1Mechanical behavior of coal under different mining rates:A case study from laboratory experiments to field testing显示文摘During the development of hot dry rock,the research on thermal fatigue damage caused by thermal shock of cold and heat cycles is the basis that ensures the long-term utilization of geothermal resources,but there are not enough relevant studies at present.Based on this,the thermal damage tests of granite at different temperatures(250,350,450°C)and quenching cycles(1,5,10,15 cycles)were carried out.Preliminary reveals the damage mechanism and heat transfer law of the quenching cycle effect on hot dry rock.The results show that with the increase of temperature and cycles,the uneven thermal expansion of minerals and the thermal shock caused by quenching promote the crack development of granite,resulting in the decrease of P-wave velocity,thermal conductivity and uniaxial compressive strength of granite.Meanwhile,the COMSOL was used to simulate the heat transfer of hot dry rock under different heat treatment conditions.It concluded that the increase in the number of quenching cycles reduced the heat transfer capacity of the granite,especially more than 10 quenching cycles,which also reflects that the thermal fatigue damage leads to a longer time for the temperature recovery of the hot dry rock mass.In addition,the three-dimensional nonlinear fitting relationship among thermal conductivity,temperature and cycle number was established for the first time,which can better reveal the change rule of thermal conductivity after quenching thermal fatigue effect of hot dry rock.The research results provide theoretical support for hot dry rock reservoir reconstruction and production efficiency evaluation.Mingzhong Gao Jing Xie Yanan Gao Wenyong Wang Cong Li Bengao Yang Junjun Liu Heping Xie 2021International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,5:39

3Unscented Kalman filter for SINS alignment显示文摘In order to improve the filter accuracy for the nonlinear error model of strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS) alignment, Unscented Kalman Filter (UKF) is presented for simulation with stationary base and moving base of SINS alignment. Simulation results show the superior performance of this approach when compared with classical suboptimal techniques such as extended Kalman filter in eases of large initial misalignment. 5Thermo-hydro-mechanical coupled mathematical model for controlling the pre-mining coal seam gas extraction with slotted boreholes显示文摘Drainage influence radius is the basic parameter for borehole arrangement, while the effect of high pressure water jet slotting technology on borehole drainage influence radius has not been studied systematically. In this paper, a fully thermo-hydro-mechanical(THM) coupled model which represents the non-linear responses of gas extraction was implemented to demonstrate the reliability of this model through history data matching. Based on this model, the susceptibilities of gas extraction with single slotted borehole, including the permeability, the gas pressure, the temperature, the coal adsorption characteristics and the radius of slot, were quantified through a series of simulations. The simulation results revealed that increasing the permeability, initial gas pressure and temperature could develop the influence radius of single slotted borehole. 6Visco-elastic-plastic model of deep underground rock affected by temperature and humidity显示文摘As the depth of exploitation increases,studies on constitutive models of rock affected by temperature and humidity become very important.Based on the Nishihara model,a visco-elastic-plastic rock model was established by using the coefficients of thermal and humidity expansion,thermal viscosity attenuation,humid viscosity attenuation and acceleration rheology components.We used the definition of a controlled heat circle to explain the model.The results show that the behavior of rock,affected by temperature and humidity,is stable as a function of time when the stress is lower than the first yield stress σS1;the creep rate will increase due to the effect of temperature and humidity when the stress is greater than or equal to σS1;the creep rate will accelerate at an increasing rate when the stress is greater than or equal to the second yield stress σS2,which results in a failure of the roadway.The model derived in this study can completely describe visco-elastic-plastic characteristics and reflects the three stages of rock creep.GAO, Yanan GAO, Feng ZHANG, Zhizhen ZHANG, Tao 2010Mining Science and Technology2010,20,2:9
7Adsorptive removal of phosphate by the bimetallic hydroxide nanocomposites embedded in pomegranate peel显示文摘This study aimed to fabricate new and effective material for the efficiency of phosphate adsorption.Two types of adsorbent materials,the zirconium hydroxides embedded in pomegranate peel(Zr/Peel)and zirconium-lanthanum hydroxides embedded in pomegranate peel(Zr-La/Peel)were developed.Scanning electronic microscopy(SEM),x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and x-ray diffraction(XRD)were evaluated to give insight into the physicochemical properties of these adsorbents.Zr-La/Peel exceeded the adsorption efficiency of Zr/Peel adsorbents in batch adsorption experiments at the same pH level.The peel as a host can strive to have a strong'shielding effect'to increase the steadiness of the entrenched Zr and La elements.La and Zr are hydroxide metals that emit many hydrogen ions during the hydrolysis reaction,which contribute to protonation and electrostatic attraction.The highest adsorption capacity of La-Zr/Peel for phosphate was calculated to be40.21 mg/g,and pseudo second-order equation is very well fitted for kinetic adsorption.Phosphate adsorption efficiency was reduced by an increase of pH.With the background of coexisting Cl-,little effect on adsorption efficiency was observed,while adsorption capacities were reduced by almost 20-30%with the coexistence of SO42-,NO3-and humic acid(HA).Muhammad Akram Xing Xu Baoyu Gao Qinyan Yue Shang Yanan Rizwan Khan Muhammad Ali Inam 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,5:8
8Precise measurement technique for the stable acoustic cavitation bubble显示文摘Based on the periodic oscillation of the stable acoustic cavitation bubble, we present a precise measure-ment technique for the bubble evolution. This technique comprises the lighting engineering of pulsing laser beam whose phase can be digitally shifted, and the long distance microphotographics. We used a laser, an acousto-optic modulator, a pulse generator, and a long distance microscope. The evolution of a levitated bubble can be directly shown by a series of bubble’s images at different phases. 9TGIF2 promotes the progression of lung adenocarcinoma by bridging EGFR/RAS/ERK signaling to cancer cell stemness显示文摘TGF-β-induced factor homeobox 2(TGIF2)is a transcription regulator that plays essential roles in the regulation of development and cell fate decisions.Aberrant expression of TGIF family proteins has been observed in several cancers,including ovarian,esophageal,and colorectal cancers.Here,we report that TGIF2 mediates the EGFR–RAS–ERK signaling pathway to enhance the stemness of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)cells and,therefore,promote the progression and metastasis of LUAD.We found that high TGIF2 expression was closely correlated with tumor growth,lymph node metastasis,and survival of patients with LUAD.Mice bearing TGIF2-silenced H1299 xenografts developed smaller tumors and fewer lung metastases.Importantly,silencing TGIF2 decreased the cancer stem cell(CSC)-like properties in A549 and H1299 cells.Furthermore,we identified that TGIF2 binding to the OCT4 promoter promotes its expression.In both LUAD cells and in vivo LUAD mouse models,we revealed that EGFR–RAS–ERK signaling phosphorylated TGIF2 and increased its stability,which was important for TGIF2-promoted LUAD stemness since phosphorylation-deficient TGIF2 mutants lost these functions.Thus,our study revealed that an important factor,TGIF2,bridges EGFR signaling to the CSC characteristics of LUAD cells,which can be utilized as an effective target for LUAD therapy.Renle Du Wenzhi Shen Yi Liu Wenjuan Gao Wei Zhou Jun Li Shuangtao Zhao Chong Chen Yanan Chen Yanhua Liu Peiqing Sun Rong Xiang Yi Shi Yunping Luo 2019Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2019,4,1:7

12Altered Local Field Potential Relationship Between the Parafascicular Thalamic Nucleus and Dorsal Striatum in Hemiparkinsonian Rats显示文摘The thalamostriatal pathway is implicated in Parkinson's disease(PD); however, PD-related changes in the relationship between oscillatory activity in the centromedian-parafascicular complex(CM/Pf, or the Pf in rodents) and the dorsal striatum(DS) remain unclear.Therefore, we simultaneously recorded local field potentials(LFPs) in both the Pf and DS of hemiparkinsonian and control rats during epochs of rest or treadmill walking. The dopamine-lesioned rats showed increased LFP power in the beta band(12 Hz–35 Hz) in the Pf and DS during both epochs, but decreased LFP power in the delta(0.5 Hz–3 Hz) band in the Pf during rest epochs and in the DS during both epochs, compared to control rats. In addition,exaggerated low gamma(35 Hz–70 Hz) oscillations after dopamine loss were restricted to the Pf regardless of the behavioral state. Furthermore, enhanced synchronization of LFP oscillations was found between the Pf and DS after the dopamine lesion. Significant increases occurred in the mean coherence in both theta(3 Hz–7 Hz) and beta bands,and a significant increase was also noted in the phase coherence in the beta band between the Pf and DS during rest epochs. During the treadmill walking epochs, significant increases were found in both the alpha(7 Hz–12 Hz)and beta bands for two coherence measures. 13The desumoylating enzyme sentrin-specific protease 3 contributes to myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury显示文摘Sentrin-specific protease 3(SENP3), a member of the desumoylating enzyme family, is known as a redox sensor and could regulate multiple cellular signaling pathways. However, its implication in myocardial ischemia reperfusion(MIR) injury is unclear. Here, we observed that SENP3 was expressed and upregulated in the mouse heart depending on reactive oxygen species(ROS) production in response to MIR injury. By utilizing si RNA-mediated cardiac specific gene silencing, SENP3 knockdown was demonstrated to significantly reduce MIR-induced infarct size and improve cardiac function. Mechanistic studies indicated that SENP3 silencing ameliorated myocardial apoptosis mainly via suppression of endoplasmic reticulum(ER) stress and mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis pathways. By contrast, adenovirusmediated cardiac SENP3 overexpression significantly exaggerated MIR injury. Further molecular analysis revealed that SENP3 promoted mitochondrial translocation of dynamin-related protein 1(Drp1) in reperfused myocardium. In addition, mitochondrial division inhibitor-1(Mdivi-1), a pharmacological inhibitor of Drp1, significantly attenuated the exaggerated mitochondrial abnormality and cardiac injury by SENP3 overexpression after MIR injury. 15Research on the big data of traditional taxi and online car-hailing:A systematic review显示文摘The purpose of this paper is to provide a summary of a quick overview of the latest developments and unprecedented opportunities for scholars who want to set foot in the field of traditional taxi and online car-hailing(TTOC).From the perspectives of peoples(e.g.,passenger,driver,and policymaker),vehicle,road,and environment,this paper describes the current research status of TTOC's big data in six hot topics,including the ridership factor,spatio-temporal distribution and travel behavior,cruising strategy and passenger service market partition,route planning,transportation emission and new-energy,and TTOC's data extensional application.These topics were included in five mainstreams as follows:(1)abundant studies often focus only on determinant analysis on given transportation(taxi,transit,online car-hailing);the exploration of ridership patterns for a multimodal transportation mode is rare;furthermore,multiple aspects of factors were not considered synchronously in a wide time span;(2)travel behavior research mainly concentrates on the commuting trips and distribution patterns of various travel indices(e.g.,distance,displacement,time);(3)the taxi driver-searching strategy can be divided into autopsychic cruising and system dispatching;(4)the spatio-temporal distribution character of TTOC's fuel consumption(FC)and greenhouse gas(GHG)emissions has become a hotspot recently,and there has been a recommendation for electric taxi(ET)in urban cities to decrease transportation congestion is proposed;and(5)based on TTOC and point of interest(POI)multi-source data,many machine learning algorithms were used to predict travel condition indices,land use,and travel behavior.Then,the main bottlenecks and research directions that can be explored in the future are discussed.We hope this result can provide an overview of current fundamental aspects of TTOC's utilization in the urban area.Tao Lyu Peirong(Slade)Wang Yanan Gao Yuanqing Wang 2021Journal of Traffic and Transportation Engineering(English Edition)2021,8,1:4

17Defect-mediated reactivity of Pt/TiO2 catalysts:the different role of titanium and oxygen vacancies显示文摘Defects are ubiquitous in oxide supports and can often tune the catalytic property of supported metal catalysts.This work describes the distinct role of titanium and oxygen vacancies of TiO2 supports in the catalytic performance of supported Pt catalysts for CO oxidation.Pt was loaded on the TiO2 supports with oxygen vacancies(VO-TiO2)and titanium vacancies(VTiTiO2).It was found that different defects of TiO2 could distinctively modify the electron property of Pt and thereby CO adsorption strength.The strength of CO adsorption on Pt/VTi-TiO2 is enhanced,while that of Pt/VO-TiO2 becomes weaker.Additionally,the presence of defects would also promote the reducibility of catalysts.On the account of the superior redox ability,both Pt/VTi-TiO2 and Pt/VO-TiO2 exhibit a higher activity than Pt supported on normal TiO2 for CO oxidation.Quan Xiao Yanan Wang Zhi-Jian Zhao Chunlei Pei Sai Chen Lijun Gao Rentao Mu Qiang Fu Jinlong Gong 2020Science China Chemistry2020,63,9:4
18Effects of Cs-substitution and partial reduction on catalytic performance of Keggin-type phosphomolybdic polyoxometalates for selective oxidation of isobutane显示文摘The catalytic performance of Cs-substituted phosphomolybdic salts was studied for selective oxidation of isobutane. The results of activity tests revealed that 360 °C was the optimal reaction temperature. It was demonstrated that oxidizing sites not only took dominating part in the activation of isobutane, but also influenced the product distribution. Besides, appropriate Cs addition led to moderate acidity of catalysts, favoring the selectivity to desired products. Furthermore, to obtain partially reduced catalysts, different calcination atmospheres were investigated and certain proportion of Mo^(5+) produced during calcination was crucial for the redox reaction. 19Preliminary Analysis of Diesel-Degrading Bacteria Immobilized on Organic Carriers in Seawater显示文摘Oil pollution in marine environment is becoming increasingly serious. Oil bioremediation by immobilization technology has been widely studied. However, the effect of bacteria immobilization was limited because of lack of nutrients. In this paper, the organic materials(corn straw, corn cob and corn leaf) were used as carriers. The diesel removal rate achieved by the immobilized bacteria was studied, and the effects of nutrients(e.g. nitrogen and phosphorus) released from organic carriers to the immobilized bacteria were analyzed. Test results indicated that a certain amount of nutrients was released from organic carriers. Additionally, the diesel removal rates achieved by different immobilized bacteria were all higher than those achieved by free bacteria. And, the diesel removal rates achieved by bacteria decreased in the following order: bacteria immobilized on corn straw(79%), bacteria immobilized on corn leaf(70%) and bacteria immobilized on corn cob(43%). These findings indicated two aspects, viz.: the carriers porous structure and the nutrients, which were favorable to biodegradation. Finally, the changes in nitrogen and phosphorus contents that were released from different carriers during biodegradation were studied. The results showed that the rate of diesel biodegradation was fast in the initial phase because of the sufficient nutrients released from carriers.
