1Indocyanine Green Nanoparticles for Theranostic Applications显示文摘Theranostics is a concept that integrated imaging and therapy. As an emerging field, it embraces multiple techniques to arrive at an individualized treatment purpose. Indocyanine green(ICG) is a near infrared dye that has been approved by Food and Drug Administration(FDA) in USA for the use in indicator-dilution studies in humans. ICG nanoparticles(NPs) have attracted much attention for its potential applications in cancer theranostics. This review focuses on the preparation, application of ICG NPs for in vivo imaging(fluorescent imaging and photoacoustic imaging) and therapeutics(photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy and photoacoustic therapy), and future directions based on recent developments in these areas. 2Highly Sensitive MoS_2–Indocyanine Green Hybrid for Photoacoustic Imaging of Orthotopic Brain Glioma at Deep Site显示文摘Photoacoustic technology in combination with molecular imaging is a highly effective method for accurately diagnosing brain glioma. For glioma detection at a deeper site, contrast agents with higher photoacoustic imaging sensitivity are needed. Herein, we report a MoS_2–ICG hybrid with indocyanine green(ICG) conjugated to the surface of MoS_2 nanosheets. The hybrid significantly enhanced photoacoustic imaging sensitivity compared to MoS_2 nanosheets. This conjugation results in remarkably high optical absorbance across a broad near-infrared spectrum, redshifting of the ICG absorption peak and photothermal/photoacoustic conversion efficiency enhancement of ICG. A tumor mass of 3.5 mm beneath the mouse scalp was clearly visualized by using MoS_2–ICG as a contrast agent for the in vivo photoacoustic imaging of orthotopic glioma, which is nearly twofold deeper than the tumors imaged in our previous report using MoS_2 nanosheet. 3Treatment of solid tumors with chimeric antigen receptor-engineered T cells: current status and future prospects显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptors(CARs) are artificial recombinant receptors that generally combine the antigen-recognition domain of a monoclonal antibody with T cell activation domains. Recent years have seen great success in clinical trials employing CD19-specific CAR-T cell therapy for B cell leukemia. Nevertheless, solid tumors remain a major challenge for CAR-T cell therapy. This review summarizes the preclinical and clinical studies on the treatment of solid tumors with CAR-T cells. 5CD13/APN expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions in patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris显示文摘Objective: To observe the expression of CD13/APN in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris, and discuss its effect on the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Methods: CD13 expression in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions was detected by flow cytometry and immunohistochemical technique, respectively. Results were compared with those of healthy controls. Results: CD13 expression was significantly higher in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris than in that of healthy controls, and in skin lesions than in healthy skin tissues. The expression was mainly in the suprabasal layers of skin lesions, and positively correlated to PASI (R=0.78029). Conclusion: The significantly higher expression of CD13 in peripheral blood lymphocytes and skin lesions of the patients with advanced psoriasis vulgaris probably is related to immunological abnormality, blood vessel abnormality and proliferation of keratinocyte in the pathogenic course of psoriasis. 7Multi-step evolution and measurement control of finite-dimensional quantum systems显示文摘For finite-dimensional quantum systems,we propose a quantum control scheme based on a multi-step unitary evolution and quantum projective measurements.The objective is to design a control law to steer the system to a target eigenstate of the measurement operator in the least number of steps.Within each control step,unitary evolution and quantum projective measurement are performed in turn until the system reaches the target state.The control process can be modeled as a finite-state Markov chain with an absorbing state.We prove that the controlled system will converge to the target eigenstate with probability one after a finite number of control steps and find a minimal-step-number condition that would steer the system to the target eigenstate in the least number of steps.WenFeng Liu ChenBin Zhang ZongHai Chen 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,18:4

12Feature extension and matching for mobile robot global localization显示文摘This paper introduces an indoor global localization method by extending and matching features. In the proposed method, the environment is partitioned into convex subdivisions.Local extended maps of the subdivisions are then built by extending features to constitute the local extended map set. While the robot is moving in the environment, the local extended map of the current local environment is established and then matched with the local extended map set. Therefore, global localization in an indoor environment can be achieved by integrating the position and orientation matching rates. 14Centimeter-Deep NIR-II Fluorescence Imaging with Nontoxic AIE Probes in Nonhuman Primates显示文摘Fluorescence probes with aggregation-induced emission(AIE)characteristics are of great importance in biomedical imaging with superior spatial and temporal resolution.However,the lack of toxicity studies and deep tissue imaging in nonhuman primates hinders their clinical translation.Here,we report the blood chemistry and histological analysis in nonhuman primates treated with AIE probes over tenfold of an intravenous dose of clinically used indocyanine green(ICG)during a study period of 36 days to demonstrate AIE probes are nontoxic.Furthermore,through bright and nontoxic AIE probes and fluorescence imaging in the second window(NIR-II,1,000-1,700 nm),we achieve an unprecedented 1.5-centimeter-deep vascular imaging in nonhuman primates,breaking the current limitation of millimeter-deep NIR-II fluorescence imaging.Our important findings,i.e.,nontoxic features of AIE probes and centimeter-deep NIR-II vascular imaging in nonhuman primates,may facilitate successful translation of AIE probes in clinical trials.Zonghai Sheng Yaxi Li Dehong Hu Tianliang Min Duyang Gao Jen-Shyang Ni Pengfei Zhang Yuenan Wang Xin Liu Kai Li Hairong Zheng Ben Zhong Tang 2020Research2020,,1:1
