1Prediction of daily sediment discharge using a back propagation neural network training algorithm:A case study of the Narmada River,India显示文摘Most of the studies on Artificial Neural Network (ANN) models remain restricted to smaller rivers and catchments. In this paper, an attempt has been made to correlate variability of sediment loads with rainfall and runoff through the application of the Back Propagation Neural Network (BPNN) algorithm for a large tropical river. The algorithm and simulation are done through MATLAB environment. The methodology comprised of a collection of data on rainfall, water discharge, and sediment discharge for the Narmada River at various locations (along with time variables) and application to develop a threelayer BPNN model for the prediction of sediment discharges. For training and validation purposes a set of 549 data points for the monsoon (16 June-15 November) period of three consecutive years (1996–1998) was used. For testing purposes, the BPNN model was further trained using a set of 732 data points of monsoon season of four years (2006–07 to 2009–10) at nine stations. The model was tested by predicting daily sediment load for the monsoon season of the year 2010–11. To evaluate the performance of the BPNN model, errors were calculated by comparing the actual and predicted loads. The validation and testing results obtained at all these locations are tabulated and discussed. Results obtained from the model application are robust and encouraging not only for the sub-basins but also for the entire basin. These results suggest that the proposed model is capable of predicting the daily sediment load even at downstream locations, which show nonlinearity in the transportation process. 2Colloidal lead-free Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)double perovskite nanocrystals:Synthesis,uniform thin-film fabrication,and application in solution-processed solar cells显示文摘Recently developed lead-free double perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)have been proposed for the possible application in solutionprocessed optoelectronic devices.However,the optoelectronic applications of double perovskite NCs have been hampered due to the structural and chemical instability in the presence of polar molecules.Here,we report a facile strategy for the synthesis and purification of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)double perovskite NCs that remained stable even after washing with polar solvent.This is realized with our efficient colloidal route to synthesize Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)NCs that involve stable and strongly coordinated precursor such as silvertrioctyl phosphine complex together with bismuth neodecanoate,which leads to a significantly improved chemical and colloidal stability.Using layer-by-layer solid-state ligand exchange technique,a compact and crack-free thin film of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)NCs were fabricated.Finally,perovskite solar cells consisting of Cs_(2)AgBiBr_(6)as an absorber layer were fabricated and tested.Razi Ahmad Gautam Virender Nutan Dinesh Singh Govind Gupta Udit Soni Sameer Sapra Ritu Srivastava 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:2

12肠结核与克罗恩病差异表达基因的全基因分析及FOXP3 mRNA表达的鉴别价值显示文摘背景:克罗恩病(CD)和肠结核(ITB)是有着相似表型的慢性肉芽肿性疾病,因此,找到一种生物标志物来鉴别这两种疾病是必要的。本研究旨在对ITB和CD的结肠标本进行全基因表达分析。同时,为了评价调节性T细胞的作用,我们对血清标本及结肠标本进行FOXP3 mRNA定量检测。方法:收集33名研究对象(CD患者、ITB患者及正常对照)血清和结肠组织配对样本,提取标本中的总RNA。采用Illumina HumanWG-6 BeadChip试剂盒对3组研究对象中的6种总RNA样本进行人类全基因组表达芯片分析。采用real-time PCR对具有合格RNA样本的病例(CD 4例,ITB 5例,正常对照4例)血清和组织标本进行FOXP3 mRNA表达水平检测。结果:在CD和ITB患者中,分别有92和382个基因表达上调1.5倍,91和256个基因表达下调1.5倍。过氧化物酶体增殖物介导的PPARγ信号通路在CD中下调最为显著(P<0.005);此外,IL4/5/6信号通路和Toll样受体信号通路也存在显著差异表达,上调2倍以上。而在ITB患者上调最为显著是补体活化通路尤其是经典通路。ITB患者结肠组织标本中FOXP3 mRNA表达水平明显高于CD患者(4.7062.21 vs 1.4860.31,P=0.016)。结论:结肠黏膜FOXP3 mRNA表达可作为鉴别ITB与CD的一项标志物。ITB患者补体激活通路的上调提示ITB的发病机制与肺结核相似。CD患者中PPARγ通路的下调提示PPARγ依赖的微生物屏障功能可能成为新的治疗靶点。Vineet Ahuja Swati Subodh Amit Tuteja Veena Mishra Sushil Kumar Garg Neha Gupta Govind Makharia SK Acharya 2016Gastroenterology Report2016,4,1:0
13Validation of Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System score for the diagnosis of muscle-invasive bladder cancer: A prospective cross-sectional study显示文摘Objective:Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System(VIRADS)score was developed to standardize the reporting and staging of bladder tumors on pre-operative multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging.It helps in avoiding unnecessary repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor in high-risk non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer patients.This study was done to determine the validity of VIRADS score prospectively for the diagnosis of muscleinvasive bladder cancer.Methods:This study was conducted from March 2019 to March 2020 at Sawai Man Singh Medical College and Hospital,Jaipur,Rajasthan,India.Patients admitted with the provisional diagnosis of bladder tumor were included as participants.All these patients underwent a 3 Tesla mpMRI to obtain a VIRADS score before they underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor and these data were analyzed to evaluate the correlation of pre-operative VIRADS score with mus-cle invasiveness of the tumor in final biopsy report.Results:A cut-off of VIRADS≥4 for prediction of detrusor muscle invasion yielded a sensitivity of 79.4%,specificity of 94.2%,positive predictive value of 90.0%,negative predictive value of 87.5%,and diagnostic accuracy of 86.4%.A cut off of VIRADS≥3 for prediction of detrusor muscle invasion yielded a sensitivity of 91.2%,specificity of 78.8%,positive predictive value of 73.8%,negative predictive value of 93.2%,and accuracy of 83.7%.The receiver operating curve showed the area under the curve to be 0.922(95%confidence interval:0.862e0.983).Conclusion:VIRADS score appears to be an excellent and effective pre-operative radiological tool for the prediction of detrusor muscle invasion in bladder cancer.Kumawat Ghanshyam Vyas Nachiket Sharma Govind Priyadarshi Shivam Gupta Bhagwan Sahay Singla Mohit Kumar Ashok 2022Asian Journal of Urology2022,9,4:0
