| 1 | 基于国家品种区域试验数据的中国糜子品种产量和性状变化显示文摘【目的】整理分析近17年间全国糜子品种区域试验参试品种的产量和农艺性状变化,探讨中国糜子品种改良进展和育种水平变化,为未来中国糜子的遗传改良提供依据。【方法】利用多元回归、相关分析和聚类分析等方法,分析1998—2014年国家糜子品种区域试验参试品种不同年份主要性状的变异,比较主要育种单位选育糜子品种性状的差异。【结果】1998—2014年糜子参试品种性状变异显著。随年份推进,粳性糜子品种产量和单株粒重以及糯性糜子品种产量、单株粒重和穗长持续增加。17年间粳性和糯性糜子产量分别增加了50%和21%,单株粒重分别增加了90%和7%,穗长分别增加了19%和29%,生育期长度、株高、主茎节数量和千粒重等性状变化不明显。来自黑龙江、吉林、辽宁、内蒙古、河北、山西、陕西、甘肃和宁夏等9个糜子主产省(区)的17家育种单位提供了65个糜子区域试验品种,其中7家同时提供了粳性和糯性糜子品种,2家只提供了粳性糜子品种,8家只提供糯性糜子品种。来自内蒙古、甘肃和宁夏的3家育种单位贡献了参试品种的55.4%。近6年来自这3家单位的品种产量表现优异,是中国糜子育种的中坚力量。多元回归分析表明,粳性糜子的生育期长度、主茎节数量和单株粒重决定了产量82.8%的变异,糯性糜子的主茎节数量和单株粒重决定了产量78.6%的变异。相关性分析表明,粳性和糯性糜子的主穗长和单株粒重均与单株产量显著正相关,而其他性状间相关性在粳性和糯性糜子中均有所不同。聚类分析结果表明,粳性糜子育成品种分为2类,糯性糜子育成品种分为3类。【结论】1998—2014年,国家区试中粳性和糯性糜子参试品种产量稳步增加,表明中国糜子育种水平有了一定提高。但育种手段相对单一,育种方法多样性程度较低。糜子区试对产量相关性状和品质性状的关注不够,培育高产、优质、适口性好、蒸煮品质优良、抗性淀粉含量高、耐落粒、适合机械化的糜子品种是未来糜子育种的发展方向。强化杂交、远缘杂交、诱变育种、双单倍体以及多倍体育种等传统技术的应用,充分利用基因组学和分子育种学研究方法,加强传统育种技术与现代生物技术结合,是系统提升糜子育种技术水平的重要途径。 | 杨璞 Rabia Begum Panhwar 李境 高金锋 高小丽 王鹏科 冯佰利 | 2017 | 中国农业科学2017,50,23: | 12 |

| 6 | Morphological diversity and correlation analysis of phenotypes and quality traits of proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.)core collections显示文摘Genetic diversity and comprehensive performance are the basis for the discovery and efficient use of proso millet(Panicum miliaceum L.) core collections. In this study, 386 proso millet core collections were used as materials to observe inflorescence color, leaf phase, inflorescence density, axis shape, branched spike length, panicle type, trichome, measured area of the top3 leaves, and chlorophyll content of the top3 leaves at filling stage. These core collections were also used to record growth period, plant height, diameter of main stem, plant tiller number, branch number, panicle length, panicle number per plant, and panicle weight per plant at the maturation stage. Starch, fat, protein, and yellow pigment contents in the grain and 1 000-seed weight were also measured after harvest. Then, quantitative traits were used for diversity analysis and comprehensive evaluation of each collection. Correlations between all traits were also analyzed. Results showed that among the 8 quality traits, the Shannon index(H′) of hull color was the highest(1.588) followed by the H′ of inflorescence density(0.984). However, inflorescence color and axis shape were lower. The H′ of 16 quantitative traits were significantly higher than the quality traits with the following traits having the highest indices: fat content(2.092), 1 000-seed weight(2.073), top3 leaves area(2.070), main stem diameter(2.056), and plant height(2.052). Furthermore, all other traits had a diversity higher than 1.900. After a comprehensive evaluation of phenotypic traits, plant height, diameter of main stem, plant tiller number, leaf area of top3 leaves, and 1 000-seed weight were the biggest contributors to the principal components. Six high-fat and high-protein cultivars, including Nuoshu, A75-2, Zhiduoaosizhi, Panlonghuangmi, Xiaobaishu, and Xiaohongshu were also screened. Correlations between the quantitative traits were significant, including the correlation between quality traits and quantitative traits. | 8 | Mitochondrial DNA mutations-candidate biomarkers for breast cancer diagnosis in Bangladesh显示文摘Breast cancer is a major health problem that affects more than 24% of women in Bangladesh. Furthermore, among low-income countries including Bangladesh, individuals have a high risk for developing breast cancer. This study aimed to identify candidate mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) biomarkers for breast cancer diagnosis in Bangladeshi women to be used as a preventive approach. We screened the blood samples from 24 breast cancer patients and 20 healthy controls to detect polymorphisms in the D-loop and the ND3-and ND4-coding regions of mtDNA by direct sequencing. Among 14 distinct mutations, 10 polymorphisms were found in the D-loop, 3 were found in the ND3-coding region, and 1 was found in the ND4-coding region. The frequency of two novel polymorphisms in the D-loop, one at position 16290 (Tins) and the other at position 16293 (A-del), was higher in breast cancer patients than in control subjects (position 16290: odds ratio = 6.011, 95% confidence interval = 1.2482 to 28.8411, P = 0.002; position 16293: odds ratio = 5.6028, 95% confidence interval = 1.4357 to 21.8925, P = 0.010). We also observed one novel mutation in the ND3-coding region at position 10316 (A > G) in 69% of breast cancer patients but not in control subjects. | 12 | Effect of fluence and ambient environment on the surface and structural modification of femtosecond laser irradiated Ti显示文摘Under certain conditions, ultrafast pulsed laser interaction with matter leads to the formation of self-organized conical as well as periodic surface structures(commonly reffered to as, laser induced periodic surface structures, LIPSS). The purpose of the present investigations is to explore the effect of fsec laser fluence and ambient environments(Vacuum &O_2) on the formation of LIPSS and conical structures on the Ti surface. The surface morphology was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM). The ablation threshold with single and multiple(N = 100) shots and the existence of an incubation effect was demonstrated by SEM investigations for both the vacuum and the O_2 environment. The phase analysis and chemical composition of the exposed targets were performed by x-ray diffraction(XRD) and energy dispersive x-ray spectroscopy(EDS), respectively. SEM investigations reveal the formation of LIPSS(nano & micro). FFT d-spacing calculations illustrate the dependence of periodicity on the fluence and ambient environment. The periodicity of nano-scale LIPSS is higher in the case of irradiation under vacuum conditions as compared to O_2. Furthermore, the O2 environment reduces the ablation threshold. XRD data reveal that for the O_2 environment, new phases(oxides of Ti) are formed. EDS analysis exhibits that after irradiation under vacuum conditions, the percentage of impurity element(Al) is reduced. | 19 | 炭化米糠经臭氧活化制备活性炭及其去除Cr(Ⅵ)离子显示文摘以臭氧为活化剂,炭化的米糠为原料制备出活性炭。采用氮吸附、SEM-EDAX和FT-IR对样品进行表征。活性炭的比表面积由活化前的20 m2/g增加到380 m2/g。在臭氧活化过程中,吸附在炭材料上的二氧化硅变疏松,从而导致碳逸出。臭氧同时以氧分子和原子形式存在于炭表面。氧原子,作为强氧化剂,将炭表面氧化成酸性官能团如羧基、酮基和酚基。采用该活性炭吸附Cr(VI)离子,Cr(VI)离子的最大去除率(94%)的条件为:p H值2.0、浓度100 mg/L、吸附量0.2 g,时间2.5 h及转速300 r/min。采用吸附平衡和动力学模型探讨吸附机理,结果表明,吸附等温线符合Freundlich方程,吸附速率符合准二级动力学方程。吸附是自发的放热反应,可能与Na OH脱落而恢复Cr和碳有关。 | Sivaraju Sugashini Kadhar Mohamed Meera Sheriffa Begum | 2015 | 新型炭材料2015,30,3: | 2 |
