| 1 | 酸性矿山废水污染的水稻田土壤中重金属的微生物学效应显示文摘采样调查了广东大宝山地区受酸性采矿废水长期污染的亚热带水稻田的土壤理化性质 ,重金属 Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd的全量及其 DTPA浸提量 ,以及微生物生物量及其呼吸活性等指标。利用主成分和逐步回归分析了影响土壤重金属的有效性及其微生物学效应的因素。结果表明 :土壤高含硫 ,强酸性 ,有机碳、全氮较低 ,4种金属的全量普遍超标。DTPA可提取态金属含量较高 ,不仅与其全量呈显著正相关 ,而且与土壤酸度和粘粒含量正相关 ,和 Mn含量负相关。过量的金属显著降低了土壤微生物生物量 C、N、微生物商、生物量 N/全 N比 ,并抑制了微生物呼吸强度和对有机碳的矿化率 ,导致了土壤 C/N比的升高。同时 ,金属对微生物群落及生理代谢指标 ,如微生物生物量 C/N比和代谢商的影响不显著。 DTPA可提取态金属 ,特别是 DTPA- Cu是导致微生物生物量和活性指标变化的主要因素。以有机碳 (或全氮 )为基数的复合微生物指标降低了土壤性质差异造成的干扰 ,较单一指标更能准确指示微生物对金属胁迫的反应。土壤硫没有对金属有效性和微生物指标产生明显影响 。 | 李永涛 Thierry Becquer Cécile Quantin Marc Benedetti Patric kLavelle 戴军 | 2004 | 生态学报2004,24,11: | 31 |

| 3 | 不同形态有机碳的有效性在两种重金属污染水平下水稻土壤中的差异显示文摘调查分析了两块不同重金属污染水平下的水稻田土壤有机碳活性组分的含量,以评价重金属胁迫条件下有机碳摹质的微生物有效性。结果显示,重污染水稻土的总有机碳(TOC)、0.5mol·-L^-1 K3SO4溶解态有机碳(K2SO4-C)、微生物生物量碳(MBC)、1~7d(CO2-C1-7d)和8.28d矿化的有机碳(CO2-C8-28d)的含量均显著低于轻污染土壤(P〈0.001)。碳有效性指标中,微生物商(MBC/TOC比)和8-28d的有机碳矿化率(CO2-C8-28d·TOC^-1 d^-1))在轻污染土壤中较高,而K2SO4-C/TOC和代谢商(qCO2)在重污染土壤较高(P〈0.001)。1—7d的有机碳矿化率(CO2-C1-7d·TOC^-1d^-1)在两种土壤中差异不显著。两种土壤培养初期的有机碳矿化率远高于培养后期(P〈0.001)。逐步回归分析显示,CO2-C1-7d与活性组分K2SO4-C和MBC显著相关(r^2=0.83,P〈0.001),而CO2-C8-28d只与TOC显著相关(r^2=0.70,P〈0.001)。研究表明,尽管如SO4溶解态有机碳在供试的重金属污染的水稻土中是较易被分解的活性碳基质,但重金属污染抑制了微生物数量及其呼吸活性,降低了活性有机碳库的矿化率,这是导致土壤中K2SO4溶解态碳积累的原因。溶解性有机碳叉能提高重金属的有效性,进一步抑制微生物对有机碳的矿化。因此,评价重金属污染的水稻土有机碳的有效性,应当综合考虑小同有机碳库的活性、微生物的矿化能力和碳基质在不同阶段的供应潜力。 | 李永涛 戴军 Thierryecquer Cécile Quantin Marc Benedetti Patrick Lavelle | 2006 | 生态学报2006,26,1: | 14 |

| 5 | 肝细胞癌的新见解:从实验到临床显示文摘肝细胞癌(简称肝癌)是一个多步骤病变过程,其间涉及不同的遗传变异,最终导致肝细胞的恶性转化。肝脏是多种不同肿瘤转移的主要靶向器官之一,也是慢性疾病过程中的一个重要且较易发生恶变的场所。事实上,肝癌是慢性肝脏疾病自然演变的结果,从肝纤维化,到肝硬化最后肝癌的过程。肝癌是全球第6位常见癌症,每年约630 000例新诊断病例。此外,大约80%肝癌患者经历了疾病由肝纤维化发展为肝硬化最后肝癌的临床过程。导致肝癌的3大主因是乙肝病毒感染、丙肝病毒感染和酗酒。另外,代谢性疾病[如非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD),非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)]和一些发病率较低的自身免疫性疾病也可能导致肝癌的发生。另外一个少见的导致肝脏癌变的病因是黄曲霉毒素B1的感染,尤其多见于一些非洲和亚洲国家。这些病因导致肝癌发生涉及了广泛的途径和分子,具体机制还在研究当中。总之,肝脏癌变是成熟肝细胞基因发生改变,并以细胞增殖和死亡失去控制为主要特征的多因素过程主要源于将基础研究和临床科学相结合,相关作用机制的研究进展是寻找新的潜在疗法的基础。该综述从基础和临床两方面分析了当前用于肝癌基础研究的模型。 | Samuele De Minicis Marco Marzioni Antonio Benedetti Gianluca Svegliati-Baroni | 2015 | 中国普通外科杂志2015,24,1: | 12 |
| 6 | Doxorubicin-eluting bead vs conventional transcatheter arterial chemoembolization for hepatocellular carcinoma before liver transplantation显示文摘AIM:To assess the possible effect of two different types of preoperative transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on recurrence-free survival after liver transplantation(LT)in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and to analyze the effects of TACE on tumor histology.METHODS:We retrospectively analyzed the histological features of 130 HCC nodules in 63 native livers removed at transplantation.Patients who received any other type of treatment such as radiofrequency tumor ablation,percutaneous ethanol ablation or who were not treated at all were excluded.All patients in the present study were within the Milan Criteria at the last imaging findings before transplantation.Doxorubicineluting bead TACE(DEB-TACE)was performed in 22patients(38 nodules),and conventional TACE(c-TACE)in 16(25 nodules).Patients’and tumors’characteristics were retrospectively reviewed.We performed a pernodule analysis of the explanted livers to establish the mean percentage of necrosis of any nodule treated by TACE(conventional or DEB)and a per-patient analysis to establish the percentage of necrosis in the cumulative tumor area,including 21 nodules not reached by TACE.Inflammatory and fibrotic changes in the tissue surrounding the tumor nodule were analyzed and categorized as poor/absent,moderate and enhanced reaction.Uni-and multivariate analysis of risk factors for HCC-recurrence were performed.RESULTS:The number and diameter of the nodules,the time spent on the waiting list and the number of treatments were similar in the two groups.A trend towards higher appropriate response rates(necrosis≥90%)was observed in the DEB-TACE group(44.7%vs32.0%,P=0.2834).The mean percentage of necrosis in the cumulative tumor area was 58.8%±36.6%in the DEB-TACE group and 50.2%±38.1%in the c-TACE group(P=0.4856).Fibrotic and inflammatory reactions surrounding the tumor nodule were markedly more common in the DEB-TACE group(P<0.0001,for both the parameters).The three-year recurrence-free survival was higher in DEB-TACE-treated patients than in conventionally treated patients(87.4%vs 61.5%,P=0.0493).Other factors affecting recurrence-free survival included viable tumor beyond Milan Criteria on histopathological examination,the percentage of necrosis on CTA≤50%and a pre-transplant serum-fetoprotein level greater than 70 ng/mL.On multivariate analysis,the lack of treatment with DEB-TACE,high levels of-fetoprotein and viable tumor beyond Milan Criteria at histology examination were identified as independent predictors of tumor recurrence.CONCLUSION:DEB-TACE can effectively promote tumor necrosis and improves recurrence-free survival after LT in HCC. | Daniele Nicolini Gianluca Svegliati-Baroni Roberto Candelari Cinzia Mincarelli Alessandra Mandolesi Italo Bearzi Federico Mocchegiani Andrea Vecchi Roberto Montalti Antonio Benedetti Andrea Risaliti Marco Vivarelli | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,34: | 12 |
| 7 | Microbial Activity Indices: Sensitive Soil Quality Indicators for Trace Metal Stress显示文摘Physicochemical properties, total and DTPA (diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid)-extractable Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd contents, microbial biomass carbon (C) content and the organic C mineralization rate of the soils in a long-term trace metal-contaminated paddy region of Guangdong, China were determined to assess the sensitivity of microbial indices to moderately metal-contaminated paddy soils. The mean contents of total Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd were 251, 250, 171, and 2.4 mg kg-1 respectively. DTPA-extractablc metals were correlated positively and significantly with total metals, CEC, and organic C (except for DTPA-extractable Cd), while they were negatively and highly significantly correlated with pH, total Fe and Mn. Metal stress resulted in relatively low ratios of microbial biomass C to organic C and in remarkable inhibition of the microbial metabolic quotient and C mineralization rate, which eventually led to increases in soil organic C and C/N. Moreover, microbial respiratory activity showed a stronger correlation to DTPA-extractable metals than to total metal content. Likewise, in the acid paddy soils some 'linked' microbial activity indices, such as metabolic quotient and ratios of basal respiration to organic C, especially during initial incuba.tion, were found to be more sensitive indicators of soil trace metal contamination than microbial biomass C or basal respiration alone. | LI Yong-Tao T. | 11 | Nitrogen Release from Slow-Release Fertilizers in Soils with Different Microbial Activities显示文摘Soil microbial activity is recognized as an important factor affecting nitrogen (N) release from slow-release fertilizers. However,studies on the effect of size and activity of soil microflora on fertilizer degradation have provided contrasting results. To date, no clear relationships exist between soil microbial activity and the release of N from slow-release fertilizers. Hence, the aim of this study was to better understand such relationships by determining the release of N from three slow-release fertilizers in soils with different microbial activities. Soils were amended with urea-formaldehyde (UF), isobutylidene diurea (IBDU), and crotonylidene diurea (CDU). Urea, a soluble fertilizer, was used as the control. Fertilized soil samples were placed in a leaching system, and the release of N was determined by measuring ammonium-N and nitrate-N concentrations in leachates during 90 d of incubation. Non-linear regression was used to fit N leaching rate to a first-order model. In all the treated soils, N was released in the order: urea (89%–100%) > IBDU (59%–94%) >UF (46%–73%) > CDU (44%–56%). At the end of incubation, N released from CDU did not differ (P > 0.05) among soils. On the contrary, UF and IBDU released significantly lower (P < 0.05) amounts of N in the soil with higher microbial activity and lower pH.The rate constant (K_0) for UF was lower (P < 0.05) in the soil with lower pH. | 14 | Role of autophagy in cholangiocarcinoma:Pathophysiology and implications for therapy显示文摘Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is a malignant tumour of the biliary system that originates from the neoplastic transformation of cholangiocytes.CCA is characterized by late diagnosis and poor outcome,with surgery considered as the last option for management.Autophagy is a physiological lysosomal degradation process,essential for cellular homeostasis and ubiquitous in all eukaryotic cells.Several studies have reported a potential involvement of autophagy in cancer,but it remains unclear whether activation of this process represents a survival mechanism of cancer cells.In the present review,we examine the autophagic process and summarize the current knowledge about the involvement of autophagy in the progression of cancer.The link between autophagy and chemoresistance and the use of autophagic markers in diagnosis are also considered in detail.Preliminary evidence shows that the combination of autophagy modulators(activators or inhibitors)with conventional chemotherapeutic agents offers a possible treatment option against signalling pathways that are hyperactivated or altered in CCA.In vitro evidence suggests that combination of chemotherapy agents,such as cisplatin,under activation or inhibition of autophagic processes,in two different CCA cell lines,may improve chemosensitivity and reduce cell survival,respectively.A deeper understanding of these pathways,in both cancer and non-cancer cells,could unveil possible therapeutic targets to treat CCA patients. | Elisabetta Ninfole Claudio Pinto Antonio Benedetti Marco Marzioni Luca Maroni | 2021 | World Journal of Clinical Cases2021,9,22: | 3 |

| 17 | Treatment strategies for multiple sclerosis:When to start,when to change,when to stop?显示文摘Multiple sclerosis(MS) is a chronic inflammatory condition of the central nervous system determined by a presumed autoimmune process mainly directed against myelin components but also involving axons and neurons. Acute demyelination shows as clinical relapses that may fully or partially resolve, while chronic demyelination and neuroaxonal injury lead to persistent and irreversible neurological symptoms, often progressing over time. Currently approved disease-modifying therapies are immunomodulatory or immunosuppressive drugs that significantly although variably reduce the frequency of attacks of the relapsing forms of the disease. However, they have limited efficacy in preventing the transition to the progressive phase of MS and are of no benefit after it has started. It is therefore likely that the potential advantage of a given treatment is condensed in a relatively limited window of opportunity for each patient, depending on individual characteristics and disease stage, most frequently but not necessarily in the early phase of the disease. In addition, a sizable proportion of patients with MS may have a very mild clinical course not requiring a disease-modifying therapy. Finally, individual response to existing therapies for MS varies significantly across subjects and the risk of serious adverse events remains an issue, particularly for the newest agents.
