5Weighted Markov chains for forecasting and analysis in Incidence of infectious diseases in jiangsu Province,China显示文摘This paper first applies the sequential cluster method to set up the classification standard of infectious disease incidence state based on the fact that there are many uncertainty characteristics in the incidence course.Then the paper presents a weighted Markov chain,a method which is used to predict the future incidence state.This method assumes the standardized self-coefficients as weights based on the special characteristics of infectious disease incidence being a dependent stochastic variable.It also analyzes the characteristics of infectious diseases incidence via the Markov chain Monte Carlo method to make the long-term benefit of decision optimal.Our method is successfully validated using existing incidents data of infectious diseases in Jiangsu Province.In summation,this paper proposes ways to improve the accuracy of the weighted Markov chain,specifically in the field of infection epidemiology.Zhihang Peng Changjun Bao Yang Zhao Honggang Yi Letian Xia Hao Yu Hongbing Shen Feng Chen 2010The Journal of Biomedical Research2010,24,3:10
6Effect of Laser Welding Process Parameters on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties on Butt Joint of New Hot-Rolled Nano-scale Precipitation-Strengthened Steel显示文摘A 4 kW fiber laser was chosen to weld the new hot-rolled nano-scale precipitation-strengthened steel with a thickness of 4.5 mm. The effect of laser power, defocusing distance, and welding speed on the welded joint appearance was examined, and the microstructure and mechanical properties on the typical butt joints were investigated. Results showed that increasing laser welding power may cause faster downward flow of molten metal to produce greater root humping. With the welding speed increasing, the average welding seam(WS) width decreased, and the average WS and heat-affected zone(HAZ) hardness increased. The microstructures of WS, fusion line, and coarse grain heat-affected zone were lath martensite, but the growth direction of the original austenite grain boundaries was significantly different. The microstructures of fine grain heat-affected zone were ferrite and martensite, and the microstructure of mixed grain heataffected zone contained ferrite, massive M/A island, and a small amount of martensite. The micro-hardness values of WS,HAZ, and base metal(BM) were 358, 302, and 265 HV, respectively. 7Global Fine Registration of Point Cloud in LiDAR SLAM Based on Pose Graph显示文摘The laser scanning system based on Simultaneous Localization and Mapping(SLAM)technology has the advantages of low cost,high precision and high efficiency.It has drawn wide attention in the field of surveying and mapping in recent years.Although real-time data acquisition can be achieved using SLAM technology,the precision of the data can’t be ensured,and inconsistency exists in the acquired point cloud.In order to improve the precision of the point cloud obtained by this kind of system,this paper presents a hierarchical point cloud global optimization algorithm.Firstly,the“point-to-plane”iterative closest point(ICP)algorithm is used to match the overlapping point clouds to form constraints between the trajectories of the scanning system.Then a pose graph is constructed to optimize the trajectory.Finally,the optimized trajectory is used to refine the point cloud.The computational efficiency is improved by decomposing the optimization process into two levels,i.e.local level and global level.The experimental results show that the RMSE of the distance between the corresponding points in overlapping areas is reduced by about 50%after optimization,and the internal inconsistency is effectively eliminated.Li YAN Jicheng DAI Junxiang TAN Hua LIU Changjun CHEN 2020Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2020,3,2:9
8Effect of total aluminum concentration on the formation and transformation of nanosized Al_(13) and Al_(30) in hydrolytic polymeric aluminum aqueous solutions显示文摘Influence of total aluminum concentration (CAlT) on the generation and transformation of nanosized Al13 and Al30 in hydrolytic polyaluminum aqueous solutions was in-vestigated using high field 27Al NMR and time-developed Al-Ferron complex colorimetry. When prepared at the opti-mal basicity (B) of Al13 generation and 80℃, the Al13 species in polyaluminum solution tends to further polymerize and convert to Al30 and higher polymers when CAlT >0.2 mol·L?1, but Al13 does not convert to Al30 quantificationally, as the formation of Alu from Al13 and Al30 is accelerated in the same way. The conversion rate of Al13 is accelerated by the in-crease in CAlT. When CAlT >0.75 mol·L?1, Al13 content de-creases rapidly, and Al30 content increases continuously and becomes the dominant nanometer polynuclear aluminum species. Alm is one of prerequisites of Al13 conversion to Al30. When CAlT increases and B reduces, the polymerization rate between Al13 and Alm increases, and at the same time, the dissociation reaction rate of Al13 and Al30 by H+ also increases. The latter becomes the dominant reaction in polyaluminum solution with low B value, so Al30 decreases with the increas-ing CAlT. 12Endothelial PDGF-BB/PDGFR-βsignaling promotes osteoarthritis by enhancing angiogenesis-dependent abnormal subchondral bone formation显示文摘The mechanisms that coordinate the shift from joint homeostasis to osteoarthritis(OA)remain unknown.No pharmacological intervention can currently prevent the progression of osteoarthritis.Accumulating evidence has shown that subchondral bone deterioration is a primary trigger for overlying cartilage degeneration.We previously found that H-type vessels modulate aberrant subchondral bone formation during the pathogenesis of OA.However,the mechanism responsible for the elevation of H-type vessels in OA is still unclear.Here,we found that PDGFR-βexpression,predominantly in the CD31^(hi)Emcn^(hi) endothelium,was substantially elevated in subchondral bones from OA patients and rodent OA models.A mouse model of OA with deletion of PDGFR-βin endothelial cells(ECs)exhibited fewer H-type vessels,ameliorated subchondral bone deterioration and alleviated overlying cartilage degeneration.Endothelial PDGFR-βpromotes angiogenesis through the formation of the PDGFR-β/talin1/FAK complex.Notably,endothelium-specific inhibition of PDGFR-βby local injection of AAV9 in subchondral bone effectively attenuated the pathogenesis of OA compared with that of the vehicle-treated controls.Based on the results from this study,targeting PDGFR-βis a novel and promising approach for the prevention or early treatment of OA.Zhuang Cui Hangtian Wu Ye Xiao Ting Xu Junjie Jia Hancheng Lin Rongmin Lin Kun Chen Yihuang Lin Kaiqun Li Xiaohu Wu Changjun Li Bin Yu 2022Bone Research2022,10,4:4
13A Streptococcus suis serotype 2 caused streptococcal toxic shock syndrome(STSS) in a patient显示文摘Streptococcus suis(S.suis)is a Gram-positive,facultatively anaerobic coccus that has been implicated as the cause of a wide range of clinical disease syndromes in swine and other domestic animals.S.suis has also been implicated in disease in humans,especially among abattoir workers,swine and pork handlers.Here we report a case of streptococcal toxic shock syndrome(STSS)caused by S.suis in a 59-year-old man.Despite of intensive treatment,the patient died of shock with multiple organ failure 14 h after admission.One bacterial isolate obtained from blood culture was identified to the species level by biochemical tests and serological tests as S.suis serotype 2.Identification was confirmed by PCR amplification of genes encoding 16sRNA of S.suis and the capsule of S.suis serotype 2(cps 2J).Genes encoding virulence factors were also detected.An investigation to identify the source of S.suis revealed that several days before admission the affected man had been handling sick pigs or their meat.Transmission may occur through breaks in the skin of feet with tinea due to that no measures for personal protection was taken.This case should highten awareness of the potential for occupational exposure and human infection with S.suis.Yefei Zhu Zhongmin Tan Lingyang Zhu Hongxing Pan Xuejun Zhang Lei Xu Huimin Qian Ling Gu Xun Ye Chen Dong Changjun Bao Rongqiang Zhu Fengcai Zhu Hua Wang 2008Journal of Nanjing Medical University2008,22,5:3
14Analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind显示文摘Based on the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment, an analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind is suggested. Two methods are proposed -the time domain method and the frequency domain method of analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind. The curves of σ pw -v under various wind speeds are obtained through the computation. The original curve of σ p -v is expanded, which turns the analysis theory of random energy of train derailment into the all-weather theory. Train derailment condition has been established under wind action. The first and second criterions of train derailment have been proposed in light of wind action. The analysis of train derailment cases at home or abroad is made, in- cluding the first analysis of Xinjiang train derailment case encountered 13-level of gale, which explained the inevitability of train derailment. The analysis theory of random energy of train derailment in wind shows its validity and accuracy. The input energy σ pw of the transverse vibration of train-track(bridge)-wind system is linked to train speed. 15Wide-field in situ multiplexed Raman imaging with superresolution显示文摘Because of the fingerprint-like specificity of its characteristic spectrogram, Raman spectral imaging has been applied widely in various research areas. Using a combination of structured illumination with the surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS) technique, wide-field Raman imaging is developed with a significant improvement in spatial resolution. As a result of the relatively narrow Raman characteristic peaks, optically encoded SERS nanoparticles can be used to perform multiplexed imaging. The results show excellent superresolution wide-field multiplexed imaging performance. 17Laser cladding of Al+Ir powders on ZM5 magnesium base alloy显示文摘Laser cladding of preplaced Al + Ir powders on a ZM5 magnesium alloy was performed to enhance the corrosion resistance of the ZM5 magnesium alloy. A metallurgical bond was obtained at the coating/substrate interface. The corrosion potential (Ecorr) of the laser cladded sample was 169 mV positive to that of the untreated ZM5 substrate,while the corrosion current (Icorr) was some one order of magnitude lower. The laser cladded sample,unlike the untreated ZM5 substrate,showed a passive region in the polarization plot. Immersion tests confirmed that the corrosion resistance of the laser cladded ZM5 sample was significantly enhanced in 3.5 wt.% NaCl solution. 18Effect of cerium on microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion properties of Al-Zn-Mg alloy显示文摘The effects of trace Ce on the microstructure,mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of Al-Zn-Mg alloy were studied by means of metallographic analysis,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),mechanical tensile test,slow strain rate tensile test,cyclic polarization curve test,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy test and anodic oxidation test.The results show that the addition of trace Ce has little effect on the strength of Al-Zn-Mg alloy,but can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the alloy;The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloys decrease significantly with the addition of excessive Ce;the addition of 0.04 wt%Ce can reduce significantly the self-corrosive current density of AlZn-Mg alloy and increase obviously passivation film resistance of the alloy.The stress corrosion sensitivity index decreases from 0.612 to 0.219,which improves the corrosion resistance properties significantly.Guiyun Hu Changjun Zhu Daofen Xu Pengxuan Dong Kanghua Chen 2021Journal of Rare Earths2021,39,2:2
