1乌尔逊凹陷苏仁诺尔CO_(2)气藏主控因素分析显示文摘乌尔逊凹陷苏仁诺尔走滑断裂带西部南屯组发育天然CO_(2)气藏。利用测井、地震、岩心、生产数据等资料,采用序贯高斯模拟方法,建立苏仁诺尔气田南屯组三维地质模型,包括构造模型(地层、断裂带)、岩性模型、物性模型,分析乌尔逊凹陷南屯组的地层格架、断裂分布,以及砂岩储层和物性的三维空间展布特征。结果表明:乌尔逊凹陷苏仁诺尔气田南屯组储层具有低孔隙度、低渗透率的特点,CO_(2)气藏主要分布于断裂活动带构造高点。苏仁诺尔走滑断裂带作为运移通道,对CO_(2)气藏分布起决定性作用;储层岩性和物性在控制CO_(2)气藏聚集和分布中起次要作用。该结果对寻找研究区CO_(2)气藏及后期勘探开发具有指导意义。齐宁 薛海涛 卢双舫 杨金秀 卢明月 夏萦 曹怿昕 MUHAMMAD Saqib RAYON Abrams 2021东北石油大学学报2021,45,3:3
2基于核密度估计的新浪微博数据地理空间分析:以上海市为例显示文摘为了提取和分析中国上海的社交网络位置数据,通过使用KDE作为空间分析技术来探讨LBSN数据的应用,分析用户参与的新浪微博签到数据与城市特征之间的关系,更重要的是调查上海密集地区的人口密度,以便于相关部门更好地观察和管理。通过使用新浪微博API收集了中国上海10个不同地区在2016年1月~3月期间的数据,并利用核密度估计对基于位置社交网络数据集的新浪微博用户的签到频率进行分析。研究结果表明,核密度估计方法为利用地理空间数据集进行空间模式建模提供了有益的见解。此外,与研究区域的副城区相比,中心城区的密度更大。由此得出结论:通过使用核密度估计技术,可以评估个体的签到行为以及更广泛的总体人口模式。该研究对城市功能及其环境影响、城市可持续性发展和基于城市人口密度的应急响应等领域都有一定的借鉴意义。Saqib Ali Haidery 万旺根 曾本冲 Naimat Ullah Khan Muhammad Rizwan Hidayat Ullah 2019电子测量技术2019,42,21:2

4Trends in species distribution modelling in context of rare and endemic plants:a systematic review显示文摘Background:Many research papers have utilized Species Distribution Models to estimate a species’current and future geographic distribution and environmental niche.This study aims to(a)understand critical features of SDMs used to model endemic and rare species and(b)to identify possible constraints with the collected data.The present systematic review examined how SDMs are used on endemic and rare plant species to identify optimal practices for future research.Results:The evaluated literature(79 articles)was published between January 2010 and December 2020.The number of papers grew considerably over time.The studies were primarily conducted in Asia(41%),Europe(24%),and Africa(2%).The bulk of the research evaluated(38%)focused on theoretical ecology,climate change impacts(19%),and conservation policy and planning(22%).Most of the papers were published in publications devoted to biodiversity conservation,ecological or multidisciplinary fields.The degree of uncertainty was not disclosed in most studies(81%).Conclusion:This systematic review provides a broad overview of the emerging trends and gaps in the SDMs research.The majority of studies failed to present uncertainties and error estimates.However,when model performance estimates are given,the model results will be highly effective,allowing for more assurance in the predictions they make.Furthermore,based on our systematic review,we recommend that in the future rare and endemic SDMs should represent uncertainty levels and estimates of errors in the modelling process.Ammad Waheed Qazi Zafeer Saqib Muhammad Zaman‑ul‑Haq 2022Ecological Processes2022,11,1:1

11Early vs late cholecystectomy in mild gall stone pancreatitis: Anupdated meta-analysis and review of literature显示文摘BACKGROUND Gallstone pancreatitis is one of the most common causes of acute pancreatitis.Cholecystectomy remains the definitive treatment of choice to prevent recurrence.The rate of early cholecystectomies during index admission remains low due toperceived increased risk of complications.AIMTo compare outcomes including length of stay, duration of surgery, biliarycomplications, conversion to open cholecystectomy, intra-operative, and postoperativecomplications between patients who undergo cholecystectomy duringindex admission as compared to those who undergo cholecystectomy thereafter.METHODSStatistical Method: Pooled proportions were calculated using both Mantel-Haenszel method (fixed effects model) and DerSimonian Laird method (randomeffects model).RESULTSInitial search identified 163 reference articles, of which 45 were selected andreviewed. Eighteen studies (n = 2651) that met the inclusion criteria were includedin this analysis. Median age of patients in the late group was 43.8 years while thatin the early group was 43.6. Pooled analysis showed late laparoscopiccholecystectomy group was associated with an increased length of stay by 88.96 h(95%CI: 86.31 to 91.62) as compared to early cholecystectomy group. Pooled riskdifference for biliary complications was higher by 10.76% (95%CI: 8.51 to 13.01) in the late cholecystectomy group as compared to the early cholecystectomy group.Pooled analysis showed no risk difference in intraoperative complications [riskdifference: 0.41%, (95%CI: -1.58 to 0.75)], postoperative complications [riskdifference: 0.60%, (95%CI: -2.21 to 1.00)], or conversion to open cholecystectomy[risk difference: 1.42%, (95%CI: -0.35 to 3.21)] between early and latecholecystectomy groups. Pooled analysis showed the duration of surgery to beprolonged by 39.11 min (95%CI: 37.44 to 40.77) in the late cholecystectomy groupas compared to the early group.CONCLUSIONIn patients with mild gallstone pancreatitis early cholecystectomy leads to shorterhospital stay, shorter duration of surgery, while decreasing the risk of biliarycomplications. 14Countrywide Survey for MERS-Coronavirus Antibodies in Dromedaries and Humans in Pakistan显示文摘Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-CoV) is a zoonotic pathogen capable of causing severe respiratory disease in humans. Although dromedary camels are considered as a major reservoir host, the MERS-CoV infection dynamics in camels are not fully understood. Through surveillance in Pakistan, nasal (n = 776) and serum (n = 1050)samples were collected from camels between November 2015 and February 2018. Samples were collected from animal markets, free-roaming herds and abattoirs. An in-house ELISA was developed to detect IgG against MERS-CoV. A total of 794 camels were found seropositive for MERS-CoV. Prevalence increased with the age and the highest seroprevalence was recorded in camels aged [ 10 years (81.37%) followed by those aged 3.1–10 years (78.65%) and B 3 years (58.19%).Higher prevalence was observed in female (78.13%) as compared to male (70.70%). Of the camel nasal swabs, 22 were found to be positive by RT-qPCR though with high Ct values. Moreover, 2,409 human serum samples were also collected from four provinces of Pakistan during 2016–2017. 18Topological evolution of laminar juncture flows under different critical parameters显示文摘Horseshoe vortex topological structure has been studied extensively in the past,traditional'saddle of separation'and new'attachment saddle point'topologies found in literature both have theoretical basis and experimental and computational evidences for support.The laminar incompressible juncture flows at low Reynolds numbers especially are observed to have new topology.Studies concerning the existence of the new topology though found in literature,the topological evolution and its dependency on various critical flow parameters require further investigation.A Particle Image Velocimetry based analysis is carried out to observe the effect of aspect ratio,?*/D and shape of the obstacle on laminar horseshoe vortex topology for small obstacles.Rise in aspect ratio evolves the topology from the traditional to new for all the cases observed.The circular cross section obstacles are found more apt to having the new topology compared to square cross sections.It is noted that the sweeping effect of the fluid above the vortex system in which horseshoe vortex is immersed plays a critical role in this evolution.Topological evolution is observed not only in the most upstream singular point region of horseshoe vortex system but also in the corner region.The corner vortex topology evolves from the traditional type to new one before the topological evolution of the most upstream singular point,resulting in a new topological pattern of the laminar juncture flows'separation-attachment combination'.The study may help extend the understanding of the three-dimensional boundary layer separation phenomenon.YOUNIS Muhammad Yamin ZHANG Hua HU Bo MEHMOOD Saqib 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,7:1
