1脊髓背角内参与机械性痛觉超敏的神经环路由损伤性质决定显示文摘脊髓背角是诱发和维持机械性痛觉超敏反应的主要部位,但参与该痛觉信号传递的神经环路至今仍不清楚。本研究发现,脊髓背角参与机械性痛觉超敏的神经环路因损伤性质而异。脊髓背角Ⅱ层的钙结合蛋白(CR)神经元传递由炎性损伤诱导的机械性痛觉超敏反应,而Ⅱ/Ⅲ层边缘的蛋白激酶Cγ(PKCγ)神经元传递由神经损伤诱导的机械性痛觉超敏反应。胆囊收缩素(CCK)神经元位于脊髓背角深层(Ⅲ-Ⅳ层),对上述两种类型损伤诱导的机械性痛觉超敏均至关重要。有趣的是,Maf阳性的CCK神经元由瞬时囊泡谷氨酸转运体3 (tVGLUT3)神经元组成,主要传递动态痛觉超敏反应。基于病因研究脊髓背角传递机械性痛觉超敏信号的神经环路具有重要的理论与临床意义。郁梅(译) 唐宗湘(校) Peirs C Williams SG Zhao X 2021中国疼痛医学杂志2021,27,6:4
