2The HuangZaoSi Maize Genome Provides Insights into Genomic Variation and Improvement History of Maize显示文摘Maize is a globally important crop that was a classic model plant for genetic studies. Here, we report a 2.2 Gb draft genome sequence of an elite maize line, HuangZaoSi (HZS). Hybrids bred from HZS-improved lines (HILs) are planted in more than 60% of maize fields in China. Proteome clustering of six completed sequeneed maize genomes show that 638 proteins fall into 264 HZS-specific gene families with the majority of contributions from tandem duplication events. Resequencing and comparative analysis of 40 HZSrelated lines reveals the breeding history of HILs. More than 60% of identified selective sweeps were clustered in identity.by.descent conserved regions, and yield-related genes/QTLs were enriched in HZS characteristic selected regions. Furthermore, we dem on strated that HZS-specific family genes were not uniformly distributed in the genome but enriched in improvement/function.related genomic regions. 5A Dormant Multi-Controller Model for Software Defined Networking显示文摘In order to improve the scalability and reliability of Software Defined Networking(SDN),many studies use multiple controllers to constitute logically centralized control plane to provide load balancing and fail over.In this paper,we develop a flexible dormant multi-controller model based on the centralized multi-controller architecture.The dormant multi-controller model allows part of controllers to enter the dormant state under light traffic condition for saving system cost.Meanwhile,through queueing analysis,various performance measures of the system can be obtained.Moreover,we analyze the real traffic of China Education Network and use the results as the parameters of computer simulation and verify the effects of parameters on the system characteristics.Finally,a total expected cost function is established,and genetic algorithm is employed to find the optimal values of various parameters to minimize system cost for the deployment decision making.FU Yonghong BI Jun WU Jianping CHEN Ze WANG Ke LUO Min 2014China Communications2014,11,3:11
6D-dimer level and long-term outcome in patients with end-stage heart failure secondary to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy显示文摘Background Previous studies had demonstrated hemostatic abnormalities in patients with heart failure (HF) and several studies have shown that abnormal coagulation indices, represented by elevated D-dimer, had prognostic significance in patients with compatible or acute decompensated HF. However, the impact of D-dimer on the outcome in patients with end-stage HF remains unclear. Methods A total of 244 consecutive patients with end-stage HF due to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) were prospectively enrolled from February 2011 to September 2014. D-dimer levels were measured and its prognostic value was assessed. Primary endpoint was all-cause mortality during the follow-up period. Secondary endpoints were stroke, bleeding, occurrence of sustained ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation, and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). Results D-dimer was significantly elevated in the non-survivors (median: 0.8 vs. 1.1 mg/L, P < 0.001). Traditional markers including B-type natriuretic peptide, troponin I, left ventricular ejection fraction, and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension provided limited prognostic value;but the addition of D-dimer refined the risk stratification. The optimal cut-off value of D-dimer to predict all-cause mortality was 0.84 mg/L by receiver operator characteristic analysis. Elevated D-dimer level was independently associated with increased risk of long-term all-cause mortality (HR = 2.315, 95% CI: 1.570–3.414, P < 0.001) and MACE (HR = 1.256, 95% CI: 1.058–1.490, P = 0.009), and the predictive value was independent of age, sex, atrial fibrillation and anticoagulation status. 12Genome-wide identification and expression analyses of cytochrome P450 genes in mulberry(Morus notabilis)显示文摘Cytochrome P450 S play critical roles in the biosynthesis of physiologically important compounds in plants.These compounds often act as defense toxins to prevent herbivory.In the present study,a total of 174 P450 genes of mulberry(Morus notabilis C.K.Schn) were identified based on bioinformatics analyses.These mulberry P450 genes were divided into nine clans and 47 families and were found to be expressed in a tissue-preferential manner.These genes were compared to the P450 genes in Arabidopsis thaliana.Families CYP80,CYP92,CYP728,CYP733,CYP736,and CYP749 were found to exist in mulberry,and they may play important roles in the biosynthesis of mulberry secondary metabolites.Analyses of the functional and metabolic pathways of these genes indicated that mulberry P450 genes may participate in the metabolism of lipids,other secondary metabolites,xenobiotics,amino acids,cofactors,vitamins,terpenoids,and poiyketides.These results provide a foundation for understanding of the structures and biological functions of mulberry P450 genes.Bi Ma Yiwei Luo Ling Jia Xiwu Qi Qiwei Zeng Zhonghuai Xiang Ningjia He 2014Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2014,56,9:5

15Controllable synthesis of highly crystallized mesoporous TiO2/WO3 heterojunctions for acetone gas sensing显示文摘Mesoporous semiconducting metal oxides(SMOs)heterojunctions are appealing sensors for gas detecting.However,due to the different hydrolysis and condensation mechanism of every metal precursor and the contradiction between high crystallinity and high surface area,the synthesis of mesoporous SMOs heterojunctions with highly o rdered mesostructures,highly crystallized frameworks,and high surface area remains a huge challenge.In this work,we develop a novel'acid-base pair'adjusted solvent evaporation induced self-assembly(EISA)strategy to prepare highly crystallized ordered mesoporous TiO2/WO3(OM-TiO2/WO3)heterojunctions.The WCl6 and titanium isopropoxide(TIPO)are used as the precursors,respectively,which function as the'acid-base pair',enabling the coassembly with the structure directing agent(PEO-b-PS)into highly ordered meso structures.In addition,PEO-b-PS can be converted to rigid carbon which can protect the meso structures from collapse during the crystallization process.The resultant OM-TiO2/WO3 heterojunctions possess primitive cubic mesostructures,large pore size(~21.1 nm),highly crystalline frameworks and surface area(~98 m2/g).As a sensor for acetone,the obtained OM-TiO2/WO3 show excellent re sponse/recovery perfo rmance(3 s/5 s),good linear dependence,repeatability,selectivity,and long-term stability(35 days).Changyao Wang Yuhui Li Pengpeng Qiu Linlin Duan Wei Bi Yan Chen Dingyi Guo Yupu Liu Wei Luo Yonghui Deng 2020Chinese Chemical Letters2020,31,5:4

17Design of Automatic Feeding-and-Unloading Rotary Manipulator of Punching Machine显示文摘In recent years, punching technology of our country is developing fast. The proportion of hand feeding punching processing has gradually been replaced by automatic feeding and unloading mechanism, due to the low efficiency, poor security. In this paper, we design an automatic feeding and unloading system of the punching sheets of motor. The rotary manipulator consists of the transmission device, the mechanical arm device, the material suction device, the raw material automatic lifting device and so on. Adopting the rodless cylinder as the main actuator, the system realizes these beat movements of continuous lifting up, centering, conveying, unloading. 19LiPO_(2)F_(2) electrolyte additive for high-performance Li-rich cathode material显示文摘Li-rich layered oxide cathodes have received considerable attention because of the high operating potential and specific capacity. However, the structural instability and parasitic reactions at high potential cause severe degradation of the electrochemical performance. In our studies, the cycling stability of Li_(1.14)Ni_(0.133)Co_(0.133)Mn_(0.544)O_(2) cathode is improved with LiPO_(2)F_(2) electrolyte additive. After 500 cycles, the capacity retention is increased from 53.6% to 85% at 3 C by LiPO_(2)F_(2) modification. This performance is mainly attributed to the enhanced interfacial stability of the Li-rich cathode. Based on systematic characterization, LiPO_(2)F_(2) additive was found to promote a stable interface film on the cathode surface during the cycling and mitigates the interfacial side reactions. 20Adaptive digital self-interference cancellation based on fractional order LMS in LFMCW radar显示文摘Adaptive digital self-interference cancellation(ADSIC)is a significant method to suppress self-interference and improve the performance of the linear frequency modulated continuous wave(LFMCW)radar.Due to efficient implementation structure,the conventional method based on least mean square(LMS)is widely used,but its performance is not sufficient for LFMCW radar.To achieve a better self-interference cancellation(SIC)result and more optimal radar performance,we present an ADSIC method based on fractional order LMS(FOLMS),which utilizes the multi-path cancellation structure and adaptively updates the weight coefficients of the cancellation system.First,we derive the iterative expression of the weight coefficients by using the fractional order derivative and short-term memory principle.Then,to solve the problem that it is difficult to select the parameters of the proposed method due to the non-stationary characteristics of radar transmitted signals,we construct the performance evaluation model of LFMCW radar,and analyze the relationship between the mean square deviation and the parameters of FOLMS.Finally,the theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method has a better SIC performance than the conventional methods.LUO Yongjiang BI Luhao ZHAO Dong 2021Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2021,32,3:3
