| 1 | 中国乙型肝炎和非肝炎男性间的精液质量和辅助生殖技术治疗结果的比较显示文摘本研究旨在确定乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染对精子质量和辅助生殖技术治疗结局的影响。分析2008年1月至2009年12月于浙江大学附属妇产科医院寻求辅助生育治疗的916例男性(457例乙型肝炎病毒携带者和459例阴性对照男性)的精液参数;将2004年1月至2009年12月期间的男性乙肝病毒携带的587个常规体外受精(In vitro fertilisation,IVF)周期和325个单精子卵细胞浆内注射(Intracytoplasmic sperm injection,ICSI)周期作为阳性观察组,根据取卵日期、女方年龄及ART受精方式通过统计软件以1:1比例匹配,设立夫妇双方均为HBsAg阴性的对照组(587个IVF周期,324个ICSI周期),分析两组间的辅助生殖治疗结局。与对照组相比,乙肝携带者表现有较低的精液体积、精子总数以及较差的精子活动力和形态学表现(P〈0.05);乙肝男性夫妇接受ICSI治疗后,双原核(2PN)受精率、优质胚胎率、胚胎着床率以及临床妊娠率均显著性降低俨〈0.05);而两组病人间的IVF治疗结局差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。通过Logistic回归分析发现乙肝病毒感染作为一个独立的因素增加少弱精子症的发生以及降低ICSI治疗周期的胚胎着床率和临床妊娠率(P〈0.05)。我们的研究结果提示了男性乙型肝炎病毒感染与较差的精子质量和ICSI治疗结局有关,而对IVF治疗结局没有明显的影响。 | Xu-Ping Zhou Xiao-Ling Hu Yi-Min Zhu Fan Qu Sai-lun Sun Yu-Li Qian | 2011 | Asian Journal of Andrology2011,13,3: | 27 |

| 6 | Lake sediment resuspension and caused phosphate release——a simulation study显示文摘Intact sediment cores and wet/dried surficial sediments sampled from the two sublakes in Taihu Lake, Meiliang Bay and Wuli Lake, were incubated in the laboratory to determine the effects of resuspension on internal phosphorus loading by simulating different resuspension events. Soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP) release from undisturbed core sediment sampled in the Meiliang Bay and Wuli Lake in July 1998 was 1 53 mg/m 2 and 2 24 mg/m 2 within 4 days, respectively. However during one hour experimental simulation of resuspension, SRP increased by 0 041 mg/L and 0 077 mg/L in the above cores, which indicate that a typical resuspension event in the lake would be accompanied by the release of 10 77 mgSRP/m 2 and 23 1 mgSRP/m 2, respectively. The internal phosphorus loading induced by resuspension is estimated to be 8-10 times greater than the release from undisturbed sediment. SRP release from the dried sediments during simulation of resuspension was mainly dependent on the disturbing intensity. | 7 | Ligustrazine alleviates gastric mucosal injury in a rat model of acute necrotizing pancreatitis显示文摘BACKGROUND: Acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) leads to a systemic inflammatory response characterized by widespread leukocyte activation and, as a consequence, distant organ injury. The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between gastric microcirculatory impairment and inflammatory mediators released in rats and to evaluate the therapeutic effect of ligustrazine extracted from Rhizoma ligusticum wallichii on gastric mucosa injury in a rat model of ANP. METHODS: Ninety-six Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal control (group C); ANP without treatment (group P); and ANP treated with ligustrazine (group T). The ANP model was induced by injection of 50 g/L sodium taurocholate under the pancreatic membrane (4 ml/kg). Group C was given isovolumetric injection of 9 g/L physiological saline by the same route. Group T was injected with ligustrazine (10 ml/kg) via the portal vein. The radioactive biomicrosphere technique was used to measure the blood flow 2 and 12 hours after the induction of ANP. Samples of the pancreas and stomach were taken to assess pathological changes by a validated histology score; meanwhile, the levels of serum interleukin-1β (IL-1β) were determined. Gastric tissues were also used to measure the level of myeloperoxidase (MPO), which is expressed intracellularly in the azurophilic granules of neutrophils. RESULTS: Blood flow in group P was significantly lower than that in group C (P<0.01). Pathological changes were significantly aggravated in group P. The gastric MPO activity in group P was significantly higher than that in group C (P<0.01). The level of serum IL-1β in group P increased more significantly than that in group C (P<0.01). Blood flow of the stomach in group T was significantlyhigher than that in group P after 2 hours (P<0.01). The pathological changes were significantly alleviated in group T. The MPO activity of group T was significantly lower than that of group P (P<0.01). Although serum IL-1β level of group T, was higher than of group C (P<0.01), it was lower than that of group P (P<0.01). There was a negative correlation between gastric blood flow and MPO activity (r=-0.983, P<0.01), and between gastric blood flow and pathological score (r=-0.917, P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Decreased gastric blood flow and increased inflammatory mediators can be seen early in ANP, and both are important factors for gastric and mucosal injury. | 8 | Removal of tetracycline from water by Fe-Mn binary oxide显示文摘Significant concerns have been raised over the presence of antibiotics including tetracyclines in aquatic environments.A series of FeMn binary oxide with different Fe:Mn molar ratios was synthesized by a simultaneous oxidation and coprecipitation process for TC removal.Results showed that Fe-Mn binary oxide had higher removal efficiency than that of hydrous iron oxide and hydrous manganese oxide,and that the oxide with a Fe:Mn molar ratio of 5:1 was the best in removal than other molar ratios.The tetracycline removal was highly pH dependent.The removal of tetracycline decreased with the increase of initial concentration,but the absolute removal quantity was more at high concentration.The presence of cations and anions such as Ca2+,Mg2+,CO32-and SO42-had no significant effect on the tetracycline removal in our experimental conditions,while SiO32-and PO43-had hindered the adsorption of tetracycline.The mechanism investigation found that tetracycline removal was mainly achieved by the replacement of surface hydroxyl groups by the tetracycline species and formation of surface complexes at the water/oxide interface.This primary study suggests that Fe-Mn binary oxide with a proper Fe:Mn molar ratio will be a very promising material for the removal of tetracycline from aqueous solutions. | Huijuan Liu Yang Yang Jin Kang Maohong Fan Jiuhui Qu | 2012 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,2: | 13 |
| 9 | Insight-HXMT observations of the first binary neutron star merger GW170817显示文摘Finding the electromagnetic(EM) counterpart of binary compact star merger, especially the binary neutron star(BNS) merger,is critically important for gravitational wave(GW) astronomy, cosmology and fundamental physics. On Aug. 17, 2017,Advanced LIGO and Fermi/GBM independently triggered the first BNS merger, GW170817, and its high energy EM counterpart,GRB 170817 A, respectively, resulting in a global observation campaign covering gamma-ray, X-ray, UV, optical, IR, radio as well as neutrinos. The High Energy X-ray telescope(HE) onboard Insight-HXMT(Hard X-ray Modulation Telescope) is the unique high-energy gamma-ray telescope that monitored the entire GW localization area and especially the optical counterpart(SSS17 a/AT2017 gfo) with very large collection area(~1000 cm^2) and microsecond time resolution in 0.2-5 MeV. In addition,Insight-HXMT quickly implemented a Target of Opportunity(ToO) observation to scan the GW localization area for potential X-ray emission from the GW source. Although Insight-HXMT did not detect any significant high energy(0.2-5 MeV) radiation from GW170817, its observation helped to confirm the unexpected weak and soft nature of GRB 170817 A. Meanwhile,Insight-HXMT/HE provides one of the most stringent constraints(~10^(-7) to 10^(-6) erg/cm^2/s) for both GRB170817 A and any other possible precursor or extended emissions in 0.2-5 MeV, which help us to better understand the properties of EM radiation from this BNS merger. | 10 | The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 12 | Over-expression of an Arabi-dopsisd δ-OAT gene enhances salt and drought tolerance in transgenic rice显示文摘d-OAT, ornithine--aminotransferase, is the key enzyme involved in proline biosynthesis. In this study the Arabidopsis d -OAT gene was transferred into rice (Oryza sativa L. ssp japonica cv. Zhongzuo 321), whose successful integration was demonstrated by PCR and Southern blot analysis. The over-expression of the gene in transgenic rice was also confirmed. Biochemical analysis showed that, under salt or drought stress conditions, proline contents in the leaves and roots in transgenic rice plants were 5- to 15-fold of those in non-transgenic controls. Under stress conditions, germinating rate of transgenic lines is higher than that of controls. Although the growth of rice plants tested were more and more retarded with the increasing of NaCl concentration, the transgenic plants grow faster compared to the controls under the same stress condition. Meanwhile, the resistance to KCl and MgSO4 stresses was also found enhanced in trans-genic rice. Furthermore, the over-expression of d -OAT also improved the yield of transgenic plants under stress condi-tions. The average yield per plant of transgenic lines in-creases about 12%—41% more than that of control lines under 0.1 mol/L NaCl stress. | 18 | Management of Cesarean Scar Pregnancy: A Case Series显示文摘Objective To survey effective treatment strategies for cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP). Methods The clinical data of 78 patients diagnosed with CSP from January 2010 to December 2013 were reviewed. Results Among these patients, 17 patients were first treated at our hospital; of them, 2 were misdiagnosed. The other 61 patients were referred from other hospitals; of them, 21 were initially misdiagnosed. There were 9 patients who were treated with laparotomy, 50 patients with curettage after uterine artery embolization(UAE) with or without local methotrexate(MTX) infusion, 10 patients with dilatation and curettage, 6 patients with transvaginal sonographic guided local intragestational MTX injection, and 3 patients with systemic MTX injection. All patients finally recovered. Patients with excessive vaginal hemorrhage underwent either emergency UAE treatment or laparotomy. These two treatments had similar success rates(81.82% vs. 100%, χ2 =0.289, P>0.05). Conclusions The accurate diagnosis of CSP is important.
