| 1 | 世界家庭医生组织(WONCA)研究论文摘要汇编——有氧运动缓解产后抑郁效果的系统性综述与荟萃分析显示文摘背景当前英美国家尚无运动方法治疗产后抑郁方面的专门指导,而且国际上在此方面的指导也不尽相同。目的评价有氧运动治疗产后抑郁的效果。设计与场所本研究为系统性综述及荟萃分析,无研究地点。方法使用计算机检索MEDLINE、EMBASE、Cochrane Library、Psyc INFO、Sport Discus、Scr Clinical Trials.gov以及World Health Organization International Clinical Trials Registry Platform数据库,收集评估产妇分娩后1年内抑郁状况的随机对照试验、有氧运动和常规护理或者其他护理方式改善产后抑郁效果的比较研究的摘要及全文。使用Cochrane协作组推荐使用的偏倚风险评估工具对纳入的文献进行偏倚风险评估。对纳入的文献进行荟萃分析。对纳入文献之间存在的异质性进行预设亚组分析。结果共纳入13篇文献,包括1 734例患者。整体来看,有氧运动可以显著缓解产后抑郁[SMD=-0.44,95%CI=(-0.75,-0.12)]。异质性分析发现,有氧运动干预效果在可能患有抑郁的产妇间及一般产妇间不存在统计学差异;只采用有氧运动取得的干预效果与采用有氧运动结合其他方式取得的干预效果不存在统计学差异;群体有氧运动与配置有氧运动咨询的干预效果不存在统计学差异。结论本项系统性综述为有氧运动具有缓解产后抑郁的效果提供了证据支持。群体运动、研究对象自己选择运动方式、运动结合其他干预方式均是有效缓解产后抑郁的方法。但是由于纳入文献存在显著异质性和高偏倚风险,故此研究结果应谨慎参考。 | PRITCHETT R V DALEY A J JOLLY K 本刊编辑部 | 2017 | 中国全科医学2017,20,30: | 12 |
| 2 | Effects of Friction Heat on the Tribological Properties of the Woven Self-lubricating Liner显示文摘In the dry-sliding process of the woven self-lubricating liner which is used in the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing, the friction heat plays an important role in the tribological performances of the liner. It has important value to study on the relationship between tribological performances of the liner and the friction heat. Unfortunately, up to now, published work on this relationship is quite scarce. Therefore, the effect of friction heat on the tribological performances of the liner was investigated in the present work. The tribological behaviors of the liner were evaluated by using the high temperature end surface wear tester. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was utilized to examine the morphologies of worn surfaces of the liner and study the failure modes. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) measurement and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis were performed to study the behaviors of the wear debris. The temperature rise on the worn surface was calculated according to classical models. SEM observation shows that the dominating wear mechanism for the liner is mainly affected by friction shear force, contact pressure and friction heat. Higher fusion heat for the wear debris than that for the pure polytetrafluroethylene (PTFE) indicates that the PTFE is the main portion of the wear debris, and, the PTFE in the wear debris shows a higher crystallisation degree owing to the effects of friction shear force and the friction heat. Combining the calculated temperature rise results with the wear rate of the liner, it can be concluded that the effects of temperature rise on the tribological performances of the liner become more obvious when the temperature rise exceeds the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the PTFE. The wear resistance of the liner deteriorates dramatically when the temperature rise approaches to the melting point (Ton) of the PTFE. The tribological performances of the liner can be improved when the temperature rise exceeds Tg but is far lower than Ton. | 6 | Assessment on alien herbicide-resistant gene flow among crucifers by sexual compatibility显示文摘Cross-pollination and high cross-compatibility are frequently found in many cruciferous plants, which im-plies that there might be potential risk of alien gene flow among crucifers. In this work, the alien glyphosate-resistant gene flow between GM (Genetically modified) rapeseed vari-ety Q3 (Brassica napus) and 6 varieties from 5 cruciferous species was assessed by sexual compatibility through aniline blue fluorescence observation, manual cross, mentor pollina-tion with the mixture pollen and DNA identification. The results indicated that the compatibility indices of two B. napus varieties, B. juncea var. multiceps Tsen et Lee and Chinese cabbage (B. chinensis) (as female) with Q3 (as male) were 16.15, 12.77, 2.345 and 0.85, respectively. F1 plants were examined by PCR and all of these samples were confirmed as positive. Crossing between Orychophragmus violaceus, Des-curainia sophia (as female) and Q3 (as male) expressed high cross-incompatibility. Fluorescence microscope observation indicated that growing of pollen tube terminated at the upper 1/3 part of the style of O. violaceus and on the stigma surface of D. sophia. The mentor plants were further analyzed by PCR and all were shown to be negative. Under the neighboring growth and natural pollination conditions, the rates of gene flow to two B. napus varieties were 2.3278% and 2.1487%, respectively, B. juncea var. multiceps Tsen et Lee and Chinese cabbage were 1.0157% and 0.9236%, re-spectively. No gene flow was observed in O. violaceus and D. sophia. Frequency of gene flow was highly correlated with sexual compatibility. | 11 | Application of moderate nitrogen levels alleviates yield loss and grain quality deterioration caused by post-silking heat stress in fresh waxy maize显示文摘High temperature(HT)during grain filling is one of the most important environmental factors limiting maize yield and grain quality.Nitrogen(N)fertilizer is essential for maintaining normal plant growth and defense against environmental stresses.The effects of three N rates and two temperature regimes on the grain yield and quality of fresh waxy maize were studied using the hybrids Suyunuo 5(SYN5)and Yunuo 7(YN7)as materials.N application rates were 1.5,4.5,and 7.5 g plant-1,representing low,moderate,and high N levels(LN,MN,and HN,respectively).Mean day/night temperatures during the grain filling of spring-and summer-sown plants were 27.6/21.0°C and 28.6/20.0°C for ambient temperature(AT)and 35/21.0°C and 35/20.0°C for HT,respectively.On average,HT reduced kernel number,weight,yield,and moisture content by 29.8%,17.9%,38.7%,and 3.3%,respectively.Kernel number,weight,yield,moisture,and starch contents were highest under MN among the three N rates under both temperature regimes.HT reduced grain starch content at all N levels.HT increased grain protein content,which gradually increased with N rate.Mean starch granule size under MN was larger(10.9μm)than that under LN and HN(both 10.4μm)at AT.However,the mean size of starch granules was higher under LN(11.7μm)and lower under MN(11.2μm)at HT.Iodine binding capacity(IBC)was lowest under MN and highest under HN among the three N levels under both temperature regimes.In general,IBC at all N rates was increased by HT.Peak viscosity(PV)was gradually reduced with increasing N rate at AT.In comparison with LN,PV was increased by MN and decreased by HN at HT.Retrogradation percentage gradually increased with N rate at AT,but was lowest under MN among the three N rates at HT.LN+AT and MN+HT produced grain with high pasting viscosity and low retrogradation tendency.MN application could alleviate the negative effects of HT on the grain yield and quality of fresh waxy maize. | Jue Wang Pengxiao Fu Weiping Lu Dalei Lu | 2020 | The Crop Journal2020,8,6: | 5 |
| 12 | 左氧氟沙星、加替沙星及莫西沙星对肺结核患者的早期及延长早期杀菌活性显示文摘目的:评估左氧氟沙星、加替沙星及莫西沙星等新氟喹诺酮类药物对肺结核患者的早期杀菌活性及延长早期杀菌活性。设计:随机开放临床试验。40例成年新诊断的涂阳肺结核患者(每组10例)分别每日单一接受异烟肼300mg,或左氧氟沙星1000mg,或加替沙星400mg,或莫西沙星400mg的7天治疗。治疗前2天及单药治疗7天期间,每日收集痰液进行定量培养。计量单药治疗开始的头2天(0-2天)及治疗后5天(2-7天)的菌量下降情况,以评估各药的早期及延长早期杀菌活性。对实验室工作人员关于病人治疗分组信息采用单盲法。结果:异烟肼的早期杀菌活性为0.67log10cfu/毫升/天,高于莫西沙星(0.33log10cfu/毫升/天)及加替沙星(0.35log10cfu/毫升/天)。与每日1000mg左氧氟沙星的早期杀菌活性(0.45log10cfu/毫升/天)相比,无统计学差异(P=0.14)。3种氟喹诺酮类药物的早期杀菌活性(0-2天)与延长早期杀菌活性(2-7天)相似。总体说来,氟喹诺酮类药物的延长早期杀菌活性高于异烟肼。结论:莫西沙星、加替沙星及高剂量左氧氟沙星,虽然略低于异烟肼,但均有良好的早期杀菌活性,并具有较高的延长早期杀菌活性。有理由对这些药物敏感的结核病人进行进一步的治疗研究。 | J. | 15 | Sliding Wear of the Hybrid Kevlar/PTFE Fabric Reinforced Phenolic Composite Filled with Nano-titania显示文摘The Kevlar/polytetrafluroethylene(Kevlar/PTFE) fabric composite can be used as a self-lubricating liner of the self-lubricating bearing.Many types of nano-particles can improve the tribological performance of the polymer-based composite.Unfortunately,up to now,published work on the effect of nano-particles on the tribological performance of the fabric composite which can be used as a self-lubricating liner is quite scarce.Therefore,for the purpose of exploring a way to significantly improve the tribological performance of the fabric composite,the tribological performance of the Kevlar/PTFE fabric composite filled with nano-titania is evaluated by using the block-on-ring wear tester.The scanning electron microscopy is utilized to observe the morphologies of worn surfaces of the fabric composites and the counterparts.The tensile properties of the composites are evaluated on the universal material testing machine.The test results show that the addition of nano-titania at a proper mass fraction of the matrix resin improves the wear resistance and the tensile strength,decreases the friction coefficient,and makes the wear volume of the composite reach a relative steady state more quickly;plastic deformation and microcutting are important for the wear of the fabric composite;a lubricating layer is formed on the worn surface of the composite during sliding,and the lubricating layer is critical for the tribological performance of the composite;the formation and properties of the lubricating layer are influenced by the nano-titania particles.The proposed study on the effect of nano-titania on the tribological performance of the Kevlar/PTFE fabric composite,especially on the evolution of the worn surface of the composite,provides the basis for further understanding of the influence mechanism of the nano-particles on the tribological performance of the composite and explores a method of improving the tribological performance of the composite. | YANG Yulin HUANG Shijun ZU Dalei ZHANG Ruijun QI Xiaowen | 2011 | Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2011,24,1: | 4 |

| 17 | 暴发性的 Clostridium 顽固感染: 有优先的阑尾切除术的一个协会?显示文摘 AIM: To examine if fulminant Clostridium difficile infections(CDI) resulting in colectomy was associated with a prior appendectomy and whether any association affected the severity of the disease.METHODS: A retrospective chart review was performed on patients who underwent colectomy for CDI between 2001 and 2011.The appendectomy rate was calculated based on the absence of an appendix on the surgical pathology report.This was compared to an established lifetime risk of appendectomy in the general population.A chart review was performed for mortality and traditional markers of CDI disease severity.Fisher’s exact test was used to calculate the likelihood of association between prior appendectomy,mortality,and clinical markers of severity of infection.RESULTS: Fifty-five specimens were identified with pseudomembranous colitis consistent with CDI.All patients had a clinical history consistent with CDI and 45 of 55(81.8%) specimens also had microbiological confirmation of CDI.Appendectomy was observed in 24 of 55 specimens(0.436,99%CI: 0.280-0.606).This was compared to the lifetime incidence of appendectomy of 17.6%.The rate of appendectomy in our sample was significantly higher than would be expected in the general population(43.6% vs 17.6%,P < 0.01).Disease severity did not differ based on presence or absence of an appendix and no association was detected between prior appendectomy and mortality(OR = 0.588,95%CI: 0.174-1.970).CONCLUSION: The rate of appendectomy in the patients whose CDI led to colectomy,was significantly higher than the calculated lifetime risk,suggesting an association of appendectomy and severe CDI resulting in colectomy.Larger prospective studies are needed to assess any potential causal relationships affecting fulminant CDI. | Jesse Clanton Michael Subichin Katherine Drolshagen Timothy Daley Michael S Firstenberg | 2013 | World Journal of Gastrointestinal Surgery2013,5,8: | 4 |
| 18 | Effects of shading after pollination on kernel filling and physicochemical quality traits of waxy maize显示文摘Understanding the effects of shading after pollination on kernel filling and physicochemical properties of waxy maize could improve kernel quality.Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of shading(30% and 50% light deprivation,taken plants without shading as control) on kernel weight,size,and physicochemical properties during kernel development in 2013 and 2014 using two waxy maize varieties(Suyunuo 5 and Yunuo 7).Results indicated that shading reduced kernel filling rate and decreased kernel size and weight,and the influence was large under severe light deprivation conditions.The large reduction in kernel weight and volume of Suyunuo 5 in response to shading indicated that it was more sensitive to shading than Yunuo 7.Starch content was reduced and protein content was increased by shading,especially under severe shading after 22 days after pollination(DAP).The iodine binding capacity of Yunuo 7 was not affected by shading at fresh and maturity stages but was gradually decreased by shading at the newly formed stage,while the values for Suyunuo 5were decreased at 7 and 40 DAP only by moderate shading and were similar among three treatments at 22 DAP.Severe shading decreased crystallinity at all kernel development stages,whereas moderate shading decreased crystallinity at fresh stage and increased it at mature stage for Suyunuo 5.Crystallinity in Yunuo 7 was increased by shading at 7 DAP and decreased by shading at 40 DAP,whereas the value at 22 DAP was increased by moderate shading and reduced by severe shading,respectively.The average gelatinization temperatures at different stages were decreased by shading and showed no difference between two shading levels.The retrogradation percentage at 7 DAP for both varieties was increased by shading.The value at 22 DAP was increased by moderate shading for Suyunuo 5 and decreased by severe shading for Yunuo 7,respectively.The retrogradation percentage at 40 DAP was decreased by shading treatments for Suyunuo 5 and reduced only by moderate shading for Yunuo 7.Peak viscosity was decreased by shading at fresh stage for Yunuo 7 and at maturity for Suyunuo 5.In conclusion,shading after pollination inhibited kernel filling of waxy maize and reduced paste viscosity quality,but kernel retrograde quality,crystallinity and starch iodine binding capacity in response to shading were dependent on stage and variety. | Huan Yang Yanling Shi Renchao Xu Dalei Lu Weiping Lu | 2016 | The Crop Journal2016,4,3: | 4 |
