| 1 | 中国煤中砷的含量分布、赋存状态、富集及环境意义显示文摘砷是煤中有害微量元素之一,在煤加工利用过程中,砷会以各种形式释放出来,进入环境。本文在全面分析现有资料和文献的基础上,结合作者对中国煤中砷的研究成果,分析了中国煤中砷的含量与分布、赋存状态、富集因素以及环境意义。通过研究和分析可知,中国煤中砷的平均值约为5μg/g,但在不同地区、不同时代以及不同类型的煤中有较大的差异,除中国西南地区含量异常高外,一般含量均在10μg/g以内;煤中砷的赋存状态多种多样,主要以无机态的硫化物结合为主,并常与黄铁矿等矿物伴生,也存在有机态结合的砷;中国煤中砷的来源和富集主要是以陆源母岩、成煤植物、沉积环境和构造裂隙—热液作用等为主的多种因素综合控制的结果;在煤燃烧过程中,煤中的砷释放出来,并对长期生活在燃煤地区的环境和人体产生影响。本文还提出今后煤中砷研究的主要方向,以为煤中砷的研究提供参考资料。 | 郑刘根 刘桂建 CHOU Chenlin 高连芬 彭子成 | 2006 | 地球学报2006,27,4: | 56 |

| 4 | Diagenesis and Their Succession of Gas-bearing and Non-gas-bearing Reservoirs in the Sulige Gas Field of Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Comparisons have been made among lithology, diagenesis, and reservoir characteristics of gas-bearing and non-gas-bearing ones in the Sulige gas field of the Ordos Basin based on the laboratory analysis of thin sections, scanning electron microscope, and liquid inclusion of the reservoirs. The reservoirs of the Sulige gas field are now in the middle stage of diagenesis and have undergone compaction, cementation and dissolution. The secondary pore of the reservoir originated from the dissolution of the feldspar and tuff because of the organic acid action from the source rocks during the diagenetic middle stage. Gas-bearing reservoirs are common in soluble pore diagenetic facies of coarse detritus quartzose sandstone, whereas non-gas-bearing ones are common in tense compaction diagenetic facies of mud-bearing medium-fine detritus quartzose sandstone and residual intergranular pore diagenetic facies of mud-bearing medium-coarse detritus quartzose sandstone. The secondary pore is developed in gas-bearing reservoirs of the Sulige gas-field as the medium-coarse grain reservoirs formed in a powerful sedimentary environment and experienced strong dissolution. | 6 | Assessment of introduced Kappaphycus (Solieriaceae, Rhodophyta) species relationships in China with molecular markers显示文摘Due to morphological plasticity and paucity of diagnostic morphological characters, the taxonomy of Kappaphycus gets more and more confused with the expanding of commercial cultivation. In this study, the phylogenetic relationship of 13 strains of introduced Kappaphycus species in China was defined using DNA molecular markers, such as 18S rDNA, rbcL and cox2-cox3 spacer region. The resolutions obtained by three different molecular markers were compared: both cox2-cox3 spacer region and rbcL sequences are eligible in interspecies identification of Kappaphycus, whereas cox2-cox3 spacer region is more variable than rbcL sequence. There is several basepairs' discrepancy among 18S rDNA sequences, while it is 100% identical among both cox2-cox3 spacer region and rbcL sequences of the ten strains of K. alvarezii. | 7 | PTEN-L promotes type I interferon responses and antiviral immunity显示文摘Phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN)is a well-known tumor suppressor that acts as a dual-specificity phosphatase and is frequently mutated in human cancer.Our previous work has demonstrated that PTEN also plays a vital role in type I interferon responses and antiviral innate immunity.Recently,a translational variant of PTEN with a long N-terminal extension(PTEN-L)has been discovered that is secreted into the extracellular environment and enters recipient cells,where it exerts a phosphatase function antagonistic to PI3K/Akt signaling and tumorigenesis.In this study,we demonstrate that PTEN-L promotes type I interferon responses and antiviral innate immunity during viral infection in a phosphatase activity-dependent manner.Compared with canonical PTEN,PTEN-L also exerts its antiviral function when it is applied exogenously in protein form.This finding was confirmed in cell cultures and mouse infection models.Furthermore,PTEN-L enhances the responses of both type I interferon and proinflammatory cytokines,thus suggesting that PTEN-L might possess additional functions compared with those of PTEN.Thus,the antiviral function of PTEN-L may open an avenue for the use of PTEN-L in antiviral therapy,particularly in patients with PTEN-deficient tumors. | Yuanyuan Cao Hongyun Wang Liu Yang Zhen Zhang Chenlin Li Xu Yuan Lang Bu Lang Chen Yu Chen Chun-Mei Li Deyin Guo | 2018 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,1: | 3 |
| 8 | Multi-proxy evidence for Late Pleistocene-Holocene climatic and environmental changes in Lop-Nur,Xinjiang,Northwest China显示文摘A 10.35-m-long sediment core from the Luobei depression in Lop-Nur,Xinjiang,Northwest China,provides detailed information about environmental changes during the Late Pleistocene.The samples taken every 5 cm of the core were analyzed for 10 environmental proxies,including magnetic susceptibility,granularity,chroma,carbonate and loss on ignition(LOI),and pH value.The chronology data are provided by the uranium/thorium disequi-librium dates.The sediments of the section were deposited during the last 32000 years.The results of analysis of 10 proxies were examined using multivariate statistical analysis,and the principal components were calculated.According to the results,the Late Pleistocene sequence contains four climatic and environmental stages appearing in the cycles of cold-wet and warm-dry changes.During 10-9 ka BP,it was the earliest warm episode in the Holocene.Environmental changes in this district were restricted by global change,as suggested by the analysis of glacial-interglacial cycles.But it was different from the mutative trend of a monsoon region in East China because of its own characteristics,which was the situation of cold-wet and warm-dry climate-environment change.The candidate reason may be the uplift of the Tibet Plateau and the westerly wind circulation. | LUO Chao YANG Dong PENG Zicheng ZHANG Zhaofeng LIU Weiguo HE Jianfeng ZHOU Chenlin | 2008 | Chinese Journal Of Geochemistry2008,27,3: | 3 |
| 9 | Mechanisms and Effects on HBV Replication of the Interaction between HBV Core Protein and Cellular Filamin B显示文摘Hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection is one of the major problems that threatens global health. There have been many studies on HBV, but the relationship between HBV and host factors is largely unexplored and more studies are needed to clarify these interactions. Filamin B is an actin-binding protein that acts as a cytoskeleton protein, and it is involved in cell development and several signaling pathways. In this study, we showed that filamin B interacted with HBV core protein,and the interaction promoted HBV replication. The interaction between filamin B and core protein was observed in HEK293T, Huh7 and HepG2 cell lines by co-immunoprecipitation and co-localization immnofluoresence. Overexpression of filamin B increased the levels of HBV total RNAs and pre-genome RNA(pg RNA), and improved the secretion level of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg). In contrast, filamin B knockdown inhibited HBV replication, decreased the level of HBV total RNAs and pgRNA, and reduced the secretion level of HBsAg and HBeAg. In addition, we found that filamin B and core protein may interact with each other via four blocks of argentine residues at the C-terminus of core protein. In conclusion, we identify filamin B as a novel host factor that can interact with core protein to promote HBV replication in hepatocytes. The extraction methods, physicochemical and toxicity of the pigment have been studied.Dissolubility of pigment in the five organic solvent has been tested, and ethanol is optimally chosen for extraction. The absorbance of the pigment solution was no losing when put under natural light for 10 days or treated by UV for 30 minutes, color of the pigment unchanged after 100 ℃ hythere for 1 h or 80 ℃ xerother for 2 h. | 19 | Temperature-Dependent Rheological Behaviors of Binary Eutectic Mixtures of Sugar Alcohols for Latent Heat Storage:A Comparative Study with Pure Sugar Alcohols显示文摘The temperature-dependent rheological behaviors of five selected binary eutectic mixture sugar alcohols,with great potential for latent heat storage in the range of 353.15 K to 523.15 K,were investigated.It was found that the rheological behaviors of the mixture sugar alcohols depend on those of the pure compounds as well as their molar ratios.The two mixtures of xylitol(75 mol%)+erythritol and erythritol(84 mol%)+d-mannitol behave like pseudoplastic fluids with typical non-Newtonian shear-thinning behaviors,as indicated by the power law index of 0.99(<1).The mixture of d-mannitol(70 mol%)+d-dulcitol is a nonlinear Bingham fluid,exhibiting a slight yield stress(0.001 Pa to 0.01 Pa)at low shear rates.The rest two mixtures containing the cyclic-structured inositol behave like Herschel-Bulkley fluids.The infinite shear viscosities of the eutectic mixtures over the entire temperature range appear to be higher than those of their respective pure compounds,except for inositol.The mixture of xylitol(75 mol%)+erythritol at its melting point shows higher dynamic viscosity of about 0.546 Pa·s than the values of about 0.396 Pa·s and 0.035 Pa·s for xylitol and erythritol,respectively.In addition,the activation energies of viscous flow of the mixtures,as determined by fitting the dynamic viscosity-temperature curves using the Arrhenius model,also exhibit higher values than those of their pure compounds.The activation energy of viscous flow of the mixture xylitol(75 mol%)+erythritol was determined to be about 92400 J/mol in the supercooled liquid state,while the supercooled liquid xylitol and erythritol have much lower values of 83500 J/mol and 51900 J/mol,respectively.Both the increased dynamic viscosities and activation energies of viscous flow can result in deteriorated crystallization performance during latent heat retrieval. | SHAO Xuefeng YANG Sheng CHEN Chenlin FAN Liwu YU Zitao | 2021 | Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,6: | 1 |
