1Kickstand支架技术在预防创伤后下肢压疮和减轻水肿中的应用显示文摘Kickstand支架技术是一种骨科外固定术的拓展技术,其通过在原有外固定支架安装附加结构,实现抬高患肢,使患肢发生潜在压疮的足跟部皮肤脱离与支撑面之间的接触,促进外周静脉和淋巴液回流,以达到预防长期卧床引起的压疮和减轻水肿的目的。本研究将简要介绍这一技术发展及其如何改善疗效。Kickstand支架技术在创伤骨科治疗领域是一种实用的高效价外固定拓展技术。为了减少术后压疮防护和水肿治疗的负担,这一技术值得广泛应用。陆荣斌 David Seligson David Hagan 丁晓飞 赵劲民 2019中华创伤骨科杂志2019,21,11:2
