| 1 | Re-Os isotope dating of molybdenites in the Huang-shaping Pb-Zn-W-Mo polymetallic deposit, Hunan Province, South China and its geological significance显示文摘The large-scale Huangshaping Pb-Zn-W-Mo polymetallic deposit is located in the central Nanling min- eralization zone, South China. Six molybdenite samples from the Huangshaping deposit were selected for Re-Os isotope measurement in order to define the mineralization age of the deposit. It yields a Re-Os isochron age of 154.8±1.9 Ma (2σ ), which is in accordance with the Re-Os model ages of 150.9― 156.9 Ma. This age is about 7 Ma younger than their host granite porphyry, which was dated as 161.6±1.1 Ma by zircon U-Pb method using LA-ICPMS. All these ages demonstrate that the Huang- shaping granite and related Pb-Zn-W-Mo deposit occurred in the middle Yanshanian period, when many other granitoid and related ore deposits emplaced and formed, e.g. the Qitianling granite and Furong tin deposit, the Qianlishan granite and giant Shizhuyuan W-Sn-Mo-Bi deposit and Jinchuantang Sn-Bi deposit in the nearby area. They constitute the main part of the magmatic-metallogenic belt of southern Hunan, and represent the large-scale metallogeny in middle Yanshanian in the area. | 2 | Metallogenesis related to Mesozoic Granitoids in the Nanling Range, South China and Their Geodynamic Settings显示文摘Affected by the compressive stress from the South-Central (Indo-China) Peninsula, the Indosinianorogenesis, characterized by collision, thrust and uplifting, took place inside the South China Plate during 250?230 Ma.The ages of the Indosinian granitoids in the Nanling Range and vicinity areas are mostly 240?205 Ma, indicating that theywere emplaced in both late collision and post-collision geodynamic environments. No important granite-relatedmetallogenesis occurred in this duration. A post-orogenic setting started at the beginning of the Yanshanian Period, whichcontrolled large-scale granitic magmatism and related metallogenesis. This paper makes the first attempt to divide theYanshanian Period into three sub-periods, i.e. the early, middle and late Yanshanian Periods, based mainly on the featuresof magmatism, especially granitoids and related metallogenesis and their geodynamic environments. The magmaticassociation of the Early Yanshanian (about 185?170 Ma) comprises four categories of magmatism, i.e. basalt, bimodalvolcanics, A-type granite and intraplate high-K calc-alkaline (HKCA) magmatism, which indicates an extension-thinningof lithosphere and upwelling of mantle material to a relative small and local extent. Pb-Zn, Cu and Au mineralizationsassociated with HKCA magmatism represents the first high tide of Mesozoic metallogenesis in the Nanling Range area.During the middle Yanshanian, the lithosphere was subjected to more extensive and intensive extending and thinning, andhence mantle upwelling and basaltic magma underplating caused a great amount of crust remelting granitoids. This periodcan be further divided into two stages. The first stage (170?150 Ma) is represented by large-scale emplacement of crustremelting granites with local tungsten mineralization at its end. The second stage (150?140 Ma) is the most important timeof large-scale mineralizations of non-ferrous and rare metals, e.g. W, Sn, Nb-Ta, Bi, Mo, Be, in the Nanling Range area.The late Yanshanian (140?65 Ma) was generally characterized by full extension and breakup of the lithosphere of SouthChina. However, owing to the influence of the Pacific Plate movement, the eastern part of South China was predominatedby subduction-related compression, which resulted in magmatism of calc-alkaline and shoshonite series and relatedmetallogeneses of Au, Ag, Pb-Zn, Cu and (Mo, Sn), followed by extension in its late stage. | 7 | Site correction of ground motion in Fujian area显示文摘On the basis of the interpretation of the highresolution satellite remote sensing images, in combination with the data of engineering geological exploration and shear-wave velocity testing, the site category-zoning map of FJ area with the scale of 1:200,000 is generated according to the site classification standard of ‘‘Code for Seismic design of Buildings' ' of China(GB50011 2010).By the method of Probabilistic Seismic Hazard Analysis,we obtain bedrock seismic ground motion parameters of five recurrent periods(50, 200, 500, 1000, and 2500 a) of FJ area. By using the 617 typical soil layer structures of the site classifications in FJ area, we build seismic response models of soil layers and make seismic response analysis,then obtain the statistic sample space of site amplification factors, which possess reasonable distribution and sufficient data. | 14 | Polymorphism of the DNA repair gene XPA and susceptibility to lung cancer显示文摘Objective: To study the relationship between one polymorphism in the promoter of the DNA repair gene XPA and the susceptibility to lung cancer. Methods: Genotypes were determined by the PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method in 310 histologically-confirmed lung cancer cases and 341 age and sex frequency-matched cancer-free controls. Results: The XPA A23G genotype frequencies were 27.1% (AA), 42.9% (AG), and 30.0% (GG) in case patients and 21.1% (AA), 52.8% (AG), and 26.1% (GG) in control subjects. Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that individuals carrying at least one 23G variant allele (AG+GG genotypes) had a significantly decreased risk for lung cancer (adjusted OR=0.66; 95%CI=0.44-0.98) compared with the wild-type genotype (23AA). Stratified analysis showed that the protective effect was more evident in subjects with a family history of cancer. The response model shows that the precipitation is the most important factor influencing the rate of solutional denudation except the lithology, the relief etc., but it is an integrational action on the solution process; at the same time, temperature acts as a threshold in bringing the precipitation into play.
