2Study on improvement of conductivity of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys显示文摘The influence of alloying, heat treatment, and plastic working on the performance of Cu-Cr-Zr alloys was investigated. The precipitated phases were characterized as Cr, Cu51Zr14 and Cu5Zr. Cu-Cr-Zr alloys demonstrate combination properties of high strength and high conductivity after solution treatment, aging treatment, and plastic deformation. 3Genesis of the high gamma sandstone of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin,China显示文摘Recently, more attention has been paid on the high gamma sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation in the Ordos Basin, China. These high gamma sandstones have logging characteristics different from conventional sandstones, which influences the identification of sandstone reservoirs. Zhang et al (2010) proposed that the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation might be the result of re-deposition of homochronous sedimentary tuffs or previous tuffs as a part of the sandstone. However, we present a different viewpoint: 1) few tuffs or tuff debris have been found in the high gamma sandstones of the Yanchang Formation; 2) high gamma (or high Th content) sandstones of Yanchang Formation are not related to either clay minerals or feldspar; 3) the heavy minerals in the sandstone reservoirs of the Yanchang Formation are dominated by zircon, which is characterized by abnormally high Th and U contents, up to 2,163 ppm and 1,362 ppm, respectively. This is sufficient to explain the high gamma anomaly. 4Tectonic Evolution of the Tianhuan Depression and the Western Margin of the Late Triassic Ordos显示文摘The Ordos Basin is one of the most important oil and gas basins in China. Based on surface outcrop, key exploratory wells and seismic reflection data and by using the technology of 'prototype basin recovery', seismic profile 'layer flattening' and 'restoration of balanced section',and other methods, the sedimentary boundary, structure and the evolution history of the Tianhuan depression on the western margin of the Ordos Basin are reestablished. The following results have been obtained. (1) The west boundary of the Late Triassic Ordos Basin was far beyond the scope of the current basin. The basin is connected with the Late Triassic Hexi Corridor Basin, and its western margin did not have tectonic characteristics of a foreland basin. (2) The Tianhuan depression was first formed in the Late Jurassic. At the late stage it was impacted by the late Yanshanian and Himalayan tectonic movement and the depression axis gradually moved eastwards to the present location with a cumulative migration distance of ~30 km. 5Experimental investigation on thermal conductivity and viscosity of aluminum nitride nanofluid显示文摘Aluminum nitride nanoparticles (AlNs) have been found to be a good additive for enhancing the thermal conductivity of traditional heat exchange fluids.At a volume fraction of 0.1,the thermal conductivity enhancement ratios are 38.71% and 40.2%,respectively,for ethylene glycol and propylene glycol as the base fluids.Temperature does not have much influence on the enhanced thermal conductivity ratios of the nanofluids,though a volume fraction of 5.0% appears to signify a critical concentration for rheology:for<5.0 vol% for Newtonian behavior,and for >5.0 vol% for obvious shear-shinning behavior,for both ethylene glycol and propylene glycol.Wei Yu Huaqing Xie Yang Li Lifei Chen 2011Particuology2011,9,2:9
6Feature Extraction Method Based on Pseudo-Wigner-Ville Distribution for Rotational Machinery in Variable Operating Conditions显示文摘In the case of fault diagnosis for roller bearings, the conventional diagnosis approaches by using the time interval of energy impacts in time-frequency distribution or the pass-frequencies are based on the assumption that machinery operates under a constant rotational speed. However, when the rotational speed varies in the broader range, the pass-frequencies vary with the change of rotational speed and bearing faults cannot be identified by the interval of impacts. Researches related to automatic diagnosis for rotational machinery in variable operating conditions were quite few. A novel automatic feature extraction method is proposed based on a pseudo-Wigner-Ville distribution (PWVD) and an extraction of symptom parameter (SP). An extraction method for instantaneous feature spectrum is presented using the relative crossing information (RCI) and sequential inference approach, by which the feature spectrum from time-frequency distribution can be automatically, sequentially extracted. The SPs are considered in the frequency domain using the extracted feature spectrum to identify among the conditions of a machine. A method to obtain the synthetic symptom parameter is also proposed by the least squares mapping (LSM) technique for increasing the diagnosis sensitivity of SP. Practical examples of diagnosis for bearings are given in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. 10Quantitative Diagnosis of Fault Severity Trend of Rolling Element Bearings显示文摘The condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of rolling element bearings are particularly crucial in rotating mechanical applications in industry. A bearing fault signal contains information not only about fault condition and fault type but also the severity of the fault. This means fault severity quantitative analysis is one of most active and valid ways to realize proper maintenance decision. Aiming at the deficiency of the research in bearing single point pitting fault quantitative diagnosis, a new back-propagation neural network method based on wavelet packet decomposition coefficient entropy is proposed. The three levels of wavelet packet coefficient entropy(WPCE) is introduced as a characteristic input vector to the BPNN. Compared with the wavelet packet decomposition energy ratio input vector, WPCE shows more sensitive in distinguishing from the different fault severity degree of the measured signal. The engineering application results show that the quantitative trend fault diagnosis is realized in the different fault degree of the single point bearing pitting fault. 11Genetic analysis and fine mapping of an enclosed panicle mutant esp2 in rice (Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘The phenomenon of panicle enclosure in rice is mainly caused by the shortening of uppermost internode.Elucidating the molecular mechanism of panicle enclosure will be helpful for solving the problem of panicle enclosure in male sterile lines and creating new germplasms in rice.We acquired a monogenic recessive enclosed panicle mutant,named as esp2 (enclosed shorter panicle 2),from the tissue culture progeny of indica rice cultivar Minghui-86.In the mutant,panicles were entirely enclosed by flag leaf sheaths and the uppermost internode was almost completely degenerated,but the other internodes did not have obvious changes in length.Genetic analysis indicated that the mutant phenotype was controlled by a recessive gene,which could be steadily inherited and was not affected by genetic background.Apparently,ESP2 is a key gene for the development of uppermost internode in rice.Using an F 2 population of a cross between esp2 and a japonica rice cultivar Xiushui-13 as well as SSR and InDel markers,we fine mapped ESP2 to a 14-kb region on the end of the short arm of chromosome 1.According to the rice genome sequence annotation,only one intact gene exists in this region,namely,a putative phosphatidylserine synthase gene.Sequencing analysis on the mutant and the wild type indicated that this gene was inserted by a 5287-bp retrotransposon sequence.Hence,we took this gene as a candidate of ESP2.The results of this study will facilitate the cloning and functional analysis of ESP2 gene.GUAN HuaZhong DUAN YuanLin LIU HuaQing CHEN ZhiWei ZHUO Ming ZHUANG LiJun QI WenMing PAN RunSen MAO DaMei ZHOU YuanChang WANG Feng WU WeiRen 2011Chinese Science Bulletin2011,56,14:6
12Effectiveness of Catch-Up Vaccinations after COVID-19 Containment--China,2020显示文摘Introduction:In the early stages of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)epidemic in China,the highest level of public health emergency response(Level 1 Response)was launched in all province-level administrative divisions(PLADs)across the country.Provision of vaccination services was selectively suspended due to the physical distancing and gathering restrictions required of Level 1 Response.The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the impact of COVID-19 on vaccination services and the effectiveness of selective vaccination service suspension and catch-up vaccinations in China.Methods:Vaccine doses administered,routine vaccination coverage levels,catch-up vaccine doses administered,and coverage levels after the catch-up campaign were determined from individual vaccination records in sampled clinics,standard routine immunization administrative coverage reports,and catch-up vaccination activity reports submitted by PLADs between October 2019 and October 2020.Results:National Immunization Program(NIP)and non-NIP vaccine doses administered in sampled clinics decreased by 80% and 90%,respectively,compared with doses administered before the COVID-19 pandemic.Coverage with the birth dose of hepatitis B vaccine(HepB1)and the Bacillus Calmette-Guérin vaccine(BCG)—two vaccinations recommended to continue throughout the epidemic due to their timecritical nature—were maintained at over 85%,while coverage of other NIP vaccines decreased to below 60%by February 2020.Catch-up vaccination coverage of the 29 PLADs,excluding Xinjiang and Xizang(Tibet),began in April 2020 and exceeded 90%;Hubei catch-up coverage was 95% by October 2020.Conclusions and Implications for Public Health Practice:The COVID-19 pandemic had a great impact on China’s vaccination services.During the epidemic and time of local transmission of the coronavirus,HepB1,BCG,rabies vaccine for postexposure prophylaxis,and tetanus antitoxin(TAT)for wound prophylaxis were maintained at high levels.Of the 69 million vaccine doses postponed during the time of local transmission of the coronavirus,94% were administered in the catch-up campaign.China’s pandemic immunization practices may provide evidence for other countries’immunization programs.Jing Wu Wenzhou Yu Lei Cao Lingsheng Cao Lance Rodewald Jiakai Ye Yifan Song Li Li Xiaoxue Liu Ning Wen Fuzhen Wang Lixin Hao Yixing Li Hui Zheng Keli Li Chao Ma Dan Wu Yanmin Liu Guomin Zhang Zhijie An Huaqing Wang Zundong Yin 2020China CDC weekly2020,2,50:6
13Porous media grain size distribution and hydrodynamic forces effects on transport and deposition of suspended particles显示文摘The effects of porous media grain size distribution on the transport and deposition of polydisperse suspended particles under different flow velocities were investigated. Selected Kaolinite particles(2–30 μm) and Fluorescein(dissolved tracer) were injected in the porous media by step input injection technique. Three sands filled columns were used: Fine sand,Coarse sand, and a third sand(Mixture) obtained by mixing the two last sands in equal weight proportion. The porous media performance on the particle removal was evaluated by analysing particles breakthrough curves, hydro-dispersive parameters determined using the analytical solution of convection–dispersion equation with a first order deposition kinetics, particles deposition profiles, and particle-size distribution of the recovered and the deposited particles. The deposition kinetics and the longitudinal hydrodynamic dispersion coefficients are controlled by the porous media grain size distribution. Mixture sand is more dispersive than Fine and Coarse sands. More the uniformity coefficient of the porous medium is large, higher is the filtration efficiency. At low velocities, porous media capture all sizes of suspended particles injected with larger ones mainly captured at the entrance.A high flow velocity carries the particles deeper into the porous media, producing more gradual changes in the deposition profile. The median diameter of the deposited particles at different depth increases with flow velocity. 15Study on the performance of TEG with heat transfer enhancement using graphene-water nanofluid for a TEG cooling system显示文摘Improvement of the heat transfer effect of cold side of a thermoelectric generator(TEG) is one of the approaches to enhance the performance of the TEG systems.As a new type of heat transfer media,nanofluids can enhance the heat transfer performance of working liquid significantly.In this study,the performance of a commercial TEG with graphene-water(GW) nanofluid as coolants in a minichannel heat exchanger is investigated experimentally at low temperatures.The results show that the output power of TEG increases with the flow rate under 950 mL/min.However,the fluid flow rate has no influence on the output power of TEG with higher flow rate(larger than 950 mL/min) when the heat transfer dynamic balance state of the system is reached.The optimal concentration and flow rate of nanofluid are 0.1 wt%and 950 mL/min,respectively.At the optimal conditions,the improved voltage,output power and conversion efficiency with GW nanofluid applied in the cooling system are increased by11.29%,21.55%and 3.5%in comparison with those with only water applied,respectively.LI YiHuai WU ZiHua XIE HuaQing XING JiaoJiao MAO JianHui WANG Yuan Yuan LI Zhen 2017Science China(Technological Sciences)2017,60,8:5

17Hydrogen production via steam reforming of bio-oil model compounds over supported nickel catalysts显示文摘The steam reforming of four bio-oil model compounds(acetic acid,ethanol,acetone and phenol) was investigated over Ni-based catalysts supported on Al2O3 modified by Mg,Ce or Co in this paper.The activation process can improve the catalytic activity with the change of high-valence Ni(Ni2O3,NiO) to low-valence Ni(Ni,NiO).Among these catalysts after activation,the Ce-Ni/Co catalyst showed the best catalytic activity for the steam reforming of all the four model compounds.After long-term experiment at 700°C and the S/C ratio of 9,the Ce-Ni/Co catalyst still maintained excellent stability for the steam reforming of the simulated bio-oil(mixed by the four compounds with the equal masses).With CaO calcinated from calcium acetate as CO2 sorbent,the catalytic steam reforming experiment combined with continuous in situ CO2 adsorption was performed.With the comparison of the case without the adding of CO2 sorbent,the hydrogen concentration was dramatically improved from 74.8% to 92.3%,with the CO2 concentration obviously decreased from 19.90% to 1.88%.Huaqing Xie Qingbo Yu Xin Yao Wenjun Duan Zongliang Zuo Qin Qin 2015Journal of Energy Chemistry2015,24,3:5

19Development of tacrolimus-loaded transfersomes for deeper skin penetration enhancement and therapeutic effect improvement in vivo显示文摘The aims of this study were to prepare novel transfersomes(TFs)for tacrolimus to treat atopic dermatitis,and to observe the therapeutic effects on mice atopic dermatitis,as compared to commercial tacrolimus ointment(Protopic)and liposomes-gel.Different kinds of surfactantsdsodium cholate,Tween 80 and Span 80 were investigated to prepare TFs respectively.TFs-Tween 80 was selected as the optimal carrier owing to the best deformability and the highest drug retentions.Entrapment efficiency and diameter were also evaluated.The optimized TFs were further made into gel and in vitro drug release of TFs-gel after 24 h was higher than the commercial ointment.Cumulative drug release from TFs-gel after 12 h in vitro was 37.6%.The optimized TFs-gel illustrated remarkably highest drug skin retentions when compared with liposomes-gel and commercial ointment in vivo skin retention experiments.The amounts of tacrolimus in epidermis and dermis from TFsgel were 3.8 times and 4.2 times respectively as much as ointment,while liposomes-gel was only 1.7 times and 1.4 times respectively as compared to ointment.Topical application of TFs-gel displayed the best therapeutic effect on mice atopic dermatitis induced by repeated topical application of 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene.Thus TFs displayed superior performance and effective skin target for topical delivery of tacrolimus.Wei Lei Chuqin Yu Huaqing Lin Xiaoyuan Zhou 2013Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2013,8,6:4
20Preparation and Thermal Properties of Grafted CNTs Composites显示文摘Oleylamine(G18) and octanol(G8) were grafted onto the surfaces of the multi-walled carbon nanotubes(CNTs).The grafted CNTs were dispersed into palmitic acid(PA) and paraffin wax(PW) to prepare phase change composites.The heat storage/retrieval experiments showed that the composites kept stable after repeating melting and solidification for 80 times.The structure of the G18-CNT/PA and G8-CNT/PA was homogenous compared with the pristine CNT(P-CNT)/PA.The latent heat capacity(Ls) of solid liquid phase change of G18-CNT/PW was higher than that of PW while those of the G8-CNT/PW and P-CNT/PW were lower than that of PW.Compared with PA,all PA based composites with both P-CNTs and grafted CNTs decreased Ls evidently.The Ls values of G18-CNT composites in both matrices were higher than that of the counterparts of G8-CNT.The thermal conductivities of all the PA based composites in the study were higher than that of PA,as well as those of all the PW based composites.However,the thermal conductivities of the G18-CNT composites in both matrixes were lower than those of the G8-CNT composites in both matrixes at all measured temperatures.Jifen Wang Huaqing Xie Zhong Xin 2011Journal of Materials Science & Technology2011,27,3:4
