| 1 | 幼儿自尊与攻击性行为的特点及其关系显示文摘攻击性行为是儿童时期最具代表性的反社会行为,对儿童的身体、心理以及社会性发展都有显著的不良影响。随着相关研究的不断深入,幼儿个体内部心理因素开始进入研究者的视野,作为人格核心的自我意识系统,尤其是自尊受到了研究者的强烈关注。为了解当前幼儿自尊与攻击性行为的特点,探明二者之间的关系。本研究采用分层整群随机抽样法,以淮南市5所幼儿园15个班的579名幼儿为研究对象,以《3~9岁儿童自尊问卷》和《幼儿社会行为教师评估问卷》为研究工具,请这15个班的30名教师对本班幼儿的自尊与攻击性行为进行问卷评定。结果发现5岁是幼儿自尊和攻击性行为发展的转折期,幼儿自尊和攻击性行为均存在显著的年龄差异和性别差异;5岁幼儿的自尊水平最高,其次是6岁幼儿,最低的是4岁幼儿,女童的自尊水平显著高于男童;6岁幼儿的攻击性行为水平最高,其次是4岁幼儿,最低的是5岁幼儿,男童的攻击性水平显著高于女童;幼儿总体自尊及各个维度与攻击性行为间均存在显著负相关。回归分析结果表明,自尊中的自我胜任感和重要感对攻击性行为具有显著的负向预测作用。家长和教师可以通过提升幼儿的自尊水平来预防或矫正其攻击性行为,为此家长和教师应尊重幼儿,保护幼儿自尊,促进幼儿人格和谐发展;为幼儿创造活动的机会和条件,使其在活动过程中获得并提升自我胜任感;通过积极评价引导幼儿正确认识和评价自己,增强其重要感。 | 卢长娥 Roxanne Fillmore 王勇 | 2016 | 学前教育研究2016，，4： | 13 |
| 2 | 逆行脑灌注压力对猪脑保护作用的实验研究显示文摘目的 探讨逆行脑灌注压力 34~ 4 0mmHg(1mmHg =0 133kPa)是否有益于延长期停循环时的脑保护。方法 16头猪被降温到食管温度 15℃ ,在 12 0min停循环期间随机分为二组 ,组I(8头 )采用逆灌压力 2 3~ 2 9mmHg ;组II(8头 )采用 34~ 4 0mmHg。然后 ,复温至 37℃、体外循环 6 0min。 结果 在逆灌期间 ,组II的脑皮层血流量是基础值的 114 %~ 16 8% ,明显高于组I的 4 3%~ 4 8% ,差异有非常显著性 (P <0 0 1)。逆灌 15min脑组织氧摄取率 ,组I是 (6 2 5± 34) % ,组II是 (6 6 4± 30 ) %。提示组II提供了较多的脑组织氧供。 37℃再灌注期间 ,组II的脑组织氧饱和度和还原血红蛋白恢复到 37℃对照值 ;组I的氧饱和度增高 ,还原血红蛋白明显低于对照值 (P <0 0 1) ,表明组II较好地保存了脑组织对氧的利用能力。脑组织水含量和正常对照组比较无差异。结论 在猪的急性实验模型 ,增加逆灌压力从 2 3~2 9mmHg到 34~ 4 0mmHg可提供较多的脑皮层血流 ,较好地保存了脑组织对再灌注早期氧的利用能力 ,没有明显增加脑水肿。提示逆灌压力 34~ 4 0mmHg有益于深低温延长期停循环时的脑保护。 | 郦志军 叶箭 Michael J Roxanne D | 2003 | 中华胸心血管外科杂志2003，19，5： | 5 |

Methodology Cold isostatic pressing(CIP) was applied to fabricate porous lithium sodium potassium niobate (Li_(0.06)Na_(0.5)K_(0.44)) NbO_3 specimens using a pore-forming method.The morphologies of the CIP-processed specimens were characterized and compared to those of specimens made by from conventional pressing procedures.The effects of the ceramic on the attachment and proliferation of osteoblasts isolated from the cranium of 1-day-old Sprague-Dawley rats were examined by a scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and methylthiazol tetrazolium(MTT) assay. Results The results showed that CIP enhanced piezoelectricity and biological performance of the niobate specimen, and also promoted an extracellular matrix-like topography of it.In vitro studies showed that the CIP-enhanced material had positive effects on the attachment and proliferation of osteoblasts.
