| 1 | 改性油菜秸秆生物质炭吸附/解吸Cd2+特征显示文摘该研究选用蒸汽爆破油菜秸秆,对其进行羟基磷灰石和KMnO4浸渍处理,再用壳聚糖和NaOH溶液改性所获得的生物质炭改性,以比较表面特性变化和吸附/解吸Cd^2+的特征。结果表明,改性处理可有效地在生物质炭表面负载相应官能团,如羟基磷灰石处理使生物质炭表面磷酸盐增多,比表面积提高至225.68m^2/g;而壳聚糖、KMnO4和NaOH处理,则引入了-NH2和-OH、-COOH等酸性含氧官能团。尽管改性生物质炭表面电荷减少,但Cd^2+吸附容量却提高了13%~315%,其吸附行为可用Langmuir等温吸附式拟合,并符合Pseudo second order吸附动力学方程。改性后,生物质炭对Cd^2+的吸附主要为专性吸附,其初始吸附速率提高了65%~379%,而解吸率降低了17%~91%,表明对Cd2+的吸附更快且更加稳定,具有良好的应用潜力。 | 陈雪娇 林启美 肖弘扬 Muhammad Rizwan 赵小蓉 李贵桐 | 2019 | 农业工程学报2019,35,18: | 16 |

| 3 | Takotsubo cardiomyopathy:Pathophysiology and role of cardiac biomarkers in differential diagnosis显示文摘Takotsubo cardiomyopathy(TC) is characterized by reversible ventricular dysfunction, not limited to the distribution of an epicardial coronary artery. A disease primarily afflicting post-menopausal women, it is frequently mistaken for acute anterior wall myocardial infarction. Alternatively called Stress Cardiomyopathy, physical or emotional triggers are identified in only three fourths of TC patients. Long considered a benign condition, recent findings suggest poor short term prognosis similar to acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Despite the widely recognized pathophysiological role of catecholamine excess, its diagnostic role is uncertain. TC is suspected based on typical wall motion abnormalities in ventriculogram or echocardiogram. Several additional electrocardiographic, laboratory and imaging parameters have been studied with the goal of clinical diagnosis of TC. While several clinical clues differentiate it from ACS, a clinical diagnosis is often elusive leading to avoidable cardiac catheterizations. Natriuretic peptides(NPs), a family of peptide hormones released primarily in response to myocardial stretch, play a significant role in pathophysiology, diagnosis as well as treatment of congestive heart failure. TC with its prominent ventricular dysfunction is associated with a significant elevation of NPs. NPs are elevated in ACS as well but the degree of elevation is typically lesser than in TC. Markers of myocardial injury such as troponin are usually elevated to a higher degree in ACS than in TC. | 4 | 基于高光谱成像的牧草粗蛋白含量检测研究显示文摘粗蛋白(CP)是评价牧草营养价值和品质参数的关键指标。快速、准确地对牧草中粗蛋白含量进行评估在畜牧业生产研究中具有重要意义。为确定牧草粗蛋白含量的高光谱特征波段及最优检测模型,研究分别于2017年5月至9月间在黑龙江省杜尔伯特自治区的人工牧草场(羊草)内每月随机选取35个样本,5个月共采集175个样本。采样时在样本点处放置1m×1m的样方,将样方内所有牧草全部齐地面收割采集后称重并冷藏保存。将样本带回实验室后,立即进行牧草叶片高光谱图像采集,同时采用凯氏定氮法对采集的牧草样本进行粗蛋白化学值测定,以此建立牧草粗蛋白含量高光谱数据集。研究首先通过Savitzky-Golay卷积平滑(SG)、多元散射校正(MSC)、变量标准化(SNV)、一阶导数(1-Der)和直接正交信号校正(DOSC)方法5种预处理方法对高光谱数据进行处理后分别建立偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)检测模型,从中确定最优预处理方法。利用最优预处理结果,分别采用连续投影算法(SPA)和随机蛙跳算法(RF)进行牧草粗蛋白含量的特征波段选择,并利用选择结果分别进一步建立PLSR模型,以此确定适合粗蛋白含量的特征波段选择方法,确定最优高光谱检测模型。结果表明,在五种高光谱预处理方法中,基于SNV方法预处理后所建立的高光谱PLSR模型表现最优(R2-P=0.929,RMSE-P=6.344mg·g^-1,RPD=4.204)。利用连续投影算法筛选的粗蛋白含量特征波长为30个,分布于530~700和940~1000nm范围内。经随机蛙跳算法确定的粗蛋白含量特征波段为6个,分别为826.544,827.285,828.766,971.012,972.494和973.235nm。因此,该研究中牧草粗蛋白含量最优高光谱检测模型为SNV-RF-PLSR(R2-P=0.933,RMSE-P=6.034mg·g^-1,RPD=4.322),模型精度较高。该研究结果为牧草粗蛋白含量的高光谱检测提供了最优模型和理论基础,同时为指导草业生产开拓了新的技术思路。 | 高睿 李泽东 马铮 孔庆明 Muhammad Rizwan 苏中滨 | 2019 | 光谱学与光谱分析2019,39,10: | 6 |
| 5 | Steam explosion of crop straws improves the characteristics of biochar as a soil amendment显示文摘Five crop straws (wheat, rice, maize, oil-rape, and cotton) were first steam-exploded for 2 min at 210℃, 2.5 MPa and then pyrolyzed at 500℃ for 2 h. Steam explosion (SE) induced 47–95% and 5–16% reduction of hemicellulose and cellulose, respectively, in the crop straws. The biochars derived from SE-treated feedstocks had a lower specific surface area (SSA) and pore volume, compared to those from pristine feedstocks, with one exception that SE enhanced SSA of oil-rape straw biochar by approximately 16 times. After SE, biochars had significant higher anion exchange capacity (AEC) (6.88–11.44 cmol kg–1) and point of zero net charges (PZNC) (pH 3.61–5.32) values. It can thus be speculated that these biochars may have higher potential for anions adsorption. In addition, oil-rape straw might be suitable to SE pretreatment for preparing biochar as a soil amendment and sorbent as well. | 7 | Microstructure Evolution and Mechanical Behavior of Laser Melting Deposited TA15 Alloy at 500℃ under In-Situ Tension in SEM显示文摘TA15 alloy fabricated by laser melting deposition was investigated at 500℃ under tensile deformation. The damage behavior of microstructure was analyzed by the real time observation of the microstructure evolution, microcracks initiation and propagation using in-situ tensile equipment fitted in the SEM chamber. Finally, the mechanism of fracture was discussed. The result showed anisotropic mechanical properties in X-and Z-direction. The existence of columnar β grains and its orientation to the tensile direction were the major factors inducing the anisotropic mechanical properties. As compared to Z-direction specimen, high tensile strength was observed in X-direction specimen due to the resistance in slips propagation provided by the prior-β grain boundaries( β GBs). Accumulation of the cracks at prior β GB caused the shear fracture. In case of Z-direction specimen, parallel orientation of prior β GB and GB α with the tensile direction resulted in a homogeneous deformation. The supply of complexed trace minerals, which are more bioavailable, could help overcome the greater needs of these nutrients in tissues around parturition and early lactation.Results: Twenty Holstein cows received an oral bolus with a mix of inorganic trace minerals(INO) or complexed trace minerals(AAC) to achieve 75, 65, 11, and 1 ppm supplemental Zn, Mn, Cu, and Co, respectively, in the total diet dry matter from -30 d through +30 d relative to parturition. Blood for polymorphonuclear leukocyte(PMNL) isolation was collected at-30,-15, +10, and + 30 d relative to parturition, whereas endometrium biopsies were performed at +14 and +30 d. Feeding AAC led to greater PMNL expression of genes related with inflammation response(DDX58), oxidative stress response(MPO), eicosanoid metabolism(PLA2G4A and ALOX5AP), transcription regulation(PPARG), and cellular adhesion(TLN1). The upregulation by AAC in endometrium of genes related with inflammation response( TLR2, TLR4, NFKB1, TNF, IL6, IL1 B, IL10, IL8), prostaglandin synthesis(PTGS2, PTGES), and antioxidant responses(NFE2 L2, SOD1) indicated a faster remodeling of uterine tissue and potentially greater capacity to control a local bacterial invasion.Conclusions: Data indicate that trace mineral supplementation from amino acid complexes improves PMNL activity and allows the prompt recovery of uterine tissue during early lactation. | 14 | Construction of binary assembled MOF-derived nanocages with dual-band microwave absorbing properties显示文摘It is challenging to prepare a binary assembled metal-organic framework(MOF) by anisotropic epitaxial growth method. Besides, nanocages(NCs) with hollow structures are often constructed to improve microwave absorbing abilities. Herein, we combine the selective epitaxial growth and hollow engineering technologies to fabricate hybrid MOF-derived NCs. Benefiting from the unique nanocage/porous structure,complementary magnetic/dielectric components and suitable impedance matching characteristics, the optimized absorber(CoNi/TiO@PC-NCs) exhibits unique microwave absorbing properties. It is worth noting that the minimum reflection loss(RLmin) of the absorber reaches-65.3 dB, and the overall effective absorption bandwidth(EAB, RL <-10 dB) covers 15.1 GHz(2.9–18 GHz). The maximum EAB under a single thickness covers 4.4 GHz, displaying skipping dual-band coverages at both high and low frequencies. | 20 | COVID-19 and comorbidities of hepatic diseases in a global perspective显示文摘The worldwide outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has challenged the priorities of healthcare system in terms of different clinical management and infection transmission, particularly those related to hepatic-disease comorbidities. Epidemiological data evidenced that COVID-19 patients with altered liver function because of hepatitis infection and cholestasis have an adverse prognosis and experience worse health outcomes. COVID-19-associated liver injury is correlated with various liver diseases following a severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus type 2(SARS-CoV-2) infection that can progress during the treatment of COVID-19 patients with or without pre-existing liver disease. SARS-CoV-2 can induce liver injury in a number of ways including direct cytopathic effect of the virus on cholangiocytes/hepatocytes, immune-mediated damage, hypoxia, and sepsis. Indeed, immediate cytopathogenic effects of SARSCoV-2 via its potential target, the angiotensin-converting enzyme-2 receptor, which is highly expressed in hepatocytes and cholangiocytes, renders the liver as an extra-respiratory organ with increased susceptibility to pathological outcomes. But, underlying COVID-19-linked liver disease pathogenesis with abnormal liver function tests(LFTs) is incompletely understood. Hence, we collated COVID-19-associated liver injuries with increased LFTs at the nexus of pre-existing liver diseases and COVID-19, and defining a plausible pathophysiological triad of COVID-19, hepatocellular damage, and liver disease.
