1Re-Os isotope dating of molybdenites in the Huang-shaping Pb-Zn-W-Mo polymetallic deposit, Hunan Province, South China and its geological significance显示文摘The large-scale Huangshaping Pb-Zn-W-Mo polymetallic deposit is located in the central Nanling min- eralization zone, South China. Six molybdenite samples from the Huangshaping deposit were selected for Re-Os isotope measurement in order to define the mineralization age of the deposit. It yields a Re-Os isochron age of 154.8±1.9 Ma (2σ ), which is in accordance with the Re-Os model ages of 150.9― 156.9 Ma. This age is about 7 Ma younger than their host granite porphyry, which was dated as 161.6±1.1 Ma by zircon U-Pb method using LA-ICPMS. All these ages demonstrate that the Huang- shaping granite and related Pb-Zn-W-Mo deposit occurred in the middle Yanshanian period, when many other granitoid and related ore deposits emplaced and formed, e.g. the Qitianling granite and Furong tin deposit, the Qianlishan granite and giant Shizhuyuan W-Sn-Mo-Bi deposit and Jinchuantang Sn-Bi deposit in the nearby area. They constitute the main part of the magmatic-metallogenic belt of southern Hunan, and represent the large-scale metallogeny in middle Yanshanian in the area. 2Metallogenesis related to Mesozoic Granitoids in the Nanling Range, South China and Their Geodynamic Settings显示文摘Affected by the compressive stress from the South-Central (Indo-China) Peninsula, the Indosinianorogenesis, characterized by collision, thrust and uplifting, took place inside the South China Plate during 250?230 Ma.The ages of the Indosinian granitoids in the Nanling Range and vicinity areas are mostly 240?205 Ma, indicating that theywere emplaced in both late collision and post-collision geodynamic environments. No important granite-relatedmetallogenesis occurred in this duration. A post-orogenic setting started at the beginning of the Yanshanian Period, whichcontrolled large-scale granitic magmatism and related metallogenesis. This paper makes the first attempt to divide theYanshanian Period into three sub-periods, i.e. the early, middle and late Yanshanian Periods, based mainly on the featuresof magmatism, especially granitoids and related metallogenesis and their geodynamic environments. The magmaticassociation of the Early Yanshanian (about 185?170 Ma) comprises four categories of magmatism, i.e. basalt, bimodalvolcanics, A-type granite and intraplate high-K calc-alkaline (HKCA) magmatism, which indicates an extension-thinningof lithosphere and upwelling of mantle material to a relative small and local extent. Pb-Zn, Cu and Au mineralizationsassociated with HKCA magmatism represents the first high tide of Mesozoic metallogenesis in the Nanling Range area.During the middle Yanshanian, the lithosphere was subjected to more extensive and intensive extending and thinning, andhence mantle upwelling and basaltic magma underplating caused a great amount of crust remelting granitoids. This periodcan be further divided into two stages. The first stage (170?150 Ma) is represented by large-scale emplacement of crustremelting granites with local tungsten mineralization at its end. The second stage (150?140 Ma) is the most important timeof large-scale mineralizations of non-ferrous and rare metals, e.g. W, Sn, Nb-Ta, Bi, Mo, Be, in the Nanling Range area.The late Yanshanian (140?65 Ma) was generally characterized by full extension and breakup of the lithosphere of SouthChina. However, owing to the influence of the Pacific Plate movement, the eastern part of South China was predominatedby subduction-related compression, which resulted in magmatism of calc-alkaline and shoshonite series and relatedmetallogeneses of Au, Ag, Pb-Zn, Cu and (Mo, Sn), followed by extension in its late stage. 4Neuroprotective effects of vagus nerve stimulation on traumatic brain injury显示文摘Previous studies have shown that vagus nerve stimulation can improve the prognosis of traumatic brain injury. The aim of this study was to elucidate the mechanism of the neuroprotective effects of vagus nerve stimulation in rabbits with brain explosive injury. Rabbits with brain explosive injury received continuous stimulation(10 V, 5 Hz, 5 ms, 20 minutes) of the right cervical vagus nerve. Tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-1β and interleukin-10 concentrations were detected in serum and brain tissues, and water content in brain tissues was measured. Results showed that vagus nerve stimulation could reduce the degree of brain edema, decrease tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β concentrations, and increase interleukin-10 concentration after brain explosive injury in rabbits. 6Characteristics of Eddy Current Attenuation and Thickness Measurement of Metallic Plate显示文摘In eddy current testing, the law of attenuation of eddy current(EC) is of great concern. In conductive half space under the excitation of uniform magnetic field, the EC density decreases exponentially in the depth direction. However, in conductor with finite thickness tested by coil, the distribution of EC in the depth direction is more complicated. This paper studies the characteristics of EC attenuation in metallic plate of finite thickness. Simulation results show that there is an EC reflection at the bottom of plate, which changes the law of EC attenuation. A new concept, namely the equivalent attenuation coefficient, is proposed to quantify the speed of EC attenuation. The characteristics of EC attenuation are utilized to explain the nonmonotonic relation between coil voltage and plate thickness. Procedure of selecting frequency is discussed. 16Survival after radical cystectomy for bladder cancer:Multicenter comparison between minimally invasive and open approaches显示文摘Objective:To investigate oncological outcomes in patients with bladder cancer who underwent minimally invasive radical cystectomy(MIRC)or open radical cystectomy(ORC).Methods:We identified patients with bladder cancer who underwent radical cystectomy(RC)in 13 centers of the Chinese Bladder Cancer Consortium(CBCC).Perioperative outcomes were compared between MIRC and ORC.The influence of surgical approaches on overall survival(OS)and cancer-specific survival(CSS)in the entire study group and subgroups classified according to pathologic stage or lymph node(LN)status was assessed with the log-rank test.Multivariable Cox proportional hazard models were used to evaluate the association among OS,CSS and risk factors of interest.Results:Of 2098 patients who underwent RC,1243 patients underwent MIRC(1087 laparoscopic RC and 156 robotic-assisted RC,respectively),while 855 patients underwent ORC.No significant differences were noted in positive surgical margin rate and 90-day postoperative mortality rate.MIRC was associated with less estimated blood loss,more LN yield,higher rate of neobladder diversion,longer operative time,and longer length of hospital stay.There was no significant difference in OS and CSS according to surgical approaches(pZ0.653,and 0.816,respectively).Subgroup analysis revealed that OS and CSS were not significantly different regardless of the status of extravesical involvement or LN involvement.Multivariable Cox regression analyses showed that the surgical approach was not a significant predictor of OS and CSS.Conclusions:Our study showed that MIRC was comparable to conventional ORC in terms of OS and CSS.Weibin Xie Junming Bi Qiang Wei Ping Han Dongkui Song Lei Shi Dingwei Ye Yijun Shen Xin Gou Weiyang He Shaogang Wang Zheng Liu Jinhai Fan Kaijie Wu Zhiwen Chen Xiaozhou Zhou Chuize Kong Yang Liu Chunxiao Liu Abai Xu Baiye Jin Guanghou Fu Wei Xue Haige Chen Tiejun Pan Zhong Tu Tianxin Lin Jian Huang 2020Asian Journal of Urology2020,7,3:1
