄祖辉 Thomas Reardon | 2015 | 管理世界2015,31,9: | 81 |
| 3 | 白蜡窄吉丁虫在中国的研究现状与分布调查(英文)显示文摘20 0 2年在美国密执安州发现了一重大外来入侵害虫 ,白蜡窄吉丁AgrilusplanipennisFairmaire ,由于该虫新近在美国发现 ,危害白蜡树 ,故英文名称为EmeraldAshBorer (EAB)。初步分析显示 ,该虫至少在 5年前就已传入美国 ,只是现在刚爆发被发现。目前该虫在美国密执安州和加拿大安大略省可致死各种大小的白蜡树。该虫在我国曾被定名为花曲柳窄吉丁AgrilusmarcopoliObenberger,为鞘翅目吉丁科。据资料报道分布于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、山东、内蒙古和台湾等地 ;在国外分布于朝鲜 ,日本 ,蒙古 ,俄罗斯远东地区。危害木樨科属树木。两年一代或一年一代 ,因地而已。在东北三省主要危害水曲柳和花曲柳等树木 ,但不是主要害虫。天津市 1993年在引种白蜡树上发现了白蜡窄吉丁 ,1998年严重爆发造成大面积白蜡树死亡。在亚洲的其他分布区 ,该虫还危害另外一些阔叶树 ,如多种蜡树、榆树等。鉴于该虫的广泛分布和寄主树种多及毁灭性危害的特点 ,美国一些专家认为其潜在危害不亚于 1996年在美国发现的光肩星天牛。因此 ,美国已全面开展对该虫的研究 ,包括资料收集 ,风险性评估 ,研究各种控制措施等。本文是中美对此虫合作研究的一部分 ,旨在对该虫在我国的分布、危害、研究基础作一调查与回顾 。 | 魏霞 Dick REARDON 吴云 孙江华 | 2004 | 昆虫学报2004,47,5: | 24 |

| 9 | Fisheries monitoring: Perspectives from the United States显示文摘Fisheries monitoring in the United States exists in many forms and serves many functions due to geographically varying objectives,practices,technology,institutional structures,and funding.In the U.S and abroad,diverse catch methods commonly exist for the same stock,thus monitoring and reporting strategies need to be tailored to unique operational needs.Common management challenges include funding limitation,survey design,coverage,and implementation.We describe three innovative examples of fisheries monitoring in the United States.These stories of success and failure can inform the design and implementation of new monitoring pilots and aid crafting both regional and national policies.We explore the innovative vessel monitoring and electronic logbook practices across multiple sectors for Gulf of Mexico red snapper(Lutjanus campechanus).Then,we examine a unique monitoring program that produces critical,near real-time genetic and population surveys for sockeye salmon(Oncorhynchus nerka)in Bristol Bay,Alaska.Our final case study describes the many fishery-dependent and-independent data streams for American lobster(Homarus americanus)in New England.Across all monitoring cases exists an explicit focus on the most critical aspects of organism life history.We find strong cross-institutional working relationships and adept agency coordination are imperatives in instances of stocks occupying multiple state or federal boundaries.Our results suggest the most effective approaches address the unique data needs of a fishery,and for this,thorough understanding of both biological and socioeconomic aspects of the fishery is a prerequisite.Ultimately,the monitoring program should jointly incentivize compliance while promoting continued and evolving interaction between resources users,scientists,and management. | Robert Boenish Daniel Willard Jacob P.Kritzer Kathleen Reardon | 2020 | Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,3: | 2 |
