1PVA纤维表面改性对水泥基复合材料弯曲性能的影响显示文摘采用有机硅柔软剂对国产聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维进行表面改性,并制备了纤维增强水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)。采用扫描电子显微镜研究了有机硅柔软剂改性对PVA纤维表面结构的影响,用三点弯曲试验研究了有机硅柔软剂改性的PVA纤维对PVA-ECC复合材料弯曲性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着有机硅柔软剂含量的增加,PVA-ECC的极限弯曲强度和极限跨中挠度均先增加再减小,当有机硅柔软剂质量分数为7%时,极限弯曲强度和极限跨中挠度达到最大值,分别为5.627 MPa和2.123 mm;用ASTM C1609标准分析PVA-ECC三点弯曲韧性,当有机硅柔软剂质量分数为7%时,弯曲韧性达到最大值。王明学 Muhammad Fahad Arain 张华鹏 郭玉海 2019合成纤维2019,48,1:6
2Plasma diagnostics by optical emission spectroscopy on manganese ore in conjunction with XRD, XRF and SEM-EDS显示文摘Manganese(Mn) is an important industrial mineral.Information about the chemical and phase constitution along with the concentration of impurities presented in Mn ore is compulsory in assessing its suitability for different applications.We performed the qualitative and quantitative analysis of low-grade Mn ore(LGMO) using laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) in conjunction with x-ray diffraction(XRD), x-ray fluorescence(XRF) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) coupled with energy dispersive x-ray electron spectroscopy(EDS).The optical emission spectra of the LGMO sample displayed the presence of Mn, Si, Ca, Fe, Al, Mg,V, Ti, Sr, Ni, Na, Ba and Li.The plasma parameters, electron temperature and number density were estimated using the Boltzmann plot and Stark broadening line profile methods and were found to be 7500 K±750 K and 8.18±0.8×1017 cm-3, respectively.Quantitative analysis was performed using the calibration-free LIBS(CF-LIBS) method and its outcome along with XRD, XRF and SEM-EDS data showed almost analogous elemental composition, while the LIBS method gave acceptably precise elemental analysis by detecting the low atomic number element Li besides V and Sr.The results obtained using LIBS for the LGMO exhibited its ability as a powerful analytical tool and XRF, XRD and SEM-EDS as complementary methods for the compositional analysis of complex low-grade mineral ore.Muhammad FAHAD Sajad ALI Yaseen IQBAL 2019Plasma Science and Technology2019,21,8:4
3Evaluating the Efficiency of CBAM-Resnet Using Malaysian Sign Language显示文摘The deaf-mutes population is constantly feeling helpless when others do not understand them and vice versa.To fill this gap,this study implements a CNN-based neural network,Convolutional Based Attention Module(CBAM),to recognise Malaysian Sign Language(MSL)in videos recognition.This study has created 2071 videos for 19 dynamic signs.Two different experiments were conducted for dynamic signs,using CBAM-3DResNet implementing‘Within Blocks’and‘Before Classifier’methods.Various metrics such as the accuracy,loss,precision,recall,F1-score,confusion matrix,and training time were recorded to evaluate the models’efficiency.Results showed that CBAM-ResNet models had good performances in videos recognition tasks,with recognition rates of over 90%with little variations.CBAMResNet‘Before Classifier’is more efficient than‘Within Blocks’models of CBAM-ResNet.All experiment results indicated the CBAM-ResNet‘Before Classifier’efficiency in recognising Malaysian Sign Language and its worth of future research.Rehman Ullah Khan Woei Sheng Wong Insaf Ullah Fahad Algarni Muhammad Inam Ul Haq Mohamad Hardyman bin Barawi Muhammad Asghar Khan 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,5:3

5Hydrometallurgical leaching and kinetic modeling of low-grade manganese ore with banana peel in sulfuric acid显示文摘Manganese was leached from a low-grade manganese ore(LGMO)using banana peel as the reductant in a dilute sulfuric acid medium.The effects of banana peel amount,H2SO4 concentration,reaction temperature,and time on Mn leaching from the complex LGMO were studied.A leaching efficiency of~98%was achieved at a leaching time of 2 h,banana peel amount of 4 g,leaching temperature of 120°C,manganese ore amount of 5 g,and sulfuric acid concentration of 15vol%.The phase,microstructural,and chemical analyses of LGMO samples before and after the leaching process confirmed the successful leaching of manganese.Furthermore,the leaching process followed the shrinking core model and the leaching rate was controlled by a surface chemical reaction(1−(1−x)^1/3=kt)mechanism with an apparent activation energy of 40.19 kJ·mol^−1.Sajjad Ali Yaseen Iqbal Inamullah Khan Ansar Ullah Muhammad Sadiq Muhammad Fahad Khizar Hussain Shah 2021International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2021,28,2:3

8Synthesis and characterization of caprolactone based polyurethane with degradable and antifouling performance显示文摘In this work,a degradable polyurethane composed of caprolactone(CL)and L-Lactide(LLA)as soft segments,and 4,40-methylenebis(cyclohexyl isocyanate)(H12 MDI)and polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMEG)as hard segments,was prepared.Hydrolytic degradation experiment revealed that the degradable polyurethane(PU)could be degraded in artificial seawater.It also showed that caprolactone-copolyurethane(CL-PU)copolymer with higher crystallinity degraded much slower in artificial seawater.However,the introduction of LLA resulted in an increase in the hydrophilicity and reduction in the crystallinity of degradable PU,as demonstrated by the contact angle analysis.The result of the scanning electron microscope showed that the surface of degradable PU renewed under static condition.Moreover,degradable PU was able to be used as a carrier,and it controlled the release rate of 4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-isothiazolone(DCOIT).The anti-diatom(Navicula incerta)test demonstrated that the(caprolactone-co-L-lactide)-co-polyurethane 4(CL/LAx-PU4)with DCOIT contents prevented the adhesion of diatom Navicula incerta(88.37%reduction)due to their self-polishing and the release of antifoulants.Therefore,the degradable PU consisted of CL,LLA,and DCOIT could be a durable resin with good antifouling activity for the application in the marine anti-biofouling field.Abid Ali Lina Song Jiankun Hu Jingxian Jiang Qingqing Rao Muhammad Shoaib Shah Fahad Yongjie Cai Xiaoli Zhan Fengqiu Chen Qinghua Zhang 2021Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,6:2
9Visible-Light Photocatalytic Conversion of Carbon Dioxide into Methane Using Cu_(2)O/TiO_(2) Hollow Nanospheres显示文摘In the past few decades there has been a remarkable rise in the study of visible-light photocatalytic reduction of carbon dioxide (CO_(2)) into value-added chemicals such as methane (CH4) with water as reducing agent in order to prevent global warming and energy crisis. However, so far the conversion efficiency leaves much to be enhanced under sunlight irradiation. In this work, Cu_(2)O hollow nanospheres were synthesized via soft-template method and were combined with TiO_(2) through in-situ hydrolysis of Ti(OBu)4 under sonication. The obtained photocatalysts of Cu_(2)O and Cu_(2)O/TiO_(2) composite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Compared to Cu_(2)O hollow nanospheres, the Cu_(2)O/TiO_(2) composite exhibited higher efficiency in photocatalytic reduction of CO_(2) into CH4 under visible-light irradiation (λ≥420 nm). 11锆酸锶纳米颗粒光催化还原二氧化碳的研究(英文)显示文摘全球变暖和能源危机使得人们开始同时关注二氧化碳和太阳能的利用.在本工作中,我们制备了Sr Zr O3纳米颗粒,并将其作为催化剂使二氧化碳转化为高能量附加值产品.我们利用超声化学法成功制备了Sr Zr O3纳米材料,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、BET比表面积分析、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)以及紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV/vis)等对样品进行了相应表征.将Sr Zr O3作为催化剂,在300W氙灯光源照射下进行光催化还原二氧化碳实验,结果表明乙醇、甲烷和一氧化碳是主要的光催化产物,反应进行4小时后,三种产物相应的产量分别为41、2.57和1.6μmol g-1.论文分析了三种产物生成的原因.本研究工作表明,Sr Zr O3纳米材料可以作为一种有效的催化剂应用于光催化还原二氧化碳.Muhammad Naeem Ashiq 王艳杰 Muhammad Fahad Ehsan 贺涛 2015Science China Materials2015,58,8:1

13Energy Theft Identification Using Adaboost Ensembler in the Smart Grids显示文摘One of the major concerns for the utilities in the Smart Grid(SG)is electricity theft.With the implementation of smart meters,the frequency of energy usage and data collection from smart homes has increased,which makes it possible for advanced data analysis that was not previously possible.For this purpose,we have taken historical data of energy thieves and normal users.To avoid imbalance observation,biased estimates,we applied the interpolation method.Furthermore,the data unbalancing issue is resolved in this paper by Nearmiss undersampling technique and makes the data suitable for further processing.By proposing an improved version of Zeiler and Fergus Net(ZFNet)as a feature extraction approach,we had able to reduce the model’s time complexity.To minimize the overfitting issues,increase the training accuracy and reduce the training loss,we have proposed an enhanced method by merging Adaptive Boosting(AdaBoost)classifier with Coronavirus Herd Immunity Optimizer(CHIO)and Forensic based Investigation Optimizer(FBIO).In terms of low computational complexity,minimized over-fitting problems on a large quantity of data,reduced training time and training loss and increased training accuracy,our model outperforms the benchmark scheme.Our proposed algorithms Ada-CHIO andAda-FBIO,have the low MeanAverage Percentage Error(MAPE)value of error,i.e.,6.8%and 9.5%,respectively.Furthermore,due to the stability of our model our proposed algorithms Ada-CHIO and Ada-FBIO have achieved the accuracy of 93%and 90%.Statistical analysis shows that the hypothesis we proved using statistics is authentic for the proposed technique against benchmark algorithms,which also depicts the superiority of our proposed techniques.Muhammad Irfan Nasir Ayub Faisal Althobiani Zain Ali Muhammad Idrees Saeed Ullah Saifur Rahman Abdullah Saeed Alwadie Saleh Mohammed Ghonaim Hesham Abdushkour Fahad Salem Alkahtani Samar Alqhtani Piotr Gas 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,7:1

19Study on the synthesis of spin labeled poly(styrene-co-maleic acid)s and their segmental motion显示文摘Study of the segmental mobility of polymer chains is important when the polymer is used as drag reduction agents of crude oil.Electron spin resonance(ESR)spectroscopy can provide important information about segmental dynamics of polymer chains,which is related to their microenvironment.In this article,we employed an amphiphilic polymer to study the effect of hydrophilic/hydrophobic balance of the polymers on the segmental motion of polymer chains.Poly(styrene-co-maleic acid)(PSMA)was spin labeled with 4-amino TEMPO radicals by increasing the concentration of radical moiety on the polymer chains.The PSMA and spin labeled-PSMAs(SL-PSMAs)were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR)spectroscopy,Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and ESR techniques.Inter-polymer complexes(IPCs)of SL-PSMA-2 were prepared by employing polyethylene glycols(PEGs)of varying molecular weights.The results showed that the increased hydrophobic interactions of nitroxide radicals on the SLPSMAs’chains reduced the rotational mobility of spin labels and the random coil-toglobular transition of polymer chains occurred at higher pH value for SL-PSMAs,which showed a slow motion component in the ESR spectra of SL-PSMAs.Further,by increasing the molecular weight of PEGs in IPCs the complexation was increased,which also reduced the rotational motion of spin labels due to interpolymer hydrogen bonding causing a slow motion component in the ESR spectra.©2021 The Authors.Kaleem-Ur-Rahman Naveed Li Wang Haojie Yu Qian Zhang Wei Xiong Raja Summe Ullah Ahsan Nazir Muhammad Usman Shah Fahad Amin Khan Md Alim Uddin Di Shen 2022Magnetic Resonance Letters2022,2,2:1
20Assessment of Phytochemical Analysis,Nutritional Composition and Antimicrobial Activity of Moringa oleifera显示文摘Moringa oleifera is a miracle plant rich in nutrients,antioxidants,and antibiotic properties.Present study was designed to evaluate various biochemical attributes of leaves and flowers of M.oleifera.Plant parts(leaves,flowers)of M.oleifera,collected from different roadsides of Multan district,Punjab,Pakistan,were used as experimental material.Result indicates that alkaloids,saponin,carbohydrates,fats,and protein had a high value in the aqueous extract of both leaves and flowers of M.oleifera.Whereas phenol content was high in methanolic leaves extract and the phenol contents were high in aqueous extract of flowers.The extract yield of M.oleifera leaves and flowers both showed a higher percentage in aqueous extract(57.5%),followed by methanol extract and lowest in ethyl acetate extract.Flavonoids contents were higher in ethyl acetate extract of leaves(33.67%)and aqueous extract of flowers(53.71%).While crude fiber was high in methanolic extract of leaves(12.40%)and in flowers crude fiber was high in ethyl acetate extract(15.86%).The moisture contents were higher in leaves(8.87%)than flowers(7.3%)and similarly,ash percentage in flowers(52.60%)than leaves(41.84%).Ethyl acetate extracts of M.oleifera leaves show antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa while methanolic extract of M.oleifera flowers shows antibacterial activity against Xanthomonas sp.Maximum growth inhibits show in all extracts of leaves against Aspergillus flavus,F.oxysporum,and P.glabrum except for the concentrated aqueous extract of leaves.While in flowers maximum growth inhibits all extracts against P.glabrum,A.niger,and A.flavus except the diluted ethyl acetate extract.Phytochemicals present in different parts of moringa have significant edible and commercial potential.Moringa extracts exhibited significant antimicrobial activity,therefore have applications in pharmaceuticals.Naima Asghar Abida Aziz Muhammad Farooq Azhar Mohamed El-Sharnouby Uzma Irfan Iqra Rafiq Husnain Farooq Muhammad Ishaq Asif Rehmani Mohamed I.Sakran A.Altalhi Fahad M.Alzuaibr Ayman El Sabagh 2022Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany2022,91,8:1
