| 1 | 精神疾病病耻感量表中文版在精神分裂症患者中应用的信效度显示文摘目的:考察精神疾病病耻感量表中文版(Stigma Scale for Mental Illness,SSMI-C)的信度和效度。方法:方便选取339名门诊和住院精神分裂症患者,用其中172名进行探索性因素分析,其余167名进行验证性因素分析。间隔2周后,随机抽取其中101名患者进行重测,评定重测信度。以自编精神疾病患者病耻感面谈提纲(Stigma Interview for Mental Illness,SIMI)及罗森伯格自尊量表(Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale,SES)为效标关联效度。结果:(1)探索性因素分析中设定3个因子,解释变异量的39.3%,除第6条目外,将个别项目根据结果调整后,各条目的因子载荷均在0.415~0.791之间。验证性分析指标GFI=0.89、NNFI=0.92、CFI=0.94、χ2/df=1.81、REMEA=0.07。SSMI-C与SIMI及罗森伯格自尊量表得分相关(r=0.78,-0.40,均P<0.01)。(2)SSMI-C的Cronbachα系数为0.82(P<0.01),重测相关系数为0.75(P<0.01)。总分与各因子的相关系数在0.48~0.83之间,各因子间的相关系数在0.12~0.34之间。结论:精神疾病病耻感量表中文版的信度和效标关联效度均较理想,结构效度在分析调整后也较理想,符合心理测量学要求,可以用于国内精神分裂症患者病耻感的研究。 | 耿峰 董毅 Michael King 刘寰忠 郜见亮 谢军 程赓 | 2010 | 中国心理卫生杂志2010,24,5: | 101 |

| 13 | Visible light-induced degradation of organic pollutants using Fe(II) supported on silica gel as an effective catalyst显示文摘Silica gel-supported Fe(II) (SiOFe) was prepared and used for heterogeneous degradation of sulforho-damine B (SRB) and 2,4-dichlorophenol (DCP) under visible irradiation (λ > 420 nm) as an effective catalyst. UVvisible spectra, and infrared Spectrophotometry (IR), fluorescence, total organic carbon (TOC) and electron spin resonance (ESR) measurements were employed to analyze the photoreaction products. The results showed that SRB could be efficiently degraded by SiOFe/H2O2 system under visible irradiation with 100% decolorization and 72.3% TOC removal after 180 min illumination. | 15 | 植物种子植酸研究进展显示文摘磷是植物生长发育所必需的大量营养元素。在种子发育过程中,植酸是磷的贮存库,对维持植物体内磷平衡有重要的作用。在种子萌发过程中,植酸酶分解植酸盐,释放磷、矿质营养和肌醇供幼苗生长。本文综述了近年来植物(作物)种子中植酸的生物合成途径、种子植酸含量的遗传、低植酸作物的育种等研究进展。首先,植酸生物合成途径中最初的反应底物为葡萄糖-6-磷酸,形成肌醇后,以肌醇为底物合成植酸共有两条路径:依赖脂类与不依赖脂类,目前,已分离鉴定若干植酸合成所需的关键酶及其编码基因,包括肌醇-3-磷酸合成酶、肌醇激酶、肌醇多磷酸盐激酶,以及参与植酸运输的ATP结合盒转运子。其次,利用作图群体及关联分析群体,分别在水稻(Oryza sativa L.)、白菜(Brassica rapa L.)、菜豆(Phaseolus vulgaris L.)等植物中鉴定出多个与种子植酸磷含量相关的遗传位点。第三,筛选获得有价值的低植酸突变体是培育低植酸作物的主要途径。当把低植酸作为育种目标时,可能会忽略种子植酸含量的降低给植物带来的不利影响,如何消除低植酸造成的不利影响,成为科学家们亟需解决的问题。 | 张倩雯 丁广大 王效华 Liu Lei King John Graham 徐芳森 石磊 | 2016 | 植物科学学报2016,34,5: | 12 |

| 17 | 稀土元素Eu对SnAgCu钎料组织与性能影响显示文摘研究了稀土元素Eu对SnAgCu无铅钎料组织与性能的影响。结果表明:微量的稀土元素Eu可以显著提高无铅钎料在铜基板表面的润湿性和QFP256器件无铅焊点力学性能,稀土的最佳添加量为0.04%左右;当稀土元素含量高于0.04%,无铅钎料的铺展面积和无铅焊点拉伸力均明显下降;对钎料的基体组织研究发现稀土元素的添加可以显著细化β-Sn基体组织,金属间化合物颗粒尺寸也明显减小。同时在150℃时效(1000 h)过程中,SnAgCu和SnAgCu-0.04Eu两种钎料的基体组织均发生明显的粗化,特别是Cu6Sn5颗粒明显较为粗大;但是相对SnAgCu钎料,SnAgCu-0.04Eu钎料的组织粗化程度明显较小。稀土元素添加过量时,钎料的润湿性、力学性能明显恶化,基体组织出现明显的锡须,添加微量稀土Eu时,并未发现锡须。含稀土SnAgCu钎料表面生长锡须,可以采用'氧化膜破裂机制'解释这种现象,稀土相因为氧化体积明显增大,那么内部就会产生较大的压应力,压应力即为锡须生长的驱动力。 | 张亮 Tu King Ning 郭永环 何成文 | 2015 | 稀有金属2015,39,1: | 12 |
| 18 | Land Use Change and Causes in the Xiangxi Catchment, Three Gorges Area Derived from Multispectral Data显示文摘The construction of the Three Gorges Dam on the Yangtze River has extensive impact on the ecosystems and the population of the Three Gorges Area (TGA). Inundation and resettlement have induced far-reaching land use and land cover change (LUCC). The areas that are affected by measures of resettlement are in a tense situation between the implementation of various governmental tasks addressing sustainable land use and water retention and the fulfilment of the population’s economic needs, which primarily depend on agricultural production. Destabilization of slopes and soil erosion are immediate hazards induced by the impoundment. Farming is a very important source of income and has to persist on the one hand to assure the income of the rural population. On the other hand, the environment has to be protected from runoff, soil erosion and instabilities connected to relief, geology and hydraulic influences. In this study, supervised classifications are performed using Landsat-TM (1987 and 2007) and ASTER (2007) images. LUCC is assessed by post-classification change analysis. On the catchment scale, arable land has decreased significantly, while garden land (citrus orchards) and woodland have increased. LUCC mainly affects the area surrounding the reservoir ('backwater') of the Xiangxi ( 香溪 ) River, driven by local resettlement, newly built infrastructure, relocation of land cultivation, and conversion of arable land to garden land.
