1Wnt/b-catenin signaling plays an ever-expanding role in stem cell self-renewal,tumorigenesis and cancer chemoresistance显示文摘Wnt signaling transduces evolutionarily conserved pathways which play important roles in initiating and regulating a diverse range of cellular activities,including cell proliferation,calcium homeostasis,and cell polarity.The role of Wnt signaling in controlling cell proliferation and stem cell self-renewal is primarily carried out through the canonical pathway,which is the best-characterized the multiple Wnt signaling branches.The past 10 years has seen a rapid expansion in our understanding of the complexity of this pathway,as many new components of Wnt signaling have been identified and linked to signaling regulation,stem cell functions,and adult tissue homeostasis.Additionally,a substantial body of evidence links Wnt signaling to tumorigenesis of cancer types and implicates it in the development of cancer drug resistance.Thus,a better understanding of the mechanisms by which dysregulation of Wnt signaling precedes the development and progression of human cancer may hasten the development of pathway inhibitors to augment current therapy.This review summarizes and synthesizes our current knowledge of the canonical Wnt pathway in development and disease.We begin with an overview of the components of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway and delve into the role this pathway has been shown to play in stemness,tumorigenesis,and cancer drug resistance.Ultimately,we hope to present an organized collection of evidence implicating Wnt signaling in tumorigenesis and chemoresistance to facilitate the pursuit of Wnt pathway modulators that may improve outcomes of cancers in which Wnt signaling contributes to aggressive disease and/or treatment resistance.Maryam K.Mohammed Connie Shao Jing Wang Qiang Wei Xin Wang Zachary Collier Shengli Tang Hao Liu Fugui Zhang Jiayi Huang Dan Guo Minpeng Lu Feng Liu Jianxiang Liu Chao Ma Lewis L.Shi Aravind Athiviraham Tong-Chuan He Michael J.Lee 2016Genes & Diseases2016,3,1:70
2燃油催化微粒捕集器微粒捕集与强制再生特性的研究显示文摘采用燃油催化再生微粒捕集器,对某排量为7.7 L柴油机的排放微粒进行捕集与强制再生。试验结果表明:在低排温工况下,随着微粒捕集器内微粒不断增加,微粒捕集器两端压差随捕集时间增加呈线性提高。燃油中加入的铁基催化剂可以降低碳粒燃烧的温度,增加微粒捕集器的微粒储备能力,并能够有效再生。当燃油中无添加剂时,在特定工况下发动机运行19.5 h后,微粒捕集器的两端压差达到10 kPa,而有添加剂时则可延长到23.5 h。在排气温度为530℃的强制再生工况下,燃油中有添加剂,约需6 min可全部强制再生累积的微粒,而无添加剂则约用时14 min,且有添加剂时强制再生程度较高。微粒捕集器经500 h耐久试验后,在有添加剂情况下其两端压差达到15 kPa,发动机需在微粒累积工况下运转23 h,无添加剂需要18.5 h。按ESC排放测试,微粒捕集器对微粒的过滤效率达到80%以上,微粒排放为0.017 g/(kW.h),试验结果还发现微粒捕集器对CO、HC及NOx的排放没有影响。王天友 EricLim Khim Song 林漫群 张玉倩 刘大明 刘书亮 Dale Spencer Philip Collier 2007内燃机学报2007,25,6:24
3载脂蛋白E、5-羟色胺转运体基因多态性与阿尔茨海默病的关联分析显示文摘目的 探索载脂蛋白E (apoE)基因及 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)转运体基因多态性在阿尔茨海默病 (AD)发病中的作用。方法 应用聚合酶链反应 (PCR)和限制性片段长度多态性方法 ,观察 10 2例AD和 10 5名正常对照者 (对照组 )的apoE基因多态性及 2个 5 HT转运体基因多态性的分布。结果中、重度AD患者含apoEε4 基因型频率 (2 4% )高于对照组 (12 % ) ,但差异无显著性 (χ2 =3 17,P >0 0 5 ) ;携带apoEε4 等位基因频率 (16 % )高于正常对照 [(7% ) ,χ2 =6 43,P <0 0 5 ,RR =2 6 0 ,95 %CI =1 14~ 5 95 ]和轻度AD[(6 % ) ,χ2 =5 0 9,P <0 0 5 ;RR =2 98,95 %CI=1 0 3~ 8 96 ]。AD患者中携带的apoEε4 等位基因数多者的发病年龄低 ,不含ε4 、含 1个ε4 、含 2个ε4 等位基因者发病年龄分别为 (78± 8)岁、(75± 8)岁、(71± 8)岁 (F =1 85 ,P >0 0 5 )。AD患者 5 HT转运体基因启动子区缺失 /插入多态性 (χ2 =1 0 3,P >0 0 5 )及可变数重复序列多态性 (χ2 =0 0 3,P >0 0 5 )与对照组的差异无显著性。结论 apoEε4 等位基因与中、重度AD相关联 ,是中、重度AD的易感因素 ;不支持 5唐牟尼 李涛 刘协和 韩海英 唐铭民 David A Collier 2000中华精神科杂志2000,33,3:14

6致密砂岩储集层微观孔喉结构及其分形特征——以西加拿大盆地A区块Upper Montney段为例显示文摘为表征致密砂岩储集层微观孔喉结构及其分形特征,利用铸体薄片、扫描电镜、高压压汞等测试方法,对西加拿大盆地A区块下三叠统Upper Montney段致密砂岩样品进行了研究。结果表明,研究区储集层主要孔隙类型包括溶蚀孔、原生剩余粒间孔和晶间微孔,见少量微裂缝;储集层孔喉半径多小于0.30μm,分布曲线呈多峰形态,有效储集空间主要由亚微米级和纳米级孔喉组成;研究区致密砂岩储集层可划分为Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类和Ⅲ类,其对应的孔喉总分形维数分别为2.31、2.46和2.63,Ⅰ类储集层的物性较好,非均质性相对弱;不同大小孔喉的分形特征有差异,通常亚微米级孔喉的分形维数较纳米级孔喉大,即亚微米级孔喉非均质性更强。孔喉分形维数与其结构有关,不同孔喉的发育造成了致密砂岩储集层非均质性各异。黄奕铭 Richard COLLIER 2021新疆石油地质2021,42,4:6

8不同发病年龄强迫症患者6种功能基因的分子遗传学研究显示文摘目的探讨与5-羟色胺和多巴胺递质系统有关的基因在强迫症发病中的作用。方法收集120个强迫症的核心家系,按患者的发病年龄分为≤16岁组和>16岁组,应用基因扩增的限制性片段长度多态和数目可变的顺向重复多态技术对强迫症核心家系在5-羟色胺2A受体基因、5-羟色胺转运体(5-HTT)基因、多巴胺D2受体(DRD2)基因、多巴胺D4受体(DRD4)基因、儿茶酚氧位甲基转移酶(C0MT)基因、单胺氧化酶A(MAO-A)基因等6个基因的7个位点进行传递不平衡检测和数量性状的传递不平衡检测以及DRD4基因的单体型分析。结果 (1)未发现6个功能基因与强迫症存在传递不平衡;(2)DRIY2-141C Del/Ins多态性与≤16岁组存在传递不平衡(X2=3.98,P=0.04),COMT-Val/Met多态性与>16岁组存在传递不平衡(X2=3.65,P=0.05),经相关分析,这两个位点与强迫症的发病年龄相关(DRD2:r=-0.29,P=0.002;COMT:r=-0.19,P=0.04)。结论DRD2基因和COMT基因可能与不同发病年龄的强迫症病因相关。张岚 刘协和 李涛 杨彦春 胡迅 David Collier 2004中华精神科杂志2004,37,4:4
9Development of a 100 J,10 Hz laser for compression experiments at the High Energy Density instrument at the European XFEL显示文摘In this paper we review the design and development of a 100 J, 10 Hz nanosecond pulsed laser, codenamed DiPOLE100 X,being built at the Central Laser Facility(CLF). This 1 kW average power diode-pumped solid-state laser(DPSSL) is based on a master oscillator power amplifier(MOPA) design, which includes two cryogenic gas cooled amplifier stages based on DiPOLE multi-slab ceramic Yb:YAG amplifier technology developed at the CLF. The laser will produce pulses between 2 and 15 ns in duration with precise, arbitrarily selectable shapes, at pulse repetition rates up to 10 Hz, allowing real-time shape optimization for compression experiments. 10Repeat endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography after failed initial precut sphincterotomy for biliary cannulation显示文摘AIM: To investigate the outcome of repeating endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreaticography(ERCP) after initially failed precut sphincterotomy to achieve biliary cannulation.METHODS: In this retrospective study, consecutive ERCPs performed between January 2009 and September 2012 were included. Data from our endoscopy and radiology reporting databases were analysed for use of precut sphincterotomy, biliary access rate, repeat ERCP rate and complications. Patients with initially failed precut sphincterotomy were identified.RESULTS: From 1839 consecutive ERCPs, 187(10%) patients underwent a precut sphincterotomy during the initial ERCP in attempts to cannulate a native papilla. The initial precut was successful in 79/187(42%). ERCP was repeated in 89/108(82%) of patients with failed initial precut sphincterotomy after a median interval of 4 d, leading to successful biliary cannulation in 69/89(78%). In 5 patients a third ERCP was attempted(successful in 4 cases). Overall, repeat ERCP after failed precut at the index ERCP was successful in 73/89 patients(82%).
