| 3 | Simulation study of N-hit SET variation in differential cascade voltage switch logical circuits显示文摘The advancement in the process leads to more concern about the Single Event(SE) sensitivity of the Differential Cascade Voltage Switch Logic(DCVSL) circuits. The simulation results indicate that the Single Event Transient(SET) generated at the DCVSL gate is much larger than that at the ordinary CMOS gate, and their SET variation is different. Based on charge collection, in this paper, the effective collection time theory is proposed to set forth the SET pulse generated at the DCVSL gate. | 4 | Multidither coherent optical adaptive technique for deep tissue two-photon microscopy显示文摘Two-photon microscopy normally suffers from the scattering of the tissue in biological imaging.Multidither coberent optical adaptive technique(COAT)can correct the scattered wavefront in parallel.However,the determination of the corrective phases may not be completely accurate using conventional method,which undermines the performance of this technique.In this paper,we theoretically demonstrate a method that can obtain more accurate corrective phases by determining the phase values from the square root of the fuorescence signal.A numnerical simulation model is established to study the performance of adaptive optics in two-photon micros-copy by combining scalar diffraction theory with vector diffraction theory.The results show that the distortion of the wavefront can be corrected more thoroughly with our method in two-photon imaging.In our simulation,with the scattering from a 450-mn-thick mouse brain tissue,excitation focal spots with higher peak-to background ratio(PBR)and images with higher contrast can be obtained.Hence,further enhancement of the multidither COAT correction performance in two-photon imaging can be expected. | Biwei Zhang Wei Gong Chenxue Wu Lejia Hu Xinpei Zhu Ke Si | 2019 | Journal of Innovative Optical Health Sciences2019,,4: | 0 |
| 5 | Ultrathin two-dimensional medium-entropy oxide as a highly efficient and stable electrocatalyst for oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Medium-entropy oxides(MEOs)with broad compositional tunability and entropy-driven structural stability,are receiving booming attention as a promising candidate for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts.Meanwhile,ultrathin two-dimensional(2D)nanostructure offers extremely large specific surface area and is therefore considered to be an ideal catalyst structure.However,it remains a grant challenge to synthesize ultrathin 2D MEOs due to distinct nucleation and growth kinetics of constituent multimetallic elements in 2D anisotropic systems.In this work,an ultrathin 2D MEO(MnFeCoNi)O was successfully synthesized by a facile and low-temperature ionic layer epitaxy method.Benefiting from multi-metal synergistic effects within ultrathin 2D nanostructure,this 2D MEO(MnFeCoNi)O revealed excellent OER electrocatalytic performance with a quite low overpotential of 117 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and an impressive stability for 120 h continuous operation with only 6.9%decay.Especially,the extremely high mass activity(5584.3 A·g^(-1))was three orders of magnitude higher than benchmark RuO_(2)(3.4 A·g^(-1))at the same overpotential of 117 mV.This work opens up a new avenue for developing highly efficient and stable electrocatalysts by creating 2D nanostructured MEOs. | Guangyuan Yan Tianlu Wang Biwei Zhao Wenjing Gao Tong Wu Liming Ou | 2024 | Nano Research2024,17,4: | 0 |
| 6 | Aerobic Oxidation of 2,3,6-Trimethylphenol with Reusable Homogenized Copper Catalysts显示文摘The oxidation of 2,3,6-trimethylphenol(TMP)can produce both 2,3,5-trimethyl-1,4-benzoquinone(TMQ)and 2,3,5-trimethyl-1,4-hydroquinone(TMHQ)as important intermediates of vitamin E.With a soluble and porous polymer of intrinsic microporosity(PIM-1),we developed a highly active and reusable CuO@PIM-1 catalyst for the aerobic oxidation of TMP to TMQ and TMHQ.The CuO@PIM-1 catalyst is high active and selective for the aerobic oxidation of TMP,and TMQ and TMHQ can be obtained in yields of 81%and 19%,respectively.The CuO@PIM-1 catalyst has both advantages of homogeneous and heterogeneous and the CuO@PIM-1 catalyst showed a higher activity than homogeneous(CuCl_(2))and heterogeneous(supported CuO)catalysts.Moreover,CuO@PIM-1 catalyst can be recovered easily and reused at least 5 times without deactivation. | LI Meng WU Mingwei PAN Biwei XU Dandan LVSONG Zhuopu LI Dongqing ZHANG Fangrong HUANG Jun | 2021 | Chemical Research in Chinese Universities2021,37,3: | 0 |

| 8 | Unintentional Injury Mortality Among Children Under Five Years--China,2006−2017显示文摘What is already known about this topic?Unintentional injuries among children aged under five years is still a serious public health problem in China.Epidemiological characteristics of under-five unintentional injury are reported in single provinces and cities for China but not nationally based on the Disease Surveillance Points(DSPs)dataset.What is added by this report?Unintentional injury mortality rates for under-five decreased substantially between 2006 and 2017 in China,with the decrease occurring primarily for males and rural children.Children living in rural areas and males had higher unintentional injury mortality rates than children in urban areas and females.The major fatal types of under-five unintentional injury were drowning and road injury.What are the implications for public health practice?Further interventions need to be taken in accordance with the main types of unintentional injuries,especially effective prevention strategies used in other countries or recommended by the World Health Organization(WHO).Even with equal access to injury prevention and control services for different sexes,policy efforts should focus on higher-risk populations,especially children aged under five years who are males or reside in rural areas. | Bo Chen Pengpeng Ye Biwei Tang Siqi Wang Jia Guo Jing Wu | 2020 | China CDC weekly2020,2,10: | 0 |
