| 1 | 银杏内酯类合成物F抗血小板激活因子和组织胺的实验研究显示文摘目的:研究银杏内酯类合成物F(简称药物F)同时拮抗组织胺(HA)和血小板激活因子(PAF)的作用。方法:测定离休豚鼠肺组织的收缩率以及用药物F后的致敏豚鼠肺功能的变化。结果:(1)加入药物F后离体豚鼠的气管条和肺条对HA的收缩率分别由(50.97±16.00)%和(54.2±12.17)%降至(21.69±3.85)%和(22.97±17.78)%(P<0.05);(2)药物F保护后,离体豚鼠肺条对PAF的相对收缩率由(89.49±16.00)%降至(46.21±14.23)%(P<0.05);(3)药物F保护的豚鼠致敏后,其肺功能较对照组有改善趋势。结论:药物F能同时拮抗离体豚鼠肺组织对HA和PAF的收缩反应,并有改善致敏豚鼠肺功能的趋势,可望用于支气管哮喘的治疗。 | 倪健 董竞成 吴淦桐 Godfroid JJ Heymans F 李明华 | 2000 | 中国中西医结合杂志2000,20,5: | 16 |
| 2 | New developments in immunotherapy for lymphoma显示文摘The development of immunotherapies for lymphoma has undergone a revolutionary evolution over the past decades. Since the advent of rituximab as the first successful immunotherapy for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma over two decades ago, a plethora of new immunotherapeutic approaches to treat lymphoma has ensued. Four of the most exciting classes of immunotherapies include:chimeric antigen receptor T-cells, bispecific antibodies, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and vaccines. However, with addition of these novel therapies the appropriate timing of treatment, optimal patient population, duration of therapy, toxicity, and cost must be considered.
