1Research on single event transient pulse quenching effect in 90 nm CMOS technology显示文摘Since single event transient pulse quenching can reduce the SET(single event transient) pulsewidths effectively,the charge collected by passive device should be maximized in order to minimize the propagated SET.From the perspective of the layout and circuit design,the SET pulsewidths can be greatly inhibited by minimizing the layout spacing and signal propagation delay,which sheds new light on the radiation-hardened ICs(integrated circuits) design.Studies show that the SET pulsewidths of propagation are not in direct proportion to the LET(linear energy transfer) of incident particles,thus the defining of the LET threshold should be noted when SET/SEU(single event upset) occurs for the radiation-hardened design.The capability of anti-radiation meets the demand when LET is high but some soft errors may occur when LET is low.Therefore,radiation experiments should be focused on evaluating the LET that demonstrates the worst response to the circuit.QIN JunRui CHEN ShuMing LIU BiWei CHEN JianJun LIANG Bin LIU Zheng 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,11:14
2Genesis of the Hongzhen metamorphic core complex and its tectonic implications显示文摘The Hongzhen metamorphic core complex is situated in the Yangtze plate to the east of the Dabie oro- genic belt. Its ductile detachment zone in the foot wall overprints on the metamorphic complex of the Proterozoic Dongling Group. The present profile of the ductile shear zone with consistent SW-dipping mineral elongation lineation shows antiform and reversed S-shape from northeast to southwest respectively. Exposure structures, microstructures and quartz C-axis fabric all indicate top-to-SW movement for the ductile shear zone. Recrystallisation types of quartz and feldspar in the mylonites demonstrate that the shear zone was developed under the amphibolite facies condition and at mid-crust levels. The metamorphic core complex formed in the Early Cretaceous with a muscovite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma. Regional NE-SW extension along a SW-dipping, gentle detachment zone was responsible for formation of the core complex. Intrusion of the Hongzhen granite with a biotite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma rendered the ductile shear zone curved, uplifted and final localization of the core complex. 3Early Cretaceous uplift history of the Dabie orogenic belt: Evidence from pluton emplacement depths显示文摘The North Dabie complex unit(NDC)is a widely exposed petro-tectonic unit.To understand post-orogenic uplift history and mechanism of the Dabie orogenic belt,many samples of granite,granodiorite,diorite,and alkali feldspar granite with precise zircon U-Pb ages were collected for electron microprobe analysis of hornblende.Emplacement pressure values were then calculated by using an Al-in-hornblende geobarometer.The result shows that total Al(AlT)values in hornblende range from 1.17to 1.97 p.f.u.,XFe(=Fe/(Fe+Mg))from 0.4 to 0.65,and corresponding pressure values from 256.8 to 676.2 MPa for AlT greater than 1.17.It is suggested that although the main mechanism for the uplift is tectonic extension,inhomogeneous uplift related to the pluton emplacement is also important during post-orogenic evolution of the Dabie orogenic belt.Emplacement depth distribution of the plutons shows that uplift in the NDC is affected by horst-graben structures since 120 Ma.WANG YongSheng WANG HaiFeng SHENG Yong XIANG BiWei 2014Science China Earth Sciences2014,57,5:8

5Functional identification of the terpene synthase family involved in diterpenoid alkaloids biosynthesis in Aconitum carmichaelii显示文摘Aconitum carmichaelii is a high-value medicinal herb widely used across China,Japan,and other Asian countries.Aconitine-type diterpene alkaloids(DAs)are the characteristic compounds in Aconitum.Although six transcriptomes,based on short-read next generation sequencing technology,have been reported from the Aconitum species,the terpene synthase(TPS)corresponding to DAs biosynthesis remains unidentified.We apply a combination of Pacbio isoform sequencing and RNA sequencing to provide a comprehensive view of the A.carmichaelii transcriptome.Nineteen TPSs and five alternative splicing isoforms belonging to TPS-b,TPS-c,and TPS-e/f subfamilies were identified.In vitro enzyme reaction analysis functional identified two sesqui-TPSs and twelve di TPSs.Seven of the TPS-c subfamily genes reacted with GGPP to produce the intermediate ent-copalyl diphosphate.Five Ac KSLs separately reacted with ent-CPP to produce ent-kaurene,ent-atiserene,and ent-13-epi-sandaracopimaradie:a new diterpene found in Aconitum.Ac TPSs gene expression in conjunction DAs content analysis in different tissues validated that ent-CPP is the sole precursor to all DAs biosynthesis,with Ac KSL1,Ac KSL2 s and Ac KSL3-1 responsible for C20 atisine and napelline type DAs biosynthesis,respectively.These data clarified the molecular basis for the C20-DAs biosynthetic pathway in A.carmichaelii and pave the way for further exploration of C19-DAs biosynthesis in the Aconitum species.Liuying Mao Baolong Jin Lingli Chen Mei Tian Rui Ma Biwei Yin Haiyan Zhang Juan Guo Jinfu Tang Tong Chen Changjiangsheng Lai Guanghong Cui Luqi Huang 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,10:6
6Novel N-hit single event transient mitigation technique via open guard transistor in 65 nm bulk CMOS process显示文摘In this paper,we proposed a new n-channel MOS single event transient(SET) mitigation technique,which is called the open guard transistor(OGT) technique.This hardening scheme is compared with several classical n-channel MOS hardening structures through 3-D TCAD simulations.The results show that this scheme presents about 35% improvements over the unhardened scheme for mitigating the SET pulse,and its upgrade,the 2-fringe scheme,takes on even more than 50% improvements over the unhardened one.This makes significant sense for the semi-conductor device reliability.HUANG PengCheng CHEN ShuMing CHEN JianJun LIU BiWei 2013Science China(Technological Sciences)2013,56,2:5
7K-Ar dating of extensional fault gouge from the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone显示文摘Two grabens were developed in the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone (TLFZ) during its exten-sional activities, and are now confined by four major NNE-trending normal faults and filled with Creta-ceous sediments. These faults were developed due to their reactivities, containing gouge and cutting the graben sediments. Detailed fieldwork demonstrates that the faults experienced sinistral transten-sional moment related to regional NE-SW extension during the reactivity. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of the finest gouge samples gives illite crystallinity values higher than 0.42o?2θ, indicating temperatures experienced by the gouge samples were less than 150℃ . From the relation between K-Ar data and proportions of detrital illite in different size fractions of the gouge samples, we conclude that refaulting for the western boundary fault of the TLFZ, abbreviated to F4, took place at ca. 90 Ma and for the eastern boundary fault, abbreviated to F1, happened from 70 to 60 Ma. During the two phases of reactivity imposed by the same NE-SW extension, the TLFZ experienced uplifting and no sediments were deposited in the two grabens. 8Effect of p-well contact on n-well potential modulation in a 90 nm bulk technology显示文摘The effect of p-well contact on the n-well potential modulation in a 90 nm bulk technology with P+ deep well is studied based on three-dimensional (3-D) TCAD device simulations. Simulation results illustrate that the p-well contact area has a great impact on the n-well potential modulation and the enhancement factor will level out as the p-well contact area increases, and that at the same time the increase of p-well doping concentration can also enhance the n-well potential modulation. However, the effect of p-well contact location on the n-well modulation is not obvious as the p-well contact distance increases. 9Progress in the studies on the molecular mechanisms associated with multidrug resistance in cancers显示文摘Chemotherapy is one of the important methods to treat cancer,and the emergence of multidrug resistance(MDR)is one major cause for the failure of cancer chemotherapy.Almost all anti-tumor drugs develop drug resistance over a period of time of application in cancer patients,reducing their effects on killing cancer cells.Chemoresistance can lead to a rapid recurrence of cancers and ultimately patient death.MDR may be induced by multiple mechanisms,which are associated with a complex process of multiple genes,factors,pathways,and multiple steps,and today the MDR-associated mechanisms are largely unknown.In this paper,from the aspects of protein–protein interactions,alternative splicing(AS)in pre-mRNA,non-coding RNA(ncRNA)mediation,genome mutations,variance in cell functions,and influence from the tumor microenvironment,we summarize the molecular mechanisms associated with MDR in cancers.In the end,prospects for the exploration of antitumor drugs that can reverse MDR are briefly discussed from the angle of drug systems with improved targeting properties,biocompatibility,availability,and other advantages.Lei Zhang Biwei Ye Zhuo Chen Zhe-Sheng Chen 2023Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,3:3
10Evolution of the Xiaotian-Mozitan fault and its implications for exhumation of Dabie HP-UHP rocks显示文摘The Xiaotian-Mozitan fault(XMF)located north of the Dabie orogenic belt separates the North Dabie complex to the south from the Beihuaiyang low-grade metamorphic rocks to the north.It comprises several NW-striking ductile shear zones and brittle faults.The brit-tle faults obviously overprinted on the ductile shear zones and promoted the development of the volcanic basins in early Cretaceous to the north,which suggests that the brittle faults were normal faults formed in early Cretaceous during doming of the Dabie orogenic belt.The ductile shear zone superposed on the north Dabie gray gneiss,and it is an important channel where the Dabie HP-UHP rocks exhumed.For obtaining new structural constraint on exhumation of the HP-UHP rocks,we present here experimental results on the microstructure,quartz C-axis fabrics and the microprobe analyses of phengite.The ductile shear zone was determined to be formed at a temperature of 600-650°C and pressure of 1.1 GPa by the mineral deformation,microprobe analyses and geobarometry of Si-in-phengite of the mylonite,the results suggest that the mylonite now exposed on the surface experienced an upper amphibolite-facies metamorphism in the lower crust.The mineral stretching lineation varies from horizontal in the east segment to sub-dip in the west.Shear sense indicators from outcrop and thin sections of orientated specimen and quartz C-axis fabrics suggest that the XMF is a sinis-tral normal fault.The kinematics analysis of the ductile shear zone indicates that the exhumation of Dabie HP-UHP rocks is the results of a SE-directed extrusion and an anticlockwise rotation around its eastern pivot simultaneously.Biwei Xiang Yongsheng Wang Changcheng Li Guang Zhu Yonghong Shi 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,6:3
11Acquired resistance to third-generation EGFR-TKIs and emerging next-generation EGFR inhibitors显示文摘The discovery that mutations in the EGFR gene are detected in up to 50%of lung adenocarcinoma patients,along with the development of highly efficacious epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)tyrosine kinase inhibitors(TKIs),has revolutionized the treatment of this frequently occurring lung malignancy.Indeed,the clinical success of these TKIs constitutes a critical milestone in targeted cancer therapy.Three generations of EGFR-TKIs are currently approved for the treatment of EGFR mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).The first-generation TKIs include erlotinib,gefitinib,lapatinib,and icotinib;the second-generation ErbB family blockers include afatinib,neratinib,and dacomitinib;whereas osimertinib,approved by the FDA on 2015,is a third-generation TKI targeting EGFR harboring specific mutations.Compared with the first-and second-generation TKIs,third-generation EGFR inhibitors display a significant advantage in terms of patient survival.For example,the median overall survival in NSCLC patients receiving osimertinib reached 38.6 months.Unfortunately,however,like other targeted therapies,new EGFR mutations,as well as additional drug-resistance mechanisms emerge rapidly after treatment,posing formidable obstacles to cancer therapeutics aimed at surmounting this chemoresistance.In this review,we summarize the molecular mechanisms underlying resistance to third-generation EGFR inhibitors and the ongoing efforts to address and overcome this chemoresistance.We also discuss the current status of fourthgeneration EGFR inhibitors,which are of great value in overcoming resistance to EGFR inhibitors that appear to have greater therapeutic benefits in the clinic.Xiaojing Du Biwei Yang Quanlin An Yehuda G.Assaraf Xin Cao Jinglin Xia 2021The Innovation2021,2,2:2

14Spleen-kidney supplementing formula alleviates insulin resistance via regulating AKT/glycogen synthase kinase 3β pathway in rats with type 2 diabetic induced by high-fat diet显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To explore the molecular mechanism underpinning the action by investigating its effect on glycogen content and AKT(also known as protein kinase B)/glycogen synthase kinase 3β(GSK-3β) pathway in the liver of rats with type 2 diabetic induced by high-fat diet.METHODS: The rat model of type 2 diabetes was induced by high-fat diet and multiple low-dose streptozotocin injection. Diabetic rats were divided into five groups: the model control group, the Metformin group, spleen-kidney supplementing formula groups of low, medium and high doses. Fasting blood glucose(FBG) levels were measured before treatment and every two weeks during treatment.After the treatment, oral glucose tolerance test was performed, and hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and C-peptide were measured to assess the formula's effect on glucose metabolism and insulin resistance. The protein expression levels of AKT, GSK-3βand their phosphorylated forms in the liver were also measured to study the formula's role in insulin signaling pathway.RESULTS: Spleen-kidney supplementing formula significantly relieved the symptoms of polydipsia,polyuria and weight loss in type 2 diabetic rats, reduced FBG and HbA1c levels, increased glycogen content, and improved insulin sensitivity. The anti-diabetic effects of spleen-kidney supplementing formula are dose dependent. It also increased the total AKT protein level and the GSK-3β phosphorylation in the liver of type 2 diabetic rats.CONCLUSION: Spleen-kidney supplementing formula has hypoglycemic effect and relieves insulin resistance by enhancing AKT/GSK-3β signaling pathway in the liver of type 2 diabetic rats.Tian Chunyu Wang Ya La Xiaojin Li Ji'an Zhang Biwei 2019Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2019,39,2:2

19A Dynamic and Deadline-Oriented Road Pricing Mechanism for Urban Traffic Management显示文摘Road pricing is an urban traffic management mechanism to reduce traffic congestion.Currently,most of the road pricing systems based on predefined charging tolls fail to consider the dynamics of urban traffic flows and travelers’demands on the arrival time.In this paper,we propose a method to dynamically adjust online road toll based on traffic conditions and travelers’demands to resolve the above-mentioned problems.The method,based on deep reinforcement learning,automatically allocates the optimal toll for each road during peak hours and guides vehicles to roads with lower toll charges.Moreover,it further considers travelers’demands to ensure that more vehicles arrive at their destinations before their estimated arrival time.Our method can increase the traffic volume effectively,as compared to the existing static mechanisms.Jiahui Jin Xiaoxuan Zhu Biwei Wu Jinghui Zhang Yuxiang Wang 2022Tsinghua Science and Technology2022,27,1:1
