3青藏高原中部色林错湖泊沉积物色度反映末次冰盛期以来区域古气候演化显示文摘色林错湖位于青藏高原内部,是西藏第一大咸水内陆湖。研究区剖面选自色林错第三湖泊阶地,利用常用气候替代指标色度,结合粒度、碳酸盐含量[CaCO3(%)]、矿物分析和全有机质(TOC)等进行对比分析,同时采用14C测年方法对剖面进行准确的年代划分,初步探讨了末次冰盛期以来色林错湖泊沉积物色度增强机制的差异性。研究表明:a*、b*与中粗粒砂、磁化率具有较好的相关性;亮度L*与CaCO3(%)具较好相关性;因而沉积物色度变化可反应区域古气候变化。同时对湖泊沉积物矿物分析发现,影响色度变化的制色矿物主要是针铁矿,且以还原环境为主。红度a*高值与亮度L*低值对应气候暖湿气候环境,沉积物粒度较粗,碳酸盐含量低,有机质含量高,磁化率较高值;反之,红度a*低值,L*高值,粒度较细,碳酸盐含量高,有机质含量低,磁化率低值,对应干冷气候。在17.4~15.5 cal ka BP阶段,对应干冷的气候特点;在15.5~10.4 cal ka BP阶段,对应温暖湿润的气候;在10.4~5.2 cal ka BP阶段,整体属于温暖湿润的气候特点;其中,在9.7~9.4 cal ka BP和8.75~8.5 cal ka BP为两个重要的冷事件,属于干湿的气候特点;在5.2~1.2 cal ka BP阶段,反映了干冷的气候特征;在4.3~4.0 cal ka BP,3.3~3.0 cal ka BP和2.4~1.75 cal ka BP,反映了干旱温暖的气候特点;在1.2 cal ka BP以后,色林错湖湖水迅速下降。杜丁丁 Muhammad Saleem Mughal Dembele Blaise 张成君 2019干旱区地理2019,42,3:12
4行距对棉花生长发育、产量及早熟性指数的影响的研究(英文)显示文摘棉花窄行密植生产是缩短棉花生长季节实现棉花早熟的主要举措,并且窄行密植对棉花的产量无显著影响。田间试验于2006年6月到2007年1月在巴基斯坦费萨拉巴德农业大学试验田进行,以确定行距对不同品系棉花的生长、生产和早熟性指数的影响。试验选取NIAB-111,CIM-496和FH-901 3个棉花品种,设置了60、75和90 cm 3种行距进行试验研究。结果表明:行距对棉花生长发育、产量和早熟性指数具有极显著影响;行距75 cm的处理产量最高达到2603 kg·hm-2,其次是行距60 cm的处理,产量为2541 kg·hm-2,但二者间差异不显著;行距60 cm的处理早熟性指数达到50.92%,显著大于其它处理;行距75 cm的处理次之。子棉产量最高的品种是FH-901,同时其早熟性指数也最高,达到54.34%。ANJUM Shakeel Ahmad SALEEM Muhammad Farrukh 王龙昌 薛兰兰 SHAH ID Muhammad Qasim ALI Shafaqat 2010棉花学报2010,22,6:11
5Computed tomography overestimation of esophageal tumor length: Implications for radiotherapy planning显示文摘AIM:To assess the relationship between preoperative computed tomography(CT)and postoperative pathological measurements of esophageal tumor length and the prognostic significance of CT tumor length data.METHODS:A retrospective study was carried out in 56 patients who underwent curative esophagogastrectomy.Tumor lengths were measured on the immediate preoperative CT and on the post-operative resection specimens.Inter-and intra-observer variations in CT measurements were assessed.Survival data were collected.RESULTS:There was a weak correlation between CT and pathological tumor length(r=0.30,P=0.025).CT lengths were longer than pathological lengths in 68%(38/56)of patients with a mean difference of 1.67 cm(95%CI:1.18-2.97).The mean difference in measurements by two radiologists was 0.39 cm(95% CI:-0.59-1.44).The mean difference between repeat CT measured tumor length(intra-observer variation) were 0.04 cm(95%CI:-0.59-0.66)and 0.47 cm (95%CI:-0.53-1.47).When stratified,patients not receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy showed a strong correlation between CT and pathological tumor length(r =0.69,P=0.0014,n=37)than patients that did(r= 0.13,P=0.43,n=19).Median survival with CT tumor length>5.6 cm was poorer than with smaller tumors,but the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION:Esophageal tumor length assessed using CT does not reflect pathological tumor extent and should not be the only modality used for management decisions,particularly for planning radiotherapy.Karim Sillah Luke R Williams Hans-Ulrich Laasch Azeem Saleem Gillian Watkins Susan A Pritchard Patricia M Price Catharine M West Ian M Welch 2010World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2010,2,4:10

7Somatic embryogenesis in wild relatives of cotton (Gossypium Spp.)显示文摘Wild cotton species can contribute a valuable gene pool for agronomically desirable cultivated tetraploid cultivars. In order to exploit diploid cotton a regeneration system is required to achieve transformation based goals. The present studies aimed at optimizing the conditions for regeneration of local varieties as well as wild species of cotton. Different callus induction media were tested with varying concentrations of hormones in which sucrose was used as nutritional source. Different explants (hypo-cotyls, cotyledon, root) were used to check the regeneration of both local cotton plants and wild relatives using T & G medium, BAP medium, CIM medium, EMMS medium, and cell suspension medium. Different stages of embryogenicity such as early torpedo stage, late torpedo stage, heart stage, globular stage and cotyledonary stage were observed in wild relatives of cotton. 8Response of Wheat to Tillage Plus Rice Residue and Nitrogen Management in Rice-Wheat System显示文摘Zero tillage with residues retention and optimizing nitrogen fertilization are important strategies to improve soil quality and wheat(Triticum aestivum L.) yield in rice(Oryza sativa L.)-wheat system. Field experiments were conducted on silty clay soil(Hyperthermic, and Typic Torrifluvents) in D. I. Khan, Pakistan, to explore the impact of six tillage methods(zero tillage straw retained(ZTsr), ZT straw burnt(ZTsb), reduced tillage straw incorporated(RTsi, including tiller and rotavator), RT straw burnt(RTsb), conventional tillage straw incorporated(CTsi, including disc plow, tiller, rotavator, and leveling operations), CT straw burnt(CTsb)) and five nitrogen rates, i.e., 0, 100, 150, 200, and 250 kg ha-1 on wheat yield. Mean values for N revealed that spikes m-2, grains/spike, 1 000-grain weight(g), and grain yield(kg ha-1) were significantly higher at 200 kg N ha-1 in both the years as well as mean over years than all other treatments. Mean values for tillage revealed that ZTsr produced highest number of spikes m-2 among tillage methods. However, grains/spike, 1 000-grain weight, and grain yield were higher in tillage methods with either straw retained/incorporated than tillage methods with straw burnt. Interaction effects were significant in year 1 and in mean over years regarding spikes m-2, 1 000-grain weight, total soil organic matter(SOM), and total soil N(TSN). ZTsr produced the most spikes m-2 and 1 000-grain weight at 200 kg N ha-1. ZTsr also produced higher SOM and TSN at 200-250 kg N ha-1 at the end of 2 yr cropping. 11Snowmelt runoff prediction under changing climate in the Himalayan cryosphere: A case of Gilgit River Basin显示文摘There are serious concerns of rise in temperatures over snowy and glacierized Himalayan region that may eventually affect future river flows of Indus river system. It is therefore necessary to predict snow and glacier melt runoff to manage future water resource of Upper Indus Basin(UIB). The snowmelt runoff model(SRM) coupled with MODIS remote sensing data was employed in this study to predict daily discharges of Gilgit River in the Karakoram Range. The SRM was calibrated successfully and then simulation was made over four years i.e. 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 achieving coefficient of model efficiency of 0.96, 0.86, 0.9 and 0.94 respectively. The scenarios of precipitation and mean temperature developed from regional climate model PRECIS were used in SRM model to predict future flows of Gilgit River. The increase of 3 C in mean annual temperature by the end of 21 th century may result in increase of 35-40% in Gilgit River flows. 14壳聚糖改性磁性碳基吸附剂的制备及其对水中Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA的吸附机理显示文摘利用二茂铁制备磁性碳基材料(Fe3O4@C),通过壳聚糖(CS)功能化,制备CS改性Fe3O4@C复合吸附材料(Fe3O4@C-CS)。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、热重分析(TGA)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等对Fe3O4@C-CS表征分析,并通过改变浓度、温度、时间、pH和阳离子等条件系统研究对水中已配位的三价铬(Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA)的吸附性能。结果表明Fe3O4@C已经成功被CS功能化,在pH=4.0、反应温度25℃、投加量0.4 g·L^-1时,吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,理论最大吸附量为12.63 mg·g^-1,吸附动力学符合拟二级动力学模型,吸附行为是自发进行的吸热过程。结合吸附实验结果和XPS表征分析,静电吸附和配位作用是Fe3O4@C-CS吸附剂去除水中Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA的主要机制。4次吸附-脱附循环后,Fe3O4@C-CS对水中Cr(Ⅲ)-EDTA仍具有较高的吸附效率。王家宏 陈瑶 刘宁 孙彤彤 Atif Saleem 2020无机化学学报2020,36,7:4

16不同行距对陆地棉品种纤维品质性状的影响(英文)显示文摘本研究于2006―2007年度在费萨拉巴德农业大学农业研究试验场进行,试验目的是为了比较三个不同品种陆地棉在不同的行距下的性状质量。试验处理包含三种行间距(60cm、75cm和90cm)和三种不同陆地棉品种(NIAB-111,CIM-496与FH-901)。所有的实验数据均进行变异系数的统计学分析。试验结果显示,行距显著影响GOT值,但是对纤维长度、纤维比强度、纤维整齐度和纤维细度没有影响。三种陆地棉品种之间在纤维长度、纤维比强度和纤维细度上存在显著差异,而在纤维整齐度和GOT上没有显著差异。SHAKEEL Ahmad Anjum SALEEM M.Farruk 王龙昌 邹聪明 SHAKEEL Amir 张云兰 2010棉花学报2010,22,2:4
17氮运筹对冬小麦氮素积累量和氮素吸收利用效率的影响显示文摘为探明冬小麦生产过程中氮肥的合理施用时期、基追比例及施用量,增加冬小麦氮素积累量和提高氮素吸收利用效率,实现氮肥资源高效利用,通过田间试验,比较分析了不同追肥时期(拔节期、开花期和灌浆期)、基追比(6∶4和5∶5)和施氮水平(0、75、150、225、300 kg/hm^2)下冬小麦氮素积累量和氮素吸收利用效率的差异。结果表明,追肥时期、基追比例和施氮量均影响冬小麦氮素积累量及氮素吸收利用效率,并且存在互作效应;追肥时期、基追比例和施氮量对各器官氮素积累量的影响基本表现为:拔节期>开花期>灌浆期、基追比6∶4>基追比5∶5以及施氮量为225 kg/hm^2时最大;氮素吸收效率和氮素农学利用效率随施氮量的增加而递减。冬小麦适宜的追肥时期为拔节期、基追比为6∶4、施氮量225 kg/hm^2,该氮肥运筹方式下,其籽粒氮素积累量最高,为250.30 kg/hm^2。研究结果可为冬小麦合理施氮和栽培技术提供理论依据和技术支撑。高宏伟 杨武德 冯美臣 王超 Muhammad Saleem Kubar 岳彧 2020山西农业科学2020,48,3:4
18Anti-inflammatory activity of the leaf extacts of Gendarussa vulgaris Nees显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the anti-inflammatory property of the leaf exacts of Gendarussa vulgaris(G.vulgarix) Nees.Methods:G.vulgarix Nees of the family Apocynaceae is a medium sized tree grown in semishade or no shade and is common in the Ernad and Nilambur taluks of Kerala. Various parts of this plant have been used in the treatment of ulcers,sores,inflammation, dyspepsia,healing of wounds,etc.The present study aimed at the evaluation of anti-inflammatory property of the aqueous and alcoholic extracts of the leaves by both in vitro and in vivo methods. In vitro method was estimated by human red blood cell membrane stabilisation(HRBC) method and in vivo method was estimated on the carrageenan induced paw oedima.Results:Both the methods showed significant anti-inflammatory property of the different extracts tested. 19Enhanced adsorptive removal of Cr(VI)in aqueous solution by polyethyleneimine modified palygorskite显示文摘Polyethyleneimine(PEI)modified palygorskite(Pal)was used for the adsorption of Cr(VI)in aqueous solution.The absorbent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).Characterized results confirmed that the Pal has been successfully modified by PEI.The modification of PEI increased the Cr(VI)adsorption performance of the Pal by the adsorption combined reduction mechanism,and amino groups of the adsorbent play the main role in the enhanced Cr(VI)adsorption.The maximum adsorption capacity was 51.10 mg·g^-1 at pH4.0 and 25°C.The adsorption kinetics of Cr(VI)on the adsorbent conforms to the Langmuir isotherm model.The maximum adsorption occurs at pH3,and then the adsorption capacity of PEI-Pal was decreased with the increase of p H values.The adsorption kinetics of Cr(VI)on PEI-Pal was modeled with pseudo-second-order model.The addition of Cl^-,SO4^2-and PO4^3-reduced the Cr(VI)adsorption by competition with Cr(VI)for the active sites of PEI-Pal.The Cr(VI)saturated PEI-Pal can be regenerated in alkaline solution,and the adsorption capacity can still be maintained at 30.44 mg·g^-1 after 4 cycles.The results demonstrate that PEI-Pal can be used as a potential adsorbent of Cr(VI)in aqueous solutions.Jiahong Wang Tongtong Sun Atif Saleem Yao Chen 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,10:3
20Topology Optimization for Manufacturable Configuration Design of Aircraft Tail Rib显示文摘A methodology is implemented to find the optimum reduced weight configuration design of an operating structure of a civil aircraft vertical tail fin. FE (finite element) based topology optimization is executed to find the optimum material distribution of initial design space of rib by maximizing the stiffness. Loads pertinent to the operating and ground conditions are estimated and applied, considering the orientation of structural assembly members and built-in supports offered in the main structure. Manufacturing constraints are incorporated into the optimization loop to generate pragmatic and manufacturable design configuration. The topologically optimized configuration is then converted to CAD viable design through data reduction and smoothing by converting to ISO-surfaces. A methodology is also devised to modify the topological optimized voids and material layout precisely with splines and fillets to construct manufacturable features and avoid stress concentrations. The resulting novel design proposal is then analyzed and validated against stipulated loads, constraints and other design needs.
