1保水剂特性测定及其在农业中的应用显示文摘高分子化学材料的保水剂 ,具有高倍吸水和保水能力 ,种类较多。该研究测定了钠类保水剂主要化学特性改土保土效应。通过田间试验 ,分析其对作物产量和肥料利用率的影响。研究表明 ,保水剂溶液钠离子和电导度随其浓度增加而增加 ,但增幅较小 ,对 p H值影响不大。钙、镁等二价离子对聚丙稀酸钠保水剂的吸水力拮抗作用明显 ,与尿素混用无不良效果。土壤加入保水剂后 ,其保水能力增加 ,改善结构 ,沙壤土较重壤土更显著。当土壤中保水剂含量在 0 .0 0 5 %~ 0 .0 1%范围时 ,土壤团聚体增加量明显。在 - 0 .5 MPa土壤水势压内 ,含保水剂 0 .5 %的土壤中 90 %水分可为植物根系利用。研究认为 ,保水剂保水作用主要表现 4方面 :自身保水、改良土壤结构增加土壤保水、促进植物生长提高肥料利用率、缓慢释水减少蒸发。田间试验发现 ,穴施 15 kg/hm2的保水剂的玉米和马铃薯分别增产 2 2 %和 16 % ,投产比为 1∶ 3.5和 1∶ 4 .2。保水剂与尿素或尿素磷肥混合使用于玉米 ,可分别提高尿素和磷肥利用效率 18.72 %和 2 7.0 6 %。黄占斌 张国桢 李秧秧 郝明德 Meni BEN-HUR Deli CHEN 2002农业工程学报2002,18,1:187

3Prediction of casing wear in extended-reach drilling显示文摘Intermediate casings in the build sections are subject to severe wear in extended-reach drilling. This paper presents a new method for predicting the depth of a wear groove on the intermediate casing. According to energy principle and dynamic accumulation of casing wear by tool joints, a model is established to calculate the wear area on the inner wall of the casing. The relationship functions between the wear groove depth and area are obtained based on the geometry relationship between the drillstring and the wear section and the assumption that the casing wear groove is crescent-shaped. The change of casing wear groove depth versus drilling footage under different-sized drillstrings is also discussed. A mechanical model is proposed for predicting casing wear location, which is based on the well trajectory and drillstring movement. The casing wear groove depth of a planned well is predicted with inversion of the casing wear factor from the drilled well and necessarily revised to improve the prediction accuracy for differences between the drilled well and the planned well. The method for predicting casing wear in extended-reach drilling is verified through actual case study. 4Limit analysis of extended reach drilling in South China Sea显示文摘Extended reach wells (ERWs), especially horizontal extended reach well with a high HD (horizontal displacement) to TVD (true vertical depth) ratio, represent a frontier technology and challenge the drilling limitations. Oil and gas reservoir in beaches or lakes and offshore can be effectively exploited by using extended reach drilling (ERD) technology. This paper focuses on the difficult technological problems encountered during exploiting the Liuhua 11-1 oil fi eld in the South China Sea, China. Emphasis is on investigating the key subjects including prediction and control of open hole limit extension in offshore ERD, prediction of casing wear and its prevention and torque reduction,φ244.5mm casing running with floating collars to control drag force, and steerable drilling modes. The basic concept of limit extension in ERD is presented and the prediction method for open hole limit extension is given in this paper. A set of advanced drilling mechanics and control technology has been established and its practical results are verifi ed by fi eld cases. 6DNA image cytometry test for primary screening of esophageal cancer: a population-based multi-center study in high-risk areas in China显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of DNA image cytometry(DNA-ICM) as a primary screening method for esophageal squamous cell cancer(ESCC).Methods: A total of 5,382 local residents aged 40–69 years from three high-risk areas in China(Linzhou in Henan province, Feicheng in Shandong province and Cixian in Hebei province) from 2008 to 2011 were recruited in this population-based screening study. And 2,526 subjects declined to receive endoscopic biopsy examination with Lugol's iodine staining, while 9 and 815 subjects were excluded from liquid-based cytology and DNA-ICM test respectively due to slide quality. Finally, 2,856, 5,373 and 4,567 subjects were enrolled in the analysis for endoscopic biopsy examination, liquid-based cytology and DNA-ICM test, respectively. Sensitivity(SE), specificity(SP), negative predictive values(NPV) and positive predictive values(PPV) as well as their 95% confidence intervals(95% CI) for DNA-ICM, liquid-based cytology and the combination of the two methods were calculated. Receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves were applied to determine the cutoff point of DNA-ICM for esophageal cancer.Results: DNA-ICM results were significantly correlative with esophageal cancer and precancer lesions(χ~2=18.016, P<0.001). The cutoff points were 5,802, 5,803 and 8,002 based on dissimilar pathological types of low grade intraepithelial neoplasia(LGIN), high grade intraepithelial neoplasia(HGIN), and ESCC, respectively, and 5,803 was chosen in this study considering the SE and SP. The SE, SP, PPV, NPV of DNA-ICM test(cutoff point 5,803) combined with liquid-based cytology [threshold atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance(ASCUS)] were separately 72.1%(95% CI: 70.3%-73.9%), 43.3%(95% CI: 41.3%-45.3%), 22.8%(95% CI: 21.1%-24.5%) and 87.0%(95% CI: 85.7%-88.3%) for LGIN, 85.7%(95% CI: 84.3%-87.1%), 41.3%(95% CI: 39.3%-43.3%), 4.6%(95% CI: 3.8%-5.4%) and 98.9%(95% CI: 98.5%-99.3%) for HGIN, and 96.0%(95% CI: 95.2%-96.8%), 40.8%(95% CI: 38.8%-42.8%), 1.7%(95% CI: 1.2%-2.2%) and 99.9%(95% CI: 99.8%-100.0%) for ESCC.Conclusions: It is possible to use DNA-ICM test as a primary screening method before endoscopic screening for esophageal cancer.Meng Wang Changqing Hao Qing Ma Guohui Song Shanrui Ma Deli Zhao Lin Zhao Xinqing Li Wenqiang Wei 2016Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2016,28,4:15

8A Review on Rill Erosion Process and Its Influencing Factors显示文摘Rills are frequently observed on slope farmlands and rill erosion significantly contributes to sediment yields. This paper focuses on reviewing the various factors affecting rill erosion processes and the threshold conditions of rill initiation. Six factors, including rainfall, runoff, soil, topography, vegetation and tillage system, are discussed. Rill initiation and network are explored. Runoff erosivity and soil erodibility are recognized as two direct factors affecting rill erosion and other types of factors may have indirect influences on rill erosion through increasing or decreasing the effects of the direct factors. Certain conditions are necessary for rill initiation and the critical conditions are different with different factors. 13Selection criteria for liver resection in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and chronic liver disease显示文摘Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignancies worldwide with an annual occurrence of one million new cases. An etiologic association between HBV infection and the development of HCC has been established with a relative risk 200-fold greater than in non-infected individuals. Hepatitis C virus is also proving an important predisposing factor for this malignancy with an incidence rate of 7% at 5 years and 14% at 10 years. The prognosis depends on tumor stage and degree of liver function, which affect the tolerance to invasive treatments. Although surgical resection is generally accepted as the treatment of choice for HCC, new treatment strategies, such as local ablative therapies, transarterial embolization and liver transplantation, have been developed nowadays. 16Current role of bloodless liver resection显示文摘Liver resections are demanding operations which can have life threatening complications although they are performed by experienced liver surgeons. Recently new technologies are applied in the field of liver surgery, having one goal: safer and easier liver operations. The aim of this article is to address the issue of bloodless liver resection using radiofrequency energy. Radionics, Cool-tipTM System and Tissue Link are some of the devices which are using radiofrequency energy. All information included in this article, refers to these devices in which we have personal experience in our unit of liver surgery. These devices take advantage of its unique combination of radiofrequency current and internal electrode cooling to perform sealing of the small vessels and biliary radicals. Dissection is also feasible with the cool-tip probe. For the purposes of this study patient sex, age, type of disease and type of surgical procedure in association with the duration of parenchymal transection, blood loss, length of hospital stay, morbidity and mortality were analyzed. Cool-tip RF device may provide a unique, simple and rather safe method of bloodless liver resections if used properly. It is indicated mostly in cirrhotic patients with challenging hepatectomies (segment Ⅷ, central resections). The total operative time is eliminated and the average blood loss is significantly decreased. 17Digital synthesis of histological stains using micro-structured and multiplexed virtual staining of label-free tissue显示文摘Histological staining is a vital step in diagnosing various diseases and has been used for more than a century to provide contrast in tissue sections,rendering the tissue constituents visible for microscopic analysis by medical experts.However,this process is time consuming,labour intensive,expensive and destructive to the specimen.Recently,the ability to virtually stain unlabelled tissue sections,entirely avoiding the histochemical staining step,has been demonstrated using tissue-stain-specific deep neural networks.Here,we present a new deep-learning-based framework that generates virtually stained images using label-free tissue images,in which different stains are merged following a micro-structure map defined by the user.This approach uses a single deep neural network that receives two different sources of information as its input:(1)autofluorescence images of the label-free tissue sample and(2)a“digital staining matrix”,which represents the desired microscopic map of the different stains to be virtually generated in the same tissue section.This digital staining matrix is also used to virtually blend existing stains,digitally synthesizing new histological stains.We trained and blindly tested this virtual-staining network using unlabelled kidney tissue sections to generate micro-structured combinations of haematoxylin and eosin(H&E),Jones’silver stain,and Masson’s trichrome stain.Using a single network,this approach multiplexes the virtual staining of label-free tissue images with multiple types of stains and paves the way for synthesizing new digital histological stains that can be created in the same tissue cross section,which is currently not feasible with standard histochemical staining methods.Yijie Zhang Kevin de Haan Yair Rivenson Jingxi Li Apostolos Delis Aydogan Ozcan 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:7
18Research into magnetic guidance technology for directional drilling in SAGD horizontal wells显示文摘SAGD horizontal wells are used to enhance oil recovery from heavy oil reservoirs.This technology requires precise separation between the production well and the injection well to ensure the efficient drainage of the reservoir.By studying the attitude of the downhole probe tube and the production well trajectory,an algorithm is proposed for eliminating ferromagnetic interference while drilling injection wells.A high accuracy filter circuit has been designed to correct the detected magnetic signals,which are ultra-weak,frequency-instable,and narrow-band.The directional drilling magnetic guidance system(DD-MGS) has been developed by integrating these advanced techniques.It contains a sub-system for the ranging calculation software,a magnetic source,a downhole probe tube and a sub-system for collecting & processing the detected signals.The DD-MGS has succeeded in oilfield applications.It can guide the directional drilling trajectory not only in the horizontal section but also in the build section of horizontal injection wells.This new technology has broad potential applications.Gao Deli Diao Binbin Wu Zhiyong Zhu Yu 2013Petroleum Science2013,10,4:7
19Grassland ecology in China: perspectives and challenges显示文摘During the last few decades, there have been an increasing number of studies on grassland ecology in China, involving the classic ecology concepts or theories and the applicable ecological principles of grassland conservation or management. This paper reviews the main progress in the following aspects.(1) Research on grassland species adaptation and resistance, population dynamics and foraging behavior, and biodiversity and community stability.(2) Research on managed grassland ecosystems(grassland grazing ecology) including grazing effects on grassland ecosystem function and foraging behavior by large herbivores.(3) Global climate change and grassland processes and functioning.(4) Applied research on grassland restoration and ecosystem health assessments such as vegetation restoration, restoration of ecosystem functioning, and assessment methods. There have been significant advances in grassland ecology,including the functions of ecosystem biodiversity, the ecological stoichiometry mechanisms affecting grassland community stability, grazing regulation of plant diversity and nutrient cycling. Grassland ecologists have succeeded in making these advances through observational, experimental and theoretical studies.
